Drowning

That is how it feels, so I also changed subject mid article. The drowning feeling is the setting that people do not have time to play a dozen games. It gets worse, they never did have that time. Even students need to reserve time for non-gaming intent. In 2027 dozens of games are being released for almost every console. I would get it if there is a mere 4-6 games in 2027 and I get it that not every game is for everyone. I am not a GTA player and many others are. So consider that you have GTA6 and a dozen other games to play. How many games will you actually play in 2027? And that is disregarding some other games that are getting rereleased. It seems like they are all in the understanding that every game is getting played, but the population of each game will vary. I’ll make it ‘worse’ There are decent AAA games coming up, but I would put them aside to see Bethesa’s Fallout 3 on the PS5 (if it comes there), we all have out personal priorities. And this setting is getting weird. In the ‘old’ days we all had our CBM Amiga and Atari ST, some people had a playful PC, but there were three systems. Then the Nintendo and PlayStations were added and some games were released on every console, because it offered them all the game play they got and that is OK. But now ‘everyone’ wants to go into gaming, because the market states that there is “The global video game market is estimated to reach $367.9 billion in 2027, according to industry forecasts” and they all want a part of that slightly over $365 billion dollars, that’s a billion a day. But until we see the granularity of that data we realise that the young people asked the question get to hear that they want to play EVERYTHING and that comes with two setbacks. The first one is they don’t have that kind of time and the second part is that they (or their parents) cannot afford all that. And that number is ‘tainted’ with advertisement revenue ‘hidden’ in mobile gaming. This is my speculation, not my understanding.

No matter how we look at it, there is a rather rough frontal hit between gaming and revenue hitting. I still believe that Bethesda is in a good place, they created a massive following (before they became a Microsoft product) and now? Microsoft started the doubt, because they wanted everyone on the Microsoft console. By creating that doubt I decided to put my gaming IP free to all non-Microsoft developers. Let’s call that ‘directed’ discrimination. The funny part is that if Microsoft objects, it means that they spend around $100 billion to non producing companies. It makes them looking like a failure (a bonus I like) if they want to buy it, I get paid. Two directions I like, even though I like Sony buying my IP a lot better, an elderly man needs to pay their debts and pay for the lollies to make him enjoy life in the sun on a porch of balcony. But as I see the amount of people ‘making’ their gaming solution I do not feel drowned out. I know the expertise I gained over 40 years. But these massive amount of firms are going to get a real reality check soon enough and I reckon that this will be in 2027. To see anyone do decent in an age of GTS6, God of war: Laufey, Tropico 7, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, Fable is massively delusional. And that is before the ‘real’ RPG’s come out. If you think that you are making a decent penny, the only option is to make a mobile game and hope for the payout of the advertisement revenue it brings.

Change the routine

Yup, that was enough of gaming (for now) you see energynow.com is giving us ‘Canada to Fast Track Oil Pipeline Designed to Diversify Economy Away From US’ we see (via Reuters) the setting “Canada will fast track the approval process for a new proposed crude oil export pipeline to its west coast that could generate over C$20 billion ($14 billion) a year in GDP, Prime Minister Mark Carney said on Thursday.” Which bluntly means that the United States is using additional revenue, and gaining the loss of oils. Good news for Canada, and optionally EU as well, because in this way they are gaining an oil route. So whilst we are given ““A pipeline to the west coast is part of our mission to transform our economy, to double our non-U.S. exports over the next decade… (and) to unlock our full potential as a global energy superpower,” he told reporters in Fort McMurray, hub of Alberta’s oil sands industry.” I personally fully support this, this administration shows the world what happens when you become the slave of banks and the interest that is due and I don’t believe that the democrats will do any better in that regard. The debt of $40,000,000,000,000 will suffocate any budget as close to 30% is needed to pay the annual interest and it will merely get worse. I feel no sympathy for that, I told them this situation over 25 years ago. As early as world animal day (October 4th 2021) I wrote ‘Utter insanity’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/10/04/utter-insanity/) I gave the setting and now the debt is over 250% more. So whilst we see the United States coming up with the Trump blame, a better kind of trump card. The setting was a lot older. He definitely didn’t help matters. So whilst some will say the United States is unbeatable, it will get better. Consider that all fake AI is not the golden egg. Consider that the world is catching on the the markets took a $2.4 trillion dollar hit, all wiped out. And when the few conifer that there is a market for predictive analytics, they will survive and some papers stated that AI has not brought any revenue to most of them. Now consider these losses whiles commodities are now largely ‘seemingly avoiding’ the United States. Some through hostilities of weapons (Iran) some through hostilities of politics (Canada) and all that, they called it ‘Cheap oil’ is vacating to different shores. So now the United States has Brent Oil and it has one price, one price for all. As such the United States is likely to be a lot less mobile in the next three-five years.

So where do these lost revenues go to? They will get to a stage where the The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will be more powerful than the United States Department of Defense and its 5 sided building (Pentagon). You think I am kidding? Think again.

Have a great day today.
