In titles

It is a setting we do not see, some of us will never see it. That is not on us, it is not some flaw. We look ahead, we never ever look in a mirror at ourselves whilst acting. As such we will only ever know what we look like through the eyes of others. This is how it is. It remains simple.

We see events, we see some as acts against us, we see some as acts against those who act against us. It is not simple, but it tends to be straightforward. In America a weird setting is going on. It is depriving America to be America and its land to be land of the Americans. We can blame so many people but that is the blame game. We can act against actions seen and perceived, but is that the right action? Consider that one state alone, the state of Colorado has now said that Trump can no longer be on the ballot for the primary citing the insurrection of January 6th as a reason and it was not unanimous. Now we see “Lawyers for Donald Trump on Wednesday urged the US supreme court to reject a request from the special counsel to expeditiously decide whether he was immune from prosecution over his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, contending prosecutors lacked standing to bring the petition.” Lets look at the simple setting. “whether he was immune from prosecution over his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results” Is that an admission of guilt? We have two distinct settings here. The first is the inability to prosecute all parties to the United States Capitol attack on January 6th 2021, now almost 3 years ago. American law failed on several levels. Now we see “The papers filed by Trump’s lawyers in essence amounted to an attempt to refreeze the case – and indefinitely delay the March 2024 trial date – after prosecutors sought to bypass the potentially lengthy appeals process by directly asking the nation’s highest court to resolve the matter.” As I personally see it, should the Trump legal team pull this off, it will not be a victory. It will be the first clear sign that America is out there to protect bullies and criminals above all else. It will impact American lives for the largest setting. Their allies will stop being allies, corporations will start moving away from the US because the setting has changed and in other settings will we see that others will take a chance on BRICS and its members to give them a fair shake.

America has taken ‘Innocent until proven guilty’ to new directions and in new settings. It is not some setting I can prove, but I see that many others feel the same way. America is no longer the dream we pursue, it is a place where the bullies and the woke decide on the fate of others, regardless on what the others want. A new form of Shanghai recruitment a naval activity going back to the 1850’s is now in a new setting. For some to take what they want, not what they are entitled to. It changes the game and when corporations start feeling that impact, they will all leave and then what will the big boys do? When these engineers feel that they are no longer treated fairly places like IBM and Google will need to set up new headquarters, one that is nowhere near America. Yet in that same setting what law will they rely on? That is not an easy question to answer. Because when America crashes, Japan will follow soon, no more than 3 years behind America and that takes a whole range of stages in new directions but the larger stage which would be the past tense of America will see places like Amazon, Apple, Google and IBM to save whatever they can, because the simple truth is that without its engineers, training and service solutions these firms will not get anywhere soon and that opens up new players and all of them non-American players. A stage we would not have deemed realistic before Trump started to mess things up. We see (with laughter) that the American Qanon Shaman now reels against Matt Gaetz, but that is merely the beginning. When these people don’t get ‘their’ promised land chaos will come a lot faster. Even now we see threats against judges in Colorado because they upheld the law.

This is (as I personally see it) getting bed fast and it will get worse soon after that. Stages in motion, motion through the momentum that cannot be controlled and control though laws that are faltering. It seems a simple line, but it is not that simple and the levels of interactions on multiple levels make for what I would see as escalation towards levels of worse. It is not scientific, but it is my view.  So when we go from one view to another view we see the self destructive path that America is on. It is not an accusation, it is an observation. You see, some see suicide as a right, not because it is a right perse, but anyone is entitled to be stupid. And stupid acts tend to end badly. The stage of all this was seen before 2018 when Jamal Khashoggi went missing. The continuation of ignoring basic facts, the stage of evidence to be replaced by the CIA setting of ‘highly likely’ as evidence, which it never was. And as one stage was replaced by another stage we see more and more presumptions, more emotions and lacking more and more facts. The media is largely to blame for all this and as they delved into the world of digital dollars we saw less facts and more emotions. All these events are connected but not linked. It is my personal view that certain people rely on stakeholders to path the way as they do with corporations and policy makers, but now the impact is larger and these stakeholders are getting in each others way. For them it is ego and the money they gain, but in that setting America has been losing more and more and now they rely on less intelligent administrations to claim their goals and bonuses and that is where the train goes off the rails. It is my view and it might be a flawed one. Yet in all this consider that I saw certain military changes to come in late 2020 and these changes are now upon us. It is not the strongest part, but the clearest one as America is down 20 billion in revenue. So how do you think infrastructures are paid for? That and a debt of 31 trillion makes for a really bad setting. Then they upset their wealthiest allies and let China walk in and capture more and more of that revenue. So how will this end? Well, I do not believe it will take much longer for the beginning of the end to come out, but as the ties between China and BRICS become stronger, Europe needs to make choices and they are on their own side, not on the side of anyone else. All this is happening at the same time in many places and I believe that this is due to stakeholders, although I am not sure how they are doing this, I feel that they are gaining terrain at the expense of everyone else. All due to the fact that cash was king and the law fell short.

I might be completely wrong but that is how I am seeing this.

Enjoy the day, it is Friday here.

Who wrote what for whom?

That was the very first question in my mind when I read the article in the Foreign Policy called ‘How Saudi Arabia Could Use Its Leverage in Gaza’ (at https://foreignpolicy.com/2023/12/18/saudi-arabia-israel-gaza-mbs-leverage/) there are a few settings I had an issue with, so let’s go.

The first part is seen with “While some observers may be surprised by Hamas’s heinous Oct. 7 attacks and the eruption of a major war, others had long dreaded such an outbreak of violence. Due to the desperate desire of both Israel and the United States to see a normalisation deal with Saudi Arabia, the unresolved and simmering Palestinian issue was largely ignored.” Is that so? Several governments as well as the United Nations have been eager to ignore the events of October 7th. The United Nations took that vicious cowardly attack from all considerations, others merely painted over that event like it was an undesired breakfast. It was what set rage in the hearts of Israel. The word Hamas is mentioned in this brief twice, one you saw above. So that is the second setting in all this. We can understand and to some degree agree with “Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan is leading a diplomatic committee mandated by the Arab League and Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, to tour various international capitals and argue for an immediate cease-fire.” As an observer I understand that Saudi actions is driven by the need to protect Muslim lives, nothing wrong with that. Yet the biggest problem in all this remains Hamas, and as one source told me “until someone stops Hamas effing around, there is no stopping the IDF” a very valid argument from the other side and as I see it the largest issue is right there. Hamas must be stopped. They opened the door with 1,413+ kills, 8,745+ wounded and 248+ captured or abducted. The IDF hit back and in Gaza we are told the damage is 19,453+ killed, 52,286+ wounded and 7,000+ missing. The problem here is that Hamas is hiding in-between the civilians giving us a one sided reported issue. We see too little reporting on events like “the video, which has been replayed by dozens of news outlets, seems to confirm what Israel has long claimed that Hamas uses innocent Palestinians as barricades by installing their headquarters and arsenals beneath schools, hospitals and other public institutions in a vast complex of subterranean tunnels.” The Washington Post did not keep silent and for reference, the dozen news outlets should alert you. For reference, in America alone there are 204 counties in the United States with no news outlets. There are 1,562 counties with only one and a global total of ‘dozens’ mentions of that event? This should and needs to be a wake up call, especially when we collect the number of European news outlets as well, ‘dozens’ is an outrage and that is also part of the equation.

So now we get to “The Saudis are also using an overlooked diplomatic tool: silence. Their outright refusal of any political discussion before a cease-fire is also generating pressure by disallowing Israel a clear political horizon after the campaign. As the Saudi foreign minister said last month: “What future is there to talk about when Gaza is being destroyed.”” Here we can agree or disagree, but silence is a valid tool and Saudi Arabia is doing what it feels to be best for Muslim lives, no one can deny that, what does matters is that the west is equally in silence by gives no explanation on why it does so and ignoring the October 7th events does not happen. For reference Al Jazeera covered the October 7 events, many news outlets trivialised those events.

So when we are given “It does not want to allow itself to be politicised for Israeli political ends. In other words, the Saudi ruling elites want to avoid being “spun.”” I can accept and get behind that, because in any war there are at least two sides and they both want to spin to accentuate THEIR view. I can get behind that train of thought of not getting spun.

Then we get to an actual truth that matters “Israel will never match the financial capacity of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. Its economy is struggling, and according to a recent report by the Bank of Israel, it is losing $600 million a week during this campaign. The Israeli central bank has also suggested that the war costs from 2023 to 2025 will amount to some $53 billion.” What is equally missing is that America as well as the EU neither have these funds. One source (allegedly Vanity Fair ;0) has stated that the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has spend well over $53B during dinner in the past, as such the KSA has the funds.

As we add the one reality that should have been number one from the get go “Nowadays, nothing in Saudi Arabia is spent unless it is deemed to be serving the kingdom’s interest; “Saudi Arabia first” is the principle that Saudi’s foreign policy is based on.” I personally believe that this is the only stance that should matter to the KSA and that is the setting. Then we get to the real meat. The statement “The truth is that Saudi Arabia has always had a leading role in this conflict, but it preferred a leading-from-behind approach. This approach allowed it to use its diplomatic and symbolic weight without being on the political front line and potentially risking its strategic interests. The Saudi ruling elites came to the conclusion that they had mustered a great deal of political effort for a fruitless process and thus have never injected themselves into the intricacies of the Palestinian-Israeli final status negotiations.” Is a real deal. You see Americans want to talk about everything and produce nothing, members of the KSA merely want to achieve what is best for the KSA and according to Islam is best to Muslims, that is what is here and that is why the case of Hamas is a tough one. You see Hamas is all Muslim, it merely works towards selfish reasons and the events we see in Gaza shows that. The one truth no one is entertaining is how much better Palestinians are better off without Hamas. One example is Tawhid al-Jihad, so where was Hamas when these new players were unfolding all over the West Bank around 10 years ago?

As I personally see it there are several players and most of them serve self interests. In this KSA is perhaps the only one who does not. And as I see it all parties ned to realise that Hamas is the one selfish voice in there. The events regarding al-Shifa should be taken as clear evidence in this. With only a few exceptions nearly all civilised nations have agreed that Hospitals and schools are not to be considered military outlets, especially with all the civilians in place.  A reality too many news outlets are ignoring.

The article in Foreign Policy ends with “Before Riyadh steps up and shows greater assertiveness on this issue, the Saudi ruling elites need to see a clear political horizon and an improved structure to the peace process. At that point, they might use their considerable financial leverage to shape the outcome.” You see, my issue here is that this sounds like American policies on the Middle East, so who was the source? An American political player, a stakeholder, or something else? In my (oversimplified) view, the stance most governments needs to take is that the one self-serving player here is Hamas, they are the actual danger and the actual threat. This all started as Saudi relations with Israel were normalising and I personally believe that the message on wrecking that came from Qatar, It is either Ismail Haniyeh directly or someone in his office that pushed those buttons. But that is merely my view and what do I know?

What matters is that one could argue that Hamas is openly acting against the needs for Saudi stabilising matters in the middle east, Israel was a first step and there is seemingly not much left of that now is there?

Enjoy today, I am now 65 minutes from Midweek.

Triviality makes a surprise

You think that cleaning is trivial and for a lot of is it is so. Yet Gulf News surprised me in this. To get that I need to give you a list. Amsterdam, the Hague, Rotterdam, London, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Munich, Geneva, Paris, Orleans, Antwerp, Lourdes, Madrid, Budapest, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Beer Sheva, Ashkalon, Sharm El Sheik, Stockholm, Goteborg, Malmo, Copenhagen, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Singapore, Bangkok, Buenos Aires and Montevideo. I visited all these places during my life (some very very young). Yet in all these settings, the one place I only saw through video and never visited, namely Dubai, must have been the cleanest city ever seen. As such I was a little surprised to see ‘‘Clean UAE’: Over 7,000 volunteers net more than 10 tonnes of waste in Dubai’ (at https://gulfnews.com/uae/environment/clean-uae-over-7000-volunteers-net-more-than-10-tonnes-of-waste-in-dubai-1.99987248) there we see “As many as 7,327 volunteers from diverse backgrounds collected 10.5 tonnes of waste in Dubai on Saturday as part of the nationwide ‘Clean UAE’ campaign led by the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG)” that is an amazing goal, especially in such a hot environment as the UAE.

I am truly surprised, not merely regarding the amount of people on this, but the amount they still were able to clean. The video’s I saw were from way before this and as such I never noticed. I saw over a dozen walkthrough videos and none of them showed that much rubbish, not even close to the amount cleaned up. As such I am surprised, not merely to the amount of volunteers and to the amount of cleaning achieved, but as I personally see it, it takes national pride for so many people to pick up the hoe, rake and shovel and collect that much rubbish.

I honestly didn’t think something like this could surprise me, but it did and I reckon I am not alone here. Aren’t you pleasantly surprised by this?

Enjoy the day, Tuesday just started for me. Time to snore.

Rats on a ship

We know these exist and ships aren’t happy to have them, neither are the ports where they embark or disembark. But that is the setting of life. As such we see today (at https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/dec/15/rudy-giuliani-pay-damages-election-workers-defamation-trial) that Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to pay $148.1m in damages for lies about election workers. Now lets take a look at the idiocy that Donald ‘the Duck’ Trump escalated (sorry Disney).

  1. FoxNews versus Dominion $787 million settlement.
  2. FoxNews versus Smartmatic $2.7 billion (still pending)
  3. 4 cases against Donald Trump (The Federal Election Interference Case, The Georgia Election Interference Case, The Classified Documents Case and the The Hush Money Case)

These three alone would sink any political career, but no Trump is still setting himself up for re-election and the American people are letting him. This is about the stage to rake in the money and I am almost ashamed to admit that the Republican Party is indeed that desperate at this time. The party is over, the last songs are playing and this upcoming election will drown the American Economy, as such the Republicans are desperate to set to shores whatever they can, even if it is to only open a door to legally push all their money and wealth to a zero tax nation.

That is what it looks like, the rats on the ship know that this party is at an end and they want to secure whatever they can, evade to whichever nation will have them (Monaco, Bermuda and Dubai are the most likely candidates). That is what the case of Rudy Giuliani is making me consider. And this is merely to two women. I reckon that now the flood gates will open. Rudy’s legal team gave us “Their lawyers asked the jury to award them each at least $24m in damages. Giuliani’s attorney said earlier this week that awarding the plaintiffs their sought damages would be a “death penalty” and would be “the end of Mr Giuliani”.” It seems to me that this team didn’t consider the death penalty against these two women and I reckon it is merely the beginning. Not just this, Giuliani apparently also owes approximately an additional $275,000 in legal fees. As such if these aren’t paid the former mayor will need to rely on public defense. I wonder how that will go. Whatever friends Donald had, they are evaporating quicker than snow in a flamethrower. We are also given “Giuliani pledged to appeal and will probably use every legal manoeuvre to block payment.” Yup, that is open to him and we are starting to see a pool of people (him and Alex Jones) the concept of lies is still protected. These people aren’t used to having a larger setting escalated against them. As such I can also report that an appeals court in Connecticut upheld a $75,000 fine against right-wing personality Alex Jones due to him missing a deposition in March of last year Friday. It just adds to the $1.1B outstanding, a nightmare that just will not go away for him and even in the larger setting the lack of actions against Alex Jones are stacking up.

This all matters as we see (via Reuters) “A New York state appeals court on Thursday denied Donald Trump’s bid to overturn a gag order restricting the former U.S. president from publicly talking about court staff in his New York civil fraud trial.

The judge overseeing the case, Justice Arthur Engoron, issued the gag order on Oct. 3 after the former U.S. president shared on social media a photo of the judge’s law clerk posing with U.S. Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, and falsely called her Schumer’s girlfriend.”” AsI see it, for America 2024 will be the year of paid and unpaid settlements. This will not be small, it already stacks up to billions and the connected Republican people need a way out, they desperately want out before that firecracker wakes up the rest of America. With a little bit of howling laughter I now see the chance that Americans will be spicing the wealth of the Saudi Banks, as such the Saudi Ministry of Finance will soon have a new line in their spreadsheets. American expat investments and the percentage it represents. It is a little unlikely as Dubai has a more open setting here, yet I know that Saudi Banks do not share any information. I do not know how Emirati laws are in that case.

Perhaps the UAE will put in a new ride in their theme parks. Rides that are avoiding people, a speedy ride that avoids people by going fast left and right. The kids version with Alex Jones, the intermediate ride with Rudy Giuliani and the ‘expert’ ride with Donald Trump, complete with lookalike animatronics. It might make the world news for some time to come and it follows my sight. Lets them become entertaining for all time through history.

A setting we tend to forget about. Especially as the liars and misrepresenters have been given too much leeway against the victims they created. And now that Alex Jones cannot hide behind bankruptcy according to U.S. District Judge Christopher Lopez of Houston the gig might be up for Rudy Giuliani might be up soon enough as well and that will get the rats running for their life. The Chapter 11 workbook will not work and now they get to pay a massive slice to whatever they thought they had and with that certain FoxNews people will become equally scared. They worked in the limelight and they could end up with less than a baggage person in a supermarket.

What a lovely way to go through the weekend. The rats are running and I am watching it from a distance unfold.

Enjoy your day.

Our menu: Delusional stew for all.

Yup, a meal that is free of charge, but that is how it feels to me (and I am hungry). This has started some time ago for me and the blablabla is nice, but it distracts me. On the up hand I came up with the pilot of yet another TV series, but I have enough at present. You see, what set me off today (off being a big word), was ‘No ‘phase-out’, but Dubai deal puts oil and gas sector on notice’ (at https://www.climatechangenews.com/2023/12/13/no-phase-out-but-dubai-deal-puts-oil-and-gas-sector-on-notice/), you think it is delusional, think again. We are also given “The “UAE consensus” did not go so far as to call for a “phase-out” as more than a hundred countries wanted. It settled on “transitioning away from fossil fuels in energy systems”.” You want to see how delusional this is? Lets take a look. In the first OPEC removes their delivery by 1,000,000 barrels of oil per day, they keep on producing for China, but the West (USA, Canada, UK, EU) get that less per day, this is not phasing out, but it is moving that way. Now consider that impact

USA 450,000 bpd less, Canada 100,000, United Kingdom 100,000 an the EU loses 350,00 bpd. I give it less than 60 days before all hell breaks lose. Brent will export less than 5% as all goes to America and with that change America collapses broke in 60 days, Canada will lose most of its shit, UK will become too expensive to live and the EU breaks down on its own issues. 60 days is all that is required for chaos to unfold in the west. That is what you are celebrating, aren’t you?

I am not against diminishing oil, but at present it isn’t realistic. Alternative solutions were stopped for the longest of times and the funny part here, when that comes back the crows will shout All hail Musk. That is the reality. You see, the internet without powers is not a nice thing and that makes the Musk solution the only internet on the planet. With that much less oil fuel prices will double and with proper isolation (example London), the people will freeze to death. I am game for all that, are you?

You see, the second part is “One delegation not joining in the ovation was Saudi Arabia. Oil-exporting states fought hard against the phase-out language that appeared in earlier drafts.” This makes sense, but what does not is that EVERYONE steered clear from the noise by Brent crude oil, the one American supplier to hundreds of nations and that stops soon after the limitations are reached. And with that all on the table you see that Crude becomes nationalistic and the rest suffers and drowns (or chokes) on a lack of oil.

All these people, all collectively talking on what needs to be done and nothing is being done. I saw it before COP26 and with the animosity against Elon Musk, the one solution holder this merely goes from bad to worse. I reckon that he has his solutions in place in has house and that people like Bill Gates have similar solutions in place. As such when this goes south really far, we have America and about 2000 houses with power. The rest? I think it was the Roman senate who said in unity ‘fuck the poor’ and that will be a simple repetition.

As such when we get to “Samoa complained they were not yet in the room when the deal was adopted. Small island states had pleaded for a rapid fossil fuel phase-out to hold global warming to 1.5C, seen as critical for their survival.” Their is your first example of the world screwing over the poor. So why were they not in the room? Anyone? Anyone?

I already stated that this point would be broken at the end of COP26, and so far my numbers hold up (partial coincidence) and that larger stage is merely fuelled by the joke that we see is presented now. Phasing out oil sounds nice, but the four players mentioned earlier cannot see the reality of that ever happening, on the upside, when America collapses, all the eyes will suddenly look at Brent oil for the first time and wonder what will happen there, because a collapsed America implies that Brent will have to export nearly all its oil making life in the USA a lot harsher. The only thing I found was by Reuters giving us “Brent crude futures edged back down towards $97 a barrel on Tuesday because (whatever reason) after two days of back-to-back speeches by world leaders, the COP28 climate” You don’t think Brent has its extensions and override policies in place? That is the reality of things and board of directors tend to be greed driven, so that was easily seen.

A stage that has a restaurant, it serves a delusional menu. It is free and you can have as much as you like.

That is what is happening and when the world settles bak in 2-3 weeks the issues start arriving on how impossible these goals really are. I reckon the ‘depending’ media already have speakers in place for that event.

Enjoy your day.

The Guardian just won’t learn

Yup, that is where it is at, but it starts with the BBC (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-67679732) where they give us ‘UN climate talks in jeopardy in fossil fuel backlash’. Yup, we have an issue here, but it is one that is given to us with some debatable sides.  You see, we are given “A new amended version of the text is expected to be issued on Tuesday so that negotiations can continue. Humans burning fossil fuels is driving global warming, risking millions of lives, but governments have never agreed how or when to stop using them.” There are issues here. I do not completely disagree with the setting, but in that same side plenty of governments (US, UK, EU) never did what needed to be done for the longest time, as such we are all reliant and too much dependent on fossil fuels. In that light, the US is the BIGGEST exporter of fossil fuels, but we do not see too much about that, do we? And that is not the largest setting either, for this we need the Guardian.

Remember this image. We saw this as the larger stage of misinformation by the media. The EEA (European Environmental Agency) gave us a clear setting that 50% of the damage we see comes from 147 facilities. Yes, you saw that right, 147 facilities cause 50% of the damage and for well over a year the Guardian ignored this, did not make mention this, made no effort to look into these 147 facilities. No, first we get some BS story about corporate jets and the EEA story goes back to December 10th 2020 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2020/12/10/uniform-nameless-entitlement-perforation/) where we got the goods. No, this time around we get Chris Armstrong giving us ‘‘Megayachts’ are environmentally indefensible. The world must ban them’, I do disagree, but I find more issues with a yacht then a jet. So whilst we are given “Abramovich’s yachts emit more than 22,000 tonnes of carbon every year”, I believe it to be BS. You see, some sources give us 7,020 tonnes a year. This number is smaller, yet equally debatable. You see a yacht tends to be twin engine and each engine is about the size of a Rolls Royce Spectre. Some are even bigger, so there is pollution. But where Chris goes off the rails is that instead of giving us “This yacht has 4× MTU 20V 1163 TB93 diesel engines, triple screw propellers, giving us X amount of pollution” we get merely a number and nothing is based on amount of pollution per hour. You see these people aren’t on their yachts 24:7, as such it is less pollution, and some will debate is that not too much either? It is a fair question and I do not have a clear answer here. And in that light, why was there no mention of that new yacht from Jeff Bezos? Is this just a handle of handing a Russian name to make the ‘ban’ more palatable? In addition when we consider “whilst over the last 15 years over 41,000 flights a day were added” and how much pollution is that? We do not get the real deal, the numbers and the evidence. It might be a opinion piece, but the Guardian is screwed up, to the highest degree going with hatchet pieces like this and not giving us any real numbers. And when we are given “Bill Gates might gain some plaudits for merely renting, rather than buying, mega yachts” they seemingly didn’t know “The impressive Wayfinder, one of the yachts in Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates’ fleet, is currently moored at the mega yacht marina in the Port of Malaga. Measuring 69 metres long and 14 metres wide, the Wayfinder has the task of servicing the Aqua mega yacht, the technology magnate’s main luxury vessel.” So he has a fleet, I didn’t know and for the most I do not care, but it shows just how much the Guardian embraces BS.

With the Guardian ignoring the EEA report, ignoring the fact that over 15 years 41,000 flights a day have been added and we do not get to see how much pollution that brings. So whilst we might trivialise some parts, the larger part is ignored and both the BBC and the Guardian might merely report and bring us opinion pieces, but we aren’t being informed. I wonder why that is.

We might want to blame some of the players in that fossil fuel setting, but no one is pointing at the USA and its Brent crude oil, so why is that? I don’t have the answers and the media isn’t giving any. How weird is that?

Enjoy your day.

A busy day

This is not how it started. It started with an easy setting, the setting I am bout to explain. From there I got to a second station, which is the story that comes after this story and last there was a setting towards Engonos (my new TV series), in light of season 2. I came up with an additional ploy. A ploy not unlike the movie the league of extraordinary gentlemen gave us. But I am spinning it into another direction. I am actually using the setting that TV gave u in the past to create a setting towards a new spin, when people are confronted with TV series and their colloquialism is perhaps the best explanation I can give for now, but I will get back to that soon enough. The reason for telling you this is that these events happened almost at the same time, so in my head they are connected, my other brain (the wakey wakey part) hasn’t figured that out yet. Yet being the operative word.

Stage one
It started with a message on LinkedIn. A message by Simon Robinson, about who killed his reporters. The problem is that this is all emotions, lacking too many facts, as I personally see it. You see, the IDF doesn’t just casually shoot reporters with a tank, I am not willing to accept that. Yet in the same setting, I do rely on EVIDENCE. That is important to me. You see, Simon is emotional, his little bunny is dead, I get it. But the NY Post gives us “The alleged strike occurred shortly after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed retaliatory artillery fire over the Israel-Lebanon border in response to shooting from Lebanese territory.” So was it a tank, or artillery? There is a difference, did Simon think of that?

Al Jazeera gives us ‘Journalist killed in Lebanon was in ‘active combat zone’’ (at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/12/8/israeli-army-says-journalist-killed-in-lebanon-was-in-active-combat-zone) in addition we are given “Appearing to dismiss calls for a war crime investigation into the death of a Reuters journalist and injury of six others under fire from its tanks in October, the Israeli army said on Friday that the incident is under review, but noted that the reporters had placed themselves in a “dangerous” area.”  So, Reuters got the tank part correct. But never mentioned that they were in an active combat zone, a part we never got. It was what I speculated on from the very beginning, the bunny was collateral damage. If you take offence, that is fine. I get it. But lets be clear, the press has no credibility left and partial news to give the line “who hit him, who killed him” is a bloody joke. There is a cost to being in an active combat zone. The question becomes did Issam Abdallah know that he was in an active combat zone? I do not know, and I am not speculating. The part problem is that the press has no credibility left and they already lied to all of us. So what happened? In all this that remains the question and it is going to need several sources, sources that are independent and can be used as verifiable sources that could solve this issue.

As I said, it was a busy day. Tomorrow it is Optus to be exposed and I have something going back to 2019. Should be fun, enjoy Saturday. I have less than 3 hours left of that day.

Cheerio.

Angle, Bigotry, Chauvinism

Yes, all words, these three words represent the bias of the media. And it has started some time ago. But here in this case lets take a look at Sky News (at https://news.sky.com/story/unprecedented-2-400-fuel-lobbyists-at-cop28-in-dubai-claim-campaigners-13023153). Here we are given ‘‘Unprecedented’ 2,400 fuel lobbyists at COP28 in Dubai, claim campaigners’ but that is not where the bias is. As we are given names like Amin Nasser (CEO Aramco) and Sultan Al Jaber. Yet what I find weird is that there is no names linked to Brent Crude oil, there is no mention anywhere in COP28 of anyone from Brent in this. Welcome to bias.

Then we get “At least 2,456 fuel lobbyists have been given access to the COP28 summit in Dubai” so not “more than 2,400” but an actual specific number. And it comes from the group called “Kick Big Polluters Out”,  or KBPO, which could also mean Keep Boneheaded Packs Out. You see, this is not on the oil industry, but on the media. When you consider “Many of the fossil fuel lobbyists are said to have gained access by being part of a trade organisation”. This gets us two questions. Were they all in the blue zone, or the green zone and what was the spread of these people? The second part is what countries were these 2456 people from? How many from the US? How many from Venezuela and Russia? All top-line numbers we aren’t given. So is this the angle Sky News (and others) are working with, or is this part of more? Like all the BS that places like ICIJ gives us with ‘emotional’ stories, devoid of real numbers, real groupings and clusters. The media is becoming less and less reliable.

We see names like Shell, TotalEnergies, Equinor, BP, ExxonMobil and ENI. However, the name Brent Crude oil is absent, why is that?

Why can’t the media do its job? Why can’t they give us CLEAR numbers. They got 2456, how did they get there? It might be right, but we aren’t given anything clear and that is the larger station. We aren’t given clarity and the media is making it worse through emotions, speculations and assumptions. How is that for media claiming to be independent, fair, balanced and proclaiming to be trustworthy.

The Guardian also gives us “Al Jaber is also the chief executive of the United Arab Emirates’ state oil company, Adnoc, which many observers see as a serious conflict of interest”, yet no one is asking serious questions from the media and that is the larger failing. I have shown their failures for over two years and things are (as I personally see it) getting worse. It is all about the emotion and the digital dollar, in that process clear reporting seems to be going out the window.

I wonder if we bulk all the reporting together, will we see anything clearly reported, or should we ask people from Monash University who sees to be there too? I will let you decide, but consider all the things we aren’t being told.

I have arrived to the middle of the week, see you all soon at this point as well.

Two makes a fourth

Yup, that didn’t make sense did it? You see, two pieces of information hit me at the same time. The first is ‘Johnny Depp advises filmmakers from Saudi Arabia to ‘go against the grain of Hollywood’’ (at https://www.thenationalnews.com/arts-culture/2023/12/02/johnny-depp-advises-filmmakers-from-saudi-arabia-to-go-against-the-grain-of-hollywood/). It is here where we are given “What I believe, in regard to the opportunities of the Saudi film industry, is to build facilities and go against the grain of everything that Hollywood is putting out,” Johny Depp makes sense. I see it differently, not against Depp, because I agree with him. The Saudi Film industry needs a different path. It is basically what drove me to design ‘How to assassinate a politician’ yet the larger station is not merely a different design, because that story is all but done (two parts are incomplete). You see at this point I am watching season 3 of NCIS: New Orleans and a thought took hold of me. It took me back to when I read Hesiod (a very long time ago) and this reflects on Season 2 of Engonos. There were two parts that required tinkering and now as a red line I saw the option to add a third line. You see, there was a reference to Tartarus that was a larger station, a side that has not been touched (read: does not exist). It reminds me of an old story that relates to the Hellraiser comic books. A salesperson is left off the hook providing he increases his tally of souls 15% annually. The demon lets him off the hook because in the end that salesperson will fail. You see in year one he only needs 1500 souls, but in the subsequent years it will be 2070, 2380, 2737, 3148, 3620. So in 5 years he will need to hand over 301 souls each month. That is 3 times the souls he needed in year one. That setting gave me the idea to take a page from these books and give them a twist. Consider the souls pushed into Tartarus, what would any soul do after one day to avoid the rest of eternity in Tartarus?

As such Hesiod gave me the idea to take it to a new level. He ones stated “The man who does evil to another does evil to himself, and the evil counsel is most evil for him who counsels it.” So, what happens when we take someone like Major Hamilton and let him face the wrath of a damned soul from Tartarus? That was the setting I started with and now we have a new station in Engonos. When we take the greed driven and set the take against themselves. Not a bad day. One article, one setting and a whole new station opened it doors. Not a bad day at all.

Enjoy your Sunday, it’s Monday here.

What makes a lobbyist?

That is a serious question, because at times I have no clue what a lobbyist is. That is the question that the CBC leaves me with. There was even more power behind the article at the Financial Times, but their paywall prevents me from mentioning them. So here we are relying on the CBC. They did nothing really wrong and the article ‘At COP28 climate summit, there’s concern oil and gas lobbyists have too much influence’ (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/climate/climate-dubai-cop28-lobbyists-canada-1.7042376) is a good read. Yet the question that follows be from the beginning which we see with “With tens of thousands in Dubai for the climate talks, environmentalists and policy experts are expressing concern over the growing presence of fossil fuel lobbyists at the meetings”. So, from the start we get the connection to a lobbyist. Which according to the dictionary means “a person who takes part in an organised attempt to influence legislators.” Yet I believe it is more then that. Another version is “a special interest group that hires a lobbying organisation to influence an elected official on a particular policy” which seems to apply better. And with COP28 (any COP actually) the need for lobbyists is clear. Yet if it was ONLY fossil fuels there would not be that much attendance. You might think that “An analysis from a coalition of advocacy groups found representatives of the fossil fuel industry have been in attendance a total of 7,200 times at the annual United Nations climate talks over the past two decades” would be enough. But how many ‘representatives’ would have been in attendance 7200 times? Lets just say that it might be a career, but I think that any lobbyist would be washed out after 100 visits, let alone 7200. So, there is a part missing and when we think COP there is EPA, there is EEA, there is also WWF, Earthjuice and a lot more and at this event they all are rushing to see if their needs are being met. The last part is given by the CBC and concerns Canada. So consider “Saskatchewan is also hosting a pavilion, at a cost of $765,000, where it will hold panels by industry leaders”, now consider that to break ‘even’ they need to see around $10 million (stand, flights, hotels and so forth). So you tell me what Saskatchewan is doing there? I honestly do not know, but they are there (hopefully) for a reason.

The fun part is that the COP28 has a green zone and a blue zone, the blue zone is only for UNFCCC. A part that the CBC did not give us (the Financial Times had that in their article). So there are two strains of lobbyists, so who goes where? All parts that were missed be many media. Another part is that a player like Bentley systems (not the car) as well as Monash University are also there, they both have their own lobbyists, but neither gave us those goods. In a semantical mood I would state that there was an event (23 AD) where less than 0.1% was a virgin (the only virgins there were the Vestal Virgins representing Vesta, the rest were men, wives, whores and slaves and the event was at Circus Maximus on the order of Tiberius Julius Caesar Augustus. The entire setting mattered and it matters for COP28 events too. Without the entire enchilada we get a mere slice of what is going on and in that setting we see a misrepresenting of lobbyists as well as the COP28 event. You see, the people in the green zone do not get access to the blue zone (as far as I can tell) and the blue zone is where it is all at. So as such many articles do not give us the whole story (the Financial Times was more complete). All settings that matter, all settings that were (intentional or not) missed and that is where we are at.

So what was the missions of these lobbyists and what policies were they supporting (or not) for governments? All questions that mattered, but we aren’t told that, were we?

Enjoy Sunday, I still have 8 hours to go, Vancouver is still on Saturday, lucky bastards.
