Yup, you are reading this correctly, it is optional new IP. It had been in my mind for a while (1-2 years), but at present I had no need for it, so I am making my idea public domain, so if you have not registered your IP and it is more like what I am writing than not, w see the situation where you are just out of luck. Make no mistake, I have set a number of stations to make all my 5G IP public domain as well. I am just that type of a guy.
The IP I am discussing now is an elevation and evolution of branding. You see, I have a Master of IP, as such I do know what I am talking about, but I also have a postgrad degree in IT, so the technology side is covered as well. The idea started 3-4 years ago when I took notice of 5G to a much more serious degree, and before I created my 5G IP, I saw that Trademarks would not continue the way they were. As 5G grows, the need for visible branding, and logo branding becomes a lot more influential and in addition, more distinctive and more important. As such we will see hologram based branding. You see, in an age where a movie is transmitted in seconds, it will not take long for the brand owners to see the light that their brand is more important than the 2D logo they are now and 3D logo’s (hologram logo’s) will take the centre stage.
To do this, we cannot merely rely on what is printed, we need to distinguish the logo in several ways. In this HP has the advantage. To do this we will require an adjusted form of PCL-XL. Optionally PCLXL-3D, a print language that becomes a 3d display language. Consider the Apple, the IBM, the Google logo, the 7-11 logo and so on. As a hologram the display language will require adjustment to handle the 3D part, the colours and the forming. PCL does most of the world already, so adjusting it will be relatively simple. Yet in all this, the global patent and trademark offices are not yet equipped to deal with this station and evolution is massively needed because the 5G station will evolve to the largest degree in 2022 when multiple nations are on the 5G train-line, more important the push for extended branding will become its own push in this.
As such the makers will need to address the need for a logo, to set the logo to 3D and create some form of PCLXL-3D file, one that could be read to the larger degree. More important as more and more patent offices accept these files, we get to see a larger acceptance and larger push towards hologram trademarks. And the push is larger than you think. There are 139 offices that deal with trademarks adding the total to around 40 million trademarks. I will let you guess how many of them will be looking at the 5G station, but I can tell you right now that it will be a lot, well over 20,000,000 trademarks, and as the registration of a trademark can easily get up to $1,000, there is no end to the amount of investment that this ads up to, it will be an easy billion right there and more when your version of PCLXL-3D is accepted by patent offices around the world.
So next time when you are in the supermarket or a large shopping centre and see how many logo’s you can detect and consider at that stage the you are nowhere near scratching the surface of hat is needed. All this before you realise that the patent offices will need the largest overhaul in history to deal with the side effects of this 5G growth. Now consider that I have a few more of these ideas and they are about to become public domain.
