Three sides to a tail

Yup, after a few moments of hilarious news bashing, I got back into the creative groove and an idea struck me, so I decided to make this story (unrelated to anything else at present) into something different, something optionally more towards a dark variety.

There once was a boy, the boy became a man and he was raised to be nice and polite, and he worked, he worked hard and was rewarded accordingly. This man had an idea and he worked in his free time, into the dark and catered the idea until it was ready. Now this man was no saint, he never claimed to be, he was polite but that was about it. He did not care for civilities, he did not care for the small rules, he had a plan and that plan took precedence over everything else.

As such he went through life, he catered to his boss to the degree any person would, but he had his pwn idea and at some point he made it a reality. He had created his new navigation system, a system that was actually better than most and soon thereafter a company showed interest with cash, a lot of it and the man sold his idea, he had his nesting egg and then some, or so he thought. It was less than a year later when a former boss claimed it was his and he showed the contracts that gave him the rights over any IP the man has and it went to court and the sneaky son-of-a-whore (read: boss) won. The man lost his nesting egg and more over the IP which was nothing like the firm his boss ever had (he was an administration firm), so the man was in shambles, and he took his anger, which had turned into rage at this point and he sought out the boss at his house, and he pulled a gun, the boss was suddenly the visible weasel that he always was and begged for his life, but the rage had taken over, the man pulled the trigger and killed first the two children, then the wife and as the boss saw that he had nothing left shuddered, he was not truly afraid for his life, and at that point the police came and shot the man, but not initially fatal and the man killed his boss.

We suddenly move towards a plain, if it was a Tolkien story it would look like Mordor, and the man saw the boss and then an angel. The angel spoke “You two do not deserve in heaven and no mercy will do, but you have the option to get to heaven by going in that direction” pointing at a mountain the size which would make Mount Doom proud, the top will lead to a staircase to heaven. “Yet it is not a race, you can only get to heaven together or not at all” after which the angel flew away, the man looked around and saw a demon, he walked to the demon. The demon looked at the man, “the mountain is that-a-way”, the man considered for a second his option, then he looked at the demon again and spoke “If I do not go, he cannot go and he does not deserve to be in heaven ever, so, how can I serve you?

The price of greed can be higher than you ever considered. Have a fun Friday!

When is news not news?

Yup, the news is overwhelmingly misdirecting. Now, I have no issue with stupid people, these politicians are to the larger extend greed driven and not the greatest source of reliable information. This has always been the case, you see politicians are all about constituents, yet an industrial constituent beats ten unemployed constituent, that is because the unemployed version does not prolong his or her career, the industrial could be a donor and set the politician up for life, that has always been the largest setting, it was for the longest time most visible in the US, but now it seems, Australia is about to follow suit. This is seen in a few ways, but let’s take a look at the first.

ABC gives us (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-01-22/google-stop-search-engine-australia-news-media-code/13079912) “Prime Minister Scott Morrison has pushed back against a threat by Google to stop making its search engine available in Australia if it is forced to pay news outlets for showing links to their websites and stories under a new media code”, you think that this is a simple thing, but the less intelligent person (currently prime minister), is not looking through his glasses, they are merely spectacles. In all this, it is about paying for news, yet the silly people (read: politicians) are being played a fool. This is seen when we Google ‘Google Australia’ looking for this news.

We are given the link, which gives us a subscription image and this paper is not the only one doing that, they are using news items for advertisement, so why exactly does goole have to pay for THAT privilege?

You might be Prime Minister Scott, but you do not have a fucking clue what you are tainting with adjusted media laws, perhaps you need to cater less to Murdoch wannabe’s and consider the larger frame (which you do not fathom). And in all this, your team (as well as the Labor team) to overhaul tax laws in a just way, your greed driven friends did not allow for that, did they? So you created a digital ship that is not is not waterproof, not sea worthy and optionally is unaware of the setting called liquid. So when the impact of no Google hits Australian businesses they will all scream and then you are shown to be the loser you really are.

And this is not new, I mentioned this before and over that time no true investigation was done. And when we consider “The two companies are fighting against legislation currently before the parliament which would force the digital platforms to enter into negotiations with news media companies for payment for content”, I wonder why, consider that the news media has the option not to be digital, not to be online, not to show content, but that is just too much for them and Scott Morrison knows this, so like a Dick (Turpin) he goes from digital firm to digital firm like a highway robber, all whilst the setting of the news outlets are debatable at best and they have been for several years (ABC and SBS excluded), and as such why should Google pay? These links are offered, so tell the news media to stop offering these links, I reckon that when the Courier Mail and the Australian can no longer advertise in that way, they too will cry like little girls.

Did I oversimplify the issue here?

So when we consider “forced to pay news outlets for showing links to their websites and stories under a new media code”, Google can just block all the Australian news sources and offer BBC, Al Jazeera, Fox News, Guardian UK and CNN links. Let not forget that the bulk of Australian news is shoddy at best and most of them all copy and paste from an American source (Reuters), when you make a tally, we see a setting (as I personally see it) where the news in Australia is not news, it is filtered content to appease shareholders, stake holders and advertisers in Australia, as such, when they lose their Google links the game will get rather interesting soon enough, but that is merely my $0.02 on the matter.

The untaught shift

I am old school, I say it loud and proudly. As we set the stage of what we enable. And what enables us, we support our bosses (even if they massively goof), we set the stage for acceptance and we act within the law whenever possible. This s not rocket science, well, that is how I see it. As such, I do not steal and I try to be as honest as possible. When it comes to my IP, I will make it public domain before I meet with someone trying to rip me off.  I might not get anything, but the other fellow ends up with nothing as well, then this person has to content with a dozen fighters over public domain hardware, this is how it is played, even as I have only 2 5G devices at present, I will have more, time showed me that, so I can abide or die poor. You see the greed driven fear poverty, I do not, I have been in that stage for a large stage of my life, in poverty you see everyone coming, or better said, they avoid you, which is fine by me.

So when the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-55732450) gives me ‘Ex-Google engineer among those pardoned by Donald Trump’, I was for the most unaware. And the mis-adventures of Anthony Levandowski were unknown to me. Isn’t it interesting that we see “At the time of sentencing, in August, the judge said it was “the biggest trade-secret crime I have ever seen”. But Judge Alsup also called Levandowski “a brilliant, ground-breaking engineer that our country needs”.” Yet from my point of view, if Tony was so ground breaking, he would have done it and not stole it. As such the note by FORMER President Trump was a bit bogus “Levandowski had “paid a significant price for his actions and plans to devote his talents to advance the public good”, it added. As I personally see it, when you steal trade secrets you have a mere personal gain in view, not the needs of public goods, and if so only when you personally profit by it. A small shift in cogs most people seem to ignore. And if it was 1-2 documents, we might think that he is on par, when we see “As an employee, he downloaded more than 14,000 files containing the intellectual property of Google’s former self-driving car division, Waymo, before leaving to found Otto, which was soon acquired by Uber”, we see 14,000 documents, a setting that is also on the Google Servers, as such is was a simple white collar heist, nothing noble about it and we can argue whether a person like that deserves a pardon.

And no matter how it was settled, let’s face it, who would want to do business with a person that has no reliability and limited credibility? This is merely the opening setting, if a billionaire like Peter Thiel, Palmer Luckey and friends are advising former president Trump, you better believe that there is more coming and that there is more at stake. I am not telling what it is, because I do not know, but we can agree that a person like Peter Thiel does nothing without the outlook of a large payoff, and I cannot tell what it is at present, perhaps it is something that is within Anthony Levandowski, I then merely wonder why he had to steal 14,000 documents. If he had the knowledge and skills he had the notes, so we get to the content of the 14,000 documents, something I am unaware of, but it might be a much larger stage, people like Peter Thiel did not become this rich by making silly choices.

And even if we accept the quote from Vice (at https://www.vice.com/en/article/xgz7w7/peter-thiel-got-trump-to-pardon-uber-engineer-sentenced-to-prison) giving us “It’s worth noting that for all of the years of litigation, the criminal charge, and now the last-minute presidential pardon from a departing authoritarian, Uber’s work on self-driving cars that Levandowski went down for amounted to nothing”, it does not warrant a pardon, it might be the price of grabbing the nuggets of fools gold, and as such I wonder what Anthony Levandowski had that was never revealed, perhaps he had something but never shared it with Google, yet in this we do get that Peter Thiel is nobodies fool, so I cannot wait to see whats next.

Its only your daughter

Well, if that do not beat all, And it will get worse as I am writing from a place of anger. I have never been a saint, but this is jut too unacceptable, but I am trying to keep control because the media is part of the problem. You see, tomorrow when your daughter (16-22) leaves the house, it will be allowed to rape her. Women have no rights, and the UK Courts are apparently in support of that, so give us her tits and muffler and we will see what we can do!

Are you angry yet? Yes? Excellent!

This all started over a day ago, when the tweet reached me. The text ‘I’m so handsome that when I sexually assault women they usually like it’ was like a red rag on a bull, the condescending little prick named Nicholas Arai-Tetsola was smiling in the picture like he got an achievement. Then I went to the Court UK site, and only the members can go through, they give us (that is all I had) “A sex predator told a court he gropes women because he’s so good looking he ‘usually gets a positive response.’ Graphic design student Nicholas Arai-Tetsola, 23, told probation workers he ‘had a lot of sexual energy which if it had no outlet’ and he had to grope women ‘to satisfy something within me’. The St Martins second-year undergraduate wore a blue, red and black patterned fleece to the dock of Westminster Magistrates’ Court where he narrowly avoided jail for attacking…”, so first we get ‘I’m so handsome that when I sexually assault women they usually like it’, and then we get ‘he narrowly avoided jail for attacking’, on one side I want to know who the fucking yahoo was that played judge in that court, on the other side, Court UK is not giving us the whole enchilada. What is even more astounding, is that if you seek ‘Nicholas Arai-Tetsola’ (name of the fucking prick), the news section gives ONE HIT, And that is seemingly someone else, so in this stage of propagated BS by the media is this kept quiet? A 23 year old shit that makes the claim ‘I’m so handsome that when I sexually assault women they usually like it’. So whilst you ponder all that, consider the danger your daughter is facing tomorrow morning when she goes to school, Friday evening when she goes clubbing with her girlfriends, but perhaps your daughter will be the one ‘liking it’. And this is not a situation of time, I waited 24 hours to see if someone else had caught on, to either debunk Court UK, or to support the victims, neither happened, why is that?

And in all this the ‘narrowly avoided jail’ of an optional serial rapist who thinks he is so handsome that no automatically means yes. I will leave you to ponder the danger to your daughters, remember that name Nicholas Arai-Tetsola.

Replay the past in the present

We all do that, we sometimes think we can and sometimes we hope it will be an option. I am on this horse because I am slightly too angry with UK Common Law, and I need to cool down, so I hope that THAT article will come next. To cool off, I did something I had not planned, I installed Skyrim on the PS5, in part because I saw a tweet regarding Skyrim that I can get it to do 60 fps on the PS5, part because I am still one achievement short (slay the legendary dragon), in the last two attempts there was too much grinding going on and I am still playing it on the PS4 as well. Yet for some reason I had forgotten how satisfying the first 10 levels were. The limits, the setting of joining groups, and the setting of having no place. I had forgotten just how perfect Skyrim is. Yes, I know, I have seen the crying people on ALL the bugs, but to be honest, I have had very little issues. Yes, there are a few glitches, but that comes with the setting of a game this big. Oh, and over 9 years we see that there are 17 patches (including the last one for PS5, I am guessing), a game that is 9 years old (released 11.11.11) and still it holds a sway over us (at me at the very least). A good game is really hard to find and Bethesda outdid themselves here. I had designed Elder Scrolls VII: Restoration, and I had hoped it would equal Skyrim, of course my ego feels that I would be surpassing it, but if I only equal it, the game would be a massive success. This is seen in two ways, in the first, write yourself a list of games that you still love to play (beginning to end), and I reckon that this list has less than a dozen titles, If the game must be older than 3 years, the list will be less than half of what you had and in 9 out of 10 cases Skyrim will be on there.

The future options
In light of the news that has been out there, 2021 will be a great gaming year. This is part of what is already out there and part because Bioware has announced a remastered trilogy of Mass Effect on PS5 and that Microsoft contraption. There is off course the first game, yet it is the second one that takes the cake, until recent seen as one of the best tactical RPG’s ever created, the people (read: gamers) have been eagerly awaiting that title. There are all kinds of rumours as to the reason, but in the end it does not matter, millions want to replay that trilogy and on nextgen is a setting that no one wants to miss. Even as I set the premise last year n an idea to relaunch ME4 (together with ME5) to give a larger credibility to the titles, we see that no matter how good that could be, it might never be as great as ME1 through ME3. I get that, the story was breathtaking no game could ever equal that in that era and even now games are struggling to equal those three titles. Bioware and Bethesda set the markers to near perfection and that I what gamers crave, that near perfection feeling, Ubisoft seemingly never understood that.

Yet no matter who we embrace and what title we go for, we go for the entertainment and in that setting I looked again at the station of the open RPG I created (as a response to Microsoft buying Bethesda) for developers to freely use for Sony exclusive games. It was my way to make the Microsoft $7,500,000,000 to be a lot more expensive than they bargained for. In this I made a few more modifications, or perhaps a better description would be ‘a conceptual path to allow for more’ in this the idea to have 1-2 additions to be played on mobiles, free games that enhances the first one. In Fable we saw Pubgames, yet what happens when we create mobile games (android and iOS), that allows players to do some of the menial tasks in the game, whilst you are on route to work/school, during lunch, or just when you are out enjoying the sun.

Work
The work app is one where the rejuvenated hero works a job (depending on what job he scored), over 30 minutes you tire the hero and he sleeps it off whilst you work/learn, and at the end of that time you come home, start the game and the hero has gained credits and coins.

Education
Whilst our hero works he learns and gains experience (not as much as in the game), but he could learn and achieve an extra skill point, in addition to that, whilst the hero learns, there will optionally be a stage where new and more equipment becomes available.

As we have thee money to go out and explore, we see that the game gets a larger push towards the gamer, to see more, learn more and do more. Yes, we acknowledge that there was a great stage to play Fable 2 and own the pub BEFORE you entered the tower, yet what happens when your years of absence made you lose the pub and its income? The setting is a mere reflection (I am not negative towards Fable), we need to see that there is a whole range of options and in this I moved as far away from the Bethesda s possible, not because the games were bad, no the opposite, they were really good, so creating something different was essential and when you look at all the D&D games, it is surprising how alike some are. If another franchise gets to stand up, it needs to be different from other games, it needs to set a different stage and it needs to have larger options, in this large is reflecting on the application of other solutions giving you more options to enjoy exploring, and do things.

In this, I merely thought of a part of my consideration (Elder Scrolls VII) and I came up with another bevel to implore and to exploit. A setting that TES4 and TES5 didn’t have to the degree I considered and as such, I can add this to my game as it was never there, and that is not all, even as we see the larger stage of new opportunities, we need to weigh, just like in every game, will it be an addition, or merely a fab that goes nowhere? It is an important question to ask ourselves, because we always think that our idea is perfect, but that is not a given and even as I create something new, it will not be for every gamer, it will be for the RPG lover, that is who I cater for, and I will say right now, if you do not care for RPG games you might not like this game and even if you like RPG games, you might not like this either. I cater to a group of people and I will be happy when that group is larger than expected, but unlike Ubisoft, I keep realism in the visors, those who cater to all will never cater to anybody, I still believe that and so far I have not been proven wrong.

When a jigsaw is not enough

It happens, we all need a puzzle to make sense of the things we are not addressing. Whether it is a game, the idea of a TV-series, a movie concept, at some point, each and every one of us hits a blockade, a road-sign we cannot circumvent. I tend to look into data puzzles, I have always done that. It is how I found how certain people in Rotterdam were baking the books in the Rotterdam harbour, it is how I saw the stage of fabricated data by [redacted]. Now I see ‘How to investigate a firm with 60 million documents’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/business-55306139). There we see ““Airbus was like a tower block with 900 apartments in it. We had to decide which ones we were going to go into and investigate,” she says.”, this implies if only 9 apartments are checked, there is a mere 1% chance that they optionally find anything. How dissatisfying and idiot driven does that come across? Then we see “Artificial intelligence (AI) and a bespoke computer unlike any PC you have ever worked on played a big part in this epic data trawl”, which is interesting, for the mere reason that at present AI does not yet exist, as such it seems that Airbus is not really investigated. And when we see “A daunting collection of 500 million documents and transactions had to be whittled down”, it might be daunting, but how did Airbus pass accountancy audit after accountancy audit? If we consider that, what is left to optionally find?

My success in a harbour event was because I looked where no one else was looking, it amounted to the fact that those programming data and events were not really from a harbour origin like I was, as such the idle time folly sprung out to me, idle time is never ever linear, so making three times more times on the crane does not mean that idle time increases the same way and as that was not registered, adding idle time tickets implied the false numbers, a harbour has a set amount of cranes, in this I see similar steps in Airbus (not exactly the same), I wonder how consultancy hours is booked and settled against the books of the actual consultant, as well as the consultancy firms involved. Then there is the stage of advertisements, sponsors (mentioned in article), storage and a few other stages, as such the quote “After duplicates and other irrelevant material were eliminated the investigators were left with 60 million documents for review”, I wonder how much was duplicate (optionally valid) and what percentage was irrelevant. The second side is that when people set a larger stage (to hide millions) time and travel are equally a setting to be investigated (and perhaps they are), In all this, there is no issue or opposition to the BBC article, the title merely woke me up, it was a jigsaw of a different nature. It is “No business is ever really ready for a full forensic investigation,” Ms Khalil says, but her co-workers from Airbus were very responsive. “When the regulator pushed for a quick response on something they moved on it”, it might be right, and it might be dimensionality, yet how does ‘the regulator pushed for a quick response’ fit? Something this large cannot and will not adhere to ‘quick response’, yet I also accept that something this big is unlikely to be checked for 100%, that too makes sense, as such, who was the accountant of Airbus? What do they not look at? You see a jigsaw can be solved in all kinds of ways, there is first the outline, after that it becomes a jumble of hat captures your eyes. Different image, different approach, in some cases, we concentrate on colours, in some cases on an element in the jigsaw, all different ways and it fluctuates per puzzle, yet it is set to the constraint of the outline of the puzzle, in this case we have no outline. As such it is about more than the stage we see, it is about the links we do not see. As such I considered: time, consultants, materials, storage and booked elements that only indirectly hit Airbus. And yes, I could be completely wrong, I merely looked at an article and I know there is more, but the fact that we also see “Airbus opened up its operations to intense scrutiny in 2016”, as well as “Ms Khalil and a 70-strong team faced an ocean of files, transaction data and emails spanning worldwide activities”, all that whilst there is no AI at present, I merely wonder what they are up to and what they have been doing for 4 years, optionally getting a 6 figure payment for 4 years or more, are you not on that page yet?

Doubtful settings

Yup, some settings are doubtful, they are so for any number of reasons, the jobseeker hopes that the Coronavirus continues, because with over 2,000,000 deaths and optionally another million by the end of March, that person feels that their chances of a job increases. It is a play on ‘One man’s death is another man’s living’ reminiscent of the national anthem of grave diggers ‘I’ve got no body’, even as we do not see it that dark, there is an upside towards recent events. As the YouTube continues to make way to the larger populous of cope opening the gates to the US Capitol mob, they too will be seeking a job and in their case Uber, the fast-food industry or Barber is all that remains. Even now we see ‘US Capitol rioter Jacob Chansley asks for presidential pardon, saying he was ‘answering the call’ of Donald Trump’ (at ABC News) we need to realise that these people are at the end of their party time, even if his name is within the list of 100 pardons, the soon to be fired President Trump is on dangerous grounds. He needs to keep stupid people like Ted Cruz and John Hawley in some kind of position of power, they overstepped and the US Senate will have its pound of flesh, Senator McConnell is already on the fence to avoid too much splatter and President Trump is also facing a $400,000,000 tax bill and without a second term as well as the Republican Party Shunning him, he might have to look forward to (see below)

The stage is however not yet set, not completely, in this I will state upfront that I have always been a decently proud Republican, but I have never been so ashamed to be one as we see ‘Sen. Lindsey Graham calls for Senate to reject impeachment trial for “national healing”’, in addition we see: “While the vice president and Senate Republicans rejected unconstitutional actions, you seek to force upon the Senate, what would itself be but one more unconstitutional action in this disgraceful saga — the impeachment trial of a former president”, no not the impeachment of the former president, of the current one, unless you can stall for along enough, and there we see it, bitches like Lindsey Graham is exactly why people hate republicans, and at present I cannot blame them. A setting of lawless actions, a setting of open lies directly from the White House and from the Press Secretary and this polarisation could continue for years and soon no one wants to do business with republicans, because if they cannot have their way, the sulk like little children.

As I see it, the Republican Party lost again and again by Accepting Donald Trump as a republican. Perhaps you forgot (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brGK5fcnm9o), but here it is again.

A setting of intentionally setting out confusion with the American people, or perhaps we consider how the police opened the gates to rioters in the US Capitol, which is opposite of the picture we see below.

Apparently the police fears Black Lives Matter, but that could just be me. The danger that I see is the one that ABC News gives with ‘Corporate donors flee Republican Party following Capitol Hill riot, and it’s only the beginning’ (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-01-16/us-political-donations-dry-up-after-capitol-insurrection/13062376), there we see “Some companies say those Republicans will receive no donations for the rest of their political lives. “The insurrection at our nation’s Capital was a direct assault on one of our country’s most revered tenets: the peaceful transition of power,” a Disney spokesman told Politico this week.” This is important, because if President elect Joe Biden does a decent job, it implies that the Republicans are out of options for 12-16 years. How does that help anything? A nanny state that has nowhere to go, is buckling under debts and will see a dark stage for at least half. Decade, all because we facilitated to a stupid man with delusions of megalomania. A stage we all created (those who voted for him the first time), and now that the party is over, we see even less intelligent people than President Trump (yes that is possible) giving us “he was ‘answering the call’ of Donald Trump”, it is a doubtful setting and there is no turning back, not at this time. As I personally see it, we need to go back and get rid of a whole range of elected republicans. In my view, the only decent Republican at present is former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger. That is seen (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_P-0I6sAck), NOT ONE REPUBLICAN SENATOR was able to equal what the governator told the American people. 199 seats in the house, 53 seat in the senate and NONE of them equalled Arnold Schwarzenegger. It is that repugnant, as I personally see it Mitch McConnell has one option, to find a high visible position for Arnold Schwarzenegger, and hope that he is willing to lend a hand and clean the republican houses, because with the donors gone and the bad taste of Trump in everyones pallet, he is about to see what more than 8 years on the sidelines look like. It will be the direct result of letting stupidity ride and override common sense, now that lesson is about to hit the republican side, there is no option. The 152 way to silent seats will have an impact, perhaps a larger stage than ever thought possible, but that is the setting we all face, some will say that it is doubtful that it goes that far, but the amount of these so called friends sticking with President Trump are showing that I am right.

A fence is for fencing

Yup, that did not make sense did it, although, it is not that far from the truth. It is pretty much on the level of ‘if a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat?’ I know, it sounds lame, but the setting is a bit lame and it is open to debate who is right, I for one am clearly in the mindset that I could be wrong, I freely admit that off the bat.

You see, the UK (aka United Kingdom) has a problem, it is coming up short to a much larger degree with energy and that will go on 3-5 years at the very least. Shale Gas is too dangerous in the UK. You merely have to look at the Netherlands for that example as well as the papers of the Dutch NAM to see that there is a larger problem and the Dutch North is in a terrible state because of it. The Netherlands is however on European main land, the UK is not, as such the dangers to groundwater could be a lot more hazardous. The second option is to add 1-2 nuclear reactors, but that is 5 years away and the UK is a bit empty on the coffer side of things, but it is an option for long term consideration. And then there is the reliable coal, a substance fought over since the Onedin line was a fashionable time (circa 1860). So when I see ‘Government defends Cumbria coal mine green light’ I get the response by BBC writer Roger Harrabin (at https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-55668507), and he is optionally correct, but the UK is dealt a set of cards that do not look prosperous and in the short term consider the power switched off in every house for 2 hours a day for the next three years. The issue is that pressing, so when I see “Environmentalists have reacted with astonishment and disbelief, saying the carbon from burning coal is clearly a global concern. They warned the decision will diminish the UK’s credibility.” I am not entirely sure if the environmentalists understand the situation as it is, yes we can be overly protective in the 11th hour, but that also means that for the next three years all houses will lose power 2 hours a day. No electricity of any kind, that is the setting the UK faces. Elon Musk is sitting on a solution to solve it, but that is also 1-2 years away and that will bring cost to EVERY house in the UK, it is up to you all, but we need to see that governments on a global scale were sitting on their hands whilst the energy shortage was clearly visible, the UK has only 2 direct options and one is 5 years away (it takes time to build a nuclear energy reactor). Now if Paul Miner gets his way (I a not saying he is wrong) and we see the setting “All coal mines should be refused planning permission, according to current government policy. So, it beggars belief why ministers have not stepped in and refused the planning application for this coal mine in Cumbria”, he must also deal with all the complaints when  well over 40 million people will have to find a solution living on power 22 out of 24 hours a day, when that shortage is felt by the people in the UK, they need to visit Paul Miner and hand over their complaints to him.

Now, I am not in favour of coal mines and coal based energy systems, but the UK is now in a stage where they might not have a choice, the inactions over 1990-2010 will now be showing. When we get the numbers “Between 1990 and 2018, net imports of electricity increased by 60 percent” (source: Statista), we need to realise that it will get worse, in addition we are given “In 2017 UK Net imports made up 36% of UK energy needs (paraphrased)”, as such 2021 could spell that energy imports could hit the 50% marker.

So why might I be wrong?
I accept I might be wrong, The stage Statista shows is one that causes questions, first off, Statista has always been a reliable source of information, as such I could be wrong, yet I have issues with the setting that power needs between 2009-2019 has gone down from 400 GWh to 345 GWh. That is a decrease of a little over 13%, and when we see how electronics have been either on par and in some cases higher, 15% is large, and I believe it is not entirely accurate, I personally believe that over the next 3 years, power needs will increase well over 10%, The net import of electricity rise of 60% is partial evidence, our changing habits on the internet, streaming and all the devices relying on IoT are a secondary level of evidence and there is more to come, all whilst the UK is coming up short again and again and at some point France and Norway will not be able to provide the energy required. But the Statista curve is also optional evidence that my way of thinking is incorrect and that too needs to be out there.

So we might be on the fence, we might fence with the numbers we see, but it is clear that there is a larger stage and I am willing to bet that some numbers are behind a curtain so that we remain lulled to sleep, until it is too late, and by my personal reckoning it is already too late, because if there was still time there would not be any coal mine in the planning stage, whether it is local or not, whether that stage is global, all whilst I showed on December 10th 2020 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2020/12/10/uniform-nameless-entitlement-perforation/) in my blog ‘Uniform Nameless Entitlement Perforation’ that 1% of the industries account for 50% of the damages. The chart was clear and as I now see “it further fuels climate and ecological breakdown”, all whilst the actions against the 1% industrials who create the massive pollution damage are nowhere in sight, hypocrisy anyone?

So yes, I am not in favour of this coal mine, but I wonder if the UK has too many options left and when the UK faces brown-outs like California does and it happens in winter, I wonder how many snivelling people will cry for energy relief and that is if the people in the UK can still afford energy bills in 2022, because that too is a question that might not be as easy to answer as we think, especially if all that energy is to be imported. Yet none of that is seen in the article (which is fair), yet ignoring the larger stage is folly, especially in these times.

Back to basics

Yup, even I have to go back to basics at time, it is not a bd thing, it is actually a good thing. I was looking at the language setting for the TV series (Keno Diastima) I designed and I came up with an approach that has three layers, the action, the attached location and the intonation. The idea is based on the old Infocom games, even as their language is more advanced, consider that you are in a location and you do not know each other. Would you make it complex, or simple. The actions would be (for example), Go, Get, Eat, Drink, Move, Grab, Describe, Turn, Say, Examine, Scan, Attack, Defend, Listen, Connect, Make (so far, the list might expand), the location list is set to the same icons, but part of vocal expressionism, in all this, I need to set up a logical icon list that is between 100-200 icons. Then there is the intonation, I thought of setting the relevance and meaning towards the Greek gods (in the series a different setting), as such military instructions will take a note from Ares, sustenance is from Demeter, Liquid needs are Poseidon, and so on. It is not limited to gods, in our world wisdom might also have come from Homer or Plato, in a setting we can grab a person, but under Plato, Apollo and Ares, that meaning could differ a lot. A setting in this is optionally now solved. I got most of season one now done, I merely need to set the events and dialogues, not bad, in this short a time, I have spend in total no more than 12 hours on all of this and I am getting close to 3 seasons, what a nice creative vibe, and I think that going back to basics only assisted the matter.

Yet it is not merely about TV-Series, if language is important, if proper language makes us set the stage that needs to be set, then which yahoo milk-dud came up with the setting of ‘Google Play is unsportsmanlike, U.S. states likely to argue in potential lawsuit’? In what law is sportsmanlike used in corporate decisions? Consider Kmart, Pfizer, Amazon, Shell, Novartis and several others, so how many were accused and prosecuted for ‘unsportsmanlike acts’? Where is that covered in law?

The stage gets wider from there. This comes with the quote “The lawsuit is expected to be filed in February or March, the sources said, and it would follow complaints about Google’s management of its Play Store even though the company was originally seen as more open about its app store than Apple Inc”, this is optional getting ridiculous, I would like to investigate the raw data on all the complaints, including WHO had been complaining. Some might accept it when we see U.S. Justice Department, yet that is run by Audrey Strauss, no matter who she is and she might be really good at his job, but the premise is to get a conviction and just does not work here.

A system that is complex, an Android system it is a Google System, as we see “requires that some apps use the company’s payment tools and pay Google as much as 30% of their revenue”, what Diane Bartz and Paresh Dave are intentionally keeping silent on is that there is a stage where apps are FREE, as such there is contribution, 30% of NOTHING, is NOTHING. This is a stage where people pay $1-$10 for micro transactions, some are very much worth it, others not that much, but that is in the eye of the beholder, but what is important that the entire commercial side requires hardware and software valued at $3000-$8000, and this is before the entire banking part comes into play. Google (Apple too on their devices) takes it all away from the software guy, And in the 1st year these software developers are making a tidy profit, when it normally takes 3-5 year to merely break even, if ever. And this is not about these makers, if they are banned from Android Play and they have to provide their own hardware, they fold and the not so bright people in the legal offices know this, I speculate that they are facilitating for players like Epic Games and these people will not care who gets hurt. The setting that follows is third party providers, yet I demand that any criminal transgressions by these third party players will result in the US Justice department being accountable for ALL damages on the players and on Google, but then like little bitches they run away and blame miscommunication. The intonation is important on both, the US Justice Department is a tool that is being used (as I see it), and as such we are ALL entitled to know the identity and the exact complaint. When the US Justice Department interferes with the safety of our gaming time, no matter where we do it (Android, iOS), you better believe that we all want to nail these idiots to a cross, fortunately the distance between the two locations (Google DC and the US Department of Justice) is 1.2 miles, in good Roman tradition we can (as I personally see it) nail all these people driven to greed driven stupidity on a cross over the lengths of the distance, there is likely to be length left, but I am not hopeful on that, even though, some will have a lovely view on the Lincoln statue for as long as they live. I get it, it might be overly emotional, but the stage is set that we see more and more stupidity on trying to get to Google, all whilst the overhaul of the tax laws would have done it, but that might hurt other people on the hill, would it not? A solution available for 20 years, still ignored, even now and even tomorrow.

A back to basics package that Audrey Strauss could have figured out if she had set her mind to an actual solution and not a witch-hunt, but that might just be me.

Stupid is, as stupid does

Yup, we all have these moments, any person (including me), a setting where we think (or delusionally hope) that effects will turn to our favour. We go through this a few times in our lifetimes, or if you are a civil servant, or elected official 3-4 times a week. So when I saw something that had hit the ‘news’, we see something which was announced previously, as such I am not surprised, and as we are given ‘The Australian government has urged Google to focus on paying for Australian content instead of blocking it’ I merely wonder how stupid the Australian government (my government) needs to get. It is a business principle, one that THEY embraced for a lifetime. ‘Why pay, when you can get it for free?’ A setting that is globally accepted, and as such, why are we surprised? The governments lost credibility and confidence on not overhauling tax laws for decades, now they want to sulk and cry over media not getting paid? Media that does not have the most reliable track record in the last 10 years, so do you think that the people care? Media and taxes have been pussyfooted around on a global scale, as such the people do not really care what happens there, they do not care because the media made it easy not to be cared about.

And the stupidity does not stop there. As we see “After media reports said Australian news websites were not showing up in searches, Google confirmed it was blocking the sites for a small number of users”, we might overlook ““The digital giants should focus on paying for original content, not blocking it. That’s my message to those digital giants,” said Australian Treasurer Josh Frydenberg”, now we accept that Josh Frydenberg is not the most useful person, yet the setting is different.
Consider the news below (one of hundreds)

We click on it because we are curious, yet we do not get the news. We get

In this the station is that the news USES digital media for free advertisement, and why exactly should Google, Facebook et al cater to that? Yes Josh, do you have a list of ALL the media outlets doing that?

As such we are not going to lose any sleep when these ‘news providers’ are no longer in the mix, so perhaps we should change ““The digital giants should focus on paying for original content, not blocking it. That’s my message to those digital giants,” said Australian Treasurer Josh Frydenberg” into “Digital giants should leave uninvoiced advertising attempt by so called news groups alone said Australian tool Jay Eff”, am I right, am I wring, you decide.

And the same news outlet sent three articles (in that same approach) in the last hour alone, so the fact that we see “Google said the tests affect about 1% of Australian users, and will be finished by February” and we get “After media reports said Australian news websites were not showing up in searches” implies that someone at the news outlets is keeping track on what w see and what we look for, so how Orwellian is that side of the news?

A stage they set, a stage they tried to bake and now that they are getting bitten, they cry like snivelly little bitches, oh whoop ti do. And this is the stage we walk on, the media is getting less and less reliable and we need to wake up, especially when the treasurer is crying too instead of overhauling tax laws for corporations. Is anyone paying attention?

Enjoy the weekend, Monday morning is 58 hours away.
