Yup, that is what I saw developing today in Al Jazeera (at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/10/14/denmark-pushes-back-as-trump-touts-greenland-oil-and-mineral-deals) where we see ‘Denmark pushes back as Trump touts Greenland oil and mineral deals’ and it is here where we see “Recent US-Greenland-Denmark agreement excludes mining or drilling rights while reinforcing Greenland’s sovereignty” as well as “The Danish Foreign Ministry reaffirmed on Wednesday that last month’s agreement between Denmark, Greenland and the US did not alter the rules for extraction. The agreement “does not grant investors from the US any preferential treatment” over investors from other NATO and EU countries when it comes to access to natural resources in Greenland, the ministry said.” Which is fun in some way as I wrote on December 27th 2025 in ‘The most dangerous sin’ where I wrote “It is my firm believe that Pride tends to be in a bully, he/she things that pride is beyond them and they will reject it when they stare in the mirror of self-reflection, Only the prideful will reject the reflection they see there, it makes it the most dangerous of sins as the view of pride is rejected by those who see it, easily rejected by them who claim that the 51st State is a beautiful part of them, the need that Greenland is merely for National security and that they are entitled to the oil of Venezuela as their oil. No other nation could ever make that claim, no other nations has (as far as I know).” As well as “So as I see it, the need of the greedy comes into play just as the American made a move for the wealth of the 51st State (sorry Canada) and its brown oil, its water and several other minerals like oil, natural gas, gold, nickel, diamonds, and hydroelectric power. So did no one figure out the delusional need of the greedy Americans? And as for Greenland they have an abundance of (in snow covered plaines ) of zinc, iron, copper, gold, uranium, and potential oil/gas. It was not a hard puzzle, so what stopped CBC for solving this oversimplified puzzle?“ So now we get Al Jazeera give us “Trump, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Greenland’s Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen signed the 10-page agreement on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on September 22, ending months of tensions over Trump’s threats to control Greenland.
The deal allows the US to “modernise and expand” its activities at the Pituffik Space Base, a remote US military installation in northwest Greenland. It also paved the way for two new military bases and Trump’s “Golden Dome” missile defence system, while reaffirming Danish sovereignty and Greenlanders’ right to self-determination. It did not allocate any rights for mining or drilling.”
So as CBC now gives us (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/north/trump-says-oil-gas-and-mineral-exploration-in-greenland-is-set-to-begin-it-s-not-that-simple-9.7380023) ‘Trump says oil, gas and mineral exploration in Greenland is set to begin. It’s not that simple’ as we are given there “U.S. President Donald Trump said “massive” oil, gas and mineral exploration is set to begin in “our new and beautiful Greenland” early Wednesday. It wasn’t immediately clear what exploration or developments the U.S. president was referring to in his post, and Greenland is a self-governing territory of Denmark, rather than a part of the United States. Trump posted on his Truth Social platform following a campaign event Tuesday in Wasilla, Alaska, to stump for Republican U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan as he seeks his third term to represent the state in an election against Democratic former U.S. congresswoman Mary Peltola.” And I have to wonder, is the United States now so Insolvent that it has to be ‘immaculately dishonest’ to make claims on agreements it has with other nations? In that case, when will they invade Canada and claim its oil and minerals? Because If I can foresee one event 10 months in advance, there is every chance that I might be correct about that too and as such, will the Commonwealth end up going into a war with the United States? Perhaps King Charles III will take back the lost colonies, the ones that King George III lost. They might be related, although I never heard of the family III. But what do I know? Well, to be honest, I might know more than the ones running the United States Administration at present, but in this I am merely speculating.
So whilst CBC gives us “It does not grant the U.S. any special exploration rights, but does place some limits on investments by non-NATO countries in strategic sectors”, the first step might have been that if the United States cannot get it, no one else could either and that is a first sign that their game is up, they cannot allow anyone wgetitng ahead of them, but that is a lost game, because the world is uniting as the Commonwealth, the EU and the Gulf States are uniting, optionally inviting China but as I see it the United States and Russia are out and whilst we now get weirder messages from the White House in relation towards the Ukraine, the reliability of the United States is sinking fast in the eyes of the governments of the Commonwealth, the EU and the Gulf states and as such the optional invitation towards China might come soon and that ends the United States in several ways, but it is up to the United States, they elected this administration.
