Pink is the colour of ignorance

That is what set this in motion. All the (as I would call them) stupid people all having their own little opinion devoid of facts. It is the devoid of facts that makes them stupid (as I personally see it). Still, you need to be forewarned of this article. To see this you need to realise the difference between speculation and presumption. One is a guess, the other is an educated guess. The difference is all about knowledge of the subject matter and in this case I do not have that. So even as I rely on facts, on given knowledge my guess remains that, a guess, optional pure speculation. I think it will be better than what some will give you, but that will be up to you to decide. This was all set off by a story in LinkedIn. 

The story (at https://www.linkedin.com/posts/codepink_today-when-we-asked-senator-menendez-when-activity-7153799630453923841-xIln) gives us the accusation, and the BS from a group of people (all women) that have a point of view, but like the irrelevant tea nannies all against arms for Saudi Arabia via Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT), they cannot see the whole picture and they caused the loss of billions to the United Kingdom treasury coffers. You see this all started with Hamas. On Sat, Oct 7th 2023 Hamas attacked Israel. The result 1,139 deaths – 695 Israeli civilians (including 36 children), 71 foreign nationals, and 373 members of the security forces. Approximately 250 Israeli civilians and soldiers were taken as hostages to the Gaza Strip, including 30 children, with the stated goal to force Israel to release Palestinian prisoners. It was quite literally the straw that broke the camels back and Israel responded, harshly I might add. This is what set it off and the ignorant are eager to ignore this fact. Now we see SBS giving us that Gaza now has 25,000 casualties, and several sources give us the starting point. It wasn’t Israel, it was Hamas and we better wake up and we need to wake up fast.

The guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/jan/18/evidence-points-to-systematic-use-of-rape-by-hamas-in-7-october-attacks) gives us ‘Evidence points to systematic use of rape and sexual violence by Hamas in 7 October attacks’ with the text “Israel’s top police investigations unit, Lahav 433, is still poring over 50,000 pieces of visual evidence and 1,500 witness testimonies, and says it is unable to put a number on how many women and girls suffered gender-based violence”, so how many media outlets gave us that part of the equation, or how many media outlets give us the fact (recorded by IDF) that Hamas has weapons caches and connecting tunnels straight into Gaza hospitals. None of the hospital staff ever came forward with that, did they? When you add these parts to the equation we see that Israel pretty much has no choice and as long as Gaza protects Hamas, they are in for a rough ride and soon they will stand alone. 

Standing alone?
Yes, you see what Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates clearly see is that Hamas is not some muslim solution. They are a liability and they are a danger to middle eastern stability. The moment that comes out clearly to all muslims, Hamas will be deserted by the population of Saudi Arabia, The Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt and Oman (I’m not sure where Iraq stands). In that setting Qatar giving refuge to the heads of Hamas will have to choose to be out of the game or throw Hamas out. Qatar for now has Al Jazeera, when the KSA starts its international English news channel that advantage is gone. As such Qatar will have to openly side with Iran or be made the irrelevant player of the Middle East. In that regard when the UAE and KSA do start the stability setting, Egypt will get on board fast because of the economic benefits, as will Oman, as will Bahrain. The rest will have to chose and as I see it that leaves very little options for Hamas, they were close to irrelevant 5 years ago, now they are out of options. And the middle east needs stability, something America is fearful of. They had a good thing going in instability. Now the game changes and the largest economic hub could be the middle east by 2032. The EU is in shambles, it is all about presentations and not about providing results, merely quoting the image of results (where did I see that before?) Overall the larger game for the middle east is to set a table with the largest players. I believe the three players are Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt, the rest is not unimportant, but these three are the founding pillars. When that happens Hamas is a liability and Iran becomes obsolete. So where will Qatar end? Hard to say, it largely depends on Qatar handles that situation, but as long as it gives refuge to Hamas their options will be dwindling down and I reckon faster than they are happy about, especially after the KSA starts its global English news channel. 

Yes, they are all facts, but in the end my point of view is speculative, no matter how many facts surround this. When you start looking at some of the actions and the inability of the media to give us facts. Where can we look? Consider that the media has been soft on Houthi activities for three years, now that they are attacking ships and impeding profits, now they are all out on these Houthi’s? These terrorists? So where were they in the last three years when Hezbollah allegedly and Iran were supplying these forces with arms and drones. Where was the media when Iran backed Houthis were attacking civilian Saudi targets? Investigate for yourself and see what we weren’t told. Consider these parts when forming your point of view instead of blatantly following the colour of ignorance.

A 28 month delay

Yes, that is how I see it and it all started by a story in the Naval News (at https://www.navalnews.com/naval-news/2024/01/red-sea-crisis-houthis-demonstrate-increased-capability-coalition-demonstrates-increased-presence/) they were not alone, but there I saw a quote that set me in motion. The quote that set it off was “The introduction of a one-way attack USV is of concern”, you see that was an incorrect statement. I made clear reference of this in ‘The Iranian play’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/08/30/the-iranian-play/) there I wrote “Yemen has no infrastructure for this, Iran is the only player willing to supply Houthi forces and that is the problem” I wrote this 28 months ago and in 28 months the Houthi forces never gained the ability to do so, they never had the option or (at that time) trained staff to do anything we saw. The west and others sat on their asses all whilst the problem evolved and ONLY now, now that the fat cats are losing margins in the red sea, NOW we see action. So how stupid was that to begin with?

Al Jazeera (at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/1/10/us-uk-forces-shoot-down-21-drones-and-missiles-fired-by-houthis) gives us “No injuries or damage reported in what the US military said was the 26th attack by the Yemen-based group since November 19” as I personally see it, this is pushed by others, happy to use Houthi forces as cannon fodder, but the west remains ignorant and I personally believe it is an intentional form of ignorance. 

Who did anything to stop these drones from getting there in the first place? I can’t have been the only one seeing this 28 months ago? So who was drowning the proper investigations? Who was stopping the media from asking the right questions? Perhaps it was all for the digital dollar. I doubt it, I personally believe this was another setting towards destabilisation of the middle east. It is a personal view and I might be wrong, but ask yourself. Now we see what was clear that many months ago? Are the red sea margins that important to the west? Are margins all they care about or is all that only possible as the middle east stays destabilised? You tell me, I am honestly clueless on what the answer is. Yet when you consider how long these Houthi forces are receiving support in hardware and training all whilst the west has been unable to stop them? 

Now consider three of the least capable parties in all this CIA, MI-6 and DGSE and no one saw this? I will let you ponder all this as the news comes in. Yet consider The Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/jan/10/britain-warns-severe-consequences-houthi-attack-red-sea-repelled) giving us “The Houthis, once seen as a minor localised military force, say the attacks are intended to force Israel to allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza” all whilst I gave the lowdown 28 months ago and you tell me, who is doing a number of whom?

Media is done for

This is what I have been saying all along. Whoring for digital dollars comes at a price. Now, if it was only me no one would care. Yet at this point the stage is altering for the media. The Khaleej Times (at https://www.khaleejtimes.com/uae/gaza-crisis-has-become-global-media-war-uae-minister) gives us ‘Gaza crisis has become global media war: UAE minister’ with the byline “Al Gergawi called out the double standards and political agendas hindering true resolution of the Palestinian cause” It is a little less complex than that. You see media is exploiting anything they can to gain the digital dollar. Clicks are everything and as more and more media is aiming for that goal there is no place for political agenda’s other than the local ones protecting the media through their political connections (at home). This is what I regard to be the stakeholders game. As such this article touches me as it covers what I have been saying all along. 

So is it more correct?
That remains a danger. To seek out those who hold your view is what many do, but it is a dangerous path. If their (or your) setting is showing a flaw or is only partially correct, the premise becomes a dangerous one. You must always be able and willing to go back to the drawing board to verify and to double check whatever you believe in. It is essential that you can be critical of your own ideas. Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs also gives us “This war was not only between the Palestinians and Israel. We also witnessed a global diplomatic war, international polarisation, and a global media war. Today, war is not won on the battlefield but rather in the media field, as he who has the strongest narrative shall become the winner.” In this I would like to add that it is not merely ‘the strongest narrative’, it is who employs the better and better connected stakeholders. They can win you the narrative war. It is not unlike the stakeholders on Capitol Hill. At some point the media figured out that these people could wage their media war FOR them and get kudos points that way. The winner then gets benefits and is more likely to gain the iterative advantage over digital dollars through clicks. The flammable populist voices are merely one side of this. To see this you need to be able to see how digital dollars are gained. How clicks are obtained. At present that is flaming for Gaza, but make no mistake, the moment that this changes to Israel all the narratives will alter accordingly and the media will have no issues with changing the voice. They will hide behind ‘The people are voicing this’. 

Gergawi in continuation gives us ““In 2004, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum gave a speech at this very forum about the need for finding a just solution for the Palestinian case based on international law,” he recalled. “Today, 20 years later, the case is still the most pressing issue in the region and the world.”” As such when we see that the digital click war has been raging on since 2015 the stage alters slightly but does not changes. The stakeholders of then are the same stakeholders of now, their game merely changed. They now have media moguls in their pockets as well. So who was stalling in those first 10 years? 

And this gets the added ““All the states that ask for this solution, I want to ask you, what did you do in the last 10 years to have this solution,” he asked of them. “Almost nothing. Since 2014, there has been no communication to solve the issue. If you were silent for ten years, why would you come back to the two-state solution? Just to prove to the world you are doing something?”” That is the question. I personally believe that there was a second war going on. The one I mentioned, but these same stakeholders were serving more than two masters. You see there is one part that remains unmentioned. I have made mention of this a few times before. I was not outspoken about this as I cannot prove it. There is no purpose served by howling against the storm. It tends to be pointless, it is never heard and it deflates your own energy levels. It is my personal view that the third war brewing under all this is (a speculated view) war served by Strasbourg and Washington DC. They need destabilisation of the middle east. Israel, Saudi Arabia and Iran were the three points of pressure that the west required. The moment the Middle East realises that they are better off without the west, that is the moment fear strikes in the hearts of power players in Strasbourg and Washington DC. In all this the actions of inactions regarding Palestine start making sense. There is a clear need. America (and EU) require cheap oil. If they cannot get that, their economies implode. Their commodity needs are fuelling a transient and mobile workforce and without that these two places will have a whole new range of internal problems. 

The problem is how do you prove that? That is less easy to answer. The press is no longer impartial, they are partial to their digital dollars and will take whatever they can at all our expenses. By seeing several sources you get a slightly better view, but it is a filtered view and places like the ICIJ are a joke. They too rely on the media and clicks to be seen, so the story is adjusted accordingly.

And there is no solution, not until you get a real verifiable and reliable source, as such the press and media are no longer one. It has become a populist game for digital clicks.

On a sidenote
This is a little awkward, you see my offensive against Washington DC is taking a turn as this article and a few others made me see a new option. The match between Blogger (me) and DARPA is at present 4-0. I speculatively just saw a new way to find hundreds if not thousands of terrorists. Making the score 5-0 for yours truly and that is a personal goal worth winning for. It might never get me a dime, but to knock (at some point) on haven’s door stating that I made DARPA my bitch and defeated them five over nil is very tempting for the ego, lets be clear about that. In the end that match was my ego having a great time. The problem is that this new approach needs the NSA to wake up. They are the source of interest when it comes to layer one (hardware) issues and if I am correct that setting should be pushed through iOS and Android making them one of the few parties who could solve this. The article opened a door. There is a side I do not completely agree with even if what they say was true. It links to a few other parts that are not mentioned here and that got me thinking. What if we see both sides of that coin? Now, when it is on its back, one side remains invisible, but what happens when that coin falls on a mirror? If will not reveal that side either, but what if a mirror is a reflection of itself? That got me thinking on the sides that do not speak, to focus on the side that can speak and that gave me the idea. If my thought is correct you get more than an image, you get a timeline of total events and with that GEOINT becomes the power core of that setting. A transient force still requires deployment which is part of that solution. My mind remains racing towards that goal (my fifth goal over DARPA). I know it is selfish in nature and even more so when it is not bout money but about the ego. At times we need to feed that monster. The best thing anyone can do is feed it when it serves the best purpose and not to overfeed that monster. I get that, but feed it now and the voice of ego dies down enough, leave it alone and its voice will drown all other voices and that is the lesson the media never learned. They went from Cash is King to ‘Cash is king in the empire of clicks and clickers’ it was nothing more than self defeating short sightedness.

An upbeat start

I think it is important to start the year in an upbeat way. This might not always be possible, but we can try. In this All Israel News gave us something that I did not see anywhere else. The story (at https://allisrael.com/the-day-after-the-united-arab-emirates-deepens-its-involvement-in-gaza) gives us ‘‘The Day After:’ The United Arab Emirates deepens its involvement in Gaza’ where we see both “The UAE is working vigorously to establish a foothold in the Gaza Strip and is leading the humanitarian effort” and “the UAE enters Gaza with greater economic power compared to other nations. It started with a field hospital they set up in southern Gaza in Rafah.” As well as “the UAE becomes the only country other than Israel that supplies water to Gaza”. This is god news. There is more than one water source now. This is merely the start, but a financial powerhouse like the UAE setting the stepping stones for Palestinians in Gaza is a good start. All these cult idiots shouting Free Palestine is entertaining to the media and their digital dollar needs. But who reported on all that Gaza was free and self governing since 2005? Hamas was never the solution, Hamas is now and will remain the problem for the Palestinians and when Hamas makes the wrong move, which is merely a matter of time Hamas will be done for and people start realising that Hamas has been the one true destabilising factor in Gaza for close to 20 years. 

Yet there is a start now, the UAE has started water supplies. And I am thinking, what if there was a mobile bakery near there? Consider a truck, but a truck that has one function, to bake bread 24:7. We see these bread factories all over the west. So what happens when we put a compact version on a truck. What if we add 40 pizza ovens to a 40 foot container? We have the water, we merely need a truck of flour (or dough) and pizza bread is created as well 24:7? There are well over 1 million Palestinians about to enter the stage of famine. Keeping manufacturing in Egypt and sending a van with bread and water every hour 24 times a day will not solve anything. But it could lessen some of the strains. So how many considered that take on the events? And I am stating that it is merely one container. With 5 of them you can have 200 ovens ready to roll. You still need a good supply of wood, but that can be brought in by trucks. One could fuel all 200 ovens, the dough and the bread it creates will feed thousands. It is just a thought and perhaps others have this in motion. But to be fair, I see little of it and they are complaining on the lack of containers getting through. So who started to smuggle weapons and explosives through aid containers? Yes, Hamas did. We need a different solution and the oven and bakery containers are one. It will not be all the time, but a mobile solution like that is needed all over the world. So who has set up that kind of a solution? The media isn’t all over this, so either it doesn’t give them digital dollars, their stakeholders do not want that news out, or it just doesn’t exist. You pick the most likely candidate, but on this day I decided to remain upbeat and create an optional solution. 

What did you do? Be hung over? Be overly happy with good cheers given and given to you? 

I just see it as another day, I am simple that way.

Who wrote what for whom?

That was the very first question in my mind when I read the article in the Foreign Policy called ‘How Saudi Arabia Could Use Its Leverage in Gaza’ (at https://foreignpolicy.com/2023/12/18/saudi-arabia-israel-gaza-mbs-leverage/) there are a few settings I had an issue with, so let’s go.

The first part is seen with “While some observers may be surprised by Hamas’s heinous Oct. 7 attacks and the eruption of a major war, others had long dreaded such an outbreak of violence. Due to the desperate desire of both Israel and the United States to see a normalisation deal with Saudi Arabia, the unresolved and simmering Palestinian issue was largely ignored.” Is that so? Several governments as well as the United Nations have been eager to ignore the events of October 7th. The United Nations took that vicious cowardly attack from all considerations, others merely painted over that event like it was an undesired breakfast. It was what set rage in the hearts of Israel. The word Hamas is mentioned in this brief twice, one you saw above. So that is the second setting in all this. We can understand and to some degree agree with “Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan is leading a diplomatic committee mandated by the Arab League and Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, to tour various international capitals and argue for an immediate cease-fire.” As an observer I understand that Saudi actions is driven by the need to protect Muslim lives, nothing wrong with that. Yet the biggest problem in all this remains Hamas, and as one source told me “until someone stops Hamas effing around, there is no stopping the IDF” a very valid argument from the other side and as I see it the largest issue is right there. Hamas must be stopped. They opened the door with 1,413+ kills, 8,745+ wounded and 248+ captured or abducted. The IDF hit back and in Gaza we are told the damage is 19,453+ killed, 52,286+ wounded and 7,000+ missing. The problem here is that Hamas is hiding in-between the civilians giving us a one sided reported issue. We see too little reporting on events like “the video, which has been replayed by dozens of news outlets, seems to confirm what Israel has long claimed that Hamas uses innocent Palestinians as barricades by installing their headquarters and arsenals beneath schools, hospitals and other public institutions in a vast complex of subterranean tunnels.” The Washington Post did not keep silent and for reference, the dozen news outlets should alert you. For reference, in America alone there are 204 counties in the United States with no news outlets. There are 1,562 counties with only one and a global total of ‘dozens’ mentions of that event? This should and needs to be a wake up call, especially when we collect the number of European news outlets as well, ‘dozens’ is an outrage and that is also part of the equation.

So now we get to “The Saudis are also using an overlooked diplomatic tool: silence. Their outright refusal of any political discussion before a cease-fire is also generating pressure by disallowing Israel a clear political horizon after the campaign. As the Saudi foreign minister said last month: “What future is there to talk about when Gaza is being destroyed.”” Here we can agree or disagree, but silence is a valid tool and Saudi Arabia is doing what it feels to be best for Muslim lives, no one can deny that, what does matters is that the west is equally in silence by gives no explanation on why it does so and ignoring the October 7th events does not happen. For reference Al Jazeera covered the October 7 events, many news outlets trivialised those events.

So when we are given “It does not want to allow itself to be politicised for Israeli political ends. In other words, the Saudi ruling elites want to avoid being “spun.”” I can accept and get behind that, because in any war there are at least two sides and they both want to spin to accentuate THEIR view. I can get behind that train of thought of not getting spun. 

Then we get to an actual truth that matters “Israel will never match the financial capacity of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. Its economy is struggling, and according to a recent report by the Bank of Israel, it is losing $600 million a week during this campaign. The Israeli central bank has also suggested that the war costs from 2023 to 2025 will amount to some $53 billion.” What is equally missing is that America as well as the EU neither have these funds. One source (allegedly Vanity Fair ;0) has stated that the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has spend well over $53B during dinner in the past, as such the KSA has the funds. 

As we add the one reality that should have been number one from the get go “Nowadays, nothing in Saudi Arabia is spent unless it is deemed to be serving the kingdom’s interest; “Saudi Arabia first” is the principle that Saudi’s foreign policy is based on.” I personally believe that this is the only stance that should matter to the KSA and that is the setting. Then we get to the real meat. The statement “The truth is that Saudi Arabia has always had a leading role in this conflict, but it preferred a leading-from-behind approach. This approach allowed it to use its diplomatic and symbolic weight without being on the political front line and potentially risking its strategic interests. The Saudi ruling elites came to the conclusion that they had mustered a great deal of political effort for a fruitless process and thus have never injected themselves into the intricacies of the Palestinian-Israeli final status negotiations.” Is a real deal. You see Americans want to talk about everything and produce nothing, members of the KSA merely want to achieve what is best for the KSA and according to Islam is best to Muslims, that is what is here and that is why the case of Hamas is a tough one. You see Hamas is all Muslim, it merely works towards selfish reasons and the events we see in Gaza shows that. The one truth no one is entertaining is how much better Palestinians are better off without Hamas. One example is Tawhid al-Jihad, so where was Hamas when these new players were unfolding all over the West Bank around 10 years ago?

As I personally see it there are several players and most of them serve self interests. In this KSA is perhaps the only one who does not. And as I see it all parties ned to realise that Hamas is the one selfish voice in there. The events regarding al-Shifa should be taken as clear evidence in this. With only a few exceptions nearly all civilised nations have agreed that Hospitals and schools are not to be considered military outlets, especially with all the civilians in place.  A reality too many news outlets are ignoring.

The article in Foreign Policy ends with “Before Riyadh steps up and shows greater assertiveness on this issue, the Saudi ruling elites need to see a clear political horizon and an improved structure to the peace process. At that point, they might use their considerable financial leverage to shape the outcome.” You see, my issue here is that this sounds like American policies on the Middle East, so who was the source? An American political player, a stakeholder, or something else? In my (oversimplified) view, the stance most governments needs to take is that the one self-serving player here is Hamas, they are the actual danger and the actual threat. This all started as Saudi relations with Israel were normalising and I personally believe that the message on wrecking that came from Qatar, It is either Ismail Haniyeh directly or someone in his office that pushed those buttons. But that is merely my view and what do I know? 

What matters is that one could argue that Hamas is openly acting against the needs for Saudi stabilising matters in the middle east, Israel was a first step and there is seemingly not much left of that now is there?

Sides of currency

That is the setting, it is never sides of a coin. That was in the old days when things were simple. Things are no longer simple and that is why it took me so long to take on this issue. To be honest, the one clarion voice in all this has been the actor Misha Collins. I will get back to that later.

For now it is important to know that I am not anti-Israel, I am not anti-palestine. I am anti-Hamas. Hamas is a terrorist organisation and my largest issue is that the western media was eager to ‘forget’ the events that started all this. The Nova Festival in a rural farmland area near the Gaza-Israel border was just one of multiple locations hit by Hamas on October 7th. It was the spark in a powder keg and we are seeing the results of all that. Yet that was weeks ago. What started this were two stories. The first was given by Al Jazeera (at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/11/11/saudi-arabia-to-host-arab-islamic-summit-to-unify-efforts-on-gaza) giving us ‘Arab-Islamic summit rejects justifying Gaza war as Israeli self-defence’ there we see that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) gives us “This is a humanitarian catastrophe that has proved the failure of the international community and the UN Security Council to put an end to Israel’s gross violations of international humanitarian laws, and prove the dual standards adopted by the world,” I do not completely agree. This all started by acts of terror by Hamas and Israel has hd enough. We are also given by a source I do not know (at https://unitedwithisrael-org.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/unitedwithisrael.org/saudis-help-block-anti-israel-measures-at-arab-summit/amp/) where we are given ‘Saudis and 8 More Arab Countries Block Anti-Israel Measures at Arab Summit’, I cannot say how correct this is because Al Jazeera makes no mention of this. I added the article because it is important in other ways.

Important to know 
We get all kinds of information, in this we get all kinds of information through LinkedIn, through Twitter (X to some). The first is about anti-semitism

This matters. I do not know if these events in London are really all pro-palestine. I believe that is not the case. It is riddled with anti-semitism and quite frankly it bothers me because anti-semitism is now worse than it was in 1933, this will go from bad to worse soon enough and it is making this world not a nice place. All these children with no idea what is going on ripping the posters of kidnapped jews from the walls, smiling like they matter, these children really do not matter. If you are willing to hide real events you have no value whatsoever. It is a dangerous thing to say, because the media is partially to blame. Some are intentionally misreporting and misrepresenting events. 

Image two is more dangerous. It implies that Arabs in Israel aren’t protesting against Israel. I fail to believe that 100% would not protest, but it is possible. Still I haven’t seen any media really reporting on this. Is it true, or is it false?

These things matter. You see with deepfakes, advanced learning machines we get data and images that cater to anyone who has the money to set these things in motion and the media is part of that. 

What needs to happen
The first part is that Saudi Arabia needs to clearly advertise a site that gives the true settings. What was said in these events. Where does Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman al Saud stand? This is important because he is the stabilising voice of the Middle East and there is now a stage where we no longer can trust the media to give us the low down on what is ACTUALLY being said, were we get the real deal on where certain parties stand.  

The Actor
Now we get to Misha Collins. He stated on Twitter (X to some) something that struck a nerve. You can see it (at https://x.com/mishacollins/status/1723909073219772737?t=Nrp0sJig4eyEqYW4aIY_iA&s=03) it is amazingly good. He does give the setting from two sides and we need to ac knowledge that Israel had true grievances. The operative word was ‘had’. This has gone on for too long and in the end Hamas is not getting hit, merely the people from Gaza are and the top Hamas person is safely in Qatar, so what is now the point? 

That is the question I am struggling with. Can or should Israel be allowed to continue when 100 people from Gaza are killed and merely 2-3 Hamas operators? That is a price much to high, on the other side we see that as long as Hamas is in charge in Gaza this setting is unlikely to change. 

I understand that Hamas needs to be stopped, but this needs a very different approach and bombing Gaza into the stone age will not make it so. 

As such I have been struggling with several issues, but the largest issue is that the western media is no longer to be trusted and that makes it much harder, add to that deep fakes and populist agenda’s that are more often then not anti-semitic in nature makes us all run for the hills, we can no longer tell what is real and it is my hope that Al Jazeera and Arab News will become the real sources of information, but that is merely one thought. 

This weekend is hard, harder then most and it is all happening whilst we all see the Santa Claus stands and commercialisation of Christmas events, all whilst the reality for the west bank is one that is not including reindeers. 

I will not tell you to enjoy the weekend. I get it, you want to but it is time to mull a few things over.

is their governmental fence broken?

That was the first question I had when I saw the events in Dagestan evolve. The BBC Article (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-67269477) gives us ‘How social media fuelled antisemitic violence in Dagestan, Russia’, yet that is merely one symptom. You see, we might accept “At the designated time, hundreds of young men arrived at the airport, overwhelming security guards. They made their way onto the runway; some even got on to the roof.” I believe that is less than half the truth. I believe that Russia has OK’ed anti semitism and could be fuelling it. Their war is going south fart and they need new scapegoats. Israel fills that bill for them.

We are given “We also found other local Telegram chats sharing similar antisemitic rhetoric and calling for violence.” I believe that the FSB (Federal Security Service) has been told to stand down.

Consider the following video (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-odGhIBoCXA) the fact that such a mob got through and no actions were taken by the FSB (or at least a mere minimum) is concerning for two sides. The accusations by Russia are a joke. The fact that western powers would have such an impact on the FSB and the Russian army implies that there is no Russia left. The larger picture is that it is seemingly clear that the Kremlin is now relying on populist agenda’s to take views away from the Ukrainian – Russian events. In his (translated) words he is now siding with Palestine. The second part is seen with “its posts provided detailed instructions for those gathering at the airport, including forming a crowd to block the exit when passengers arriving from Israel left the plane” this implies (no proven) that airport officials are involved. The FSB and the army did not intervene. A mob got complete access to the airport and of course criminals and drug dealers got access too, and a simple way to walk out. The Telegram messages implies more than mere anti semitism, it implies government steering as the FSB would have had access too and they did not intervene. 

As such I wonder what comes next, because if Russia starts supporting Hamas, the setting for a much larger war stage with several added players. The other side is that by these acts they get access to all kinds of pro Palestinian lone wolves. 

In the UK alone that implies added dangers from thousands of lone wolves and Russia would love that. Then there are the lone wolves that ‘grace’ America and with one attack Russia has gained eager recruits in the Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States. One action achieved that, as such tactically a brilliant operation, for the west a lot less so. The problem is that this will set a new breach between left and right and makes socialist parties nothing more than communist tools and after the gutting of intelligence operations all over the Commonwealth, I reckon that they aren’t ready for what comes next and I believe that was exactly what Russia have been waiting for, A smoking gun that they could exploit without it slamming back on them.

So, I wonder what happens when these socialists learn they were played by some top people for reasons they do not understand. I wonder what happens when they see again and again the simple truth “An apology is no defense” and they are prosecuted for acting for hostile states. These people when they are Palestinians will see their residency revoked. It is all good until you sign up for living in a war zone, because that is the reality that some protesters (the non no-violence protesters) will face in London, Toronto, Sydney and all over the USA. That is the stage we face and it is up to the political powers to make decisions, because they just unleashed the setting where they could be bothered by hundreds of lone wolves for years to come.

Escalations

This happens, things escalate. It is not always the intent, it is not always predicted, but it happens. I just saw one of the largest escalation events in a while unfold. It basically started with the attack on The Nova Festival in the Negev desert in southern Israel. A group of approximately 50 Hamas gunmen arrived in vans and sprayed gunfire in all directions. There were mention of paragliders and some YouTube videos seem to show just that. And whilst some news agencies report that at least 260 bodies from the party grounds. It becomes one of the deadliest concerts in history. It starts the offensive by Israel on the West Bank. I remember Rafah, I have personally seen it and I reckon that this is not a good place to be. The West bank becomes an exploding tinder and whilst we see all the media and all Humanitarian wannabe’s shout cease fire issues. They are all eager to step over a concert and the impact it has. We hear of rapes and kidnaps from eye witnesses, but the western media isn’t giving it too much attention. We are all given the impact of. Hospital and we see accusations from both sides. I cannot tell who is speaking the truth and who is making false accusations, the media is no longer the most reliable source, so who is?

I honestly cannot tell at this point. What I saw in 1982 versus what is now feels like my year with the United Nations Security Council was a waste of time. I don’t regret going there, I don’t regret the decision, I merely hoped it would have ended more positively.

Now we see the larger escalation. After all the hundreds of missile strikes, one got through and hit a building in Tel Aviv. So whilst Hamas is hiding in a mountain of Palestinians we see that the Palestinians is hiding Hamas and now Israel has had more then enough, the impact in Tel Aviv will fuel a lot of actions and it will fuel escalations. The Israeli people have faced inactions all over  Europe in 1933-1939 and they are no longer accepting that. Al Jazeera reports ‘Israel-Hamas war live: Israeli ground forces ‘expanding operations’ in Gaza’ we see “The General Assembly has overwhelmingly adopted the non-binding resolution, 120 votes for, 14 against, and 45 abstentions” towards some humanitarian truce, but the Nova Festival in Negev makes that almost impossible and now that there was one successful strike on Tel Aviv, that truce becomes a delusional air castle. Palestinians allowed for Hamas to take the lead, Hamas hid between the people and now that there is no more hiding a lot of Palestinians will get hurt in the process. The attack on October 7th 2023 was a desperate act by Palestine to stop the normalisation between the state of Israel and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this is the result. I reckon that within a week another 10% of all buildings will have been reduced to rubble. An official mention was given 22 hours ago. We are given that the total death toll is 7,028 Palestinians, including 2,913 minors, according to the ministry. I believe that this number will double soon enough, all through an attack on a music festival. We are also given that Hamas gunmen launched an unprecedented attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip on 7 October, killing more than 1,400 people and taking more than 220 hostages. The 260 dead people at the music festival was merely the beginning, even as Hamas is now ‘hiding’ behind 220 hostages it seemingly is not stopping the IDF, thy now want blood and the one successful hit on a building in Tel Aviv is fuelling them along as well. The BBC reports that the Israeli military has massed tens of thousands of soldiers along the territory’s perimeter fence, along with tanks and artillery. It has activated some 300,000 reservists, alongside its standing force of 160,000. That group will face Hamas with about 25,000 people in its military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades. As I see it, Hamas is facing a war machine in a place with no fuel and no electricity. It is facing a fight where rockets have little impact and ammunition will run out soon thereafter. No matter how many ammunition they have, it will be limited to the people who can carry it, their deployment options is most likely to be obsolete within 8 hours of that event. 

As I personally see it, Hamas will have ended Palestinian existence in the West Bank, no matter how they phrase it, the bulk of Palestinians are most likely to be dead before Halloween. As Hamas hides within the population, Israel will see both as a valid military target and the Nova festival gave them that option. I cannot tell how valid it is, Hamas has ben hiding within the Palestinian population for decades and the population led that happen, they will now be caught in the middle. There is no setting of fair, there merely is a military setting. Ghazi Hamad can run out of whatever interview he wants to, the consequence that no one is willing to give him a pedestal to make claims from, is gone now, unless he takes the next plane to Moscow. Hugo Bachega asked the hard question and Hamas had no answer, their footing is washing away on nearly evert front they once had. As I personally see it, the most stupid of all actions was to attack a music festival loaded with civilians, there is no coming back from that and the Tel Aviv strike will be making it worse soon enough.

The number is three

Weirdly enough, my mind came up with something that was out there and for some reason it matters. The rhyme goes like “They touch, they break, they steal. No one here is free. Here they come, they come for three, unless you stop the melody.” You see, there is a second meaning to steal, it can also mean ‘move somewhere quietly’, we forget that sometimes, we all do. And with this I saw a few articles. 

The first step
The first article is seen (at https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2023/oct/05/australia-fifa-world-cup-2034-bid-saudi-arabia-challenge) where we hear ‘Australia given 25-day deadline to challenge Saudi Arabia’s 2034 World Cup bid’. It is here that we see “Football Australia, state and federal governments and potential Asian co-hosts have been given 25 days by Fifa to decide whether they will bid for the 2034 men’s World Cup”. Other articles give us that Australia is pissed.  The why part is out there and it is not asked. Consider that I wrote some time ago regarding “Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions secretary Tim Ada told the inquiry that the event’s costs had nearly doubled from $2.6 billion in March 2022 to $4.5 billion a year later.” As such, they already fumbled the ball once, so now they want to give that another try, now with FIFA? And why is 2034 so important? We have 2026 (USA, Canada, Mexico) and in 2030 we get that on October 4th 2023 it was announced that Spain, Portugal and Morocco would host the majority of the 2030 FIFA World Cup in an unanimous decision from the FIFA Council, with one “celebratory game” each being held in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay. The game is evolving, it is too big for one place, so who would be able to afford to host the games? The general costs were in 2014 (Brazil) $19.7 billion, in 2018 (Russia) $16 billion, and 2022 (Qatar) had a $229 billion cost message. We can agree that the last one was outlandishly big, but a country that could not fork over $5,000,000,000 for the Commonwealth Games will share well over triple that with New Zealand? What is wrong with people? I am not debating that this event is good for a nation who hosts this, but Australia and a few other places are not in a financial sound place. Saudi Arabia is one of the few nations who have that kind of money available. The 2030 innovations that the kingdom is showing could (or should) show the world that Saudi Arabia has what it needs to make it work. 

We are all in the need for games, but these games (FIFA, Commonwealth Games, Olympics) are slowly pricing themselves out of a global market and no one is asking serious questions here. I get why the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wants this and lets be clear, they can afford it. Australia? I am not certain, yet the errors made last year and the triple costs now make me wonder if some politicians have any idea the amount of money that they are spending. 

The second step
The second step is not that clear, we are given (at https://uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/hamas-strike-israel-force-market-190723900.html) ‘Hamas’ strike on Israel will force the market to ‘beg’ Saudi Arabia to pump out more oil, famed crude trader says’, so when the market begs. How sturdy are they? The fact that this event is used as an excuse to beg for more oil. How shoddy as their position to begin with? The USA and EU are not reliant on either Hamas or Israel for oil and their oil needs are not on the USA or EU. OK, perhaps Israel might benefit, but Gaza does not. So when I see “the militant group’s raid will disrupt longer-term supplies, with Riyadh unlikely to start pumping out more crude until Brent hits $110 a barrel.” I wonder who believes that setting. I get that oil prices will increase that was already a given, but that is mostly due to the fact that OPEC has decided to decrease outputs. It was the hard lesson the USA had to learn from being politically utterly stupid. The price it had in June 2022 will be returned to and most likely get surpassed, neither of the two Gaza players had a hand in that. Yes, these tanks will require fuel, but that would be on Israel. 

The third step
The last step comes from Business News Australia. The article (at https://www.businessnewsaustralia.com/blog/trademark-group-connects-aussie-businesses-to-saudi-boom) gives us ‘“Like Dubai 20 years ago”: Trademark Group connects Aussie businesses to Saudi boom’, we get the notion and the act to get close to any business boom that can be ‘exploited’. As such we are given “Australian businesses that missed out on the Dubai growth story of the past 20 years have been urged to take a closer look at Saudi Arabia, a country that Trademark Group founder and CEO Sam Jamsheedi describes as the sleeping giant of the Gulf region.” Yes, I agree. But I saw that essential setting over two years ago and I wrote about that in this blog on numerous occasions. As such it is nice that Sam Jamsheedi woke up to the notion two years late. My issue with the article is not the notion. It is also accepted that we see “Each industry that the Saudis are trying to develop provides massive opportunities for Australia businesses to capitalise on – from construction and agriculture to food, beverage and even sport.” In this I agree, yet my thoughts are where the article failed. You see the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a Muslim nation, it largely acts and reacts as the Quran inspires them. Yet the article does not even once mention ‘Islam’ or ‘Muslim’ settings. That was my first stage when I was testing my IP. Yet Muslim rules are all over Saudi Arabia, they are in advertising which is a first hurdle ANY business needs to overcome. They need to test that their advertising adheres to those rules. The article makes no mention there either. It reads like a wishful thinking article, all whilst basic needs are not mentioned. It reads to me that these are ‘small’ hurdles that they will overcome in due time. That is an entirely wrong setting to take. 

We see three settings, They touch (oil), they break (FIFA), they sneak (Business) and they all want a piece from Saudi Arabia. Yes, the second one is flimsy, but when we see the cost part, I am almost clueless that Australia is setting it all up. It is my speculative view that with Qatar players like Coca Cola missed out on too much and now they are anxious and eager to make sure that FIFA is set in a place where their interests are larger like in Australia. All at the same time we see a setting of 5G and a few other settings where Australia is not in the best place and I feel 99% certain that the drain on 5G will be enormous in 2034 and I am not entirely certain that Australia will be ready at that point. They politicised too much, which made them massively non acting, merely talking loud. As such, when we were given in May 2023 the setting of New guidelines, we were also given “These renewed warnings come amid the Australian government’s plan to strengthen national security and make Australia one of the most secure countries in the world by 2030” that sounds nice, but the fact that the nation is lacking security settings for 8 years is flimsy to say the least. But no one is looking at that, are they? I still get 4G mentions all over Sydney today, as such I fail to see that they are ready by the time it matters and it mattered yesterday. We are presented several issues and no one is looking at the picture we should be seeing. As I personally see it “unless you stop the melody” refers to presentations given and these presentations are lacking on several levels. Feel free to disagree, but when you look behind the presentations you need to see a solid setting, solid numbers and solid facts. We aren’t given those. Why not?

When it pours

When it pours, an umbrella seems pointless. Yes, that was not the stage you imagined, was it. When it rains we rely on an umbrella to keep us dry, when it pours a little less so. You see pouring rain tends to come with strong winds, and most umbrella’s are not designed to deal with both. 

So when I see ‘Israel formally declares war, approves ‘significant’ steps to retaliate for Hamas attack’ (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/israel-gaza-hamas-hezbollah-1.6990466) I wonder what else is in play. I see the speculations by the media. ‘It’s a Russian Ploy’, ‘It’s an anti Saudi-Israel ploy’. Now, both are possible, both are also likely but consider that some sources give us that 3,500 rockets have been fired. This was an event that was planned. This was not some knee jerk event. Consider where you can store 3500 rockets, consider that Mossad is trying to monitor Gaza 24:7. These elements combined give us the need for crunching data and intelligence. So whilst the CBC gives us “The Israeli government formally declared war Sunday and gave the green light for “significant military steps” to retaliate against Hamas for its surprise attack from the Gaza Strip a day earlier, as the total death toll on both sides surpassed 1,100 and thousands have been wounded.” No one is sitting down to consider that this happened leaving Mossad doing the penguin with their pants on their ankles. And we can understand that Israel formally declared war. Yet, the time-line does not match up. Yes, we see that Hamas feels threatened by the normalisation of ties between the state of Israel and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In equal measure there is a need for Russia to get focus away from them (as they get bitch slapped by Paddington bear). So both speculations have merit on the greater scheme of things and perhaps both are in play. 

I was there in 1982, I saw the mess there was and I feel tired that this shit is still going on. It feels like my life as part of the UNSC was a waste of time. It doesn’t make me a better source of intelligence, I merely see more than what the media gives us. It also makes me wonder when stress points are added to Israel, Eilat and Beer Sheva are Israeli hubs. When the rockets start focussing on these two points the game will alter, and I tactically speaking these two places are not out of reach. If there is anything to say about Hamas is that they tend to be creative. If they have the ability to hide and shoot 3500 missiles, 400 drones in two droves on these two pressure points is not unimaginable. Especially if Russia is part of that equation. I reckon that they could see that handing 400 drones to Hamas will be a stronger message than keeping them aimed at Ukrainian targets. In all this there is one clear part. My view is pure speculation, I have no data supporting my view. Yet I feel that merely focussing on missiles is not a good idea for Israel. Hamas knows that there will be retaliations. So whatever comes next, it will be their goal to make it hurt. It seems strange, but after 42 years, I see now that this will never end in my lifetime and if I had kids, they would not see the end of this either. It is almost a version of Harry Potter, one cannot live whilst the other is still alive. It is not positive, but it is what it is. In 1982 I had the dastardly hope that I was part of setting a stage that would end hostilities. I now know that it was foolish to think that I had any positive impact there. 

We all learn and we all learn at our own speed. No matter how we see this, consider that this coming week will give a better view on how things around the west bank will escalate.
