Order through the chaos of others

That is likely the setting we see today. I used the word ‘likely’ with some reservation as the implied parties are all kissing up to what they call ‘the ring of the orange entity’ and I am kind in the usage of the world entity (the other words were way to crass). Yet (at https://www.arabnews.com/node/2616094/business-economy) we see ‘Tencent Cloud accelerates Saudi expansion with new data region, AI services’ a setting that should be scorched in your minds for the simple reason that others are ‘hyping’ their so called AI setting and they don’t like other news that is not in their favor. We are given “Chinese technology giant Tencent is accelerating its cloud and AI push into Saudi Arabia, positioning the Kingdom as its primary hub for the Middle East under Vision 2030. On the sidelines of the Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit 2025 in Shenzhen, senior executives told Arab News that the company is finalizing the launch of its first Middle East cloud region in Riyadh, part of a $150 million investment announced earlier this year.” Where they are addressing the second pillar of my three pillar solution and it is happening in Saudi Arabia. It is not merely that setting, they have bigger plans and these plans are seemingly underway. and we get the gist of that meeting. Saudi Arabia is setting the borders way outside their national parameters and it makes sense as it gives them access to 251 million people, over 7 times the Saudi population. As I see it they now merely need Egypt (other efforts are already underway there) and Indonesia to make it a grand slam. And that gives them an almost certain setting to get 100 million subscribers to the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) group with expansion into Middle East and Asia. That is why Huawei and Tencent are playing it close to the vest as the expression goes. There is a chance they call it playing it close to the Kandura, or perhaps close to the Bisht. And as I see it, Saudi Arabia is only one step to dwarf the other 5G and telecom systems and that is where the Tencent Data centers come in. And as I see it, Tencent merely needs to connect two more places. Abu Dhabi and Riyadh and connect them to Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok, Silicon Valley, Virginia, Frankfurt, São Paulo, Jakarta and they will become the biggest connected data centre on the planet. So, don’t believe the sludge that Microsoft is trying to sell you, as I see it, they no longer matter as per 01-Jan-2027. Oracle will connect to it all, as will Snowflake, AWS and whatever Europe has to offer, but as I see it, the Dutch relied on Microsoft, so that will be valued as laughter for money. And when that setting is set via a Chinese wall to whatever runs in China, America losses yet another battle that they set of presented bragging and other fiascos. And that writing was already done as I wrote ‘Evolutions towards the third cog’ on February 2nd 2024 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/02/02/evolutions-towards-the-third-cog/) and at that point I truly believed that the UAE was picking up that option, but as it seems Saudi Arabia was a little more hungry for that revenue and now it seems that they might get it all. So the original latin expression “when two dogs fight for a bone, the third runs away with it” seems to apply here. And as CNBC gave us almost two weeks ago ‘OpenAI’s first data center in $500 billion Stargate project is open in Texas, with sites coming in New Mexico and Ohio’ where we see “OpenAI and Oracle are betting big on America’s AI future, bringing online the flagship site of the $500 billion Stargate program, a sweeping infrastructure push to secure the compute needed to power the future of artificial intelligence.

The debut site in Abilene, Texas, about 180 miles west of Dallas, is up and running, filled with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and racks of Nvidia chips. The data center, which is being leased by Oracle, is one of the most notable physical landmarks to emerge from an unprecedented boom in demand for infrastructure to power AI. Over $2 trillion in AI infrastructure has been planned around the world, according to an HSBC estimate this week.” We might need to adjust out views. It is true that OpenAI and Oracle are betting big, but they are set to the finders who are relying on a global impact and as I see it, when Tencent is connecting its data centers, over 20% of the planet will be somewhere else. So, do you think that the American people (340 million) will feed that massive engine? Consider that Europe is already fighting over where they want to be, those 450 million souls will not all traverse that setting and China with the expected 1.4 billion and the Saudi setting of over a billion (1.8 billion at present) gets Tencent the 3.2 billion, almost half the planet and that is merely the setting of Tencent and the STC. So how do you see that $500 billion go when you realise that some ‘proclaim’ that the AI facts come for over 40% from reddit (presumed speculation).

I reckon that someone will reinvestigate the ‘verification’ process in deeper detail (something I have been saying for over a year) and as such as the data is useless, so is whatever AI is sprung from that. The old Garbage in, Garbage out setting which some might have learned in the 80’s.

So whilst some might see that Stargate LLC is going to crash at some point, I would consider never ever investing in MGX Fund Management Limited which is owned by the UAE and I reckon (speculatively) that their $100,000,000,000 is going to go the way of the Dodo pretty quick. Of course if they have invested in Oracle, they will get the technology out of it and that can be redeployed in other ways, so that investment isn’t lost. But you need to know the contracts to define that step (I have no idea what the contracts stipulate). So is this certain? No, it is not. A lot of it is presumption and that is bigger than speculation, but it remains a guess. The larger part is that the STC, Saudi Arabia and Tencent are on course to make a nice killing (as the investment jargon goes). A setting that was set to productivity and gains through achievement. As I see it these two parties STC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Tencent (Chinese government) are basically on track to become the larger players in this setting ever seen.

Repeating the same mistake

That happens, it happens to me too. As I’m decently convinced of something I will repeat that thought. Actually it might be the wrong idea, but you get the point. As such I saw over the last 24 hours several articles. 

The first is given to us by Time, (at https://time.com/7282450/trump-annex-canada-economy-recession-upholding-the-constitution/) we are given ‘Trump Speaks Out on His Desire to Annex Canada, Recession Concerns, and If He Has to Uphold the Constitution’ In this article we get “The first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s second term in the White House have been dominated by talks of Executive Orders, tariffs, foreign relations and economic stability in light of the trade war sparked by the tariffs, comments about annexing Canada, the possibility of seeking a third term, and much more.” Followed by “Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney, whose Liberal Party won the Canadian election on April 28, has—much like his predecessor Justin Trudeau—made it clear that Canada has no intention of taking Trump up on his offer. “It will never happen,” he said. In this latest interview, Trump said he had congratulated Carney on his election win, but doubled down on his desire to make Canada the 51st state, saying he will “always talk about that.” Trump repeated his previous sentiments, referring once more to Canada’s former Prime Minister as “Governor Trudeau.””. As I see it, the southern folks might as well call these southerners “The United States of Canada” soon enough (my reason follow far below). His reasoning is ““If Canada was a state it wouldn’t cost us. It would be great. It would be such a great—it would be a cherished state. And, if you look at our map, if you look at the geography, I’m a real estate guy at heart. When I look down at that without that artificial line that was drawn with a ruler many years ago… You don’t even realize. What a beautiful country it would be,” he said. “Again, remember this, we don’t need their cars, we don’t need their lumber, we don’t need their energy. We don’t need anything. We do very little business with Canada. They do all of their business practically with us. They need us. We don’t need them.”” As I see it, the first deception, more to follow in the near future and that deception is given through “They need us. We don’t need them”. Then we get to the Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/04/trump-greenland-denmark-military-force) where we are given ‘Trump says he ‘doesn’t rule out’ using military force to control Greenland’, so what kind of a yahoo dictator reverts to force to attack its allies? And these two have been given the stage that their resources are up for grabs and America needs them. The same for Canada. A setting that is concerning as this is the likely first setting that they need us (Greenland and Canada) a lot more than they need him. So as again deception rules, we are left with “Donald Trump would not rule out using military force to gain control of Greenland, the world’s largest island and an autonomous territory within Denmark, a fellow Nato member with the US.” America never needed it for the longest of time, but America is on the outer limits of bankrupt and it needs their resources to survive. So as such the ‘promise’ of “It would be great. It would be such a great—it would be a cherished state” is like a crack whore begging for anything to get that ‘cherished’ high. That is how I see it. The biting effect of 36 trillion debt, for America at 4.5% it comes down to 1.62 trillion dollars (aka 1,620,000,000,000) EVERY YEAR and that is how it bites. During fiscal year 2024, the IRS collected more than $5.1 trillion in tax revenue, that implies that 31.76% is lost of that revenue is lost on interest alone and it gets worse, because (as the US Treasury gives us) “Compared to the national deficit of $1.06 trillion for the same period last year (Oct 2023 – Mar 2024), our national deficit has increased by $242 billion.” And the funny part was that on the occasion of World Animal day 2021 I gave “In 2013 the US debt was $17,000,000,000,000 (17 trillion), and over 8 years 8 trillion was added, a nice $8,000,000,000,000. This implies that the US government overspends a trillion a year with no exit strategy on how to cope with the debt and it is on both Republicans and Democrats.” I saw this moment come to mind over three years ago and over this time, of three years, the debt doubled. So how is that for foresight? I did so (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/10/04/utter-insanity/) in the blog article ‘Utter Insanity’ I saw that clearly ahead of it all and due to American politicians sitting on their hand it is now too late and I made notice of this before 2021 as well. Reuters might give us a Met Gala and how things are bolder, but it still needs people with incomes to afford it all and that is about to end and President Trump doesn’t want to be the president having to inform the people that it is about to end, as such we will get The United States of Canada with (at this time) Prime minister of the Americas to become the biggest president the world has ever seen. As such I opt that he will unite several states as one with in the east called the Cockcoeske collective (honouring the Rappahannock Tribe of the 1600’s) named after the first female chief following her father Chief Captain Chawanta Nelson) this would unite the states of Virginia and all the states to the North of that. I know it is a little mean but America was stupid and mean to elect Donald Trump as such, so they don’t get a choice in the matter. And it makes sense, to elect this, they will need the upheaval and as such one third of the boards of any new states in America will consist of Native Americans and in the settings that America is out of funds, other measures will have to be taken, with a damper on spending, military spending is a first and most remaining spending will go on infrastructures and soup kitchens because as I see it, when the defaults start pretty much all retirement funds go belly up. Wanna doubt me? That is fair, but show me a non-violent and non invasive solution. I bet you can’t do that. I voiced the overhaul of the American tax system for the better part of a decade and now it is too late. Time is up and not one politician stated that it needed to be done. 

As a third article we get USA Today (at https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2025/05/04/donald-trump-canada-greenland-military-force/83447719007/) giving us ‘Trump says ‘highly unlikely’ US uses military force to annex Canada’ where the tone is set by “In an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press”, President Donald Trump said he still wants to make Canada the 51st U.S. state and does not envision the United States using military force to seize the neighboring country. During the interview, which aired on May 4, Trump said he’s still interested in annexing Canada but does not label it in the same category as Greenland, a Danish territory Trump has repeatedly suggested the U.S. could one day be compelled to acquire.” As such the tables are turned, America will not annex Canada, America will be given to Canada, to safe it from dangerous politicians and the people of America give it to Canada to deliver it from destitution and the people utterly out of funds. If only they had listened to me as I voice it a little over a decade ago. Redesign your tax system. It was never about taxing the rich, it was about redesigning the tax system they had, as it was never working on the design it had. You want to blame Apple (the first to become a trillion dollar company) and that never made sense with all the trillions of debt that America had and it took a mere abacus to work that out, not an non-existent AI supercomputer.

And now, as time is up for America (as I personally see it) we see the more violent side of America (annexing nations resources) and that solution is already too late to safe America, it might merely delay this setting a few more years and in the meantime, it will mine the hell out of Canada and Greenland, destroying these environments and to that I say ‘Hell no!’, because we need to step up for the environment and also because Canada is a Commonwealth brother and Greenland is part of our ally Denmark.

So have a great day and try to salvage your goods, because American time is, as I personally see it, done for.

One pond is not like the other

This happens. We are not always aware, but it pays off to check. It is an easy mistake to make in Europe and America, but there are rules and thinking that you are from a ‘free’ society does not mean you can ignore the rules another place has. As such we get to The Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/nov/20/london-18-year-old-arrested-in-dubai-for-sex-with-17-year-old). You see, there are strict rules in some places. Most of them involve drugs, criminal activities or sex. We are given “We really liked each other but she was secretive with her family because they were strict. My parents knew about our relationship but she couldn’t tell hers. She had to meet me without telling them it was to see a boy.” And there we see the first red flag. With “she was secretive with her family because they were strict” we get the problem. And with “Fakana was charged because the girl’s mother found their chats and pictures back in the UK.

It is understood the woman subsequently contacted police in Dubai and Fakana was arrested.” And with the premise of “Sex outside marriage is legal for tourists, but only if both parties are over 18.” We see an entire life getting squandered. I have no clear picture how the mother was about it all, but as she called the police in Dubai I can guess that she was not OK with it. And the bleeding heart stage of “Fakana’s family has called on the foreign secretary, David Lammy – their local MP – to intervene.” We get nothing. You see he broke the law and that is the real drive. The UAE sees crime and deals harshly with it. We can ‘break down’ the setting as much as we want and the Guardian does this in the byline with “Marcus Fakana could face two decades in jail for having sex with girl, also from London, while on holiday in UAE”, no the setting is much simpler. He had sex with an underage girl and the parents (at least the mother) of the girl are not OK with it. Don’t get me wrong, I was a teenager once (I think that was at the time of the Crusades) and I get the setting, but the law is the law. And he should be lucky. If he had smoked a joint afterwards he might hang in the real sense of the word. And he is lucky because the punishment in the UAE for rape of a minor is the firing squad. And if she maintains that she was not ready for that he gets to feel what many have felt before. That is the part we do not see here. 

There is an abundance of party timers and as long as they party in Europe they tend to be fine. When the age difference is low (like in this case) many places have the Romeo and Juliet law. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia (mostly Muslim countries) do not. So the ‘excuse’ “has since turned 18” will not work. She was a minor in the eyes of the law. As such the sentence “Detained in Dubai, which campaigns to help people it says have suffered injustice in the UAE” does not work. He broke the law and she was still a minor. All that beside the point that the UAE has strict laws regarding sex outside marriage. And that should have been the first issue for the parents of Marcus Fakana. It pays to know the minimum of local laws. And do not blame Islamic law. In North Carolina and Virginia Oral Sex is a Felony, and that is regardless of the marital status. So, rejoice his life could have been blown after he was blown. 

And the media is partly responsible for this mess (to a degree). The Independent gives us ‘Briton, 18, facing 20-year jail sentence in Dubai over holiday romance with 17-year-old girl’, no, he had sex with a minor. And the word minor is not given once in the article in the Independent. The Standard makes the same mistake. We are led to believe that it is so unfair. But the simplicity is that countries have laws and other countries have different laws and this is one law the parents should have made clear to their son. And as for the excuse ““The girl was just a few months younger than Marcus and he didn’t know that at the time,” said Radha Stirling, the chief executive of Detained in Dubai” I get that she has a job to do and with that the second excuse should not hold water either, it is “This is not something Dubai should be prosecuting.” Yes Dubai should. You see, she was a minor. Ignorance is not a valid defence. I personally believe that he should not serve 20 years, but there need to be consequences. The media handling of the issues is making that clear. Perhaps a month (at the most) and after that he becomes persona non grata. I reckon that he gets that in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and several other nations will deny him access to.

I am for the most a black letter law person. I do believe in the spirit of the law and for me (and many others) this is not a serious case, but for the parents of the girl it is. In islamic law the ‘spoiled’ woman is not a good one (sorry for that term). And it could have been prevented if Marcus would have been told of the laws of the land he visits. 

So I am willing to blame the parents more than Marcus, but in the end he must face the music.

Say What?

Yes, at times we get that. I have had my issues with the media for the longest time, but today was the wrong day to rub me the wrong way. It all started a few hours ago when the BBC decided to make ‘Obamas’ chef Tafari Campbell dies in paddle-boarding accident’ news (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-66297450). I have no idea who he was and I mean no disrespect to Tafari Campbell. I think it is cool to get a job for one of the coolest presidents in America’s history, but lets be clear, the man was a cook. The starting text “Tafari Campbell, 45, worked in the White House before staying on with the Obama family after Mr Obama left office in 2016.” Is pretty much it, the rest should not matter to anyone. To give you a rundown of some of the things that the BBC did not tell you

Saudi Arabia (Front Sport Office)
There we see the news (at https://frontofficesports.com/saudi-arabia-reportedly-offers-1-1-billion-for-kylian-mbappe/) that a football player namely Kylian Mbappe got an amazing lucrative option, a one year deal for $1.1 billion dollars. I honestly have no idea why the man is worth that much, but basically, he’ll make in one year enough to retire from life in luxury. Now, I found a few more articles on this event, just not the BBC. I would never pay that much for anyone, even if I had the money, but that is not something I would have to justify anyway. And as news goes, it is new, sports is news to a whole range of people all over the world. And there is more!

Iran (CNN)
Here we get a human interest story. The story (at https://www.cnn.com/style/article/iran-film-festival-canceled-scli-intl/index.html) gives us ‘Iran bans film festival over poster of actress without hijab’, an action that is not entirely unexpected. One could argue that the people of that festival wanted the festival cancelled by default. We get a picture (picture was nice), and the story comes with the added text ““The minister of culture and Islamic guidance has personally issued an order to ban the 13th edition of the ISFA Film Festival, after using a photo of a woman without a hijab on its poster in violation of the law,” ministry spokesperson Mohammad Mehdi Samoui said in a statement, according to IRNA.” It is hard to ‘reflect’ on laws, especially on laws as they are in existence in Islamic nations, but there was a bright light for Iran, the BBC skated around it and gave the limelight to a dead chef.

Unite Arab Emirates (Khaleej Times)
A new stage and a clear news stage. The article (at https://www.khaleejtimes.com/lifestyle/health/uae-new-case-of-mers-virus-confirmed-in-al-ain-says-who) gives us ‘UAE: New case of Mers virus confirmed in Al Ain, says WHO’, news if there ever was one. Mers (aka Middle East respiratory syndrome) is rare but serious. It is apparently spread through close contact with camels, camel products, or an infected person. It is one of those illnesses that go from animal to person and the WHO (World Health Organisation) has now confirmed a total of “All 108 identified contacts were monitored for 14 days from the last date of exposure to the patient”, in a population it does not seem much, but it is a serious issue and on a population of 9.5 million it is not much, but the disease is rare, as such the issue becomes foreground and limelight news. Interesting the BBC did not have this either, but the death of a chef, yes they did have that one.

At times I wonder who decides on the pressures of what makes the news, more important, what non-News makes that cut. Three stories that outrank a paddle boarding accident (by a lot). For something like the The Virginian-Pilot it is news. It was a person from Virginia and he did serve in the White House, no one denies that. Other local newspapers might follow suit on that. Why on earth the BBC did, I have no idea. Not in an age where events have the world stage. To underline this, the sports section gives us all kinds of news, but there is no coverage of the world championships in Japan? How does that compute? The top 25 articles over the last 24 hours and Swimming does not make that cut? Who runs that degenerative toko? (toko is slang for shop)
You see, another source gives us “28-strong British team look to make their mark just one year out from the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris”, a team of 28 swimmers and the BBC cannot find the time to give its viewers and readers one story n this? What is wrong with them?

Overall there is a debatable side to more and more news agents, not merely on what the report, but also on things they let pass by. I want you to take a look for yourself and wonder why certain news events never make it to the BBC or several other news agents in the west.

Traitor’s Gateway

There is a gate through which traitors pass, it weirdly looks like the one in the Tower of London. It does not offer boating service. The traitors walk through the slime and the muck with their bare feet. This gateway is not in London, it is the entrance of the ninth level of hell, a place reserved for traitors. A gate reserved for people like Jack Teixeira, and he is most welcome to that entrance. Lucifer Morningstar has confirmed his reservation. He stated to me that the demons in that level had been doing too little. Too many demons, not enough traitors. So Jack will be getting the undivided attention of dozens of demons for millennia to come and as a second here equals a year there, eternity becomes a whole new context. And it seems that there is place for more if we can believe the CNN article (at https://www.cnn.com/2023/05/19/politics/jack-teixeira-leak-intelligence-unit-warnings/index.html). There we read ‘Defense personnel alarmed after memos reveal Air Force leadership warned about accused Pentagon leaker but let him continue working’, so what was that again about the devils playground? Especially when I saw “Air Force leadership repeatedly warned Airman 1st Class Jack Teixeira about inappropriately accessing classified intelligence have left former and current defense personnel baffled at how he retained his security clearance and was able to continue sharing classified information for months.” I would not say that they are baffled. This level of inaction is just staggering. Some people in this day and age were not willing to put in the paperwork, some were hindered by indecision (a failing many managers tend to have) and then there is “had received a direct order from his superiors to stop taking notes on intelligence, which they found he was ignoring just a month later”. So if I read this right. We see all the huff and puff against Huawei and now TikTok and you keep a clown like that around? Give me a break, China doesn’t need to create elaborate intelligence gathering loopholes (if there are any, no evidence was ever presented.), China can just softly push an intelligence gamer and he will spout whatever they need. ‘Do you want the US invasion plans for Russia?’ Just mention ‘You could never invade Russia’ during a game of Fortnite and some clown will produce the PDF file with (if we may believe the CNN text) personal annotations and notes from the traitor themselves. That US service is just amazing. An Airman with intelligence clearings can deliver faster than an F-35 with overburner heat, hopefully only in America. 

The text also gives us ““This is negligence on the part of the chain of command,” said Jason Kikta, a former Marine Corps Officer and former member of US Cyber Command. “They had a clear pattern of behaviour,” adding he “should have been cut off at the second incident.”” You see, a clear answer and a straight directive, as one would expect from Marines (Airforce please take notes here). A simple application of Common Cyber Sense, like the Marines haircut, just cut it all off! Yes, that is how I believe it should be and what baffles me is how inactive the Airforce has become. You see, Common Cyber Sense is nothing new, it has been around 15 years. The repetition of warnings is nothing new either. All hetero sexual man wanted to look up the dress uniform of a youthful well shaped female Airman. I know it is wrong, but we were all 17 once and don’t we love admiring those forbidden fruits. This happens, it is wrong but it happens. Yet to push defence papers onto the gaming internet is a whole new level of wrong (stupid too) and inactions here that catered to it is setting the question. How much of an overhaul does the classification system need? Not merely that it happened once, but that a repeat offender was able to do it for so long requires a classification overhaul up to the highest rank in that location (and optionally other location to). Although the information at the end “Virginia Democratic Sen. Mark Warner, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, told CNN on Thursday that the new information was “deeply troubling.”” I would say to Mark Warner that ‘Deeply Troubling’ was some time ago and when we see Senators up in arms on TikTok and Huawei issues, all ignoring Cisco matters and calling this ‘deeply troubling’ is making me howl with laughter. And with the added “A memo from September 2022 says Teixeira was “observed taking notes on classified intelligence information” in the unit’s sensitive compartmented information facility, or SCIF, and putting “the note into his pocket.” He was instructed “to no longer take notes in any form on classified intelligence information””. So not only was he doing this for a long time, there is no way to tell how long BEFORE September 2022 this was going on, because I feel fairly certain that he got away with it for some time before someone noticed.

So don’t feel sorely, traitors will brighten your Fortnite day when needed, enjoy your gaming weekend.

The legality of it

Yes, we see that at times. There is legality to nearly anything and it is not always clear how to steer the law. Even as we were given yesterday (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-64897423) the headline ‘US six-year-old who shot teacher won’t be charged – prosecutor’ there are no real questions on that setting. A 6 year old is too young to understand the law (Doli Incapax), as such he cannot be prosecuted. Yet when we look back at ‘United States of Criminality’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/01/09/united-states-of-criminality/) now over two months ago. I gave the reader “more important nothing on the parents. Is anyone waking up? Then there is CBS who used the line “a handgun was used”, was that all? There are over 170,000,000 of handguns in the US (according to one source) there are thousands of brands. I think that the police from day one could have done better than “a handgun was used” and the media never followed up on it, at least not from the dozen or so sources I saw. So why not? What makes this case different? Who are the parents? I let you simmer on this” and even more on the story before that, a day before that I gave the readers “He also would not comment on how the boy got access to the gun or who owns the weapon” that was more than two months ago. Now we see “authorities in the city of Newport News have yet to decide if any adult will face criminal charges in the case” with the added “once we analyse all the facts, we will charge any person or persons that we believe we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt committed a crime” It took me less than 5 minutes to get to there in January and two months later the locals did not even wake up yet. So any weapon BS approach is now non existent in the US. Two months and nothing was done, so don’t come to me on anti gun laws, on anti violent crimes. A setting that was clear where the parents had clear responsibility to keep guns out of the hands of children these parents failed miserably. I would speculate that this stinks of nepotism. The Law, the media they all failed here and there is enough printed evidence to make that case of failure. There is enough evidence to wonder what on earth the police forces in Virginia is doing, so far they did close to nothing. The school failed, the police failed, the law failed. As I see it that teacher is due a 7 figure payout and the first number will be well higher than a ‘1’. As I see it the media is merely milking these situations, if not the entire Virginia case would have been on the forefront of EVERY news cycle for weeks to come and perhaps something would have been done, but it isn’t. So if you want to get angry about gun laws, do something about these failures, because they are clear failures on multiple levels no less.

And I was right (yet again)

This all started for me on the 8th of January when I wrote ‘Little shits’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/01/08/little-shits/) I asked questions then which was mere hour after the event. Now the BBC gives us (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-64406295) ‘Three warnings before US boy, 6, shot teacher – lawyer’ a mere hour ago. We get to see “This included a request to search the boy and a report from another child who said the boy had shown him a gun. The teacher – Abigail Zwerner, 25 – is recovering after being released from hospital last week. In the fallout, the school’s superintendent has now lost his job.” I had clear questions which did not reflect on the quotes. I wondered why the mother had not been taken away on suspicion of attempted negligent manslaughter, there is a case to be made for co-conspirator for grievous bodily harm, none of that happened. And when we get to “The removal of Mr Parker happened only hours after Ms Zwerner’s lawyer, Diane Toscano, announced plans to sue the district, saying the shooting was “entirely preventable”.” It is sacrificing superintendent Parker to make the optional damage less. But that is not the case, it is actually a lot worse. It is seen with “Virginia law prohibits anyone from recklessly leaving a loaded, unsecured firearm in such a way that may endanger a child under 14 years of age.” The added “the gun used by the boy had been legally purchased by his mother. The boy’s family said the weapon had been “secured”. Police have not responded to this claim” merely makes this worse. You see, if it was secured a 6 year old should not be able to get to it, you do get that, don’t you. I saw this in the first instance, questions should have been asked and they are brushed away on a few levels, so as I see it, the monetary claim for the shot teacher will go into the millions and she will win. When her lawyer Diane Toscano has a go at the people still there, this case will be decided for the teacher and I expect this will be a quick decision. And it also shows how much of a joke American schools are. They are all about safety and no guns and basic security is overlooked as the article clearly shows. So when I hear another idiot shout gun laws, I will tell them to get a clue and leave their young child at the Richneck Elementary School in Virginia. The quote “The official allegedly responded: “Well, he has little pockets.”” Merely angered me more. 

You see, I can kill a person with a simple Derringer .22. A gun is a tool and the army trained me to use this tool properly. One you see the elements that make for a gun, a flintlock pistol can be just as deadly as a magnum .44, the bullet kills and the bullet does not need to be large, a decent understanding of anatomy gets you there. So the entire Richneck Elementary School farce is a big joke from start to finish and I saw the elemental issue on January 8th, it seems that the BBC is only catching on 2 weeks after the fact and they aren’t even there yet. If they were the articles would have been a lot more aggressive and the media as a whole failed people and future victims in all of this. A stage that has been visible for weeks and no one acted, more important, the media isn’t asking any questions. With all the anti gun sentiments, are you not curious why?

Consider “The boy’s family”, no mention of the father, the mother and the mother is only mentioned to the smallest degree. So who was responsible for keeping the firearm secured? How did a 6 year old get to it? It might be an acceptable reason, but that also sets the bar for Doli Incapax higher and the mention of “the family of the young boy said he suffered from an “acute disability”” just doesn’t cut the mustard. This case stinks to high heaven and the media isn’t doing it job. Why not?

Andrew Tate, the man, the exploited

Sounds weird does it not, it sounds like I am inverting what is happening, but I am not. The media is exploiting Andrew Tate for every digital dollar they can muster. First off, I know very little of him and the little I do know and what I did find out started after the Thunberg issue. I honestly do not care about the man, why should I? We travel in very different circles. He is a former kickboxer, he went from nothing to $700,000,000 in almost no time flat. He communicates that a little too much in your face and that all makes perfectly sense. Yet when you take a moment to consider what he is saying, we see that he is making sense, he is making too much sense to some.

So when I now reconsider what the media did with headlines like ‘Did feminism create Andrew Tate?’, ‘Andrew Tate isn’t feminism’s inadvertent bastard child. He’s sexism’s last gasp’ (written by a girl of course), ‘‘Vulnerable boys are drawn in’: schools fear spread of Andrew Tate’s misogyny’ and that list goes on, for some time no less. You see, whatever Andrew Tate is, he is accused and anyone accused is innocent until PROVEN guilty. But the media seemingly doesn’t like self made multi millionaires (or billionaires) for that matter. 

Al Arabiya gives us (at https://english.alarabiya.net/News/world/2023/01/10/Romanian-court-to-rule-on-ex-kickboxer-Andrew-Tate-s-challenge-to-detention) “A Romanian court is due to rule on Tuesday on a challenge filed by Andrew Tate, an internet personality notorious for hate speech, against his 30-day arrest for alleged human trafficking and formation of an organised crime group to exploit six women.

Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects were detained by Romanian anti-organised crime prosecutors on December 29 pending a criminal investigation. They have denied wrongdoing through an attorney and have challenged the arrest warrant.” Now lets be clear. The man was already a multi millionaire and he did this in numerous ways. So why would he exploit 6 women? What would be in it for him? I am not saying that this did not happen, I am asking if this might not have happened. We see the confiscation of expensive cars, we see all kinds of emotional reporting, but like that attempted murderer of 6 years old, when do we actually see facts? We got “In a news conference on Monday, police in Virginia said the child brought the pistol to school in his backpack” as well as “A six-year-old child used his mother’s legally purchased handgun to shoot his teacher at a US school” yesterday by the BBC. So where are the parents? Why are they not interrogated by police and the media? Too soft? Too many pussies in the media? How does a 6 year old get his mommies gun? The media left it untouched all this time and now we get back to Andrew Tate, it is all related. The media exploiting whatever they can to get the digital dollars. And Andrew Tate makes a fine target for the media. For 2 weeks the media did not dig into the accusation, merely focussing on misogeny. 

So I tried to look up a few things. Now, this does not make him innocent of that claim, but I wonder how true some claims are. The first is the interview with Piers Morgan, the full interview of 45 minutes is there. He talks about the failing of the UK, why nurses are striking and he makes a lot of sense. And with the ‘in your face’ stage that he has (I personally think that is the kickboxer in him) he does get the interest of all the boys and men, but there is a truth that women should consider to a much larger degree. 

You see, thee are those women who are truly self-sufficient and those merely claiming that they are. I reckon that this is set to 1500:250,000 so for every 250,000 women only 1500 are truly self sufficient, the rest is merely making the claim and calling the nearest man as soon as they can, preferably one that is either gay or one that they can tell that assistance is not agreeing to sex. Let be clear sex is never part of such a deal, but I get that women want to be clear about that upfront. So in a stage where only 0.6% are real self sufficient women, a misogenistic paint will aid the media in colouring a person so that the wannabe’s have someone to hate. Making them instant click bitches to coin a phrase. By the way ‘misogenistic’ means “strongly prejudiced against women”, and to be honest. The video’s I saw did not give the stage that he is AGAINST women. The videos do show that he is full of himself, but when you consider that he went from nothing to $700,000,000 whilst most people (well over 80%) never get more than 0.1% over twice the lifespan we can agree that he is allowed to be full of himself. 

So there we have one setting. Then we get the image (from a YouTube video) below.

So is this true? YouTube is not a reliable source, and when we seek. We do get a lot of articles linked to Cosmin Gusa. But there is still no real evidence that this was Andrew Tate. In this day and age when we can see cyber transgressions in every direction. Does it make sense for someone like Andrew Tate to go ‘after’ the daughter of some mogul? And this is not America, this is Romania, as such a man like that has all kinds of connections. The math just does not work out. Any loser or non-wealthy might make a move like that. It does not make the Tate’s guilty, not innocent either. EVIDENCE is required and I have so far seen close to ZERO evidence on anything that could prosecute Andrew Tate. This could be a stage where connected people take over his business and that might be the case, but that also implies that we now have a decent setting where the media is jumping to the greedy needs of organised crime.  

Tomorrow his case is decided whether he is to remain arrested, I wonder what will happen next. Because there is a lot wrong here and the media needs to do its actual job (implying not whoring for digital dollars). They need to look into the accusations which Al Arabiya actually did (most others did not), there we also see “The victims were then taken to properties on the outskirts of capital Bucharest and through physical violence and mental intimidation were sexually exploited by being forced to produce pornographic content for social media sites which generated large financial gains, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors also said one of the brothers raped one of the victims in March of last year, which is when the investigation started”, this is an actual accusation, this is something that needs to be investigated, but why did the western media avoid giving us this? It will be about the evidence, not some he said, she said setting and that is not the easiest case to have, no matter where it is. And it needs to be proven, not painted by the media. Time will tell how this ends, I have no idea what will happen next.

United States of Criminality

That is a strong expression, but it is a valid one. This all started for me when I took a first look at the Richneck Elementary School shooting. Now there are two stages. The first is the legal setting of Doli Incapax. A six year old cannot decently be prosecuted for this and I accept this. I get it, there is an issue. But there is a larger issue with the media and the news and I am looking at the Washington Post in this case. They have blatantly made claims against Saudi Arabia, they made blatant claims against many and they have at times lost the plot. Like losing that columnist no one cared about. In this case a mere 7 hours ago, they give us dribble, loaded useless dribble on this case. I started this 2 days ago when I wrote ‘Little shits’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/01/08/little-shits/) the Washington Post, NY Times and a few others have had 2 days and no one asks the questions that matter. The parents should have been arrested for questioning. I get that they in the end cannot be arrested for the crimes, but they are clearly covered in responsibility here. Where did the gun come from? There is no arrest, no intelligence on whether the parents had any firearms, perhaps even THAT firearm. Why not? It would have been the first thing I did. And the parents can suffer the experience, THEIR CHILD shot a woman with a gun at the age of six. 

The police might not have been forthcoming in the first hour, but it has been two days. They should have something by now, even if it is to state that no evidence came forward from inspecting the lifeline of the gun. This was a clear hatchet job from the first hour I looked into this. The missing settings and the non-available facts made this from my point of view a simple case of orchestration. 

You can disagree and that is OK, but see for yourself. How much facts have the media exposed to you? They are all about emotion, about flammable events. It is what I personally call ‘whoring for digital dollars’ am I wrong? Even the Washington Post has nothing to offer. 

And when we see the closure of the school, which makes sense, and how stable the teacher is, which is good. Nothing on the child and more important nothing on the parents. Is anyone waking up? Little shits

That happens, we meet kids and some are nice, some are actual and factual shits. So what do we do about them, just feed them to the wolves? So what about one of them who at the age of 6 shoots their teacher? That is what we are left with when I saw the Dutch NOS and a few others give us (at https://www.npr.org/2023/01/06/1147629793/shooting-virginia-elementary-school-6-year-old) ‘A teacher shot by 6-year-old in Virginia is showing signs of improvement’ with “He also would not comment on how the boy got access to the gun or who owns the weapon”. In my view this case stinks. The parents have not been arrested for questioning. The gun is not currently identified to an owner. A six year old shit got a gun and gunned down its teacher! Even if he is not responsible under the law through doli incapax, there are a few who are and I point at the parents in the first instance. So far NO report shows that the parents were arrested, or interrogated over the case. If that is the stage, the US has earned the right to see many more shootings in schools until they fix this mess. They have the gun, so they can trace (to some degree) the owner, where it was sold and so on. In addition, we see the press avoid all kinds of places here. The lack of press is almost impressive. If Kim Kardassian breaks her bra clip on TV, we would have the retailer as well as the fashion designer on TV within the hour being interrogated by the media. Now we have close to nothing. Someone is orchestrating here, there is pretty much no other explanation left. 

I saw some of the news, they do not know how it got past the detectors. Well, if you have seen one 6 year old you have seen dozens of them, all with their favourite metal lunch box. It is speculative, but there was intent here, so put the sandwiches on top and the security guard will think nothing of it, and lets be fair, a six year old with a gun? After that it is simple. But it is not entirely that is it? A six year old shot a teacher. That took mindset, stupid mindset, but mindset none the less. The press is not looking into this, optionally merely trivialising it. So what part do the parents play? Well, as I see it the mindset tends to come from parents, not peer pressure, not at that age. But no one is looking at the parents, why not? 

The lack of information leaves me with a lot more questions and I wonder what we will hear in a few days, but I intent to take another look at all this down the road, I have to.
