A badger by another name

This is the setting and I just dreamt it up. Whether it was because I recently rewatched the 3 fantastic beasts movies (which I think it was) or as I had played Hogwarts Legacy, anyones guess is good enough. So as these elements united in my brain, it went to create a 4th Fantastic beasts movie. As such the title is Tea Bee Dee (To be determined) and no matter what or who gets involved, this IP is now property of JK Rowling. She made up the Wizarding World, she decides what happens. I cannot control what my brain conceives, but I can make sure that the people behind this become owner of this IP. That is just how I roll and I created enough unique IP to do this. 

Central Park
Jacob Kowalski was walking with his wife Queenie on the arm, it was a summer afternoon and they were enjoying the warm weather and the soft smell of grass in New York. Over the years his bakery had done well and even as his students are now in charge of the bakery, he could never resist taking charge and making all the fine trimming a little bit more awesome. The students (all three of them)( had come to expect and respect this. It was a good job and he was a good boss. His wife didn’t interfere and when she came down with a new strudel, it was to be expected that noses would soften at the delightful smell of the pastries she made. So as they were walking as close as they could, summer seemed the very delightful thing they could wish for. In the back there were children laughing over ice cream and there was a small kart handing out ice creams. “You want some darling?” Jacob invited and queenie smiled. She loved vanilla ice cream. They walked over to the vendor and Jacob bought one vanilla for Queenie and a strawberry for himself. He paid and they walked on enjoying ice cream. As they walked on the sky grew darker, queenie became a little rigid, she threw her eyes left and right. Jacob knew that this meant things were about to get serious. He looked at her and she looked around. He pointed at the edge of central park but the shook her head. There were too many people there. Jacob did not know what to do and Queenie took his hand and they ran towards the lake. Suddenly it was there a creature part Tiger, part elephant the tall seems to be of an ox [I later looked this up, it is a Baku].

Queenie used her wand to deflect the creature and whilst she did this, she also looked worried about what would happen next, because this creature was immensely strong. She put the wand towards her head and spoke a word. Jacob couldn’t hear what she said. He merely heard the words “I love you husband” and suddenly a jolt went into Queenie as she went rigid and the world turned dark. 

Magical Congress of the United States of America
Jacob Kowalski was still groggy when he looked at his surroundings. He recognised the place, but he had not been here for a long long time. He looked around and a lady in an elegant dress approached her. Mr Kowalski, My name is Beatrice Bishop, I am the President of the Magical Congress of the United States of America. We called for your sister in law, Iter Praesidentiale Hogsmeade Britanniae Goldstein, we are trying to reach her, but we are currently not aware where she is. Let me be the first to offer my condolences on the loss of your wife a sad setting. Do you know what happened? Jacob gave a rundown what happened and explained that he was not aware. He was confused and a intense sadness overcame him. The loss of Queenie was more than he had ever conceived and it was killing him. 

A man came over to Beatrice and whispered something in her ear. She nodded and excused herself from Jacob for a moment. Sh walked away and the man offered a paper, she liked at it and talked for a minute. She then nodded again and she handed the letter back to the man. She walked back to Jacob. Mr. Kowalski, a friend of yours, two friends have offered their condolences and asked you to come visit them in a place called Hogsmeade. Professor Dumbledore and a band named Newt Scamander. Are you willing to visit them now? Jacob felt a light brush of positivity when he said yes. But Queenie, what about her? Beatrice Bishop stated that nothing will happen until her sister is found and in the meantime he might be better away from it all. She beckoned Jacob to follow him. A man approached them and she waived him away. “This I do myself” she stated and the man stepped back. She took Jacob by the arm and pointed to a large empty fireplace. This is what we call a floo spot. I am not certain if you know it, but we will go to Hogsmeade together. She merely grabbed a handful of sand from a little cauldron attached to the beam of the fireplace and stated clearly “Iter Praesidentiale Hogsmeade Britanniae” and suddenly they were doused in green flames and a second later they arrived at the southern edge of Hogsmeade. She let go of Jacob and walked towards the square. She saw professor Dumbledore and Newt Scamander. She bowed to them both and handed them Jacob. “He doesn’t remember, but I reckon you can deal with that. We are trying to find her sister Porpentina at present. I will let you know when that happens and invite you both as well. Newt and Albus nodded in agreement, she bowed to both man, then turned to Jacob, deeply bowed to him and stated “I regret your loss in this matter, you have my condolences” she turned around and walked back to the floo spot, she grabbed some floo powder she spoke something clearly and vanished. 

Hogsmeade
Newt embraced Jacob. I am so sorry to hear this. Lets get you inside, we are just around the corner of the Hog’s Head Inn. They walked to the Hog’s Head Inn and entered. Aberforth was already waiting and bowed to Jacob. Mr. Kowalski, nice to see you again. I prepared a bed for you upstairs and I am preparing some food. He gave him a glass of giggle water. You’re preferred poison If I remember correctly. Jacob nodded. “Hey don’t forget the beef, it has been on the fire a little too long” Newt and Albus looked at Jacob. Jacob wondered how he knew that. Newt looked at Dumbledore with a puzzled look and them thought as loud as he could. Jacob looked at him and stated I has strawberry ice cream and Queenie had vanilla ice cream. What? What is going on with me?

The Dumbledores and Newt exchanged looks. Aberforth stated, I am empty for now, but he needs special care soon. They agreed. Newt stated to Jacob. It is only for a night, but tomorrow we are taking you to Hogwarts. We need to set a few things in motion first. Jacob nodded and as Albus Dumbledore and Newt left the Hog’s Head Inn, Jacob solemnly tended to the stew handed to him, it came with decent bread with garlic. The sadness radiated from his face.

The end of part one

As my mind can set these situations in seconds I had a lot more, but my arm is tired now. In the next setting they learn that Jacob has received the abilities of Queenie and he seemingly is part man part wizard. They will grant him access to Hogwarts and he is put in Hufflepuff house. It has a separate part that only the head of Hufflepuff and the heady of Hufflepuff have access to. There are barrels inside house Hufflepuff and one of them has a frog chiseled on it, it can only be used in combination with shackles and only the heady and the head of Hufflepuff can access it, no one knows of it. The day after they learn the extent of what queenie did, but not why or what. They learn that after the first part. There is also the setting of a new part of Hufflepuff. It is below house Hufflepuff and has ways directly to the infirmary and the kitchens. That part has its own house elf. It is not a prison, there are no real views, but the room is large and comfortable and the snacks will allow travel to the infirmary and the headmaster room. The shackle is a portly of sorts, with limited abilities and it is put in place magically above the elbow. 

For the most I merely got part done (In a day, so that’s not bad) and we learn that no-one can find Tina and Newt learns that the creature was a Japanese Baku, but these are rare even in Asia, they have no idea how one got to be in New York. As such there is need for Net to go to New York (with Jacob) and whilst job gets more skilled in basic magic, he is adjusting like a fish in water. They go to Olivanders to get a wand and there they learn that he is drawn to Hinoki made wands. Olivander only has two of those and advices that he might be better off with a wand from Mahoutokoro he would have Cherry wood wands but for now the Hindi will have to do. And we learn that Tina was looking into a Japanese thief who stole abilities of wizards and witches though the Baku. As far as It goes, this is as far as I got, perhaps JK Rowling can make more of this. This is her IP now.

Intertwinning reminiscence

That happens and for kms it was a blend of a few things as I was watching the fantastic beasts movies in 4k. First of, I came up with the idea for actual giggle waters years ago. I saw it in the first FB movie and I was wondering how to do that (I have no degree in molecular biology) and according to my brain, I solved the solution (to put a pun forward) and I wrote about it in my blog around the time the movie was out. Then I came up with the notion of a printable display and it was regardless of dimensions. From there we went on, but I was unsettling to say the least. I was in some IT University, in one building the shape of a cube had at least 7 floors, but the top 5 floors were the issue, they were all used by PHD students, they all had their own mainframe and there were 4 mainframes in every floor, I reckon that several teams per mainframe (it only makes sense) but the floors were the conundrum, I drew the floor below.

I reckon there was some artistic reason for that, optionally it was to make sure that every floor had decent air-conditioning, but the setting was the space, these were roughly 7 by 7 meter floors the floors had open spaces in the floor and there were two winding staircases per floor, they went all the way to the ground floor, I reckon that every floor has a door getting to elevators, but I do not recall them, it is the only reason these triangles in the corner make sense, but there were no railing and no visible bridges to the triangle parts. I have no idea, but there was one server that had a large decal of the crest of Hufflepuff on its side. I reckon that this was intentional. I remember looking for something on that server, but it was vague and I cannot recall what I saw. The shape of the room is all I can recall, So I am trying to get back to the reminiscence part of the story. There was the giggle water and the printable display. There was something else, It was a third thing I came up with and it was not linked to the Harry Potter movies, it was linked to the books. You see, several years ago, I came up with an advertising idea for places like Monaco, a setting you can watch through glasses and mobiles, but the idea was done through QCodes. The idea was to have a QCode in a jewelry shop and the mobile would show you that ring or bracelet and when you put your hand under the lens, the phone would combine the two and voila, there was an image of that ring on your hand. As I saw it, it had great appeal to the tourists and as there was no interactions with the actual ring (or bracelet) there was no need for actual security on alert and when this is done once a month (or week) the push for advertising goes away as there will be scores of influencers doing the advertising for you, so if there are 200 million content creators and 68% is female (I think we can go to a naughty 69%) this gives the world 138 million advertisers and when in Monaco, everyone becomes an advertiser. As such I saw the setting that we could either pay for advertising or let the influencers do it for us and that is why I came up with the idea. Actually the origin of that idea came to me for public interest advertisement settings. When I thought about the malls (I used the Eaton centre as an example) the idea could be stretched to a newer level and I came up with some additional materials, but now we get back to the concept. What if the QCode gives us a flippable image of 3-5 pages of a book? And the publisher has that in control, they decide what pages are used and the people who scan that code suddenly have direct access to those 3-5 pages and if it is stored in a central server, the codes will only unlock that book and these pages for a certain amount of time, decided by the publisher. I know it is not fool proof, but it is merely 3-5 pages and when did you last see meaningful advertising in (or around) a bookstore? That was the idea that was bugging me, the idea is sound and it has a few connecting ideas next to all this, because the stage was created (during Covid) that the malls are empty and even now, malls do not have the pressing population it used to have, as such the need for stronger interaction remains and only engagement will push people back into malls. And yes, there might be plenty of wannabe influencers there too, but does it hurt to hand them the goods to make something of themselves? Let the people do the walking for you and as that drives down the cost of advertising there is a larger need. So whilst I gave the world a solution based in Monaco, the idea would be easily transferable to Los Angeles, New York or London as such I felt that my idea had real potential and for some reason it came back to me and ‘haunted’ me in my sleep. I am merely puzzled with the building I saw, it actually ‘haunted’ me and I have no idea why. So whilst my mind set a larger stage around it, I merely wonder why I had those thoughts.

Danger zones ahead

That is the warning, but it is a warning against myself. You see, there are too many options and there is always that I spread myself too thin, this is usually not a good thing, so whilst I was walking passed some intimate shop called Honey Badger (or something like that) ideas are to mind, but I waved them off for now. I was still thinking of ‘Canada announces ‘dollar-for-dollar’ retaliatory tariffs on US as high as 50%’ (source: BBC), so how long does it take for a 50% surcharge on their power bill? Lets see: New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Washington, Montana and California rely for massive amounts on Canadian power. As such the setting for these states are going to suffer and it is all due to (as some call him) President Donald ‘the Joker’ Trump and they can thank him in person (he is usually around 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW). So feel free to drop him a well wishing card as states will settle in smoldering heat, because they can no longer afford the energy, as such all data centers get culled to minimal power to relieve the anguish of the people and as such the revenue of the American IRS goes down further, which means that infrastructure gets hurt even more. And all that before the limits of reducing critical metals step in, the infra structure of the United States is about to take hit after hit. Did anyone explain that to that ‘toddler’ Jamieson Greer? This is what retaliation looks like and I have more in store, because any attack to Canada results in me handing over IP to the tourism centers of the world making the recuperation of the United Staes less and less likely. 

So whilst we consider the Honey Badger setting, I was considering that the support that the United States needs is faltering and whilst some consider trying to hurt the United States in different ways (like Iran) I know first hand what happens when support systems falter and when it is added to critical points, the system collapses in its near entirety and many of us have seen this in one form or another. You see, the French writer La Rochefoucauld states (something according to the lines of) “It is not enough for me to succeed, others must fail” he wrote it towards jealousy and the success or failure of peers. So, as the United States is so jealous and keeps on going with their 51st state settings and calling Canada Nasty, this sneaky Australian is looking at all the places that the system could be imploded and I have my own ways to succeed, because greed is not in my blood and whilst I give away IP, it is tainted IP, because the moment American corporations touch it, they will be seen as the lacking innovators (for example Microsoft), whilst it is open to the ones I gave it to. Even now I see some signs that defence IP is looking my way, they left it too long and now Canadian Defence contractors see the options they get getting into defence contracts with the Gulf states, pushing the United States out ands we see another slice of revenue gone. You might think that this is mere splashes of water and you are not wrong, but the splashes will reduce what is left in the cup and the current economy of the United States needs that cup to be 95% full and my settings are taking a minimum of 5% away from all that, so as I see it, the United States can no longer afford the bills it is getting. These might be small steps, but someone ones told me that one year of standing still is merely getting them nothing, whilst 365 to the power of 1.01 gets them 387.18 and whilst that is merely a small inkling, when you do this to a dozen settings like tourism, commerce, manufacturing and defence spending the equation alters and it alters x times 25.12 in results and now it makes a difference especially as that 95% cup is only for making payments and that is what I was after. You come after my brethren and sisters in Canada and I will show you the meaning off a desolate nightmare where your own banks shut you down. And that is before you realise that your manufacturing jobs are fulfilled by another nation. So whilst you tax Pakistani textiles, I already put a solution in place where they could set their textiles in the golf states and the Commonwealth and you would think that this $1.81 billion market is nothing, but when this all goes to non_USA locations whilst the new directions also reduce the import from the USA, that setting is gains from a small splash to a small wave reducing the cup revenue even further and that is the larger gan for the others, because many are now saying “We need the United States a lot less now” and that is the ballgame, because as infrastructure decreases the old setting of Bread and games which we got from the Roman poet Juvenal in his Satires (Satire X) around the late 1st and early 2nd century AD and it reflects on a political strategy of distracting a population from civic issues by providing basic food and superficial entertainment, so when these settings fall away, the American population starts focussing on the civic issues that Washington doesn’t want out in the open (apparently the Epstein files for one) so the White House is seemingly fueling that setting right from the start and a lot more besides that. All stages are plays and the entire population of the United States are becoming vested in what they see as right, because someone in Washington DC took their infrastructure away.

A setting that could be seen without too much imagination, it merely took a few steps to put this out into the limelight and as I have time and no pressing matters, I was happy to lend Canada a hand in exploring that setting. And as I see it, my methods have set a reverberation in all this, the Yale Budget lab stated “After the Supreme Court threw out Mr. Trump’s original tariff policy, the average effective tariff rate on U.S. imports fell to 7 percent, from 14 percent, according to the Yale Budget Lab. The rate has since risen to 11 percent.” (Source: Alternet) So, if there is a setting the 95% minimum just got wasted by tariffs I don’t think that it went from 100 to 89 (aka pig latin statistics) but there was an impact and I was nice enough hand IP to USA tourism competitors and even if that is a mere 1%-2%, that is what the competitors get in addition and whist some will say 2% is nothing, but these small waves are now starting other add up to a decent wave and whilst I saw the impact that Canada tourists had on the United States, I decided to make it falter to a much bigger degree and whilst I had the EU, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi as alternatives, so as the Washington Examiner gives us ‘New York, Florida, Nevada see biggest drops in tourism as Canadians boycott the US’ what is the result when more nations are included in that boycott? The EU, Muslim populations are all looking towards the gulf states, pure losses in several degrees for the United States. It all ads up and created more and more powerful waves in that glass of water, so drip, drip, drip less water in that glass (a sneaky way to state Dividend Reinvestment Plan) and soon there isn’t enough to even fuel some Ponzi scheme and that is when the alerts will start ringing. And it is getting close to that now (as I personally see it). 

So as we see that gains are made in small steps, decreases are also in small step, but the United States has no leverage and not degrees of freedom to stop those splashes and it soon will be the last they ever saw and they could have averted that, they merely should have treated Canada decently and fairly, but not to fret, Canada will take over Washington State, Montana and Minnesota and call them the provinces of Skokomish, Cheyenne and Sioux Province and from there Canada will add more and more so whilst we might have ‘some misgivings’ about this current administration, it has a unique setting, it will be the first administration that made the United States a mere 47 states, but I reckon that they can get a commercial upside here, all those flags now need three stars less, as such they will get a massive new order, because some set the revenue to approximately 150 million American flags, I reckon that year they will triple that sales (if they have the textiles to make them). 

So whilst some will debate and judge my sense of humour, Trump started this with the 51st state jokes, I merely found an alternative way to set this in a new light. So have a great day all.

What is the premise

That is the setting I am grasping at. It is not some conspiracy theory and it in not linked to anything ‘realistic’. You see, I am grasping at the setting of games. The amalgamation of combining games into making an entirely new game. The innovation that the old systems (CBM64, Atari ST and CBM Amiga) had were great and in the light of limitations in that setting we see that some games went to the stretch of their limitations in those days, but now we can combine these games without getting anywhere near the limitations they had then and that is where we can capture the imagination of the gamers today. Not copy, not steal, not obscure, but the setting that is new and innovative in gaming. And I have tried this a few times to set the path to new and updated gaming. New lore, upgraded graphics and upgraded sounds. A new path in the setting of what we knew into what we could possibly expect. So, where is this going?

As such I was considering combining Millennium 2.2 and elements of Privateer and Sundog that would become the first game (keeping the details away from you at present). Then we get Midwinter, the early game of games and combine that with Commando, but not in level setting, but in a complete island setting. Just two games set to a multitude of games and like the setting of Commando/Desperados it would is likely the next setting of gaming. You see, we can all wreck our brains for the next ‘great’ idea, but wouldn’t it be easier to use what is already out there several generations ago and make it into a larger setting with more gaming and this is the new wave of gaming as I expect it to become. In the age where everyone is wrecking their brain on what could become the next thing, we could also take a shortcut and create the setting of a totally new IP and totally awesome game. I sound to have doubts at present. Because I am certain of myself, but not on the stage of others. They decide what is great and while I do believe in Stealth and RPG games, these games are different, I would like them, but it is not my favourite forte (which at times is the stage we are in to make the best that is possible), but the setting is out there and when I wrote this, others might get the same idea and they will use their favourite games to create new IP and they are welcome to the idea and they could create great games, because the old games that made the mark were great in their own ways and combined they could be phenomenal and guarantee 1-2 years of great gaming. I myself have a third idea, but it is still in development in my brain and the first part is a game I loved on the CBM Amiga (pretty sure it existed on the Atari ST as well). As such the game is Archipelago. It was fun to play, but limiting because the CBM Amiga only had 256KB (a lot in those days), but when you combine that game with elements of a viral game setting, it becomes a totally new challenge, one that could find a lot of engaging gaming fans. But consider that players like Microsoft took forever to create mediocre games. I came up with a simple idea and that could be the moment that great games are created. I got there by myself, I never had to buy myself a place on that table. It was a simple setting of true innovators against these corporate wannabe’s. A setting that I saw from a mile away and they bought their settings, but I will admit that they create the Flight Simulator and what I bought in 1985 for the CBM64, was turned in something phenomenal by 2020. Fair is fair and honour where honour is due, Microsoft created a massive game there, and when they bought Minecraft they created something after that, it was upgraded in innovative ways. But as I see it, these are merely two games and Microsoft spend close to 100 million on their purchases, I spend a total of $0 and created three optional great games. And developing the next iteration of games and create an innovative new game is an alternative to creating from the mind from the start, an easier way and in no way less innovative. As such I am making the innovative claim against that gaming wannabe Microsoft. And whilst they buy for too much, I get to do it for free, which is the true test if innovation.

But that might be merely my premise. So whilst I have plenty of examples (and not merely in gaming) I feel that my ideas and insights will pass the test of time. I feel that to be a truth, but it is speculative at best. So, where do you (as a gamer) stand? Are there 1-3 game you have an uncanny love for? What happens when you combine these games? Could you make a new game? Because that is where the next iteration of gaming is bound to be and it leads (as I personally see it) to innovation. But that is just me.

Representing Mr Morningstar

That is the setting I see and it is the one I have been bound to. As Lavrinthi of Tartarus, I have been ‘summoned’ to represent a certain mr. Morningstar in docket 0520260819-666/05 in this to unravel the settings of what is seen as sourced by the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cly5r7vr7q1o) where we learn ‘Meta hooked children on Facebook and Instagram, US court hears’ and the evidence presented (as I have seen it, is rather flimsy) but to unravel this I need to ask questions. So whilst some will argue that this is on Megan O’Neill, a lead attorney for California. I merely giggle, soon she’ll be dead and she becomes food for the pits of tartarus. She gets a chance to prove herself gains peers and that is when the dual opportunity ends. The first choice will be the Biden, the trident or the the xiphos and shield A rule my grandfather set in motion and he is after all Lord Hades of Tartarus. She might want ‘hide’ behind the armor of the law, but the rules of tartarus are simple. Win and survive or lose and become food for the winners (quite literally). It is a solution that has been in play for over 5000 years and if you are good enough, you become one of the winners and serve in on of 5 phalanxes of Tartarus. But that is later, first you must survive 20 fights and as you are made a kappa, you get assigned patrol duty and a much better weapon. At present we need to see the evidence (as little as there is).

So when we are told “Meta found “millions” of 11 and 12-year-olds were on Instagram and “did little to keep them off” as the trial opened on Tuesday.” So where are these ‘children’ from? What is the law on these kids being on Facebook and/or Instagram? What exactly is ‘keeping them off’? Are there clear legal settings? The article does not bare that out. It is written to tell the story that regardless Meta is guilty. So what exactly is “social media addiction” you see, parenting is also a need and most kids do not have it because both parents are up to their eyelids in work, they seemingly have no time for parenting. Which is a first setting. Then we get that the United States and several other nations are whining doubt the freedom of speech, but never about the accountability of the spoken word. They tend to go hand in hand. As such we are given “Meta has put forward in at other litigation this year – that social media addiction does not exist” If there is, it must be proven and that is where the trough goes leaking all over the floor. You see, Is this addition clearly described in the ‘The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition’? If not, what evidence is there? So, whilst we take notice on ““There can be no dispute that Meta has recognised people struggle, or can struggle, with their use of social media, and has come up with tools to try and address that,” Schmidt said.” But what is a struggle? And whilst we see and take notice of “The trial stems from a lawsuit filed in 2023 by 29 US states, including California and New York. They claim there have been numerous violations of federal and state privacy laws for children.” My question becomes “What violation and what laws were broken?” You see, nearly all children lie (around 99%) they do so out of peer pressure and peer pressure through influencers, to being to a group and they want to belong, especially as the parents are often no where to be found, but that is my take on this and I am not a parent. So when we get to the greed driven stage we see “The states seeking billions of dollars from Meta and are demanding it make changes to Instagram and Facebook, including ending “like” counts and infinite scroll.” So what exactly are these ‘like counts’ and infinite scrolls? There is a like setting to nearly all stages (LinkedIn, BlueSky and Twitter have them too), so what is the problem? Social media is less then 30 years old, less than one generation and there are things that would required adjusting, but for that matter. How was this addressed in Microsoft products? “The “like” feature in Microsoft ecosystem applications lets users quickly react to, endorse, or acknowledge messages, comments, and files without sending a full reply. It is available across tools like Teams, Outlook, and Word”, it seems to be all over the IT and internet field. What makes Facebook stand out? It is a part of social media, deal with this. And it is not merely Microsoft, Google has this too. So either show the whole field or that setting is merely discriminatory. So as I go into my usual ‘funny’ setting of “I hate discrimination and Xbox users” you might get the point. And this case is seemingly set to over 3 years as we were given “a lawsuit filed in 2023 by 29 US states” so which states? And more important what “state privacy laws for children” were broken? There is a lacking summary and I get that this is not the setting people like Megan O’Neill might like, because if it was all good then we would see this broken down here. I reckon that there are sides that she is ‘unhappy’ with because she might lose at that point. So when we get to this we see “In her opening arguments Megan O’Neill, a lead attorney for California, relied heavily on information found in millions of documents provided in the case from Meta. They included internal research, employee emails, and chat logs that went all the way up to Zuckerberg.” So the simple question becomes. Who tested these millions of documents? You see when we see “internal research, employee emails, and chat logs” there is the setting of verification and validation. And as I wonder if she read them all, she shouldn’t be using statements like ‘millions’ and how many times did Mark Zuckerberg papers interact with these papers? A mention of his name doesn’t do the legal settings. Which is why as Lavrinthi of Tartarus I can see beyond the light of name calling and Auntie Aphrodite always says “People note that personal growth and confidence are often internal psychological shifts rather than strict proof of divine contact.” (It was something about yearning) which makes sense. As such I see the evidence stack against Megan O’Neill’s statements. So what is in a chat log? Were all the people verified and validated? Because who will see me as Lavrinthi the speaker for mr. Morningstar and not ‘some’ cook? Baking the preserved nature of non-data driven academic essays (an eloquent way of stating fiction)? 

So then we get the ‘good’ stuff. We are given “One piece of internal research on Instagram stated: “Teens have an addict’s narrative about use.”” Merely one piece of internal research? There are allegedly millions of documents and you only have one piece of research? So was it merely one piece or one peace of research showing what YOU needed? Then we get “Despite Meta’s awareness of potentially negative impacts, O’Neill argued that Meta targeted young people as users of Facebook and Instagram. Meta, she said, went out of its way to “assure the public that its platforms were safe for kids”.” So what is potential impacts? 

Negative of not, Meta is a business and it needs evidence showing that impacts are negative. Which is a loaded setting as plenty of youthful adults are inclined to lie, as such the data becomes a wisp of claimed settings. So whilst we get that “assure the public that its platforms were safe for kids” was it a lie? Where is the proof that there was danger to children? I don’t know if either is true, but the BBC is not giving us those details are they? Neither are others (as far as I can tell) so that is the stage were it all goes dark and that is when (as I personally see it) that O’Neill needs to really on a warped sense of needs whilst trying to get favour for children and let the dice fall where they may. 

And when we get to “O’Neill outlined to the jury how Meta’s business model could be summed up. “Hook the users; hold them for as long as they can; harvest their data; hide the truth from the public when making public statements,” she said.” My question to that ‘defense’ would be “Show evidence of ‘hold them for as long as they can’” Pretty please? Users can quite Facebook any moment of the day, I did that 2 years ago when Facebook made a turn for the filtering of data. I merely gave up. They could too and this raises the stage of ‘hold them for as long as they can’ as trivial and untrue, because it is not up to Meta, it is up to the user and O’Neil cannot prove any of that, she can merely imply and hope it is enough for a jury. It is what you can prove that sets the court right and by my reasoning she failed to make the case, they can merely let this ride on and on and hope to get as much coins out if it as they can. And as I see it, Meta is merely being used to get a few cats and turn them into fat cats. As I see it, it is not evidence, merely wasting the courts time (as I personally see it).

Looking back in anger

This is where I am now and I am livid. So whilst the CBC gives us (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canada-trump-tariffs-trade-deal-negotiation-sectoral-relief-lumber-auto-steel-9.7309039) the story of ‘Negotiators fear U.S. tariffs will be imposed, as provinces and Washington dig in on demands’ where the setting is dictated by “United States Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said there are ‘a lot of issues’ with Canada, after being asked by a CBC reporter if there were particular areas the two countries couldn’t find agreement on. Greer said that for the U.S., the current situation ‘is not a trade war,’ but if a country retaliates, ‘we’re obviously not going to tolerate that” in me there was laughter and anger ‘Retaliate’ is not the proper word that orange person in the White House (sometimes) called ‘the Pimp of the United States’ needs an education on keeping his mouth shut. Canada will not now, not ever be regarded as the 51st state and for the other settings. I think it is nice of Canada take a page from Disney business. Should the setting of dairy products be pushed, it will be in the Disney terms that they have pushed settings. The United States will produce all goods and services on THEIR dime the means stocking and removing the dairy products. So when Jamieson Greer learns the hard way that Canadians have had enough of goods from the united states and they are left on the shelves, within two weeks they will reconsider their stupidity. In the meantime the US Alcohol is still in a setting that these diners need to come at a much cheaper price, because they take up shelf space and that costs too and when the people are not buying it, the second phase starts. So in this case I call on Jonathan Reynolds (United Kingdom), Don Farrell (Australia), Cameron Brewer (New Zealand), Piyush Goyal (India) and Jam Kamal Khan (Pakistan) with the urgent request that they talk to Canada (Mélanie Joly/Mark Carney) to see what goods can they take off the list of the United States and hand these options to Canada. It will not cover all goods and it is likely a mere trickle, but after that have the same conversation with the EU and after that the Gulf States and optionally China, but I reckon it would be possible to get over 80% transferred. This is what an angry person does and Jamieson Greer forgot about that. I reckon the air force never taught that flyboy that lesson in the JAG corps, but not to worry. I know several people who read the Prince (Niccolo Machiavelli) and the Art of War (Sun Tzu), as such they can figure out what I am up to. You see, the United States has a debt now surpassing $40,000,000,000,000 as such the interest due every year is now surpassing $1,500,000,000,000. And you don’t want to play golf in a china shop, the stock doesn’t last long and in this case it will last less and less time. So whilst the American Administration is wondering where that golden horned calf named AI is, they learn the hard way that there is no reprieve until at least 2035 and when that becomes an actual revenue stream it is already too late for the United States. 

And in all this, the freedom of speech (and expression), lives in the Commonwealth and as such we can reject the goods and services from the United States, it is our right. And I can suggest whatever I can to enforce the wellbeing of Canada, which might not be something Jamieson Greer likes, but I am not American, as such I don’t give a hoot for his likes and dislikes.

As such (I am decently certain minister Li Lecheng will applaud my action and optionally President Xi Jinping as well). This is a simple setting to cut down to size and I am happy to do so, because I am a Commonwealthian, so I will have the back of Canada whenever possible (except in Cricket, then I support Australia) We all have our priorities and whilst I prefer NHL (Toronto Maple Leafs) as such I say “No grit, no grind, no greatness” and I reckon the United States are about to learn this lesson the hard way, because if we get over 90% saved and Canada rejects any offer for water and energy the United States becomes a disaster area, one that they made themselves. 

So whilst I am feeling good as I come to the defence and in support of Canada. Jamieson Greer better learn the lesson he was unable to learn in the Air Force (a presumption he learned something there) that the Commonwealth holds a population of 2.5 billion and as I see it, there are 1.9 billion muslims not to happy with the United States either, that gives un now more than 50% of the planet who is now tainted with anti-US feelings and I know just how to direct that and I have chosen the goods and services that will no longer bear the seal of the United States. So how is the debt coming along Mr President? And when the European Union is setting the field to data sovereignty the options for Microsoft, Amazon, IBM and Google will also take a dive. I cannot predict how much, but it will be in the billions as such another avenue for paying interest bills will fall away. So whilst we see that the CBC has a few issues with the story they brought, it was not up to them as I see it, so they get a pass. As for cars? I have no real idea, but Canada can levy as much tariff as they can, counter the Trump levy and Canada has cars, optionally better suited for Canadian weather and the USA? They can rely in Colorado on Texas built cars and see how they get through winter. I merely addressed a few settings and I already addressed the weapons setting a few months ago for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. More money in their own coffers and optionally rejecting whatever US weapon manufacturers brought to the table. There is only so much I can do, but I reckon I have done enough to give Canada a few ideas and optionally other Commonwealth nations as well. So whilst some a Chinese danger. I think that the bad press that Trump gave them is showing now that players like Huawei has enough to bring to the table to warrant a setting to consider.

The idea that came

So, there I was day dreaming, when a thought just occurred to me. It happened when I was watching a Dubai Festival City Mall YouTube video and I saw saw the Tim Hortons stand. I asked for a cappuccino (in my mind) and I mentioned that I was peckish (a term I never use in real life, but I might from now on) I asked them for fried beaver tail (jokingly) and they did not have them, they did have a Double Sausage & Egg with Cheese Muffin which I ordered and devoured (scrupulously) but it set a few cogs in motion, which this is about. I noticed a fresh meat sandwich and that hot me going. There was a show of the Carrefour earlier in that video and this got me to give Carrefour a boost. You see, Dubai is rather warm (so is Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Dammam, Medina, Jeddah and Mecca) and as I have never seen this option in any Carrefour, I thought it was time to shine a light on this option. 

First we get the refrigerated bags (they have those, but the idea is not the bags, but what goes in).On the Inside we see:

A patch with three slots, these slots will fit cooling elements precisely. Now we get two settings, either they buy these cooling elements or they exchange them, The exchange might cost them 3-5 dirham per cooling element, they sell for whatever the norm is. Consider that these people might take an hour to get to the mall, they have a coffee and by the time they get to grocery shopping, these cooling elements are no longer able to cool. I reckon that they need to come in a satchel, and consider that they might come in Carrefour colours with the name ‘Carrefour’ on the pack. Now consider that this service will drive all kind of customers to the shop, especially tourists and out of town people. The idea that you can exchange (conditionally) of the woolpacks might drive a lot more people. Consider the lemonade and refrigerated items that you can sell when you offer a service like that. 

So whilst I am decently certain that the service does not exist. I wonder why no one thought of that. These packs need to be clean and when they are in their own satchel that is extremely likely to be the case. And I reckon that Carrefour has space for a small freezer at the cashiers holding up to 400 cooling packs and optionally a lot more in the back of the store. I see it as an essential service that places like this in the UAE (Saudi Arabia too) could offer. And as the revenue increases, it might become a free service of exchanging cooling packs (with certain demands) but here I am wondering why no one thought of it. I watched several Carrefour YouTube in Dubai (I did not see one of the Yas Mall) and the option was not given. I wonder why not, perhaps there is a good reason, but I cannot see it. 

So I sign of of this Sunday to become a lumberjack until Monday (snoring the night away), it is only 18:00 so I might kill some orcs and goblins to get sleepy. One Orc (hack), Two Orcs (hack), Three Orcs (hack), you get the process, its like counting sheep.

Is Grok losing the plot?

That is the actual setting and it takes a little space to explain this part. So the other day I was ‘watching’ Elon Musk giving us the following explanation: “Elon Musk predicts that artificial intelligence will exceed the sum of all human intelligence by around 2031, leading to a profound transformation where digital work is automated rapidly, human control shifts within a decade, and ubiquitous robotics trigger an unprecedented global economic boom” and some might say that at $1,000,000,000,000 he is likely nothing more than a 2nd hands car salesman (a very well paid one), I actually don’t care, because all AI is fake AI and yesterday I got some evidence on all this. 

So, why get Elon involved? Well, he owns Grok and Grok was the setting of it all. You see, I tend to pass my articles through Grok. In part for the entertainment, in part to see if Grok saw what I was seeing and at times to see what it sees more. So what happened? It started with my article ‘Flame on’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2026/08/09/flame-on/) nothing special, but Grok ‘devaluated’ this to:

The linked WordPress article features the title “Flame on | Lawrence van Rijn – Law Lord to be” but contains no substantive body text, headings, or visible content beyond standard site elements like comment sections and navigation.
Consistent with the author’s IT and IP law background, “Flame on” likely serves as a metaphorical title possibly referencing internet flaming jargon or igniting discussion, though the post currently appears incomplete or placeholder-like.

Read the story and you start seeing the issue. I also passed this through ChatGPT (my very first visit) and that gave a little bit tedious, but a real good assessment, attacking the article on what it saw (whilst it ignored the setting that it was a blog and not an academic paper). As it was (fake) AI I tried regenerating the output, but it was all useless and even less useful than what you read above. I tried Google Gemini, but that one doesn’t seemingly accept an internet link (I might not have used it correctly) but the simple setting is that Grok might have been losing the plot. So I used it two subsequent days and it all looks decent, so I tried it again onboard ‘Flame on’ and again a failure. 

So now we get to the insanity setting that doing the same thing and expecting different results might be insane. But as I see it, this is all DML (Deeper Machine Language) and LLM (Large Language Models) in action and there is enough setting to optionally expect a different result. There is also the seating that all this is programming and not AI. As such errors are fixed and more changes are made making this an optional never a static setting. So whilst I would love to blame the programmer (and it likely is) there is a setting we cannot ignore and in the past I have seen that Grok does not align to multiple viewpoints correctly (and I have 4 examples somewhere to show it cannot decently do this). So whilst we agree that this is not a complex setting, it is programming, pure and simple.

I have seen my share of lever programming and whilst we can agree that LLM settings are getting clever, it is not AI, nor will it ever be (as I have stated a few times in the past). So whilst I applaud ChatGPT on the ability to ant-fuck the equation (a Dutch expression), it is clever, optionally wholesome, but not AI. So whilst we now see that too many people are buying into the AI setting and even accepting that it can go rogue and hack settings, all whilst it is programmer controlled, as such, these players are likely adhering to state players and all this is needed to gan the insights of corporate IP and seeing how they could turn a dime. This and this alone is why I pushed all my IP to public domain and as I would never gain coins from any of this, I made it public domain, so that the right people have something to work on. My legacy to leave the world.

So is Grok losing the plot? It is a fair question and whilst Grok could not analyze my piece and ChatGPT could, there is a clear setting that this is optionally the case. It does not matter that it only failed once. If it was an AI, it should not ever fail once. That is the reality of a real AI. It gets it right 100% of the time of there is data and my article is data. It is when there is no data that an actual AI gets it right over 98% of the time and that is not happening either in many cases, as such I call all AI fake AI.

That is the setting and whilst some will debate this (and disagree) there is plenty of evidence around to say that I am right, A stage we cannot ignore and whilst some (optionally correct) disagree that Grok has not lost the plot, the seating is out there and the evidence is all out there. And these ‘captains of industry’ have to agree that their solutions is riddled with issues (as they are programmed) or that they are invoking the AI label to get away with whatever they can. So whilst some might agree with the setting of “exceed the sum of all human intelligence by around 2031”, it is a setting that I disagree with, because having all the data of every book and every encyclopedia is nice, but it is merely clever LLM programming. Exceeding the sum of human intelligence requires to make correct leaps of non data, extrapolation of non existing data (like speculation and presumption) and these systems still aren’t able to do that and I wrote about it in the past and it will require an optional 2 decades to do that and that exceeds the timing point of Elon Musk by well over a decade and personally I believe that it will not even be correctly possible without an Epsilon processor (a speculative trinary processor) because the setting of Null, True, False will only incur additional and more errors making ‘their’ setting of AI less and less reliable and that is before we validate and verify the data these systems have and they haven’t worked that out yet. As I see it the first step is getting the Epsilon processor online which will give us the option of Null, True, False, Both. That is a first step and none of these systems have that, because the processor doesn’t exist yet (perhaps the Dutch physicist is on route, but I have no idea where they are). So in all this we might get more and more of systems losing the plot and that is whilst they have all the data and my article is less then 3000 characters. Consider that when you consider these AI systems being clever.

Flame on

That is the setting I saw a few days ago, for the most I ignored it for obvious reasons and I will get to that. But ‘suddenly’ the non-book readers are in a bind, someone is destroying books and Anthropic is pointed at as the guilty party. So here is the first thing. When you acquire a book, it is your property and it is up it you what you do with it. Anthropic bought millions of books, they cut of the back of the book and then scanned the book, after which they destroyed the book they had acquired. So far so good and it leaves me with a few questions. And whilst the (so called) book lovers go for the Fahrenheit 451 scenario, the people who oppose AI are in a fritz. I have different questions. 

  1. Is an owner allowed to set a book to digital format?
  2. How rare is the book?

The second question is linked to the rarity of the work. We can assume that hell breaks open if Anthropic does this to the Magna Carta (1215) or the Gutenberg bible (1454), but how many will cry havoc if someone does this to Joop ter Heul (1889) or a famous five book (1942) or even a Harry Potter (1997) book? There is a setting that the editor is responsible for keeping the book available and if they do not, it is what there is left. And when this happens it means no one is interested in that book. The first question is linked to the rights set in the settings of copyrights. Can a book be replicated digitally? And if so, what is the problem? 

So here comes the article (at https://mashable.com/tech/anthropic-ai-book-training-destroy) in Mashable with the headline ‘AI companies keep destroying old books. Here’s why.’ And as I see it there is so much white noise in all this, that the bottom question is ignored. Does Anthropic have the right to replicate a work into digital format, if so, what is everyone crying about? If they are not allowed to do that, the law is broken, but merely in the digital setting. It is still their book and they could shred it for all they cared for. It is the cold reality of commerce taken legally out of context. And you all know this (especially the previous generation). How many have recorded an album to tapes? I know I have. I prefer the actual CD, but before 1980 I had no income and for the most no music. So when we see this setting, how many have copied a book? (I admit I have copied a few manuals in that past) but that went away when Borland released its products with manuals and it felt really good to have Turbo C with a manual and all for $249. But that was then and now we do not see ‘value’ in books and it is often rejected with the Fahrenheit 451 label, but the reality is there. This leads me to a simple question. Ask yourself, how often have you been to a library in the last month? That should give you the part you need to know, so whilst the article gives us “AI companies looking to build better AI models are hungry for fresh data from any source that isn’t the internet. Books — generally better edited and more cogent than your average Reddit thread — make AI sound smart. (There’s a premium on books published before 2022, ironically because we can’t be sure if books were written by AI after that date.)” as well as ““legally-binding nondisclosure agreement” that would hide an AI company client’s “identity and strategy.” Why? ISBNdb explained: “Destroying millions of books evokes images of burning libraries … the optics problem is real. ‘AI company destroys two million books’ is not a headline that generates sympathy.”” But in all this, are they breaking any law? If that is not the case, why get fussy about it? For the sold book is revenue for the writer and the publishing house, so the issue remains, is there permission to reset a book to a digital format? Because that hurts the writer and the publishing house in their pocket and lets be clear. Writing is a commercial enterprise. In doubt ask JK Rowling. Apparently “She earns an estimated $60 million to $80 million per year from book royalties and digital sales alone, with total worldwide sales for the Harry Potter series surpassing 600 million copies and grossing over $7.7 billion globally” giving us a clear view that she made more than the writers of the bible, which is said to be “a collection of 66 books written by about 40 different human authors over a span of roughly 1,500 years” and I leave you to wonder how many of those 40 writers ended their lives in the poor house (just to make a point).

And then we get to the part that (kinda) impacted me “But Anthropic was caught, and has admitted to using millions of pirated books to train Claude. That class action lawsuit, in which a record $1.5 billion copyright settlement was just approved, also revealed the scale of Anthropic’s physical book-destruction operation. Anthropic “became convinced that using books was the most cost-effective means to achieve a world-class LLM,” wrote U.S. District Judge William Alsup in a lengthy legal order dated June 2025. The company was “not so gung-ho” about using pirated material from 2024 onwards, to quote a memorable internal email in evidence, but still wanted to train Claude on “all the books in the world.”” As such, as I did write over 4000 literary (an exaggeration to be sure) works. Not the number, I am now at 4100 articles, so where is my money ($5M post taxation would be decently nice and highly appreciated) and there is clear view of the transgression, no one reads 1700 stories in an hour, it just doesn’t go well for the brains (not even my brain and I wrote the stuff) But the issue remains, and there is no clear setting. Is there ‘policing’ on the scanned works? Is there a copyright issue? Because that matters. If that issue does not exist, why are we crying over a book no one has read in years, optionally not read in decades?

Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Valid questions

After the surge I felt when I was ‘valued’ at $150,000,000 I got all happy and dreamy on the subject (that would be me) and delusional thoughts of Sergey Brin offering me $50,000,000 but he needed one small favour of me. You guessed it, he wanted Gemini to get exclusive access to my articles and he had set the premise of moving me to Google Blogger to get that done (not the worst idea) but it was not merely delusions. My brain in the background was working out other things and the dopamine that the scenario was giving me seemed to push that carrot along (there were more dreamy thoughts and the carrot in that setting makes sense). So, as I was considering an additional life in Toronto, with a long weekend trip to Quebec and the Galeries de la Capitale, my mind went on a surge. Things in the aftermath of it all doesn’t make much sense but at that moment It did. I stopped at M. Souvlaki for a pita Gyro and it all started to make sense to me when I saw the visitors card (online at the website of Galeries de la Capitale). Where we learn that “Out-of-town and international visitors are entitled to our visitor’s card which provides access to exclusive discounts at select retailers. *Visitor’s address must be 40km from Quebec City. An ID with proof of residence is required validation to obtain the visitor’s card. Some restrictions may apply.” You see, I have never ever been to Quebec, but consider the setting international (and Toronto Eaton Centre), this visitor pass could be the ticket to drive commerce in specific places and tourists are the ones who really like discount offers. Sydney (Westfield), London (Covent Garden), Netherlands (Bijenkorf) and many other places could adopt that idea of a visitors pass. It is marketing that earns itself back almost instantly. 

You see, I have no idea how I knew about the visitors pass, but there must have been a notice I saw out of the corner of my eyes. It is the only thing that makes sense. So, 8 hours ago the Economist gave us ‘What will Kevin Warsh do if America’s economy breaks?’ Because as I have seen this for a few months, it is about to break and as I see it, the Chair of the Federal Reserve of the United States will openly have to defend the stupidity of this American administration and I think he won’t be able to, as such he will be dealt the ace of spades quite quickly and it will not include a serenade by Motorhead. So, as I see it, I saw opportunity in my view, but it quickly translates to a generic economic opportunity. I reckon that malls in Saudi Arabia and the UAE are contemplating similar settings. I don’t think that places like Harrods (London) and the Dubai Mall need them, but there are all kinds of malls all around these two places that might consider getting these few steps of visibility.

And as the Telegraph (UK) gives us ‘US and Japan take action to prop up yen’ I wonder why the United States wants to do this. Is it merely to score brownie points, or are they worried that the Yen and the US dollar can now no longer counter any serious act to own the dollar? The connected news from 24/7 Wall Street is ‘The $1.2 Trillion Reason Scott Bessent Just Bought Japanese Yen’ I get the connection, but not the reason. You see president Trump is all about MAGA and America First, which is a scuttled wreck to say the least and I will be the first to look at alternative reasons, but being a non-economist I have no real chance of finding it, but anyone who wants to really know that, I would advice them to call Prime Minister Mark Carney (at +1 613-992-4793), because he would likely know. 

So whilst we are given ‘As Trump cites progress on deal to end war, Iran and Israel remain on alert’ (source: Washington Post) we are also given ‘Iran war live: Tehran says Hormuz negotiations with Oman in ‘final stages’’ (source: Al Jazeera) which leads me to the conviction that there is no deal to end the war coming and Tehran is setting the stage of more disruptions. As such the only act that makes sense is that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (with optional help of the United States) put the pressure on the Houthi terrorists and make sure that the Bab-al-Mandab Strait remains open for business, because that will also impact Egypt and the Suez Canal. The complication is seen in Iraq as we are given ‘Yemen’s Houthis are attacking Saudi Arabia from Iraq, sources say’ (source: Reuter) and as I have given voice to better strategy from March 1st onwards (even creating new weapon systems to do so) I am left with a dangerous question. Is president Trump fueling destabilisation on the Arabian peninsula? That setting is getting more and more traction on a global level. As I have predicted (several times) the economy of the United States is done for, so the only option left is to minimize their losses and make sure others have a lot more to worry about. Is it a valid question to ask whether the United States is working from the premise “It is not enough that I succeed, all others must fail” a setting we have attributed to Genghis Khan (ca 1200) and Larry Ellison (1988) who was the head honcho at Oracle. So does my setting make sense? You only have to see the clusterfuck the Iranian war seemingly is and the effects of of spending 39 billion on trying to achieve on what I could have done with merely 1 billion and of course the ‘expedited’ dismantling of 10 refineries, closing harbours and stopping their railways. A simple setting I gave months ago and been now we see some kind of scenario, all whilst Iran is doubling down on gaining the ‘trust’ of Oman?

How weird is all that, so I fear for those who are in some kind of ‘entrusted’ setting with the American administration, because that will bite the trusted allies really quick and quite soon. As we see the BBC give us a few days ago ‘US economic growth sees surprise slowdown in second quarter’ makes me wonder as this was clearly in the cards, Is the BBC catering to another premise and need? Is that a valid question?

I leave it to you to see the numbers, the effects and the questions voiced, whilst the valid questions are not answered, not anywhere as far as I can tell (or at least not in sources that are supposed to be valid) but it might merely be me, which could be all kinds of valid, but I have been asking similar questions for months, so  don’t think its me and I handed my IP to sources that seemingly needed them, so I feel verified and sanctified (a weird setting) because it as not done out of greed, but out of the facts I see and Iran had to be stopped. And if I can clearly see that, why can’t the Pentagon see that? Unless they are facing a different war at present. I will leve that up to my readers to consider that setting.
