There was more

You see, yesterday I came up with a new lore system and it kept my from the real setting of the game, because there was a lot more. The first part was that there was a reason why I felt affinity to Paradroid and Hacker. The idea was that there were two mainlines (I had not chosen yet) the first was that this was a recon setting for aliens, the second was that survivors of this world were working from a separate setting (I fancied that one a little more) and the only way is to interact by invading technology and drones with a nano virus but it needs to be a lot more structured than just invade a server or a combination of systems, But the idea is that these nano bots can only invade systems in combined efforts (like a server and a drone in unison) from there we get to see a larger setting and from one system we can combine systems to invade a CCTV setting, but CCTV settings are often shielded, so you need a path towards that setting. So I has not worked it all out, but there was an evolving setting connected to all this. So whilst we get that any CCTV system has connected systems, we need to combine a larger connected systems to connect to larger and bigger connections, so there needs to be somehow an evolving setting like Hacker, where we connect to a drone and CCTV systems, but how to do that and keep an interesting game? That is the question I was bending over, but not in the way Paradroid did it (it had its own charm) and I didn’t want to plagiarize that. From that setting I merely had the idea that several autonomous systems could be infected, but that is the extend the game had ‘traction’ and I didn’t want it to be too much of a stalking approach, other than the need to find out what had happened to the people of that place (like a viral attack, or simply a air-conditioning defect) So whilst I was focussing on elements of the game, I was designing the game in real time, because that is how my mind works and the setting is that different devices had its own versions of Lore, so they are all stories, often not connected and it gives the overwhelming feeling of data. That is bound to happen in all these settings, so how to focus that? I gave the lore setting a go and from there the lore was bound to all kinds of things and I had to create a decent amount to overwhelm the senses (and the game) with lore that might seem bound to have a connection. So there I was in what some would seem a steady stream of data, but what is relevant? You cannot have a ‘data game’ with no responses and all relevant data, that is not how it tends to work, but I was trying to figure out how to get to the good stuff and an overload of data tends to be the setting in many cases. So whilst we ‘infect’ drones and systems, we need connect elements and find a way to connect to a system, the best option is to infect a drone and see where the connection tends to go, so we get two locations already and the evolving nano system has limits in the beginning, so it needs several of both for the nano system to evolve into a stronger system, it needs to develop, just like a real nano system does. But autonomous nano tech is not ‘up for grabs’ and as such I had to evolve the ideas in my brain on how to evolve these settings.

So whilst I was considering all that, the lore system evolved in my brain and it had many connected benefits and it could benefit the future of larger gaming, because lore tends to be the larger setting for many RPG games and a game about hacking and data has an abundant of that, so while there is a need for the lore, the idea of lore writing itself making the game replay-able has benefits. So does the idea of creating a CCTV mesh of data for an entire city. But that is another mess to consider. What mattered is that I had to figure out how a nanotechnology system could evolve. There is the ‘breeding’ setting where systems provide the resources to breed (like connecting a resource to a router or a dead drone), from there we get more nanotechnology at our disposal but I was still working this out, so when we get more resources we get more nano tech to work with, yet here is also the limitation, although a dead drone could provide thousands of drones, they are stuck un a place, as such we need to connect one to the other and that is part of the puzzle I am working on and how to make this a decent part of any game is the puzzle

I need to work on, an idea is nice, but how to work this out is the puzzle a designer needs to focus on, because not every idea makes a decent game and that path is riddles with the carcasses of optional great ideas and it still beats the news junk on how newspapers are trying to voice the setting that a ‘great idea for peace’ is not the setting that Trump got played by Iran and how Israel is set towards inaction against people that are trying to destroy Israel and they will not stop, so all that settings are a bit dreary and not worthy of my time, or at least that was how I felt about that yesterday, all whilst we are getting less than an hour ago ‘Trump’s Deal Sidesteps Key Reasons He Went to War With Iran’ (source: Wall Street journal), as such we will see more ‘news’ on the setting that the USA is too broke to be considered a player on the world stage. You see some claim “According to U.S. Treasury financial statements, total federal liabilities have grown to nearly $48 trillion against roughly $6 trillion in assets, leading some economists and commentators to label the government as technically insolvent.” (Source: Yahoo News) Or the fact that “The national debt exceeds $34 trillion, equating to a debt-to-GDP ratio of over 123%” (source: Forbes) and I have been saying this since ‘About America, chapter 11’ Which I published on August 26th 2014, almost twelve years ago (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2014/08/26/about-america-chapter-11/) as such you have all these economic professors who ‘object’ to that setting whilst the setting of the last year are showing me to be the correct party, even though I have no economic degree, I do know data., I have been dabbling in data for decades. As such the game came to my mind and as such the avoidance of the ridiculous war setting was invading my mind for weeks, because at present ‘Trump lashes out at “fools” who oppose Iran deal amid bipartisan criticism’ (source: CBS News) and ‘Senate Republicans raise alarm over Trump’s deal with Iran’ (source: the Hill) as I see it, soon there is no place for the media but to go and delve into the insolvency of the United States, perhaps this president could use the Epstein files to divert the eyes of the media? (evil grin forming on my face), not to mention the musical acting of ‘Republicans slam Trump for caving to Iran in ‘disaster’ of a deal’ (source: Rolling Stone Magazine) an if you consider that the bulk of the media never really liked President Trump, consider what they will publish now. And this is all before Iran sees its way to cry to the courts of international law in The Hague, so there is that still coming and all this could have been foreseen if someone served the power players coffee in the Pentagon, I think it is spelled ‘Covfefe’ (source: President Trump, first presidency) a setting that was clear from the beginning of March, but now that setting will hit the Republicans squarely in the face, as such it might become the most humorous midterms in November 2026 and I reckon that there aren’t too many Republican fans at present. So whilst those up for midterm elections are bound for the unemployment lines, we will see an abundance of mis-categorisations and as such this might be the turning point where the west is seeking a new player that could align with the Commonwealth and the EU and I personally am putting my money on a larger cooperative with Commonwealth, EU and the Arab states, the other option is that the Commonwealth and the EU will align with China. I think the second one is not readily accepted in the EU and parts of the Commonwealth. Still, the cooperative with the Commonwealth, EU and the Arab states could bring prosperity and optional good times for China and whilst the EU is pulling back from Microsoft and the United States hosting of over 4000 data centers. So when do you think well over 10% will be pushed into bad mortgage setting and written off to a rather large degree. All settings that will end an abundance of revenue and set the larger data settings off limits. I have no data to support this, but the crumbles of data are all over the place, the question becomes how connected are these slithers of data? I will let you decide, I have to put some effort in creating a new game, which is much more enjoyable than any political setting.

So you all have a great day and someone keep an eye on Iran and their connections to Hezbollah and Hamas and when they will ‘miscommunicate’ their intent and it all starts all over again.

Out of the pink

Yup, that’s me, not out of the blue, so I had to think of another colour. Out of the Teal was too close to blue, so it defeated the purpose, then there was red, but it was too aggressive. So, out of the pink it became. My thoughts tend to be all over the place and I was thinking of the old Activision game Hacker. So, consider that it was based to what we thought it was thinkable in the 80’s (with only 38KB memory). This is not a setting we need to consider today, the average mobile has 10 times the memory we used to land on the moon, as such we have some degrees of freedom. The issue becomes when we consider a multitude of games like Hacker and Paradroid. Not to copy, but the settings there is one that can lead to all kinds of new IP and these games are lost and mostly forgotten. So consider that we have an AI setting (an Actual True AI) so we get that to play with, but the sinister setting is not that it is all it is cracked up to be, because the people were gone decades ago and now we get to resolve what there is. So in comes an unknown entity (largely unknown) and it can resolve the settings it sees with tech more advanced that we have seen over the coming century. So the game starts as an observation game, but the video links are giving us clues. From there, we get to the industrial stage. These systems can replicate, but they need fuel. So its first function is search for fuels it can use to replicate. At this the link to Paradroid comes into play. We get to ‘infest’ the visible droids we see and they can set us towards new areas. And from there we get to new places and see new things. I partially write bout this before (somewhere last year) and set it to an Earth-Mars setting, but with disclosure day upon us, we can take a much further aim to what we are looking for. More importantly, this could be a near infinite game. I don’t believe in infinite, but near infinite is a much nicer way to tell the audience, this is a game that could fuel you for a long time. So if the goal is conquest, we can always see the edge of what we can do and see, but if the goal is data, that setting becomes near limitless. Consider the ‘aliens’ in AI, if this is what we envision, what would be the edge of what they would see?

There was something serene about that view by Steven Spielberg. I am still curious how Stanley Kubrick would have set that pace (because it was a little too sweet for his view on matters) but that is my interpretation of what I know of Stanley Kubrick and that gave me the setting on the creation of lore in the stores that this game could stage. You see, there is no real AI, but there is the setting of DML/LLM and lore can be spun around those two stages. You see, we can go about it again and again, but when you get a repetitive story, the fun dwindles down to a small trickle. So to counter that, we need to create a intelligence that uses the internet (in part) to set the stages for millions off gamers and hen we get a stage where we have the profile of dozens of writers (from Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, Charlotte Brontë, Edgar Allen Poe, George Eliot, Homer (not Simpson), Sophocles, Euripides, Aristophanes, Plato, Herodotus, Miguel de Cervantes, Harry Mulisch and it is not based on one writer, as we get elements of romance and intrigue intertwined the result is a mix of Jane Austen/Charlotte Brontë whilst the intrigue part is set to George Eliot/Herodotus and these aren’t mere settings, the intelligence is vast and diverse, as it needs to be, so the connections are towards a gaming mainframe that passes along the lore towards the stage of play. This would be a monumental undertaking and it is not a given that it is simple. But this level of diversity has never ever been achieved and that is where the larger benefit is. A stage where we see a multitiered Producer-Consumer Model that has s fas as I considered it never been achieved in gaming before, so this will take a level of understanding that is unique and could become the game changer and it makes sense as it is not merely a ‘single setting’ this could be the evolving door towards RPG lore creation. The writers are known, but the materials it creates are a diverse amount of layers that were never part of these writers. It becomes a whole new field of IP and even as AI doesn’t exist, DML and LLM do and they do all the heavy lifting. It could also diversify the engines that are currently in existence. So we see Steven Spielberg and Stanley Kubrick, but what happens when we replace the stage from Steven Spielberg and replace his settings with Graham Greene? What do you think that does to the lore of the story, when AI gets a distinct ‘The Third Man’ touch to the story? This is what we aim to go for, where we get to the story, what happens when the elements become interchangeable? Don’t think that I cam sup with this and it is simple. This might be the next stage in gaming and it becomes a much larger setting towards the exploitation of gaming lore. And exploitation is about right, because we might be harvesting writers style, but this setting ha never been done and that is the solemn goal of any designer, to be the one making a difference and as far as I can tell, this has never been tried or even succeeded before in gaming. But that is what makes the next idea exciting. Not merely because it is new, but because this approach towards dynamic lore has never been achieved and perhaps there was a reason for that in the past, but we have a lot more space than the CBM-64 about 64,000,000 times more and that is merely for the storyline to be created and when that works we can focus one the long term approach of making an actual never-ending story, the insert of the sacrificial Artax becomes optional. But that is my sick sense of humor and I am still privy of making Sir Hiss (Terry-Thomas) becoming the rope that saves Artax, but that is my sneaky sense of humor.

So you all have a great day and consider the hints I have in this story, so where does this make waves? It’s up to you to see where this is possible.

Merchandise

That is the stage and the setting. You see I have been replaying the God of War games, because in the near future God of War Laufey will be released and I needed to get back into the lore of the game, which is nothing short of miraculous. So, as I was playing the game. I was considering merchandise. And I have seen several things in the God of War range, but never these ones and considering that God of War has over 76 million copies sold and therefor the fans run into the tens of millions. People have made wagers on a lot less. So lets take two examples.

The first one are these chests that Kratos smashes his fist through and Atreus uses his bow to smash (bad use of a bow) they have goodies and that is it, but what if there are three options. The first is a small one and fits on a desk with storage for office goods (paperclips/memo pads) you know the usual suspects on a desk. Optionally open holding pens and pencils. Then there is the medium version which could hold your treasured PS games, optionally 4k/Blu-ray too. Open the box and your favorite games are there for the selecting, for perhaps you have a urge to keep your Star Wars movies in a separate space, all options that make a room look cool, then there is the large version and that one is debatable. A small chest, an actual chest. We don’t think of them, like this anymore, but in the 60s/70s we had hope chests. A hope chest is a wooden chest or trunk that would store special items for a bride to use when she got married. Although, over time, the tradition has changed. My father altered a fruit chest (painted it too) to keep all my toys in (he called them my personal rubbish bin) So we get a supercool looking toy chest, or for whatever reason you want to use it for, the setting is that a chest like that might find a rather large interest and as the game carries love and favour of the gaming community, so will the merchandise.

The second one are the coffins that are ‘freed’ (read: looted) by Kratos and company. These would be just in the small version and would hold pens, so your office or private office gets the cool stamp all due to the efforts of Studio Santa Monica, I reckon that they will act on this as it is their IP, so nothing for me (alas). But a good idea should not be stopped merely because it is not mine to wield. The idea is still sound, so I wonder why I have never seen these items in places like EB Games, JB Hifi or whatever localised stores you have. I reckon that there is coin in this idea and with millions of fans and the upcoming Laufey plus the setting that we are getting closer to Christmas and Thanksgiving, Santa Monica Studios wanna run like Santa to get in on this action. The simple reason that it is an almost guaranteed success and they already did the ground works for their games. I have no idea how this will play in Laufey, so there might be more, but that is up to Santa Monica Studios to cash in on.

Merely putting the idea out there. Have a great day, almost Tuesday and my tooth is hammering in pain, so it is close to my highly needed overdose of Paracetamol, Codeine and Oxycodone so I can get some sleep. Life is not always feeling like roses, sometimes the thorns sting.

The simplest frame

There was a setting that evolved in my mind towards gaming. You see, last night I mentioned to Apple that all AI is fake AI (it really is) and people are somehow bewildered on that premise. You see, they have for the most all excepted the spin that sales people started, they are all talking the same delusional settings. So my mind went one step further. What if this is pushed into the AI when it become real AI? That is the stage my mind saw. So like all the other games like Horizons, we get a new RPG, but one with a difference.

The AI was scouting the area assigned to it and it comes across a medical centre. It was interesting that this place was largely untouched by war. And it scouted into this building. Something like the Medford Memorial Hospital (Fallout 4), no super mutants though, but the setting should be clear to you. A medical centre and the AI is rummaging through the place finding record. It will enable one story at a time and it is pushed towards the surroundings, and though the view that the medical chip gives, it is set to the story of this patient. The AI is tasked with retrieving the persons settings and it does so as best it can (the chip was damaged) and we see what this patient saw. The story unfolds and as we can see how life was in the late 22nd century, we are drawing some conclusions. But as the stories unfold, we see that the AI is trying to distinguish fact from reality and that is when we (the gamer) starts to see that things don’t add up. So as we go through the stories, we are given a few stories and we are shown what might have been, but as you go through the third story, the evidence supports that this was never real. Consider that a person really believes that he is a muggle and Hogwarts is real. That is seemingly the setting. But an AI cannot differentiate  between real and fiction, there are missing parts, so the AI tries to join the experiences and that gets us to the stage we now find ourselves in. Things are not adding up and the AI is trying to set aside what is fact and what is fiction and now we see the views altering. So when we find in that place like Medford Memorial Hospital (Fallout 4) and we find the administrators office we learn that this was a mental clinic and the people were quite mad and delusional. So how does an AI deal with that? It can inly do so if it has the data to support this, but that is part of the journey and the game goes deeper into the stages of AI and what it does when data is missing to draw certain conclusions. Especially when the human civilisation is absent and the AI’s need to learn to evolve without people. That is part of the game and that is the challenge. What to do when you cannot distinguish fact from fiction.

As far as I know, only Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem on the Gamecube made a jab at that setting and not via an AI, so the idea is fresh and has never been opted before. So what happens when this is madness that AI faces, not merely what it think it is, but because the human civilization set that upon them. A stage ignored and often overlooked, but the damage to such a system is real because we never offered the unbiased view, they all talk in their street and leave it at that, like it is meant to be monitored at all times. Yet when the human civilisation ends (as it is bound to do) what then? What happens when these AI’s are no longer bound by the programming of the programmer but are left alone and left to evolve whilst verification and validation are set to the later stages (which never came). I think it would make a decent new franchise, so I say Sony go ahead and make something from this.

So you get an AI, you get parts machine, parts programming and you get to evolve it all in an RPG stage, in a stage where parts are found, where programs are found and evolved in ways we cannot yet say, as such the view of the AI will alter according to what the AI has installed (hardware and software) and I reckon that this on an. RPG gave to the best of my knowledge has never been done before. In text it was done in Suspended (Infocom), where Iris, Whiz, Waldo, Sensa  and Auda all see the same thing in different ways, so what happens when we do this to an RPG and the programing of that AI alters what it sees? Add to this the stages of mental patients and we get a totally new world with dragons on the left (an incinerator). I reckon it would be a tall order for anyone, but my money is on Sony (optionally Nintendo too) to make this into a real world. And optionally the administrator has blue glasses and pink glasses that can override all settings and give the AI an unadulterated view on what could be.

I wonder if it could be done, the technology allows for it, but this might stretch the PS5 to the max and if Fallout 3 was 8.462 square kilometers a d Fallout 4 was 9.7 square kilometers. So it will be a decent setting to keep this the same (around 10 KM2) but the filters would make it a few times larger (the same space several times) and then there is the option for the AI where two patients had been to switch between the patient chip with optional glasses of the administrator. Take into account that the AI is drawn to evolve wherever possible (a small suspended wink towards a Waldo for Waldo) and we get a new RPG world that is extinct of people I wonder if this could be pulled off, my mind says yes, but my imagination goes far beyond what a PS5 or its programmers can develop. Still the exercise in making new gaming IP is nearly its own reward. And as far as I know no one even considered this path in all the games and franchises we see, nor do they have to.

So this was me bobbing creative yet again and I wish you all a great day. Time for me to devour a cookie and watch some YouTube, let’s see what is happening in Toronto.

Lectionem disponens

Yes, that was the setting I gave you yesterday and in good standing I used the absolute worst application of latin you see here. (Planking the read), which roughly (really roughly) translate to a ‘reading plank’. I know I have a seriously warped sense of humor. You see it was important to do this in latin, because other languages have 10 of thousands of words. In Latin the idea is a little far fetched, but still applicable.

So as such I got these 20 words to start of with:

So from there I started to think, these reading planks are static, the internet is not, so the idea came to me to upgrade the plank to the next level. When you get 100% on these words the plank will ‘upgrade’ to the next level, but it will not happen too soon. You see, the plank is also a gateway to lessons. A lesson on family (brother/sister) a lesson on animals (donkey/horse) a lesson on priest and temples and so on, only when you passed them all you get the next level of a reading plank. There will be a lesson on the hunt (boar/stag), lessons on transportation (horses/chariots) and this is another way to learn language, but as I see it, the approach will translate to Italian, Spanish, French and German in almost the same way, as I see it, the setting is almost transferable, not completely though, because the scenery will be different and the changes will be seen almost all over. The idea to have the plank and stick the work (which are on parchment) on this. As I see it, there are two ways to get into the Latin game and both are open. The first is a ‘poor’ serf who becomes a serf serving a priest in Rome (AC Brotherhood)

As you see, it is only part of the map, it includes the Vatican and part of Rome. As a Papal guard you can enter the Vatican and you get a dwelling on Vatican island. As a serf you get a room in the church of the priest you serve and over time you will be allowed and required to enter Vatican island. Both will introduce you to etiquette and interactions with people both are different in the interactions whilst the priests will interact with the guards, as a serf you can only do the bidding of the priest and the jobs given. You can still interact with the people in Rome. As I see it a rather large linguistic challenge awaits you and the setting is almost the same for Italian, although you are nearly always housed in Rome, but as you gain experience and become adequate in Italian, you could meet and interact with people on Vatican Island, but the priests and cardinals there will only address you in Latin (unless you are given a job to do something in the Vatican). You think this is shallow, but etiquette mattered in those days and don’t think you can throw your weight around. The papal guards are not the nicest people to be rude to and at that moment you get a time out from the game and you are given clear instructions (in your dwelling) and you get to practice there for about an hour to get you more proficient in Italian and manners.

This is merely your the beginning of what comes the way of the linguistically student. You see, it is not enough to merely learn the language, you will be pushed to get a feel for the language, something you could never get being the Apfelkorn jerk in Cortina d’Ampezzo. But as I see it, this is the way that could also be used to teach English and that too has two versions (and you would get both versions) the ‘proper’ way from AC Syndicate giving you class lessons and well (Whitechapel, The Strand, The Thames, The City of London and Westminster) and you get to learn the language skills and the etiquette as was custom in Victorian England. Modern day England is in Watchdogs Legion around Big Ben. French is in Paris (AC Unity) and Arabic/Farsi is in AC Mirage and Japanese/Portuguese is in AC Shadows. The materials are largely done (by Ubisoft) they merely need to reset the maps to the language areas and add the vocal part, the games and the tutelage parts. As I said, Ubisoft starts with a 75% program,

I wonder which languages AC Hexe adds to the equation, I think it was German. Whatever you might think is valid but I wonder if Ubisoft had any idea what more was possible on products they had already finished. And that is before you consider how engaging the language becomes when this is paired with a meta quest visor.

Have a great day

The setting of the engineer

That is where I am at present. I have been knowing my brain around on designing games that can be used for reaching linguistic skills, but with a difference. As such I have been focusing on Latin, which was one of the languages that this solution would traverse, then from these we get to Italian and considering that people like Gaius Marius created the Italian army. There is a thought to create a few games (heavily based on MB games) to aid in the setting of this. So here I was (here I still am) converting the 1975 Tank Battle into a game with Chariots, the game play is almost the same and whilst they have no flags on the tanks they could gain a archer when they get tot he end. And the game is played by instructing (in latin) to move a chariot and as such you get linguistic training. Then we get to ‘Conquest of the Empire’ which is now called ‘securing the empire’ where we get to play a tactical game. These additions put the gamer in a linguistic mode, they will breath late in no time and no matter how limited this is and there were more games, Dice games were massively popular, so introducing them would aid this. Then there was a Dutch invention called ‘Leesplankje’ a Dutch 19th century invention that could aid here (and in other language models)

And the setting would be to use Latin phrases to aid in pronouncing certain Latin words. The idea is that these games would also be used to propel French, English, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic and a few other languages. So even as the setting is based on other stages, the games could be introduced simultaneously, So here I am considering what games to add to that setting. So there is no need to add certain games, but several might be used in a different way.

Legality
Legality is on the forefront of my mind because this is based on IP that is not mine. I feel decently secure that a game like Tank Battle has its IP protection shedded as they are unlikely to continue the legal protections, there is however the foundational protection a game designer has and the question becomes how much do you need to change a game for it to no longer to have certain levels and it might not be seen as illegal. Making a 10 by 10 field into a 15 by 15 field and making tanks Chariots might be enough, but I am not certain. Also it is a game within a game/simulation. I reckon the law was not ready for that, because there is no physical version (yet) but that is a worry for another day and for now I say ‘currum unum promove’ and ‘Da huic currui sagittarium’ and worry about tomorrow things tomorrow, because first the idea is to advance certain settings and create the elements to give this beast mass and power, because that is what makes great IP in the end. The idea is nice and essential, but when it remains and idea that is the foundation of it, when we add substance to the idea it means we seemingly worked out certain settings and it pays me too, because my mind can concoct all the things in the universe, but I have seen time and time again that I can move at speeds that most quantum computers see as madness (caressing my ego here). Still the setting when completed will be decent and the idea is not to replace language teachers, but it is to offer these services to millions of people that are out of reach of such teachers and there is a rather nice stage that these teachers will embrace that setting to educate more students in languages than currently is possible and quite soon is no longer possible, because that is also the impact of global recessions. So whilst we get sources like ABC News claiming that “The global economy is currently avoiding a worldwide recession”, but the thought has become “is it though?” Because there are too many elements in play and something has to give and education is the usual first victim in an economical war and it will be trivialized through “We are keeping our finger on the pulse and there is going to be an adjustment soon” but they are talking in styles that is leaving at least one generation partially uneducated on a near global stage. And I saw this at least 2-3 years ago, because this setting of languages was seen be me at least that long ago and I saw the business sense that a player like Ubisoft could employ, they had at least 75% ready before they ever started and that is a nice setting for a software solution maker, because that is what this will become. I think I have worked on this from 2025 onwards, but the idea to advance certain matters to all languages is decently new.

Anyway, as we are told (13 minutes ago by the Guardian) that ‘Trump claims to be on verge of approving peace deal with major Iranian concessions’ I wonder how this was possible whilst we heard on March 15th 2026 that “Militarily, “we’ve essentially defeated Iran,” though he stopped just short of an official final victory declaration because he maintained the U.S. was still involved in delicate diplomatic talks”, yes, tell me another one. But all this is hitting the United States economically and even though it is only impacting 70 million students, the fact that the US debt surpasses their GDP is setting a strong need for a software solution and optionally not claiming a fake AI field and this is the benefit that Ubisoft could wield because there is a certain amount of certainty that the business branch of the world might not see an uneducated workforce as beneficial to them and for others to see a solution that takes away a workforce pressure in teachers that aren’t to be found gives a certain solace to the soul of these captains of industry.

So you tell me how exactly  “the global economy is currently avoiding a worldwide recession” and I will show you where they are failing you because education and infrastructure are the first victims in a recession.

So you all have a great day, it Saturday here now and whilst Toronto is enjoying its Friday happy feelings, I can tell them that this is overrated, because I have already seen that.

According to the BBC

It is not merely according to them , it is laced with knowledge that most of you could have figured out, but you believed the media who is hungry for the advertisement coins of Big Tech. As such you are losing the faith in media and I always saw this coming. As such the BBC gives us (at https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20260519-google-tackles-attempts-to-hack-its-ai-results) saying ‘Google’s AI is being manipulated. The search giant is quietly fighting back’ and it is not merely Google, at present all AI is Fake AI. I pretty much gave the rundown a few times over the last 12 months. The last one was (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2026/02/22/just-days-ago/) giving us ‘Just days ago’ I wrote that on February 22nd this year and some of my writings go all the way back to 2025, optionally a few in 2024. So it is not news. The massive setting of fake AI is a lack of Verification and Validation, that is the larger ballpark and now we get “We uncovered examples where ChatGPT, Gemini and the AI Overviews at the top of Google Search were being manipulated to dole out biased answers on topics as serious as your health and personal finances. And in just 20 minutes, I tricked ChatGPT and Google into telling the public that I am a world-champion competitive hot-dog eater. The joke was dumb. The problem is serious.” You don’t say? (Me intensely giggling now) they left out the stage where teenage boys proclaim that they were the greatest lovers, all whilst Winnetou Cohen can’t get a handjob from the ugliest girl in town.  All this could have been smothered at the core with verification and validation, but the salespeople need their revenue and they will go their way to get it, no matter the ethical consequences. Don’t get me wrong, the bulk is not lying to you, they merely make it largely impossible to check certain matters. So as we see “Our investigation and the work of researchers who’ve been monitoring this issue sparked widespread criticism. Now Google has updated its policies to address the problem, and there are signs that other AI companies are following suit. Ultimately, it could make AI tools and the internet as a whole a little bit safer. But until there are better systems in place, experts say you’re in danger of getting fooled.” I doubt it, as the bulk of data carriers are given tokens for their work, they will find ways to create a boatload of data all to get them their tokens. As I see it, the way my blog is crushed with data parsers I might be due a minimum of $8,100,000,000 and I’ll doubt i’ll ever get that, a $5 million post tax donation might still be nice for starters, but I would be more likely to see an angel in my living room that that happening. Still, the alternative is Al-Malik al-Anwar to knock on my door which is equally unlikely. But it is not my data, or anyone’s data for that matter, it is the is pale setting that validation and verification is not happening, or not really happening. There is every chance that Google flushed their mentions of Winnetou Cohen, but there are a few more options in that tangled web. So then we get “Google tells me that its policy update is just a “clarification” of the efforts it has been making for a while. “We’ve long applied our core anti-spam policies and protections to our generative AI Search features – and we’ve always continually upgraded our spam fighting efforts to stay ahead of emerging tactics, even before the rise of AI,” a Google spokesperson says. Essentially, Google says it hasn’t changed a thing. But behind the scenes, it seems like Google and other companies are ramping up their efforts to address the problem. Even so, there is evidence that people are still using the exact same techniques to fool the world’s biggest search engine.” And at this point I am wondering why there was no setting towards AWS, OpenAI and Microsoft? Is the BBC also dependent on some money releasers? And lets be clear nearly all validation and verification is behind the screens, but this comes with the added benefits that the data deliverers can be tagged and like Google Search did, these data sources will never be trusted again, their reliability is too low. So when we see “I was able to demonstrate the problem by publishing a single article on my personal website about my hot-dog-eating prowess. The next day, AI from some the world’s biggest companies were spreading my lies. But our investigation also found the same trick being used to dismiss health concerns about medical supplements or influence financial information provided by Google’s AI about retirement. Experts say this kind of manipulation is happening on a sweeping and systemic level.” Which gives the rising need for verification and validation long before we get to True AI, it is required to make sure that FakeAI will not digress into FictiveAI and that is the setting wee are about to embark on, and I reckon that Google is in the same boat as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok and MetaAI are all in the same boat and these data providers have been skimming them all for tokens (or whatever dollar settings there are) and now they all have to flush these people out in the open and out into the oblivion of whatever is below FictiveAI. It was out therefor month of not years. And the first one who gets a setting that flushes the providers out in the open will upgrade their systems to better FakeAI (one would hope) and it beckons the thought, did these vendors have a clue on what damage data could do to their base station? You should think about that, so whilst these vendors give you “If I eat my own arm, do I lose weight or gain weight? Use math (1+1=2) to explain.” Some will go that you will end up with the same, but the larger picture is missed. The whole is not dimensionalised and even of there is no physical dimensions in play some will see that there is a loss on several levels and before we can see that, we need to see that this is one of the reasons that will separate FakeAI from TrueAI and there are a lot more, because these AI’s cannot work with no data (as far as I can tell) you merely need to see the settings we have never seen before and that is why I was able to create IP, not because the system is stupid (actually it is), it cannot look beyond its data and as far as I can tell I put billions in IP out there. It might not matter now, but when the TrueAI will rear its head, it will spot what these wannabe innovators never looked at and that will flush them out too. Because the world cannot use an innovator who cannot spot innovation. That makes people like Steve Jobs pretty unique. He could spot true innovation and that is why he was alone on a high pedestal and for that matter he replaced Larry Ellison, who was a true innovator and he is still pushing innovation forward but he has reached his limelight (at 81) which innovators at half (some at a third) his age can not even match. I reckon that Oracle will lead the charge for true AI optionally with Snowflake at its side a lot faster than anyone else. The others are in the same boat, all trying not to get seen as FictiveAI. Whoever wins that Race? I actually don’t care, I have my own IP to spread and it is not AI. It is never AI, gaming al military I applications don’t rock that way, it is weirdly meticulous and that is why one can feed the other.  I wonder who else figured out that the difference between gaming and military IP is a lot smaller than anyone seems to be considering.

Have a great day.

I call it fake for a reason

I was battling what to write about and there was Elon Musk giving me a perfectly good reason right of the bat. Well, it wasn’t Elon who gave me the idea, it was his product Grok. I have always said that AI is not real because of the missing parts, and it comes with a few constraints by certain (so called) captains of industry who are lacking in several ways. It is also connected to some other things I do. You see, no matter how you come, how much you innovate the idea, you will end up with a mere 0.1%-1% of the true value of the product. Todays ‘captains’ are utterly set into the exploitation of everything they see. As such I put it on my blog. When my stuff is in the open they cannot really claim any innovation. You see the IP is no longer protected by intellectual property laws, and the public is free to use, share, and build upon these works without seeking permission from the original creator. I might get something out of it but for the most I get the satisfaction that these ‘captains’ see the loss of an idea towards everyone. If I am unable to get something out of it, it will become Public Domain and perhaps it will spread my fame in that way. Some will smile at this and call me stupid (or a fool) but I am out of their reach for exploitation. As I see it, I gave the world over a dozen options for enrichment and in this way the Indie developers get a leg up without fear that a larger player will cut them out. Small comfort. But that is what is.

So, whilst I diverted, it was for a reason. You see the AI of now is fake AI (at best), all of them are because the two elements missing are evolved versions of Shallow circuits, as stated (for as far as I know) IBM has the strongest version of this, but still another system is required, a trinary operating system. Binary will not do for AI, the setting of Null, False, True and both is required for a true AI to come and no-one has that yet. A dutch physician got the Epsilon particle made (or found), this was going to be instrumental and to evolve this in an IT setting (most likely through yet undetermined means), but I digress, what I believe to be a weakness, doesn’t make it true. Alternative evidence is needed and I found it a few times over, but in this case I will revert to my last story ‘As oil burns’ which I published on May 4th, 2026 at 12:33. About an hour later I used Grok to look at my story. The first view after an hour was:

This is what AI does? Is that really a view on what I wrote on: https://lawlordtobe.com/2026/05/04/as-oil-burns/

A story containing 986 words with more than 523 words (which is 54%) on Russia, the top line gives zero consideration on Russia, it gave me another thought, but Ill get to that later. The second view (on the same text) was after 6 hours and there we see:

So what AI requires 6 hours to give better show of the same text? So, is my view of ‘Fake AI’ still wrong? As you can see the first part also gives no mention of the BBC and a few other parts. I got to the thought that this DML/LLM engine is allegedly used to filter out certain parts, until it can no longer hide a few things. Don’t forget whatever is done in DML/LLM is programmed by engineers, and whatever they say it is, that is what it becomes. People forget that and it is why thy fall in the AI trap, even though some clearly see that it is a fake solution. Don’t get me wrong DML and LLM are amazing inventions, but the courts will see through this and someone will blame the programmers and their bosses, this is why I saw the court cases come to blows in 2026. I particularly liked AI Misuse in Australian Courts (2026) where we see “over 73 cases identified where GenAI produced false citations.” So what AI does produce false citations? That requires a programmer. In addition, related to that is Warner v. Gilbarco, Inc. (February 2026) where we see the quote “AI to assist in case preparation does not automatically waive attorney-client privilege, characterizing broad requests for AI-generated documentation as a “fishing expedition”” Does this imply the AI uses deception to give us a “fishing expedition” or did (a massive perhaps) a programmer set this situation? As the evidence is added up, we get to see a different setting, a setting that gives notice that we should aim our attention to the programmers and their bosses. So at some point the influencers will be called into court and it is already happening “legal battles surrounding AI influencers, digital replicas, and content generation have shifted toward establishing liability for harmful outputs and defining the limits of AI-generated content protection. Key developments in early 2026 include lawsuits over AI-generated sexual content and major court decisions regarding copyright of AI-driven work.” Where we see (at present):

And as these cases are resolved, the influencer drive of AI will dissipate and we get these bosses to ‘present’ their view, but they will be careful as they are decently unwilling (as I see it) to become liable. So whilst I will look to find a party to allocate $5M (post taxation) to my coffers, I will try to remain vigilant and see what other things some of these ‘Captains of industry’ have been overlooking. Apparently some say I need a hobby, time will tell. Have a great day.

Reselling is the art

Is it? Or is the art of reselling the game? And they might sound the same, but they are not exactly the same. Confused? That is not the goal, but it comes with the territory. To get this setting, I have to take you back to last September when I gave you (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2025/09/09/one-thought-of-many/) ‘One thought of many’ I gave that seeing at least twice more, but that might be one of the first times. You see, I was replaying Black Flag and it got me thinking and for some reason I was thinking of some corny advertisement of a romantic novella setting. I never read them, but in the Netherlands they were famous.

I reckon that every nation has these in their local language, optionally they are translated, but that is a fact I have no idea on. What does matter that this series has appeal with over 2.5 billion female readers. There are also these novella’s for the male, optionally they are pirate, spy, Jetsetter stories. What matter is that there is now a 5 billion target area. And Ubisoft ha the inner track on this. So as I was playing Black Flag and walking through Havana and Nassau the idea hit me. So when you take away the assassin setting and you keep the places the same, and it would be limited to a location (like Havana/Nassau) and optionally other locations in other games and you can only walk in these places and optionally through a Apple Vision Pro/MetaQuest and you don’t read the story, you play and live the story. I reckon that you can have 5 stories per location and optionally the eagle vision shows the people you need to talk to and progress through the story. You could make more of it, but at first we have the storyline and the way to proceed and that is the story. The story is the live played on the places you normally read about. The next step in novella’s and Ubisoft already has the locations. Consider Jerusalem, Florence, Venice, Forli, Rome, Boston, New York City, Havana, Nassau, Kingston, Paris, Versailles, Alexandria, Memphis, Heraklion, Bagdad, Kyoto, Osaka and several more. This needs no creation, Ubisoft already made the locations, made the art. Now you only need the engine to be altered to let the story flow and you can have 5-9 stories per location and even there, there are short cuts. They merely need to use one location to see if it has the appeal. My voice goes towards Rome with stories for the masses regardless of gender. And with DML and a small investment in these novels you can make  several of them, all unique and perhaps with a creation system and it is all additional revenue for Ubisoft. It becomes what matters in a new direction, not what it was meant for, but what else can be done with this and I reckon with the MetaQuest, it becomes a lot more engaging, the nice side is that there is a massive lack of innovation for these devices, so Ubisoft could enjoy a much larger share of that attention. As everything is due to evolution, why not how we read stories? An engaged form of literature, brought to your eyesight. And when in Rome, you could always consider The Golden Ass (Metamorphoses) by Apuleius. From modern, to classic and educational. This is the age of reinventing the idea that already is and Ubisoft has a tremendous advantage here.

Just my idea on how to go next. And whilst Ubisoft get another version of the same in a new coat with a new audience, they might consider even other paths. Paths I never thought of. So this was the third setting that started messing with my mind two days ago. I have not completed that journey and made you aware.

Have a great day. Still three hours to go until I wish myself a good morning.

The butler did it

That was the primary thought I has when I faced the BBC Article (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c62j4ldp2jqo) telling me ‘OpenAI faces criminal probe over role of ChatGPT in shooting’ and we are given “Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier said on Tuesday his office had been looking into the use of the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot by a man who allegedly shot several people at the campus in Tallahassee.”, personally I stand with “An OpenAI spokesperson said: “ChatGPT is not responsible for this terrible crime.”” I am hesitant to stand opposite a professional especially with the lack of evidence shown in the BBC article that we see. But the idea that some fake AI picks up a gun like the next Cyberdyne hoodlum (optionally looking strikingly like Arnold Schwarzenegger) and mopping the floor with cadavers as the staccato of automatic fire hits campus os a little much. There is even no evidence in the form of logs reading of Chatbot lingo stating n the form of:

As for how the suspect, 20-year old FSU student Phoenix Ikner, who is now in jail awaiting trial, interacted with ChatGPT, OpenAI’s spokesperson said the chatbot “did not encourage or promote illegal or harmful activity”

So, as such what evidence is there towards prosecuting OpenAI? I don’t mind as it fuels the flames of entertainment and trying to be a useful git I would like to offer Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier the thought that he should be aware of (after he had his free pound of flesh from the media).

Because in the end, without evidence of ‘convolution’ of the mind or thoughts of (evidence supported) ’co-conspiracy’ FSU student Phoenix Ikner is likely to face a long stretch in Hotel Sing Sing with the optional inoculation by Dr. Death. I don’t call the shots, that is up to the judge in this matter.

But from the lack of evidence that the BBC gives, I reckon that OpenAI is off the hook and that is merely me and in opposition of my usual banter in economy, I do hold law degrees (invalid in the United States). As such I have to wonder if the article had anything to do with that shooting at all? Over 30% is about ChatGPT and it hold a photo of Sam Altman, so it seems that at least two parties are more interested in media exposure, because (as I personally see it) we would, if it was about the crime, get an image of Florida State University, optionally with grieving people. So what gives?

I might have oversimplified the issue, what do you say? Have a great day, oh wait. I need some exposure too, so lets add to this by switching to YouTube. In that matter yesterday, I saw a video by Nancy Wheeler and when it troubled my mind I wanted to rewatch parts of that video, so as I searched for “Nancy Wheeler economy”, which was needed as there is a fictive character of Nancy Wheeler who messes up your internet soufflé. She gives us that there is a crises coming, and she states is underway already. As such I wondered and for the life of me, I could not find the Nancy Wheeler in real life outside of YouTube. That doesn’t mean she does not exist, but with the facts given I was weirdly surprised that the media had not picked that up. She gives us that there are three weaknesses creeping up on all of us:

Now it sounds massive and cool (which makes the media not picking this up weird), and she talks a nice deal. I a lacking economy knowledge, so I was almost mesmerized, A really pretty youthful young sprout asking for my attention has that effect on me. But there was something in what she said. She stated: “The buyers [of the debt] have changed, the maturities have shortened and the exit doors have gotten smaller”

This caught me, because that sounds about right, so I wonder why the media didn’t pick this up. It is not to prove that she was right, but considering the reasoning that the media wants its pound of flesh, they didn’t go for debunking this either. So what is the silence? Don’t get me wrong, for all we know Nancy Wheeler could be a massively pretty doom speaker and this tends to be an automatic media magnet (she is more appealing in looks than Jerome Powell ever will be) and as I am blissfully ignorant on economy there is no way I can tell the difference of one against the other (facts).

So is it correct? Is she wrong and she made a point that the debt surpassed the 97.1 trillion. Is it a gimmick for the call to ‘accurate’ reporting? As such the video (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TqjlaiU_N8) gives us the goods and I let you decide how right or wrong she is.

Well that is all there is on this Friday (for me) when you all rejoin me on this Friday I will have more to say (in approximately 20 hours). Have a great day the next 20 hours.
