The theory of new

Before I connect to the story of today which BBC gives us is something from my past. In the 80’s I learned that there are 4 basic stances. Attack, defend, avoid and evade. The last two are not the same. In one we deflect here the attacker goes in the other we avoid where the opponent is expecting to be. It helped me in many of the stages I ever faced. It is the basic of being, that is how I saw it anyway. So these matters were in my mind when an article hit my eyes. It was ‘US-China chip war: America is winning’ (at. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-pacific-64143602), are they? Really?

You see the article gives us “These tiny fragments of silicon are at the heart of a $500bn industry that is expected to double by 2030. And whoever controls the supply chains – a tangled network of companies and countries that make the chips – holds the key to being an unrivalled superpower.” I cannot disagree, but the setting is folly. You see for the most in the last 30 years that industry tried to be everywhere and there is a stage where we see them in many places. But is that a good thing, or can that truly be pushed everywhere? Think of it, think of the stage from let’s say 1996 and now 2023. Electronics got to drown everything else.

Now lets look at the simple image below

It is an abacus, and it comes from Persia about 600BC, there is enough speculation that they got it from somewhere else and that story goes back to the age of Mesopotamia. What is important is that a person truly versatile in this device can get to a result faster than anyone with a calculator and there is the solution, or perhaps the direction of the solution. The second strap is not what is out today, but what was out yesterday. In the older days we had Microsoft laptops, they outgrew their usefulness, or so that was what Microsoft wanted us to believe. The laptops were too slow, but guess what, those laptops became decently powerful Unix/Linux servers and that was a mere 10 years ago. The old PS3 could be broken into a Linux system, which was surprisingly powerful. They got a new lease on life and that is what we need to do, we need to consider other directions. Yes we see all the bla bla bla on AI and on what a powerful system can do, but guess what? AI does not exist. Machine learning does and deeper machine learning exists too and they are awesome. AI needs a lot more and these parts do not yet exist. In the first a real quantum computer is required and IBM is the closest to getting one. Once they get a handle on shallow circuits and the power is upped, that is when the system exists where a real AI could be, the second part is still a decade (at least) away. A Dutch physicist did find the Ypsilon particle and that is essential to get the shallow circuit truly going, but it is a decade away. You see chips are binary. It is either yer or no and an AI needs the Ypsilon particle. It is Yes, No, Neither or Both and these last two will evolve systems into closer to true AI and we are not there yet. So how does it all fill together?

That is the core and we see part of that with “The manufacture of semiconductors is complex, specialist and deeply integrated. An iPhone has chips that are designed in the US, manufactured in Taiwan, Japan or South Korea, then assembled in China. India, which is investing more in the industry, could play a bigger role in the future.” This is true, or at least it sounds true, but the real issue is what can be replaced with a chip? You think it is ludicrous, but is it? Do we need them? It is a serious question. You see any new technology is derived from the limits of others and as power is more and more an issue in many places, the idea of exploring the field of mechanical computer is not the craziest. What did we overlook? What did we reject because an American told us that their chip was better? They did it before with VHS, Betamax was highly superior, but VHS had the numbers, it is the only reason they won. So what else did we reject? If an abacus can equal a person with a calculator. A system with a time advantage of 3000 years, what else is possible? We forget to look behind us (which is where I found billions in IP) what else is there and what else could be done? And this is not done overnight, this will take years, decades perhaps but it would result in a new technology stream, one not founded on electronics and guess what, when the power falls away, so do your chips. So is my idea weird? Yes. Is it preposterous? Perhaps. Is it invalid? No! There is enough evidence all over the field and seeking replacement systems is not the weirdest idea, not in this day and age.

Consider one other system, in the old days (a little past WW2) someone invented the Knijpkap (squeeze cat) the torch had a small dynamo inside which sounded like a purring cat when operated.

The interesting part is that it needed no battery. So how many torches do you know that have no battery? What happens when batteries are not available? We can add a recharging battery to hold that power, or not. But one device completely without battery. So what happens when we adjust this to other means? These are two simple applications, now consider one where whomever invents it reuses a mechanical computer to take the load away (and revenue) for electronic ones? That will be the exercise and it is not an easy one. It takes one with serious brains and a decade at their disposal. But I reckon the spoils will be so worth it in the end.

Delete their asses

There are two stories that need writing. One I cannot do until late Monday, because civil servants do not work on the weekend (weird). The other one is about fraud. The CBC alerted me to ‘It’s happened again. 2nd Toronto home listed for sale without homeowner’s knowledge’ (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/fraudulent-home-sale-1.6710868) and the problem is actually a lot worse than they think it is. You see, I remembered and found ‘Arrest after Luton clergyman reports his home stolen’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-59167750) in November 2021. This has been going on for well over a year and when I see “We work with professional conveyancers, such as solicitors, and rely on them and the checks that they make to spot fraudulent attempts to impersonate property owners. Despite our efforts, every year we do register a very small number of fraudulent transactions.” And when I see this my blood curdles towards psychotic. When we see “rely on them”, I understand, but in the same breath I say that if at that point the conveyancer CANNOT show proper documentations and proper diligence he gets to lose his license for life. I am so sick of this casual approach to responsibilities (you will learn on Monday or Tuesday). It is time to change this level of stupidity. If these players no matter who cannot show due diligence, they lose their licence for life. These players all want ease, they want the internet and as such people lose their houses and their stuff, we need to change that game and we need to change it by a lot. The CBC gives us “the case bears a striking resemblance to an investigation the Toronto Police Service (TPS) asked for the public’s help with last week, in which another family wasn’t so lucky”. First of all, I am not blaming the Toronto Police Service. But the stage of ease of sale and ease of buying property needs to stop. In the old days there ere actuaries and perhaps we need to revisit that stage, they were truly diligent. The world is so much about reduction of sales cycle and now we see that people are getting hurt and some excuse that it is a mere few cases does not hold water. The victims lose to much, even if the damage is undone, the damage is close to permanent and something needs to be done. Perhaps it needs to be more draconian, but I feel strong about someone losing THEIR castle. So when I see “CBC News has reported on numerous allegations of fake identifications and other documents being used to rent homes and take out fraudulent mortgages, but these attempted home thefts appear to take real estate fraud to an alarming new level” I see that the system is failing and it is failing in the UK and in Canada. So we need a new stage, we need new systems of control and the stage of “this is easier” is no longer acceptable. Easy got the grifters and the scammers in, that needs to stop and the conveyancers are a first step, but merely a first. A lot more needs to be done and it needed to be started well over a year ago.

Perhaps I am overreacting, but the idea of my place to be sold from under me when I go on vacation is a nightmare I never want to face and if that means deleting some overly non-diligent people, then so be it.

Enjoy Sunday.

Danger Winnie Robinson. Danger, danger.

A weird reference to an even weirder situation. Are we making ourself weak and optionally on route to extinction? That is a serious question, it is not for some script, or some story. Let me explain. There are two settings. The first is the one the wife of Wil Smith has, it was the first time I heard of alopecia areata. I now indirectly know of three more cases. My acquaintance ring did not grow, it decreased a little. The second issue is around mastectomy. I had heard of it and the event is around for a long time, but in the last 5 years I have become indirectly aware of 5 women who have faced it. Both issues are decently rare, so to see these numbers makes me wonder if we (both man and woman) have weakened ourselves to a degree that is beyond normal. Food and other stuff are eaten, but are we checking what we eat? I saw a case about a decade go where a dietician (I wrote about it a long time ago) made the claim that we eat beef, but is the beef we eat today the same beef we ate 50-75 years ago? Hormonal and all kind of treatments to keep milk up might have an impact on the DNA of beef. That was what I would call a wild claim, but is it wrong? Have we indirectly poisoned our bodies? I am not a young man and I wake up with more and more hairs in my bed, so I am growing bald. It doesn’t worry me, it comes with age and at least I will not be wielding the hair of Stephen Mangan any day soon (looks to pubic anyway), and it seems soon I will be wielding a lot less than ever. This is a natural event, it does not bother me. But those who see the numbers of alopecia areata and mastectomy rising should be worried. Man have their own issues and I wonder how many see the bowel cancer results? About 300 a week in Australia alone get the postal card with ‘Bullseye, you’ve got it”. Now I might be trivialising this (defence mechanism), but I wonder why it is growing and it seems to be growing fast. When we see “third most common type of newly diagnosed cancer” and I have a bit of a problem with the word ‘newly’. We need to take heed of so many things Realtors (story coming soon), captains of industry (story coming soon too) and now food? We pay institutions a truckload of cash and they seemingly come up short. You see, before the Oscars 2022 I had never heard of alopecia areata and now I am aware of three (4 if I include Jada Pinkett Smith) cases?

So this story is not for fun, for entertainment or for anything else than to make sure you check your corner. I am no one, I know people, some are important, others are not. But 4 and 5 is a larger setting especially when these numbers up to 10 years ago was zero on both counts. So am I calling wolf whilst there is none, or are we all ignoring a larger stage? I honestly do not know, but I felt it was important to write this down. As statistics go we see that alopecia areata has approximately 1 in 1000 people, with a lifetime risk of approximately 2 percent. Now on those numbers my awareness of 4 seems rather large. Well, basically 3 as Jada Pinkett Smith is a global celebrity, but that means I should know well over 3000 and I do not, so the math (OK, my view is debatable) does not hold up. The fact that this is all since Oscar 2022 makes it even worse. And in the case of alopecia areata there is a lot we do not know. That is not on anyone, but the stage that our food or environment is optionally a cause worries me and it should worry you as well. And lets be clear this is not about gender. We have all kinds of issues and they re hitting both genders, the question is whether this is properly being looked at. And the beef reference is also apt. It is now a decade since the horse meat scandal and if that one got by for such a long time, what else have we been eating and that is before we get to the consideration that the beef our grandparents ate was not the same beef we eat. That is pure speculation, so do not think this is true, but is testing this premise wrong or a stretch? The dietician had decently convincing data. Data I could not check but someone perhaps should have. So be careful to give support and faith in this. It is in some parts speculation, the numbers I gave were not. The question becomes, have you experience the same thing? Do you have numbers you did not have 5-10 years ago? I am asking, not telling.

Try to have a nice day today.

Inactivity by the overpaid

The Dutch NOS is opening a storm-gate with the article (at https://nos.nl/l/2459559) stating that there will be a power shortage by 2030. Personally I think that he is overly optimistic. I would reckon that clear shortages will be visible no later than 2027 in the Netherlands. The UK will start showing these shortages no later than Q3 2024 and there are several nations in that same setting. The US was already showing them last year, not to a large degree, but enough to get noticed in California and Texas. It will get worse soon enough. I reckon that it will be horrid to live in these places the coming summer. With millions of AC units draining whatever power there is, the stage for these two places will not be a joyous one. I stated that danger in ‘Time as a factor’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/05/15/time-as-a-factor/) in may last year and several other articles over the two years preceding that. There was (optionally is) a solution and for that they all needed Elon Musk, but governments are not that intelligent. Instead of catering to Elon Musk, they catered to his anger and now the solution will come at premium price. His battery would have been able to decrease the pressure by well over 10%-20% in 2018 when I first made mention of it. But the overpaid civil servants kept on being inactive and that saving is now lost to them.

There still is an option for several places, but it will take immediate action, places like Texas and California, as well as the UK, France and Italy will have to act NOW to get something done, because Elon is not storing these batteries and when they have to produce 15-35 million batteries, they can sell at a premium but that will set you back so many billions, that the loss of Twitter is nothing more than a little blip on the radar. And there was a solution, but you all had to make fun of him, cater to fake news and cater to BS settings all whilst Jack Dorsey was given a ‘do not touch’ voucher. So how much can Jack Dorsey add? I’ll tell you nothing and now that you need Elon Musk, what will you do? Bully him a bit more? Consider that when these batteries go to India, Saudi Arabia, UAE and a few other places BEFORE they go to Texas and California. And when you realise that a place like Texas will need close to 1,000,000 Power walls at $17,000 each, the math becomes increasingly easy and it might not be enough. In that California would need in access of 3,000,000 walls. And that is before the added wind and solar collectors are added. One simple setting to overcome the loss of Twitter. And lets be clear, he has no obligation to any of you. He can charge premium prices, it is HIS right to do so. Sucks to be you now, does it not?

And in that setting Texans might still forgo power for 16% of the day when they need power for their AC, a stage that was clear in play since BEFORE 2018. All this before some might realise that a place like London will need well over 1,000,000 power-walls. The numbers start adding up and Tesla has the IP everyone needs. So how will you cater to that? Like a bully or will you realise that some people were overpaid by a fair amount and they did NOTHING. If I saw this almost 5 years ago, they should have been on that hobby horse a lot longer, but they were not. Why was that?

And the shortage will get worse for the UK soon enough. You see, Sweden (Vattenfal) is already showing shortages for winter, as such less and less can be delivered to the UK who will now feel the brunt a lot sooner and the solution I offered in ‘Will you feel frisky?’ On June 28th 2022  (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/06/28/will-you-feel-frisky/) now feels a lot more on point, does it not? So how many documents can the UK produce of efforts they made from 2018 onwards to cater to this need? And that is the setting now, but this pressure keeps on growing, so the worm that hesitates will get eaten in this setting, because the shortage is global and now that the pressures are showing will some ask, why did we do nothing? People have been BS’ing on power independence since the 90’s and when the moment comes, we see inaction. Don’t take my word, check and you will see I am right. The overpaid were inactive for far too long, let them explain why. Oh, and they come with something like ‘It was a complex issue’ feel free to dock their pay for over 40%, it was why they were there and even if that doesn’t solve the issue, it will feel good to see the worm squirm for his lost 40%. Do it, you’ll see you’ll feel better.

Me, myself and I make 4

It is the setting that started with ‘Two Stories’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/10/28/two-things/) the setting is given, but it was a mere top-line.

Which I last ended with “I looked at the table. The glass was there and so was a text, in the glass ‘Ελάτε στην Ακρόπολη, πρέπει να μιλήσουμε’. I got that message loud and clear. So this was my grandfather? Time to learn more about the other branch of the family. I send a mental note to grandpa Hades. “Zeus summoned me, will update you later” I looked at Lucia “It seems I have to make a business trip”, she nodded. She did not understand what was going on, but I got the impression that she was eager to go into denial. “Break the table into small parts, keep the cat away and be careful. Get a new table please.” I walked into the bedroom and got a small bag and from the living room fruit bowl I got my keys, wallet and some small stuff. Time to see Athens again.

The journey to Athens was quite positive, Air France definitely knows what it is doing. It was late in the evening when I got to Athens. I made way to the Acropolis Luxury Apartments and the key was already waiting. My assistant was quite resourceful. I walked into the room and decided to take a walk. The Acropolis was nearby, so the walk was not that long. When I got to the Beulé Gate I saw a guard nodding at me and gesturing I come to him. I walked over and the man spoke to me “My apologies, lord. Please follow me” And I did, we walked towards the Acropolis, by a road the tourists did not normally walk. And he looked around slightly nervous. When we got to the Acropolis, we were at the rear of the temple. Just outside of it. He gestured me to wait and I decided to comply. Clearly the man was nervous and he was aware of me, although I had no way of knowing how much he knew. It was a minute later when the man with the white beard appeared again. Still in a Victorian style suit. He looked at me and observed me. “Well, Well. So you are my grandson.” I looked at him and did not speak, confirming it seemed so trivial and to be honest, he never introduced himself. “My name is Zeus, or better stated I am what was once Zeus. I took the heavens and it made me strong, but pollution has diminished my powers. Yet we will get to that later. I see that Hades is regaining strength at a phenomenal rate. Yet Poseidon and I are not that lucky. Pollution has tempered our powers and that needs to be resolved. I saw how you chained Perses again and that was a lot more epic than you thought it was. I am surprised you lived this long, you also got powered by the Kraken and you got the attention of Oceanus. It is time to reveal a few facts. In the early days the fates came to me and Hades. They told me that unless your abilities were bound and cursed you would end like us and we would end. To completely sever you from the physical sides of the Olympians would be our salvation. And as such we did. Your powers would return to some degree. It was out intent for this to have happened a long time ago, but the fates stopped us, specifically it was Atropos who stopped us. She was right it took another 4 centuries when our powers started to unravel, except the powers of Hades, but Hades was also affected, we just did not know how.” I looked at Zeus, The fountains of Tartarus were never designed to take on that many souls, they were clogged. Heaphestus had a solution, but it needed a person to do this and I did. Hades is still recovering, but in the near future he will be the most powerful of all Olympians. Still we need to find balance, it is the only way to make this work. Zeus smiled. You learned the lessons of balance? I understand it to a larger degree, most people do, but the greed driven do not care. Zeus nodded, he looked at me and pondered what he had heard. I looked at Zeus. We need to wait for Hades to be more and more restored. Heaphestus needs to upgrade the fountains, that I essential and at that point we need to make harsh choices. Zeus looked at me. We will need the son of Apollo Asclepius to do the opposite, we need to indue sickness in the human population. Enough for over 90% of them to pass into the next passage. This planet is dying and thy are in denial, Poseidon lost over two thirds of his power and it will not return, the oceans are more and more lifeless. The worlds of Gaia needs restoration and the absence of people allows for that, but it will take centuries. Zeus nodded. I do not like it, we are their custodians, not their rulers. I nodded, but these children have lost view of reality, greed has consumed them. It is a lot worse then the rulers prying for carnage in the temple of Ares. In the age of christianity it only got worse, greed was rampant and this world suffered greatly. We need harsh actions, it is too late to be subtle. Still the oceans will repair to some degree, the fish that are now extinct will never return, as such part of the powers of Poseidon and Oceanus are gone forever. As the pollution in the air is restored, so will your powers. You will not get all the powers back, but a lot more than Poseidon has. Zeus nodded again, but not as much a Hades? No, Hades as he was pushed into Tartarus became the custodian of souls and they renew him, in the old days it was thousands of souls, now it is a million times more and soon that will set the balance of scales in a different stage. It is the result of short sighted human greed. Zeus pondered what I had told him. But we are their custodians, it is not right. Is it? I asked. What do you do to a child who runs through the house with a burning torch? Now it is not one child, it is a a group of hundreds of children, all running the same stupid route in houses all over cities, cities are burning down and time is now no longer a option we have. The christians have gone overboard. The Jews and Muslims made the same mistakes, but to a much lesser degree, the Hindu in the east are making the same mistake. They are now well over one fourth of the population. This is the only option, a disease that hits them all, it evolves over time and it will kill more and more all whilst their option of aging is removed, but we have time for that and when the population is diminished by 90% we can halt and see what they do next, all; whilst the seas can repair to some degree. Over the decades that follow we can take aim at the rest and see what is required, but for most it is now too late, it is them or the world, which still gets them killed in the end, but then the loss is 100%.

Zeus looked at me, he saw the logic, even in the complete madness, the almost frantic levels of insanity, there was a logic that was undeniable. Zeus nodded. How will you progress? First I will need to wait for Hades to regain much more of his strength. Then I will need to talk to Asclepius and see what he can do and perhaps what he can brew, but I do not know if he will accept my thoughts. His focus is healing, not taking lives, but he could do it much more…ehh humane than any of our other solutions. Zeus nodded, he knew what was next, but he did not speak his mind. I continued, Lord Hades will accept my thoughts. Better to go on with less people then not go on at all. He still wins in the end and we will have to accept that the seats of power will move to Tartarus with Hades at the head of that table. Zeus nodded again. You come a long way in the longest travel possible, you see what needs to be done. Clotho told me, but I did not believe her. Yet you prove to be true to the Olympian mindset and that will be acknowledged. When will this start? I cannot start this in the next 5 years, tomorrow would be best, but the larger settings are not ready and the only thing we will unleash is chaos, chaos that will get too many killed. This must be done carefully and not before Asclepius is back with us. Zeus looked at me. He waived me away. I must think on this. No final actions are allowed until I agree to this. I bowed to him. He suddenly turned his hand around, I felt a piecing discomfort in my arm and suddenly Psychofagos was in his hand. He looked at the weapon and nodded approvingly.  His hand went over the bident and he handed it back to me. Psychofagos hd changed ever so slightly, there was a yellow gleam coming from the metal. I stared at the meta and it was like there was a Layer under the layer showing lightning rods. Like a fractal weave under the weave. Zeus looked at me and pointed at the bident. It now has the power of teleportation. Do not use it rash as it relies on your energy levels to do so. I nodded. The power can be used as long as you have energy and any energy lost will take a little time to restore. Jut be aware of that. I nodded, bowed and walked away.

I walked back to the hotel I was staying at. I would fly back, no reason to alert the authorities regarding a ticket not used. I had to contemplate a lot more today and over the next few days, more important to see where ever Asclepius was now, because that was one element I had not found an answer too, but I would report to Hades and he could have some answers there.

Wakey, wakey Amazon

I had an idea, it is not my IP, even though it might be possible to create an innovation patent. You see, the original idea came from Hans Breukhoven who in the Netherlands created the Free Record Store in the early 80’s (perhaps late 70’s). His idea was that you could request a CD, any CD and it would be created on the spot. It never came to anything, because data speeds were not ready for this. He had the insight when 300KB/s CD drives were regarded as high technology. The idea was good, but the timing was wrong. Today I wanted to see/get the movie StarGate, I had not seen it for a long time and even though I have it on DVD somewhere, the Blu-ray would be preferred. At that point my mind started to think. You see in the same way that Spotify is destroying the music industry. Netflix et al are doing pretty much the same to the movies (not intentionally mind you). People are stopping to care about physical formats and that is where it soon will be at. You see when congestion hits (and it will hit hard), people will rely on anything to see a movie and that is where physical formats will come into its own right again. In that same way console games are hitting new spots and even as this is not a short term track. A system that can create games, 4K movies and so on might have a real future in metropolitan areas. There will still be a need for games and movies on disc and having it in stock when it concerns new releases does make sense. But what about a movie from 2018 and before that? What about a game that is 2020 or earlier? This sets the premise of thousands of titles. Yet in this day and age shops cannot have it all, there is no space and moreover, the money becomes scarce in their pockets. So what if a store had such a machine? You can order, you can pay upfront of online and you get a voucher and the time when to pick it up and that is when you pick up YOUR request. Now it might be ordering, but soon (within 2 years) devices can burn a 4K movie in under 5 minutes and that is when the setting changes. No longer a stage of waiting for stock, just go to the store and get what you want and considering that the stage contains thousands of movies there will be a real market soon enough. I reckon that by the time we get to PS6 and whatever Microsoft has, these systems will have the burners and when you order overnight, the next morning a quality 4K movie will be waiting for you. Optionally you can keep it on an SSD so that you can watch within minutes and the disc is created overnight (home systems will not have the high speed burners that commercial places will have).

A setting that could be here a lot sooner than we think and a man named Hans Breukhoven paved that way 30 years ago. By the way try finding some of your favourite movies, how many are still on the market? How many does Netflix (et al) have?

Andrew Tate, the man, the exploited

Sounds weird does it not, it sounds like I am inverting what is happening, but I am not. The media is exploiting Andrew Tate for every digital dollar they can muster. First off, I know very little of him and the little I do know and what I did find out started after the Thunberg issue. I honestly do not care about the man, why should I? We travel in very different circles. He is a former kickboxer, he went from nothing to $700,000,000 in almost no time flat. He communicates that a little too much in your face and that all makes perfectly sense. Yet when you take a moment to consider what he is saying, we see that he is making sense, he is making too much sense to some.

So when I now reconsider what the media did with headlines like ‘Did feminism create Andrew Tate?’, ‘Andrew Tate isn’t feminism’s inadvertent bastard child. He’s sexism’s last gasp’ (written by a girl of course), ‘‘Vulnerable boys are drawn in’: schools fear spread of Andrew Tate’s misogyny’ and that list goes on, for some time no less. You see, whatever Andrew Tate is, he is accused and anyone accused is innocent until PROVEN guilty. But the media seemingly doesn’t like self made multi millionaires (or billionaires) for that matter.

Al Arabiya gives us (at https://english.alarabiya.net/News/world/2023/01/10/Romanian-court-to-rule-on-ex-kickboxer-Andrew-Tate-s-challenge-to-detention) “A Romanian court is due to rule on Tuesday on a challenge filed by Andrew Tate, an internet personality notorious for hate speech, against his 30-day arrest for alleged human trafficking and formation of an organised crime group to exploit six women.

Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects were detained by Romanian anti-organised crime prosecutors on December 29 pending a criminal investigation. They have denied wrongdoing through an attorney and have challenged the arrest warrant.” Now lets be clear. The man was already a multi millionaire and he did this in numerous ways. So why would he exploit 6 women? What would be in it for him? I am not saying that this did not happen, I am asking if this might not have happened. We see the confiscation of expensive cars, we see all kinds of emotional reporting, but like that attempted murderer of 6 years old, when do we actually see facts? We got “In a news conference on Monday, police in Virginia said the child brought the pistol to school in his backpack” as well as “A six-year-old child used his mother’s legally purchased handgun to shoot his teacher at a US school” yesterday by the BBC. So where are the parents? Why are they not interrogated by police and the media? Too soft? Too many pussies in the media? How does a 6 year old get his mommies gun? The media left it untouched all this time and now we get back to Andrew Tate, it is all related. The media exploiting whatever they can to get the digital dollars. And Andrew Tate makes a fine target for the media. For 2 weeks the media did not dig into the accusation, merely focussing on misogeny.

So I tried to look up a few things. Now, this does not make him innocent of that claim, but I wonder how true some claims are. The first is the interview with Piers Morgan, the full interview of 45 minutes is there. He talks about the failing of the UK, why nurses are striking and he makes a lot of sense. And with the ‘in your face’ stage that he has (I personally think that is the kickboxer in him) he does get the interest of all the boys and men, but there is a truth that women should consider to a much larger degree.

You see, thee are those women who are truly self-sufficient and those merely claiming that they are. I reckon that this is set to 1500:250,000 so for every 250,000 women only 1500 are truly self sufficient, the rest is merely making the claim and calling the nearest man as soon as they can, preferably one that is either gay or one that they can tell that assistance is not agreeing to sex. Let be clear sex is never part of such a deal, but I get that women want to be clear about that upfront. So in a stage where only 0.6% are real self sufficient women, a misogenistic paint will aid the media in colouring a person so that the wannabe’s have someone to hate. Making them instant click bitches to coin a phrase. By the way ‘misogenistic’ means “strongly prejudiced against women”, and to be honest. The video’s I saw did not give the stage that he is AGAINST women. The videos do show that he is full of himself, but when you consider that he went from nothing to $700,000,000 whilst most people (well over 80%) never get more than 0.1% over twice the lifespan we can agree that he is allowed to be full of himself.

So there we have one setting. Then we get the image (from a YouTube video) below.

So is this true? YouTube is not a reliable source, and when we seek. We do get a lot of articles linked to Cosmin Gusa. But there is still no real evidence that this was Andrew Tate. In this day and age when we can see cyber transgressions in every direction. Does it make sense for someone like Andrew Tate to go ‘after’ the daughter of some mogul? And this is not America, this is Romania, as such a man like that has all kinds of connections. The math just does not work out. Any loser or non-wealthy might make a move like that. It does not make the Tate’s guilty, not innocent either. EVIDENCE is required and I have so far seen close to ZERO evidence on anything that could prosecute Andrew Tate. This could be a stage where connected people take over his business and that might be the case, but that also implies that we now have a decent setting where the media is jumping to the greedy needs of organised crime.

Tomorrow his case is decided whether he is to remain arrested, I wonder what will happen next. Because there is a lot wrong here and the media needs to do its actual job (implying not whoring for digital dollars). They need to look into the accusations which Al Arabiya actually did (most others did not), there we also see “The victims were then taken to properties on the outskirts of capital Bucharest and through physical violence and mental intimidation were sexually exploited by being forced to produce pornographic content for social media sites which generated large financial gains, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors also said one of the brothers raped one of the victims in March of last year, which is when the investigation started”, this is an actual accusation, this is something that needs to be investigated, but why did the western media avoid giving us this? It will be about the evidence, not some he said, she said setting and that is not the easiest case to have, no matter where it is. And it needs to be proven, not painted by the media. Time will tell how this ends, I have no idea what will happen next.

United States of Criminality

That is a strong expression, but it is a valid one. This all started for me when I took a first look at the Richneck Elementary School shooting. Now there are two stages. The first is the legal setting of Doli Incapax. A six year old cannot decently be prosecuted for this and I accept this. I get it, there is an issue. But there is a larger issue with the media and the news and I am looking at the Washington Post in this case. They have blatantly made claims against Saudi Arabia, they made blatant claims against many and they have at times lost the plot. Like losing that columnist no one cared about. In this case a mere 7 hours ago, they give us dribble, loaded useless dribble on this case. I started this 2 days ago when I wrote ‘Little shits’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/01/08/little-shits/) the Washington Post, NY Times and a few others have had 2 days and no one asks the questions that matter. The parents should have been arrested for questioning. I get that they in the end cannot be arrested for the crimes, but they are clearly covered in responsibility here. Where did the gun come from? There is no arrest, no intelligence on whether the parents had any firearms, perhaps even THAT firearm. Why not? It would have been the first thing I did. And the parents can suffer the experience, THEIR CHILD shot a woman with a gun at the age of six.

The police might not have been forthcoming in the first hour, but it has been two days. They should have something by now, even if it is to state that no evidence came forward from inspecting the lifeline of the gun. This was a clear hatchet job from the first hour I looked into this. The missing settings and the non-available facts made this from my point of view a simple case of orchestration.

You can disagree and that is OK, but see for yourself. How much facts have the media exposed to you? They are all about emotion, about flammable events. It is what I personally call ‘whoring for digital dollars’ am I wrong? Even the Washington Post has nothing to offer.

And when we see the closure of the school, which makes sense, and how stable the teacher is, which is good. Nothing on the child and more important nothing on the parents. Is anyone waking up? Then there is CBS who used the line “a handgun was used”, was that all? There are over 170,000,000 of handguns in the US (according to one source) there are thousands of brands. I think that the police from day one could have done better than “a handgun was used” and the media never followed up on it, at least not from the dozen or so sources I saw. So why not? What makes this case different? Who are the parents? I let you simmer on this.

Is it me? It could be.

Today I saw (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-64171008) the article ‘Amazon to axe 18,000 jobs as it cuts costs’. OK, they published it 2 days ago and I do not watch every site every moment of the day (I have an actual life). So consider that I wrote ‘Girdle your loins’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/11/30/girdle-your-loins/) which was roughly 3 months after it was offered to three parties. It represents $6 billion in the first phase and up to $20-$40 billion in the second phase. Can anyone tell me why two days ago we get to see “Amazon plans to cut more than 18,000 jobs, the largest number in the firm’s history, as it battles to save costs”, here I was thinking that my idea could have saved these jobs and now that Tencent is 9-15 months away the options for Amazon are diminishing. Then there was ‘Overlooking the obvious’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/06/22/overlooking-the-obvious/) which actually also refers to an earlier article. There I set a stage with optional close to a billion in revenue with optional new corridors for AWS to grow, and with a new stage where we see a new need fro hardware and advertisement in new directions, Google isn’t even there yet. That billion was based on almost 200,000 malls globally, 116,000 of them in the US and that is before you realise how many stores players like Zara, Gap, Sephora, Apple, Victoria Secrets, Country life and that list goes on and on. So is it me or are these players too lazy, too cowardly and not in the right stage of play? And that is not even considering the hardware people might want, the options that are related to it and even several IP options that are not on anyones dance card at present. What are they doing? They are axing 18,000 jobs and they leave billions on the floor? What kind of technology firm is that?

Now, you might think that I am delusional and I would think that too, but I refer to things I wrote in the past, something that could grow into a $20 to $40 billion A YEAR market. So tell me, how delusional am I? So I could be crazy, but I see clearly where this is going and even as there is some small risk (there always is), the fact that Amazon left it on the street gives me pause to think that they have a lot more problems and optionally different ones. Optionally it is in a direction I never considered. That is not their fault, it is not my fault, but they left billions on the street (as I personally see it) and there is even more IP (a little more risk), but as Meta becomes a reality it represents an optional $2.3 billion (my initial max assessment of the IP) as well. So as I take notice of “Boss Andy Jassy cited the “uncertain economy” for the cuts, saying it had “hired rapidly over several years.”” And there was me thinking he was on the ball. So even as I am not debating that decision, the idea of leaving that much on the floor, enough to give most of them an alternative and an alternative setting towards the future on a global scale implies that someone is not drinking the proper gatorade and they are going for the dodgy stuff, but that is my view on the matter and I could be wrong. I admit that part. When certain Big Tech (not Microsoft), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kingdom Holdings give no response it is time to consider that I am the one who is wrong, but I feel that I am not, my mind is still mauling the designs over and over and seeing more and more improvements, even with Real estate sides, with 5G wearables that are not on any list at present. I believe that either I am a bigger dreamer than Jules Verne, or I am onto something. OK, lets be clear Jules Verne came up with the idea of a rocket to the moon long before WW2, as well as a submarine when it was still not possible to have one for such trips. The USS Nautilus, the first nuclear submarine was launched in 1954, half a century AFTER Jules Verne passed away. So I might be a bit arrogant, but I see solutions that could impact the Line (KSA), malls and new forms of advertisement and none of those are part of the up to $40 billion (my maximum expectation), but that too is under debate. Yet that number is based on part of a 1.8 billion Muslim population and Tencent is a mere 15 months away at the most to do what I foresaw was going to happen one way or another.

So, is it me? It could be. Yet I personally feel that this is not the case. As I see it some people have no idea what is possible and they are merely faking it for now. So what will they do when Tencent comes in and takes it all? Give you a lame excuse that they do not understand the technology? I will let you decide, but consider what we clearly see and what I published over the last two years. Yet, feel free to consider that it is alas, but these 18,000 people will have to go. There is no shortage for workers, is there?

Little shits

That happens, we meet kids and some are nice, some are actual and factual shits. So what do we do about them, just feed them to the wolves? So what about one of them who at the age of 6 shoots their teacher? That is what we are left with when I saw the Dutch NOS and a few others give us (at https://www.npr.org/2023/01/06/1147629793/shooting-virginia-elementary-school-6-year-old) ‘A teacher shot by 6-year-old in Virginia is showing signs of improvement’ with “He also would not comment on how the boy got access to the gun or who owns the weapon”. In my view this case stinks. The parents have not been arrested for questioning. The gun is not currently identified to an owner. A six year old shit got a gun and gunned down its teacher! Even if he is not responsible under the law through doli incapax, there are a few who are and I point at the parents in the first instance. So far NO report shows that the parents were arrested, or interrogated over the case. If that is the stage, the US has earned the right to see many more shootings in schools until they fix this mess. They have the gun, so they can trace (to some degree) the owner, where it was sold and so on. In addition, we see the press avoid all kinds of places here. The lack of press is almost impressive. If Kim Kardassian breaks her bra clip on TV, we would have the retailer as well as the fashion designer on TV within the hour being interrogated by the media. Now we have close to nothing. Someone is orchestrating here, there is pretty much no other explanation left.

I saw some of the news, they do not know how it got past the detectors. Well, if you have seen one 6 year old you have seen dozens of them, all with their favourite metal lunch box. It is speculative, but there was intent here, so put the sandwiches on top and the security guard will think nothing of it, and lets be fair, a six year old with a gun? After that it is simple. But it is not entirely that is it? A six year old shot a teacher. That took mindset, stupid mindset, but mindset none the less. The press is not looking into this, optionally merely trivialising it. So what part do the parents play? Well, as I see it the mindset tends to come from parents, not peer pressure, not at that age. But no one is looking at the parents, why not?

The lack of information leaves me with a lot more questions and I wonder what we will hear in a few days, but I intent to take another look at all this down the road, I have to.
