Who are they kidding?

That was what I was thinking when I got the following news articles. First there was ‘Rubio says US and Europe ‘belong together’ despite tensions’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c2lrdq47149o), which is astounding as Rubio’s administration wanted to court someones else’s partner, fuck that partner and take whatever they could get (which is my version of the state of affairs) and I am pretty certain all Danes see it in the same way. So when we get “The US secretary of state told the Munich Security Conference: “We do not seek to separate, but to revitalise an old friendship and renew the greatest civilisation in human history.”

He criticised European immigration, trade and climate policies, but the overall tenor of the closely-watched speech was markedly different to Vice-President JD Vance’s at the same event last year, during which he scolded continental leaders.” I personally see the setting of “the overall tenor of the closely-watched speech was markedly different to Vice-President JD Vance” is (as I personally see it) set in two ways. The first way is that America is now ‘scared’ that like Canada, the EU will tighten trade settings with China and that ends a few things right there and right quick. The second one is that they are also worried that cash will run out before this administration leaves the White House, something that is becoming a real fear for them. They make claims on the ‘massive’ wins their economy is making, but the American people aren’t seeing that. Moreover, big tech just shed 165,000 people and at least 127,000 were let go in 2025. All these people need jobs and these jobs aren’t coming (back) and that is before you take into account what damage the hospitality is showing. The larger settings here are numerous ways that certain people aren’t being made aware of. Al Jazeera gives us ‘The US economy seems strong after a year of Trump, but is it really?’ (at https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2026/1/19/the-us-economy-seems-strong-after-a-year-of-trump-but-is-it-really#) where we see “experts say, is that the stock market boom has helped to mask deeper underlying problems in the economy.” As well as “despite the impressive GDP numbers, that growth is not being accompanied by an increase in hiring. While hospitality and healthcare added workers last year, retail, manufacturing and construction – sectors that rely heavily on migrants – all shed jobs.” So basically these tech companies are doing decently well because they shed 127,000 jobs. Costs down, profits up. That is how I see it. And that is the preamble of a brain-drain, because the people need jobs and they will work for whomever pays them. And these so called ‘high potential workers’ will accept a job at ADNOC (or Aramco) to provide for their families, as such the brain-drain begins and they are nervous, because the Europeans are in pretty much the same setting and it is an employers market now. They will take the best for the jobs (as well as a few other reasons) and at that point the people will go where they are needed. And this is merely an example using two corporations.

The second article was also from the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cjrq2r9y278o) where we see ‘‘Trump will be gone in three years’: Top Democrats try to reassure Europe’ and as I see it, it is too late for that. They elected a president that made a mess of things, he is accused of appeasing Russia and has tried to take their lands and threaten them. There is something seriously wrong in the areas of the Unites States of America. So whilst they hear ““If there’s nothing else I can communicate today,” California Governor Gavin Newsom said at a conference event on Friday, “Donald Trump is temporary. He’ll be gone in three years.””

And there is the realisation that in three years there might not be a United States of America left. The mess is too intense, the chaos is unabating and the American administration mess with their ICE and other settings like the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issues, the VISA integrity issues, the alleged data phishing settings and that is merely the first setting. It will take the best part of a decade to optionally win back Europe and the Commonwealth and they don’t have that kind of time. They too have their issues and together it might have worked out. With this administration the Commonwealth and the EU are seeing a non-option in play and that is the setting China has been waiting for. When China has the ear of the EU and the Commonwealth there is every chance that it will dump whatever bonds of the US treasury it has left and push the USA over the edge. That is an actual real fear that Wall Street has and the sugar coated messages does not alleviate that fear (like the Disney Credit Card). So these two settings are in the back of the minds of the shakers of the EU and the Commonwealth. So whilst we get ““The reason we’re here is to provide reassurance that we understand how important our European allies are,” Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire said.” Their nation has elected a president who does not feel that way and that is the reality for the EU and the Commonwealth for at least three more years. A setting that seems to be lost on these people, or they might not be able to fix that problem. So after the first failed attempt to impeach him, he was convicted of 34 felony counts, he was reelected and makes a bigger mess of things and there is nothing the other side can seemingly do. As such the EU and the Commonwealth have had enough of that and they are looking for other options and in the back there is China looking at what is in it for them. And as I personally see it, China is merely one slam-dunk away from total victory. If the setting of “The EU faces a significant trade deficit, which exceeded €300 billion in 2024, prompting calls for more balanced trade.” I reckon that if China finds a solution when that deficit is lessened by at least €250 billion, the EU will consider that move and it will not be too costly for China either. Because the open door will give rather large opportunities and should their solutions be brought to the Middle East and the EU, China will be getting the better part of the deal, whilst diminishing the current footprint the USA has on these two regions. A setting that most fear, or they are in dubio because of what the USA ‘spouts’ (as the term goes) but the larger setting is out in the open and the actions of this President aren’t helping anyone, least of all the people of the United States and as I see it, should PM Mark Carney take the lead and set the trades in a prosperous setting towards the EU (and Canada of course) The Republicans and the United Stated are truly done for. Consider this nightmare, Microsoft out, LibreOffice and Tencent technology in. That could be a 20-40 billion a year hit to Microsoft and connected services. Then we get American Tower Corporation out and Huawei in. That is not a given, but the likelihood of that happening becomes more and more realistic, the actions of this America Administration is making this so and the American Tower Corporation is set to 149,000 communications sites and nearly 107,000 properties internationally. Now this will not go in a day, or even a year, but when these two, merely these two corporations shed 10%-20% revenue. It is my believe that the US Debt will strangle America within 2-3 years. That is the one setting no one is looking at and now that China has a dialogue with PM Mark Carney and Ursula von der Leyen that setting becomes as real as it can be. The question is how ready is China to take that lead, or perhaps they want to wait a year for the setting of the USA to become almost desperate, because there is only so much the USA can hide in papers and they are running out of space.

Am I a doom speaker? I am speculating to a larger extent, but who knew that these two companies could throttle the USA? Who saw the Microsoft v OpenAI break up coming? Just simple questions that should be on the forefront of many minds and the problem is that the media is no longer to be trusted, it goes against their need for the digital dollar. The clickbait hype that too many media are focussing on. So where is the real news? Who had heard of the American Tower Corporation? Simple questions really.

So have a great day and consider that Coffee with cream and sugar is written as “加奶油和糖的咖啡” till next time.

The alternative way

I was contemplating the issues of Data privacy and particular the issues around US customs and their intrusion on your data issues. I had a few issues with that and as America is now the least reliable side of the matter I decided on a few techniques that might allow evasion of this. This morning I decided to look a few things up and I paused at Wired (at https://www.wired.com/2017/02/guide-getting-past-customs-digital-privacy-intact/) and I got to ‘How to Enter the US With Your Digital Privacy Intact’ where my suspicions were greeted with the ideas that had not been thought of. You see I am a great fan of ‘non-repudiation’ and that gave me the idea. What if you had the greatest of data insights? What if part of this locking and unlocking the data is for example your library card? This gave me two settings. The first is the magnetic strip, you see, you never think of this and it is what YOU make of it. The first setting is that a bank card has three tracks on a magnetic strip and they are for the most employed by banks when they need it (like ATM), but that setting could be altered for YOUR needs. The second part is what the card looks like. We can use these two elements to take a new page out of a book.

So this leaves us the corporate way and the personal way.

As a first, we get to copy the details you need (like a contact list, app list and personal lists). The second part becomes copying hat you need to a corporate server, encrypted data that is merely there, like a backup. So how is that dat secure? Well we get to the next stage, we take one or two cards you have on you. One with a magnetic strip, one as a card (could be business card, could be staff access card, or even your library card). You will keep it on you at all time. And third a personal access number (up to 12 digits) This gives you the setting of non-repudiation.

Now we travel to a ‘no one cares where’ place in America and you pass through customs, without phones or laptops. Just a regular joey. And in the American office you go to the security office and download the essentials. Now this merely makes sense for the people who needs this. So it is not for everyone in the first stage.

You pass the credits to a scanner and there is your data, your essential data that is. Kept safe from peeking eyes, and there is a growing concern that this is becoming more and more essential. We seemingly are ‘held’ to the dangers of YOUR data, but I reckon that America is now gaining an essential need of Digital IP that they can ‘embrace’ for their broke settings soon enough. Only for you to lose the fact that your IP was hijacked and no one knows who or where. But that is the setting that I am seeing now. They need IP to survive the next year and why should they be allowed your data? At present we see nearly everyone giving us “Chinese theft of American IP currently costs between $225 billion and $600 billion annually.” But I am not so sure. We get the ‘victims’ that Nokia and other brands, all whilst Huawei is far beyond what players like Nokia and others can produce. Is there IP theft? Yes, I know there is but from fashion brands like Gucci (it might be IP brands) but the markets are making a killing on $15000 Gucci bags, now for sale in the markets at $179 dollars. As I see it, the new settings allows for America to steal what they need to avoid having to not pay their interest bills. Now this is allegedly, I have no evidence. But the setting as I see it is quite real, as such I devised a way to avoid becoming a victim. The best option is to avoid America all together. Possible for me, but not for everyone and should I get that decently paying technical support job, then I will end up working for a US firm (hopefully avoiding the US altogether) but I am not holding my breath on that.

As such I came up with this, a first in this task. There are two settings. The first is the data and the second is the hardware. The data I describes and I am a firm believer in non-repudiation. The hardware is different. You se, the movies have this nice clean crisp solution, but we are barely there. There was Ultraviolet (2006) where we see a foam phone printed and folded. We are already at that stage where we can do that. The printed foam cover is possible, there is still the setting of the battery, but that could be overcome. We merely set the LCD print board to include the display, you won’t have a camera setting, but that wouldn’t be needed. We get the setting that the devices go back to their original platform. So you have (if needed) a camera, a battery, and whatever more you need. The printed phone will interact with it all if needed. And wouldn’t it be nice if Huawei gives you all that? American stupidity forces China to give us the next need to innovate. That is irony the size of the Titanic (in action).

You get one republican idiot forcing the world to turn to its life long enemy (President Nixon doesn’t agree with this statement), but that is for tomorrow. There is of course the real setting. Do we still need America? They are so in denial about what is real that the current tourism news is given to you by YouTube (optionally TikTok too).

As such my mind went wandering into the data safety setting and as the article is giving you, others have preceded me. But for now, corporations will need to adapt that same policy before they lose the data they have and personal data is currency, one that America shouldn’t possess. As such I wonder at what point these firms will avoid America altogether, setting offices up in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. And now that it seems that India is turning to Russia and China for their oil, they are likely the first to change venue towards their BRICS partners. The EU and the Commonwealth are next. As such Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom will result into making these jumps, to what extent is impossible to predict. I reckon that it depends on how they are depending of America as such. It will be a fluctuating field. But what is true is that more and more people are seeing the hardships that American corporations faces. GM has shed nearly 20,000 staff from 2018 onwards. ‘Tesla to cut 14,000 jobs as Elon Musk aims to make carmaker ‘lean and hungry’’ and that is merely in the last year. In the last 2 months we were told that Microsoft is shedding 9000 jobs. That’s over 40,000 people in merely three corporations and when we seek harder answers. Only Yesterday did Fortune give us ‘Ray Dalio says ‘most people are silent’ because they’re afraid to talk about what’s really happening with the U.S. economy’, I saw this setting months ago and the media is avoiding the issues as they are allegedly being held hostage by advertisement revenues. We aren’t given the real deals and I am not sure where the real deal stands. According to the media the setting is ‘US economy has likely stalled, with 50% risk of recession in 2 years, says Barclays’ in the meantime we are also given ‘US Economy: Jobless Claims Rise, Trade Gap Widens’ and ‘Stagflation & Recession Risks Loom Large Over US Economy’ with sources like UBS (allegedly relying on hard data), UBS gives us a 93% recession risk. If this is true, how does the Barclay setting make sense? I get it, talking about issues in two years time doesn’t mean that the risk is low in the next few months (it could be 100% by November). UBS gave three red flags, so there are all indicators. And the setting of Stagflation becomes the ‘norm’ Which gives us that growth is slowing, but the prices are rising. I am merely voicing what others are saying as I am not an economist. I reckon this is the second bullet that Canada is seemingly dodging as they elected Mark Carney (formerly Marky Mark of the British Bank). I’ll take his word over President Trump’s claims any day of the week. Moody’s speaker Mark Zandi gives us “we aren’t in a recession, but on the precipice of this recession”, OK, I am willing to go along with that, but merely as it seems sincere and I have no economic degree (Mark Zandi apparently has a stack of them). The problem is that these two sources highlight a rather large issue and the media is skating around them, they are avoiding the issue to get their alleged hands on advertisement revenue. It becomes an issue to see the real data and that is where you want to pass your IP through the borders? Not in my lifetime. I am likely to get a nice bonus if I just hand my IP to China, which sounds a lot more promising than trusting that America will do right by me. According to Zandi a third of America is already in recession or close to it and when we add the Tourism numbers I am seeing a grim picture, one that makes me plan my next vacation (whenever I can afford that one) on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE and not in America (ever). The Bank of America is blaming this on Tariffs (what a surprise). As such you might wander what one thing has to do with the other. The principle we are currently seeing at the America borders is the identification of HVT’s (High Value Targets), the second setting is IP. America needs trillions and one way to get these is by hijacking IP (making America the sole distributor of YOUR IP) Is that rally the way to go? Why don’t we ask the EU, Commonwealth and China on that issue? I think this is the one case where these three sides will speak (agree) in unison and I saw the setting coming over a decade ago and it is all over my blog. So why wasn’t the media this informative? I will let you decide.

But believe me that your IP and your personal DATA require protection and in a non-repudiating way. As such my mind went tinkering to what is possible and securing and keeping your data online was a first stop. I call it alternative way and that has a way of becoming the only or main way soon enough.

Have a great day, I’m now a mere 90 minutes from breakfast.

Doubt it if you want

I got another message last night on me claiming that Google drops stuff and that I was sitting on IP worth billions. They all want the complete rundown, but these wannabe claimers and optional IP thieves want another freebee. I can do you one better.

The setting is that your phone takes an image of any text and google Translate will translate the image. That was recently. Or better stated I got an advertisement on the matter today and things just clicked in me. You see (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/02/13/looky-looky/) which I wrote on February 13th 2022, so well over two years ago. I gave the setting that we see now. In my version I used Google glasses with a bluetooth link to the mobile. It was a setting to a new Watchdogs game. Now we get ‘the real deal’ that Google can translate it. Now, I am not claiming that they stole my idea. Google does its own thing and there is even a large chance that they never saw my story. So, what am I trying to say? Well I have been in IT over 40 years. I got into IT in the beginning of the 80’s. When you are that connected to hardware, software and IP. Your mind designs one, the other, or a combination. It is a natural setting. So when I stated that Amazon Google et al left billions on the floor, I was not kidding. The article ‘looky looky’ gives the example that I was ahead of Google by two years (more likely one year, the application did not write itself) as such they have a good idea and they made it work. I was venturing in another direction, one that Google rejected. As such only Amazon and Tencent Technologies remained (Apple as a possible third) The fact that Amazon left these billions on the floor as well made me go tsk, tsk, tsk. Now in the given example with the Google Glasses it was the story towards a game, nothing more.

So consider that I was able to set the stage (a partial design) of what Google is not able to do. Once they connect to google glasses it comes close to exactly what I had in mind. As such I am speculating that I was three years ahead of them. As such I feel comfortable with the setting that 50 million console in stage one and up to 250 million consoles would be possible (any higher is possible, but I remain driven to conservative numbers) and in this in 4 territories are the focal point. Once this goes towards a massive crowd whomever goes that way will see a lot more revenue. Consider that this streaming solution would break the record that the PlayStation 2 had with 155 million consoles, the most successful console in history. I merely did this by expanding the scope of a console. That was the setting that Amazon and Google left on the floor. In a time when they are all shedding jobs, they overlooked in excess of 5 billion a year (based on my numbers) in the first phase. In addition to this recent numbers from the sources give a rise to speculate that it is possible (depending on production) that the 50,000,000 consoles would be reached within a year and that is less than 10% of a population in three regions and there are at least 9 more regions, so I am confident on my numbers. Amazon and Google left that much on the floor (Microsoft is not welcome here). So when you see that I came up with an idea more than two years ahead of Google, wonder what more they left lying around? I am an IT brain. There is every chance that other people have a different focus that people (and me) do not have. So what can you come up with? I merely focus on gaming and IoT. There is a lot of settings that others can see because their focus is there. A year before that I contemplated that these Walking tours on Youtube could be used by Google to consider a new trace. You see wouldn’t a walking tour video be more interesting if a retail client on that tour could place its advertisement in that video (close to where the shop actually is)? Consider that we got in April 2024 “buyers aged 18-34 are 130% more likely to book a showing if there is a virtual tour available for a listing” and several walking tour makers have well over 100,000 followers. That is real money and that is a real population. I mentioned this around 2020, so what did Google do about that? I still get all kinds of nonsense advertisement. So how much did Google miss out on in this setting? I don’t know, there is a lot I do not know on this, but it is possible that Google does not know that either. Perhaps it is not profitable enough. But what was true in 2020, might represent serious cash in 2024. Johnny Strides (Toronto) has 111K subscribers. Several Dubai video’s have almost 900K views. This is a direct population. People with interest in a topic is a population that engages with the maker (by watching and optionally with feedback), so what happened? Was generic pumping of advertisement enough? With so many fake accounts and farms, at some point Google will be requested to up the quality of their ‘population’. When that happens and advertisement can no longer be seen as a direct marketing channel. They will have to change gears, or they can start to up the quality of their viewers. Two simple examples and as soon as the 5G option for real estate starts elevating real estate in a place like Dubai the numbers start adding up. They had in Q1 2024 $29.9 billion. If this solution would only add 1% (I thing it might be as high as 3%), that amounts to an additional $229,000,000 And that is only ONE CITY. So what about London, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco? You still think this is merely a bluff? All directions that Google should have done already and they didn’t. But they were were ‘eager’ to state two months ago “the company is “simplifying our structures to give employees more opportunity to work on our most innovative and important advances and our biggest company priorities, while reducing bureaucracy and layers.” Which is optionally their way of stating that they shedded 12,000 jobs. I just gave them two reasons to not do that, well one reason, they already dropped the Google Stadia, they never saw the 50 million consoles option, which leaves Amazon, optionally Apple and Tencent technology. Are you starting to see that they (others as well) dropped the ball?

All levels of people are rehashing the view of others on AI and IoT (Internet of Things). So why don’t they act what they preach? Oh and my real estate is merely one channel of a much bigger setting. Real estate was merely the most visible one, but not the only one.

So have a great day and enjoy the upcoming Friday, for me that day is only 3 more hours away.
