That I the setting I came to when I was brainstorming for the UAE, well more for Miral than anything else. You see, if we are to call ourselves allies to a cause or a party, we should endeavour all we can for these people and I believe that we need to come to the aid (wherever possible) when we see useless actions (like bombing) by a terrorist state. And you can go home with your adolescent thoughts of ‘Iran didn’t do anything. They were attacked’ They attacked the UAE with 2,845 total projectiles a assortment of Drones, Ballistic Missile and Cruise Missiles and that nation suffered under that. Its tourism got hit and I am doing my little bit to get it back on track. And people will claim that the UAE does not care what ever I do and they might be right, but the action speak louder than their BS objections. Whatever happens is up to the UAE (and Miral in this case) I merely do what any decent person can do and that is to point them in a direction. It is up to them to consider that. It is all I can do. I am not some important person, I am not a Hightower or blow hard person. I am merely one person with an idea and I hope it come to the reading minds of those who do care about their country the UAE, it is all I can do and it keeps me creative, which is never a bad idea.

So the idea originally comes from Japan. They have these cards that you can stamp in all the places you visit. And you get a card covered in stamps and I reckon it is great for those visiting these places and it is (as far as I know) very Japanese. But the idea has merit, even in the UAE. But why copy the idea? It is a Japanese idea. We can alter this. Consider the YAS Card, this card can be used anywhere on Yas Island (and as nearly all attractions are managed by Miral it would be simple. So at any exit of any attraction you can swipe your card and (for example) it will put on your account ‘Road Runner Rollercoaster’ with an exit time and optionally a little text, but it will also attach an image of the rollercoaster view you have (perhaps 2-3) and a stamp of the ‘Road Runner Rollercoaster’ an image, not unlike

And yes, millions who go on that rollercoaster will get the same image. That is not what maters. It is engagement, because the 2,000,000 children who do will show it to their 10,000,000 friends. Engagement is the metric that counts. And these images (stamp like) can be added to any journal, any pages that these participants have and they can show the people they connect to on what they did (optionally on any social media). Engagement is the metric that counts, because it outflanks the trolls and thousands of voices in troll farms and that is the larger game. And that can be done in every corner of Miral, the Ferrari attractions, keeping scores on games in Sea World, even a tag on water world and that is merely the start. What do you think happens in 2029 when Harry Potter makes the entrance there, in (an expected) 2032 when Disney enters Abu Dhabi? By then this solution will have created so much traction that Miral will be ready in the stands when these places become active and in all this the people get the achievements on their free cards, bearing the logo of Miral and Yas Island.

And when we see engagement, we see the millions that are driving it giving the people something to think about. I reckon that the thousands of people in 2028 could be delivering the needed push for others to consider Abu Dhabi and Miral Entertainment in 2029-2030. That is what engagement does. Not the one person advertising what a great place Abu Dhabi is. It works, because we see it work, but we need to consider that the engagement metric is a lot stronger, because the thousands telling their tens of thousands of class mates what a magnificent time they had will globally sound to every household and that is what is required. So whilst some will be fearsome at present (like these bitcoin bitches) families will show that the UAE is be far the best place to be from now until at least 2034 and others will follow this example as well. I am not designing something new, this is established and other will follow this example as well. I am merely stating that engagement can be created in several ways and my idea is merely one of them.

And the upside is that we are handing people creative tools to let them tell their story. And whilst they most of the time have the images of where they were, the settings of creativity tends to fall a little out of those borders. And I think that Miral can do more and perhaps should do more. This could be added by letting the local hotels add their own settings and whilst they might have dozens of identical images, engagement is created by the individual who selects these images. Now consider that Yas Island recorded 44 million visitors in 2025. How much more traction could have been created if these tools were ready? And a few kilobytes of data was ll it took. And it could be more by simply creating an app that every person can download and link to their card creating the graphics and optionally the text that any person could use and whilst this is done, Miral could consider what else is in play, because they are about to spend $545 million to $816 million USD on the Harry Potter extension doubling the size of their park. I reckon that creating the tools for maximum engagement is key to making this earn its merits back (money too) before they get to 2035.

When you consider how much power engagement has (against clicks by troll farms) the choice is simple and as I see it Miral has to up their game somewhat.

Have a great day today.
