This sounds odd (and correct) as the Houston Business Journal gives us a little less than 18 hour ago ‘Texans face potential electricity price surge as power demand skyrockets’, it is odd as I noticed that term was a setting a mere 2-3 years ago. I gave the setting towards an IP idea I had. It was clear that this setting would be needed in Dubai, London and a few other places. I gave the Texan setting of Austin as a reference. As such I gave the idea that a few people should talk to Elon Musk as he is sitting on a trillion dollar idea and it would be needed all over the world. So, as some ‘now’ see that there is a larger problem, which I illustrated in ‘Is it a public service’ on November 16th 2024 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/11/16/is-it-a-public-service/) where I clearly stated that the energy is mission for a lot of this. We get the setting three months later in Bloomberg and now we get the Houston Business Journal giving us “With new data center developments, population growth and the electrification of oil fields, power demand growth is tightening the electricity market. Here’s what experts predict for the coming years.” As well as “With a rise in data center developments, population growth, and the electrification of oilfields, power demand growth is tightening the electricity market.” The latter part is a little hilarious. A setting that could be construed as the headline for the new comedy capers. What makes it a lot harder is the need Bloomberg gave us (and me months before that) that as I see it, corporate America has to foot that bill as the Data Centre needs will be required to get filled from day one, and as I see it the people of Texas need to pay ZERO. I do like the idea that corporate America will decrease the cost of living for Americans, especially when they are ‘required’ to remain carbon zero and 30 nuclear reactors are not the way to go. And this is given a lot more urgency as Americans are faced with the needs to make more electricity and the timelines to not align, especially in light of the news by Houston Business Journal given less than 24 hours ago. The other setting is that nuclear reactors require time and experience to build. As I see it, the Need for at least 3 GEN3+ reactors require at least 5 years and that is setting the reactors close to Houston and Austin. The third one should be right next to the data centre that Texas is handed. Oh, and these reactors need to be started within the next 3 months. So, when were these plans approved that fast? If not, there is little reason for a data centre when the electricity is apparently missing.

Got there in mere seconds almost a year ago, and I was courteous enough to write about it. So there is that to consider. Funny enough America has the solution employing the solutions by Elon Musk. I advice then to act, before the UAE (and Saudi Arabia) asks for all the batteries that Elon has in stock. That is one idea, there are more ideas and they are out there. Yet the settings are now given by the HBJ and will set Texas on a stampede for solutions I reckon no later than coming Monday.
So when it does come, I would advice some people to walk back the needs of energy requirements and see where that leads them. The funny part is that this was a given BEFORE the Stargate project was on everyones retinas. Even as I gave my setting BEFORE Stargate, the setting becomes on why this wasn’t clearly given as project Stargate was drawn up? As we see the answers, more questions are shown on our eyes and this is the mere start of this. At present there are two operational nuclear power plants: Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant and the South Texas Project. Each plant has two reactors, and together they provide about 10% of the state’s electricity. So when we see this, we might understand the crazy presentation on AI and the setting of available energy. So when I gave my feelings on the three reactors, we see a much larger need, but is that a given? I know that I can be wrong, even if I am proven right months later. Causality does not mean proven effect, that requires a whole different setting of statistics and proof leading to this.
So feel free to doubt me, but there are the stories and there are the newscasts and the data that nuclear reactors require time is pretty much a given. So feel free to doubt it all, I don’t mind. Just consider the setting that the Data centers require energy and who do you want that energy to get? Your fridge and microwave or an AI data center whilst we know that AI isn’t real. Yes. That was the setting I was confronted with. I thought of a new settings called Dynamic [something] System called DSS. I didn’t write it up in the morning, so now my mind moved on and forgot about it. I am writing this down in case my mind recreates what it forgot at this time. It was a new approach to interactions and it came to me whilst I was replaying Skyrim (yet again). It was a fun time and my mind had a new approach to it. So now I am driven to what other news we have Oman (at https://gulfnews.com/business/energy/oman-signs-exploration-mining-deals-worth-500-million-1.500230678) giving us ‘Oman signs exploration, mining deals worth $500 million’, this is nothing new, mining deals happen with some regularity. There are three contracts in play. The first one is the Gulf Mining Materials Company. The other two are for the Novel Muscat International Company. In all this we are given that it might be about copper and chromium deposits. Chromium is important as at present this is found in South Africa, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Albania. As such it could set Oman on the international markets and it would help that country to some extent. And as there is a copper shortage (according to some) finding copper would increase the overall value of Oman.
And in other news, I see that Oman (at https://www.zawya.com/en/economy/gcc/over-28-000-non-compliant-products-seized-in-oman-cpa-lki16yxx) is giving us ‘Over 28,000 non-compliant products seized in Oman: CPA’, now to be honest. I get that any country at times faces the setting that a product does not comply with the setting that its local source gives, in the case of Oman that is the Consumer Protection Authority. They are telling us that they seized 28,129 non-compliant products during the first half of 2025 across various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman as part of the ongoing efforts to combat the circulation of non-compliant goods and limit their spread. Part of me is wondering not just what these products are, but how did these over twenty eight thousand products were allowed into that country in the first place. I go shopping in a supermarket in Sydney and I reckon they don’t even have that many products. So how did this happen? We see some explanation with “The seized products varied and included expired items, goods not conforming to approved standards and specifications, as well as counterfeit products or those carrying misleading information.” As such one product could consist of at least 3 violations at a time. This sets the premise to something more manageable. I still have a hard time believing that setting, although as far as I know I personally have never seen that many violations at any time.
This is the setting that other news gives me today and that is as I was unwilling to follow all the others with the same news and I still haven’t recovered the idea in gaming I had 24 hours ago.

Yes, these people exist, but it is uncommon and actually quite rare, but the setting of Ghislaine Maxwell warrants that thought. It is not a simple setting. Not only was she convicted, she was convicted to 20 years and several women’s life were squandered to what some call the ‘pedo’ organisation of a lifetime (as expressions go). They were not merely destroyed by man, a woman named Ghislaine Maxwell seemingly ‘prepared’ them for the ‘entertainment’ of certain man.
And now 4 years later it starts again as she is vying for reduced sentences, optionally overturning her situation. I’ll grant it is balmy, because every father with daughters is willing to shoot her down, they will hunt her across the globe and as she wants to ‘compel’ them to stay their weapons, she is unlikely to succeed. And this is a circus with three rings. The first ring is the list of Epstein and the wealthy ‘suiters’ of these underaged woman. The second ring has President Trump and whatever political aspirations are coning from this scene. And here we see the first (as I personally see it, the first lie) and we get to thank ABC news for that (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-07-29/trump-has-not-considered-pardoning-epstein-ally-maxwell/105584506) where we see ‘Donald Trump says he has not considered pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell’, you see, the question was asked and in that moment any person would consider the question and as such he would have considered pardoning her. There of course the thought that he would reject that, but that doesn’t matter the question was considered as I personally see it. So as ABC gives us “Maxwell is appealing against her 20-year prison sentence, arguing that a prior plea deal that Jeffrey Epstein took protected her from prosecution.” This is as I see it a null option. For that to be considered Epstein would have had to set that stage, but he (allegedly) committed suicide making the entire stage to go away. It is a personal view and perhaps there was something, but if that is absent of documentation it is null and void. You see, an old setting has been (going all the way back to the Italian army of AD45) “If it isn’t written down, it does not exist” or words (and written down) to that nature. As such this is basically a Marie Celeste in business, in politics and in ethics. Now, I am all for the law and if there is something then show us the documentations, in other settings, such an agreement would have had witnesses, who were they? Where are they? And what was the stage? Because Jeffrey Epstein decided that suicide by hanging was preferable than facing the world and his world is all about presentation and alleged holiness. He took the fast way out, he was sentenced to eighteen months in prison and he was sentenced to (as some sources state) be housed in a private wing of the Palm Beach County Stockade and, according to the sheriff’s office, was, after 3.5 months, allowed to leave the jail on “work release” for up to twelve hours a day, six days a week, but after one month he must have realised what his life was about to become and he took the quick avoidance method.
The third ring is about the list, who was on it, what evidence was there and so on. This ring has its issues and problems. The conspiracy theorists are flaming this in the trend of “Republicans will set the list to democrats, no republicans and President Trump was never on the list” in that setting I have no idea. You see, the setting is that political players all want billionaire people as friends as they can fund campaigns, as such plenty might have ‘known’ Jeffrey Epstein but to what matter remains the question. We all have seen the image of Trump and Epstein. That is however no proof of guilt. Billionaires hang around billionaire, that part makes sense, but that is no evidence that President Trump did anything wrong. I go one step further, as I speculatively see it, no farther of daughters will use a minor girl for sex. The only possible setting is that these men also sexually abuse their own daughters. It is speculation but that is what I think and if there is a decent psychologist that states that this is not the case, I will accept that. As I say it is speculation. I still have a problem imagining that any woman will serve up female minors for sex duty.
So as we see this we get to the Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jul/28/ghislaine-maxwell-supreme-court) who gives us ‘Maxwell, sentenced to 20 years for sex trafficking, says 2007 plea deal negotiated by Epstein should have protected her’ and my issue is also (I already answered this at the beginning) that she ‘waited’ over 2 years to set the stage. Was she hoping the case had gone cold? As we are given “Her legal team, however, submitted a request to the supreme court on Monday, seeking to overturn the lower court’s decision, arguing that a prior plea deal that Epstein took protected Maxwell from prosecution.” The skeptic in me is thinking that they have a juicy paycheck coming their way and whilst Ghislaine Maxwell is paying, they will continue any branch they can get. In the end it becomes a setting of coin and a setting of ego. More coin as it is a paying setting, less ego as it is about overturning a conviction with witnesses and that is a lot to un-stage. So as we are given “The controversial 2007 plea agreement between Epstein and the justice department said that if Epstein followed the terms of the plea agreement, the US government would not charge “any potential co-conspirators of Epstein”, including “but not limited to” four co-conspirators. Maxwell is not one of the four co-conspirators named in the agreement, but her attorneys say she did not need to be named to receive the protection from that deal.” I have an issue with that (with my limited law knowledge). As such shouldn’t the four coconspirators be named? Who are these four? As I see it, an exact number requires identities? No, here the attorney of Ghislaine Maxwell is correct, it is seen in “any potential co-conspirators of Epstein”. The issue is, how was this ‘overlooked’? The referred document is seen (at https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6184602-Jeffrey-Epstein-non-prosecution-agreement/) and on page 2 and 3 gives us the setting. We are given:
THEREFORE, on the authority of R, Alexander Acosta, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, prosecution in this District for these offenses shall be deferred in favor of prosecution by the State of Florida, provided that Epstein abides by the following conditions and the requirements of this Agreement set forth below.
If the United States Attorney should determine, based on reliable evidence, that, during the period of the Agreement, Epstein willfully violated any of the conditions of this Agreement, then the United States Attorney may, within ninety (90) days following the expiration of the term of home confinement discussed below, provide Epstein with timely notice specifying the condition(s) of the Agreement that he has violated, and shall initiate its prosecution on any offense within sixty (60) days’ of giving notice of the violation. Any notice provided to Epstein pursuant to this paragraph shall be provided within 60 days of the United States learning of facts which may provide a basis for a determination of a breach of the Agreement. After timely fulfilling all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, no prosecution for the offenses set out on pages 1 and 2 of this Agreement, nor any other offenses that have been the subject of the joint investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney’s Office, nor any offenses that arose from the Federal Grand Jury investigation will be instituted in this District, and the charges against Epstein if any, will be dismissed.
This is what we are given as Exhibit 62. What I believe the case is that as given “Epstein willfully violated any of the conditions of this Agreement” making the setting null and void. As such all coconspirators could be prosecuted and that is as I see it the setting. So when we see
Epstein shall be sentenced to consecutive terms of twelve (12) months and six (6) months in county jail for all charges, without any opportunity for withholding adjudication or sentencing, and without probation or community control in lieu of imprisonment; and Epstein shall be sentenced to a term of twelve (12) months of community conool consecutive to his two terms in county jail as described in Term supra.
But he never did the second term, he never made it past the first term as such the setting becomes a nulled one and he basically hung all ‘his friends’ out to dry, wasn’t that great of him? As I have legal training (a decade ago), this is what I see. Perhaps there are American ‘rules’ that state that the agreement is till valid, but that agreement would be hung (I couldn’t resist that) on the setting that he completed his sentence and he did not.
I reckon that this was seen 5 minutes after this was agreed upon and it is my personal view that lawyers will cash in on any option they can and as Ghislaine Maxwell cannot spend her money in prison and most likely will not survive her time in prison (she is 63 after all) there might be an alternative setting for the lawyers in question (a presumption, as there is every chance that they were instructed by their client Ghislaine Maxwell to pursue any option they can) and they are doing their job as instructed.
As such I think this goes nowhere and perhaps there will be leniency if she hands over the list, but that is might be a big if, and that should strike fear in the hearts (and loins) of anyone making that list. As such I reckon that a certain Silk Road marker place will have more than one items for the execution of Ghislaine Maxwell with the reward at ₿1000 (or $119,000,000) that is the setting she is invoking, even if she gives false names, her days are numbered. These people don’t like taking chances and she is likely happy to go that road for one free day, one last meal and one drink. This is mere speculation but that is how I see it and as I stated it, every father of daughters likely wants her dead, they are all about keeping their daughters safe. It might not sound reasonable, but fathers tend to be not so solid and sturdy when their little girls are in danger.
This morning I was given an article by Amway media (at https://amwaj.media/en/article/why-china-cannot-sway-saudi-arabia-to-shift-away-from-us-weapons). It took me a second to let it sink in, but as it did, it took me back to May 27, 2023 when I wrote ‘Ding Ding, the premise is set’ where I gave my view on the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group and the dangers to America as it would be able to get the Government of Saudi Arabia as a new customer. The story (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/05/27/ding-ding-the-premise-is-set/) was not the first one that I had set and here (two years later) we get the setting “if Chinese weapons are more or less on par with their western equivalent, why does Riyadh still spend billions on American weapons?” Was that really the case? I believe it was that Saudi Arabia wanted to play nice so that they could get the F-35 stealth fighter, it is beyond me that America took that card out of the deck and as I stated that the Chengdu version could be ready to get China as a customer for it would have been a massive hit for America, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon. It would have been a massive coup for China and the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group. So as I read “When Pakistan’s Chinese-made J-10 fighters reportedly downed India’s advanced French-made Rafales during dogfights in May—including one confirmed by US officials—it marked a turning point: Chinese weapons had proven themselves against western counterparts in real-life combat” I actually read a simpler setting. Are the sales teams of the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group (and optionally Governmental China sales teams not hacking it?
I am not a pilot (not even an aviator) as such I lack the knowledge to set the premise. But I would have given the setting of training one squadron of Saudi pilots in China on the grounds of Chengdu a very first priority. Getting pilots in the mindset of China would have been a first. Was that done? As such the quote ““One of the reasons why Saudi Arabia prefers western weapons over its Chinese equivalent is because Chinese weapons have not seen combat in recent years,” a researcher specializing in Middle East affairs at China’s Northwest University told Amwaj.media. “This may change now that the Chinese-made J-10 fighter jet has drawn its first blood”” I understand the premise, but I do not agree with it. As I see it, Russia and China are on decent par with America, They are always inching towards or ahead with each other. Don’t get me wrong, America has a great record, yet as I see it America has lately bungled a few fields. The first bungle is the USS Zumwalt, the ugliest ship in American navy (as I personally see it) and then there is issue with key technologies, like specialized 155mm rounds, that are massively expensive. As such the Zumwalt class (that are set to just three vessels) for the grocery price of $8,000,000,000 per vessel. Making the destroyer decently more expensive than the USS Blue Ridge and a lot less operational, especially as ammunition of the Zumwalt is too expensive to afford (according to US Congress) that is a mere beginning. In 2021, I quoted (from ABC) “He said the combat jet currently had almost 900 design flaws, with seven considered critical.” This is in regards to the F35, as such China had options to get its foot in the front door (a bad manner sales technology) but at that point China gets the option to offer a solution to the Saudi government. It just occurred that this might be a reason. What if America isn’t keeping Saudi Arabia from the F35 for exclusivity, but to hide the fact that whatever Saudi Arabia gets will expose the flaws of the F35 to a much larger audience? I don’t know, I am merely postulating the thought of the reason why you want to keep an ally like Saudi Arabia away from a priced exclusive dinky toy (sorry, I just had to go there).
The next setting is a decent one, Amwaj gives us “Yet, despite China offering cost-effective and no-strings attached alternatives, Saudi Arabia continues purchasing the majority of its weapons from the US. During President Donald Trump’s visit to the Kingdom in May, the two sides signed a historic 142B USD arms deal, the largest of its kind. This dynamic reveals the deeper truth in Saudi strategic thinking: purchasing weapons are more than commercial transactions, they are investments in a strategic partnership.” That could be the case, yet the way America treated Canada gives rise to the ‘strategic partnerships’ and that is on me, I could very well be seeing this wrong. But the flaws into America’s settings in design, in execution and in realism gives rise that Saudi Arabia needs to diversify beyond America. We are given “Eurofighter Typhoon, Rafale, and Gripen. While the Eurofighter Typhoon incorporates some low-observable features, it is not considered a true stealth aircraft like the F-35.” As such, as the Rafale was ‘defeated’, China becomes the one diversifying direction and most likely the better choice over the Sukhoi Su-57 (after all, NATO calls it a Felon). And there is a geopolitical setting against adopting the Russian variant, as such Chengdu wins. That is if America keeps on playing the F35 as a Trump card.
I reckon that adapting Saudi pilots to the Chengdu solution is a first setting and if Saudi Arabia gets an $80B discount on overall purchases, over 3-4 years and I reckon that it would go a long way to get Saudi Arabia adapt to Chinese airplanes and that would be a massive win (for China), as it would set the stage for Egypt and Indonesia adapt the Chinese versions as well (an optional presumption). A stage where China goes from 1 to 3 customers might be very appealing to China (say: Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group)
And this is the setting that Amwaj media exposed, well I set the premise at least 4 years earlier, but that is fine. Then we get the one true hard setting that Amwaj ‘exposes’. It is “Given Washington’s history of attaching political conditions to arms sales, Riyadh rightly fears that its predominantly American-made arsenal could become leverage to compel compliance. Most recently, this was seen in 2021, when the Joe Biden administration suspended offensive weapons sales in an effort to induce the Kingdom’s exit from Yemen.” The alternative, is that considered and correctly phased? If Saudi Arabia completely changes to Chinese weaponry, is that a hindrance or a opportunity? China will see it as a win, but it is not what China wants, it is what is preferred and what is best for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That is the center stage and that is what matters. What is truly best for Saudi Arabia and that is up to the Saudi government. I have no idea because it requires several academic degrees and data that I have never had access to. Because if one domino topples, so will others. As such what is the Priceline and the cost of doing business. I might know some, but I have no idea on how the dominos are stacked. As such it is a bit of a minefield and whilst I would (as a commonwealthian) applaud the setting where Saudi Arabia adopts the Eurofighter Typhoon, there is a timeline to consider. It is not 5th generation and there is no real timeline for when the Eurofighter Typhoon gets to evolve into a 6th generation stealth fighter. And lets be clear, there are no clear timelines when its real enemy (the presumptuous Iran) becomes a real danger to Saudi Arabia and that is the flaw that is both a setting of hindrance and the optional danger block. These elements matter, but as I see it America needs to act, because the longer it delays, the larger the danger becomes that Saudi Arabia is forced to choice another direction and whatever direction Saudi Arabia selects would become a splinter in the board of toppling the America economy that America cannot undo, that much is clear and in this day and age, as America is alienating its allies, it needs to secure the settings it has.

That is a question that is more often than not a valid one. We went to exit any setting, but there is the ego to consider, America has skin in the game (as the expression goes). As the Guardian gives us (at https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2025/jul/08/saudi-arabia-capital-punishment-executions-foreigners-drug-offences-crime-600-people-amnesty-international) last week, last Tuesday to be more exact, we are given ‘Saudi Arabia executing ‘horrifying’ number of foreigners for drug crimes’ with the byline “Hundreds put to death for non-violent drug offenses over past decade, with little scrutiny of Saudis, says Amnesty”, yup it is everyones favourite crybaby Amnesty International. I can’t really fault them here. They have a ‘strict’ setting and I get that, but the rest of the world needs to understand that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes a harsh views on any drug offense. So as we are given “Almost 600 people have been executed over the past decade for drug-related offenses, Amnesty International has found, three-quarters of whom were foreign nationals from countries including Pakistan, Syria, Yemen, Nigeria and Egypt.” It is like toddlers in a zoo. If you put your hand in the tiger cage, it will be bitten off. There is no ‘but’ or ‘why’ in this. It is the nature of the beast. Saudi Arabia is totally against drugs and they do not accept any other setting. You see, America might have started ‘the war on drugs’ around 1971 (optionally 1970) and for 50 years where we see that the setting should be seen as “at least $100 billion a year, and far from eliminating use, supply and production, as many as 300 million people now use drugs worldwide, contributing to a global market with a turnover of $330 billion a year” as such America has spend a generic $5,000,000,000,000 dollars on a war that has no exit strategy. Saudi Arabia isn’t falling for that trap and is not concerned for the 600 people who threw away their lives and is happy to end their seemingly pathetic lives. I am decently certain that their lives in Pakistan or Egypt would end in the same way. Although, I am certain that these two countries only give the death penalty on extreme cases (whatever that means), still the death penalty is in the cards there too.
So, whilst every is calling the war on drug in America a lost cause and it is only in the eye of politicians who want to get coin out of this setting that they would ‘see’ an optional solution. I am of the mind that simply putting them all to death might have saved America $100,000,000,000 on an annual basis. That is the setting I personally see.
So whilst we see “With little international scrutiny of what Amnesty describes as “grossly unfair trials” and a “chilling disregard for human life”, the rights organisation warned that the death toll would only increase.” We need to understand that Saudi Arabia sees drug use as a complete ‘no-no’ and they have strict laws in place. When we understand this, we should consider why these people go for drugs, and more important, how is this setting being supported? I think that most people in that ‘industry’ want their slice of a $330 billion cake and it is an annual cake, as such I wonder what is fueling this. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia isn’t wondering this at all. They merely execute the people who go for that dish and I get that. The American war on drugs is a stalemate for negotiations and a setting for delays and optionally some people get some out of this. Saudi Arabia sees them all as equally unworthy and treats them all to a one way ticket to the grim reaper, or towards Malak al-Maut as they call him. I reckon he is the American version of ‘Kill ‘em all, let god sort them out’ I have no real view on this. You see Saudi Arabia has capital punishment and the results are not unlike “Old Sparky,” who had been executing people since 1924 at the Huntsville Penitentiary. So is that any different? There is no setting of violent or non-violent. If you get caught with drugs in Saudi Arabia, they get a one way ticket to wherever they were supposed to go. It sounds harsh, but it is time that people realise that intentionally breaking the law in some countries has consequences and drugs have a finite consequence here. So when we see “Dana Ahmed, Amnesty International’s Middle East researcher, said: “We are witnessing a truly horrifying trend, with foreign nationals being put to death at a startling rate for crimes that should never carry the death penalty.” According to who? Is my question. You see “Saudi Arabia has a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs and enforces its laws rigorously” as such I wonder where Dana Ahmed got her law degree. I kinda understand her. I am not in favor of the death penalty, but it is for every government to decide for themselves and as I see it, Saudi Arabia is not interested in wasting $100,000,000,000 a year on this problem. I get that too and I see that they decided to take ‘zero-tolerance’ to the next level and the people who cannot stay away from drugs, need to find a little burrow in America to see they lives through. As I see it Saudi Arabia said ‘not here’ and I get that too, I very well understand that. As such these people should have exited that country (preferably) before they got caught, they had the option between ‘leave now’ or ‘drugs now’ and they chose poorly.
So whilst we see all parties cry their way into your hearts consider that it is well stated and openly documented that Saudi Arabia does not tolerate drugs of any kind, even as we might, we ned to learn that other countries have other values and they might not condone our recreational approach to drugs. That part I see missing here. There was a larger truth, it was there from day one and now we see that some are trying to seek other solutions, but the fact is that the other solution has proven to be a failure for over half a century and now that the funds are dwindling I reckon that America will get a new premise, it will go from ‘America first’ to ‘Healthy Americans first’ a setting we are likely to see before the years end. Especially when fentanyl is not only fueling political settings, America might take drastic steps to downsize that problem. So does that make Saudi Arabia a trendsetter?
Consider that and not merely the ‘bad’ feeling you get from a death penalty, consider what drugs and the drug market is doing to your economy. There are a few sides to this that Amnesty International does not want you to see, consider the impact of trillions on a war that never had anywhere to go. And you can afford this trillion, can’t you?
That happens, we are at times driven to an old song. Something we sang before, or a song we heard others sing and it is a catchy song. That happened to me mere hours ago when Hacked OFF (https://www.hackedoff.org/) gave me ‘20 years after 7/7, victims of terror are still not protected’ (in an email) and as Paul Dadge states “Victims of press abuse feel let down and betrayed, and victims of terror are still not protected from being hacked and intruded on by the press.” I saw this years ago and I had a proper response (the other idea to shoot them in the head was instantly rejected by myself). You see, the media needs money and as the media is becoming ever pressured by peer pressures, they have to keep on adding the pressures. At first I thought that there was no real solution, but I got to thinking (I do that at times) and as I saw the desperate movement to digital dollars and revenue I saw a solution. You see, what is possible that judges can set the media, towards a new profit driven revenue and as such these people lose there tax exempt setting. Those ‘media’ dodo’s relying on 0% VAT now become fully VAT responsible. A month for every transgression. As such they will face a new adversary, not that pussy organisation called IPSO, but the MP of the victim and a group of three judges, one from the district the victim is in and two additional judges. They decide the fate of the transgressor and when found guilty that Media outlet will face the 20% VAT on the revenue they have that month. So these publications, like magazines, and newspapers will face the brunt of the VAT from 0% (I think it is 20% in the UK at present) and there is no hiding behind the people have a right to know. When you transgress on the privacy of people you get to pay the price. There might be a few snags in my way of thinking, but the publications that this is bound to happen we get to see all these media people crying like little bitches, just like they did at the time of judge Sir Brian Henry Leveson.
Even if it doesn’t come to pass, we can TikTok and Youtube the hell out of these media alleged transgressors and if we learned something in this last two years than it is that they are feeble and money hungry, suddenly lose 20% a month at a time and they might consider being a little more ethically acceptable towards the mess they made themselves.
Just my take on the matter and I reckon even if Nathan Sparkes, Hugh Tomlinson KC, Dr Rosa Malley, Emma Jones, George Eustice, Hugh Grant, Jacqui Hames, Mandy Garner, Professor Paul Wragg, Professor Steve Barnett, Terrence Tehranian don’t think it is achievable or practical, they will go into the weekend with a giggle and a big smile. Isn’t that worth reading this article?
It also serves as deterrent as the masses of the world are looking for larger solutions to keep the media in an ethical place. Just my 0.0284 cents on the matter (2 cents adjusted for inflation).
This is the setting that Forbes (at https://www.forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2025/07/05/how-can-we-trust-anything-xbox-says-now/) gave me. You see Microsoft (always happy to get slapped around) gets the crooked eye from Forbes. The article ‘How Can We Trust Anything Xbox Says Now?’ late last night (might have been early this morning) and whilst I am always in the mood to slap Microsoft around, I do have an issue with fairness. As far as I feel it, I have decently slapped them silly on more than one occasion. Yet I have a few issues with this article. They aren’t lying, merely focussing on the wrong side of the dice. The dice states ‘six’, but we could assume the setting that ‘one’ fell, because that is what is below ‘six’ I a not telling you that six is the wrong number. But we tend to see the side of the dice that is up. Yet in early life I learned that randomization is an exact science (I couldn’t resist saying this), you see, the internet is full of dice games. And that is where the problem lies. You see a dice, you think a dice, but in automation, there are no dice. It is a random generator (overly simplified stated STATE(RANDOM(1,6)) and that is what you think happens, but if the result depends on settings and we get STATE(RANDOM(WhatWeSayLow, WhatMightBeHigh)) the numbers get fixed and that is what happens in gaming. This is not a gaming setting as Forbes gives us “After the launch of Hi-Fi Rush, Aaron Greenberg, VP of Xbox Games marketing, said: “Hi‑Fi RUSH was a breakout hit for us and our players in all key measurements and expectations. We couldn’t be happier with what the team at Tango Gameworks delivered with this surprise release.” The studio, Tango Gameworks, was shut down a year later, and was only saved by a third-party purchase.” You see, there are a few issues with this. The first is that it comes from marketing, a member drenched in wishful thinking (by order of his superior) and ‘advocates’ that setting. Then there is the setting of what happened in that year? Was the market wrong (undecided is a better term) and that gives us two settings that is merely the start. The setting had a future, because a third party scooped in. Then we get “During its FTC trial, Microsoft presented a diagram attempting to prove that it would keep Call of Duty multi-platform, a key point of doubt. The idea was that existing huge franchises like that would stay multi-platform. Some current IPs that Microsoft has bought would be released on other platforms on a case-by-case basis. Then there would be a classification of games, original IPs like Starfield and Avowed, that would stay exclusive to Xbox. While that’s true for those two games so far, this concept has now joined a statement from Phil Spencer: “I do not see sort of red lines in our portfolio that say ‘thou must not.’”” This setting is a little different. We should see a larger setting. Like, Microsoft never expected that its system would become the joke it has become. I merely raise the setting of 3 Sony’s (or 5 Nintendo Switch) to every Xbox series X, and it is about to get worse for Microsoft (Amazon and Tencent will be joining us soon and in bigger numbers). The market didn’t set the premise that some set their sights on. And the spin isn’t what it used to be. It seems to be the setting of the boy who cried console a little too often. And as I see it, the massive mistakes made aren’t small ones. Only last week were we given “Fable 4 will be released in 2026. An Xbox Game Studios update confirmed the game needed “more time,” pushing it back from its original 2025 launch window.” As such this game is now up to 18 months away. And the world is changing and Microsoft needs every penny it can get. You do remember that they bought $100 billion in IP and the return on investment doesn’t seem to be coming (at present). Now consider the setting that EA, Ubisoft and Bethesda all have shifted timelines and the larger IP deliverers now need a year more and that has got to hurt the Microsoft stage. It doesn’t matter what Game pass does. When the games aren’t coming you get the setting of a courtesan that forgot that it was the maids night out and all her laundry is still out to dry. That might seem like weekend lost, but Microsoft is looking to a lull of 52 weekends in a row. In the meantime Nintendo and Sony are making headway in games and the Microsoft gamers are feeling the pinch. A thought for Microsoft is to offer its population the series Halo and Fallout as free downloads, which might lessen the pressure (a simple but not essentially effective deal) as I see it, these two could lessen the pressure by an expected 16%-20% (up to two months) and it could be spread to one episode a week 8 for fallout and 17 for HALO, it wasn’t difficult, but it is a first thought. It might result in additional sales. Perhaps someone already mentioned it to Phileas Foggy Spencer, he can adjust even more red lines.
So whilst Forbes is telling us no porkies, the article is missing a few items like time lines and as such the marketing impact. As Status Quo gave us in 1988 burning bridges is a state where actions that make it impossible to return to a previous state of a relationship. At least that was what I got out of it and it still largely applies. The consumer is a fickle beast and it adheres what tantalizes it and that is where the media tends to find its digital dollars. Cyberpunk got that slapped on its chest by adhering to the media in stead of telling everyone that the game will be ready when it is ready. Ubisoft got that with the first Watchdogs and the examples are legion (intended pun). What is on Microsoft that they didn’t have a stronger push for more games. Game pass is only good to a certain degree and when EA, Ubisoft and Bethesda lack releases, the console gets to be a pretty boring place. Microsoft is finding that out the harder way. And still the mismanagement issues do not stop (read: fuck ups) as we are also given “Now, in this latest story, reports have emerged that Phil Spencer “couldn’t stop playing” a new MMORPG codenamed Blackbird from ZeniMax’s Elder Scrolls Online team and was incredibly impressed with it. That was in March, and three months later, Blackbird was cancelled this past week.” In this the fuck up is plural. When he can’t stop playing a game it should be ready, as such when it gets cancelled three months later the question becomes “What on earth are you playing?” You see, when it is an MMORPG it needs to have systems in place and when something like that gets cancelled three months later it can’t have been any good (or so I personally think).
And in addition we are given “In the same batch of cancellations, we had Everwild, where after a recent visit to Rare, Spencer said: “It’s nice to see the team with Everwild and the progress that they’re making,” Spencer said. “It has been [a while]. And we’ve been able to give those teams time in what they’re doing, which is good, and still have a portfolio like we have.” That was in February, and Everwild was also cancelled last week.” So what was Spencer doing? As such we have several failures and two cancelations and the other big boys are at least a year delayed. So, I see the setting that these people will optionally see their Xbox gathering dust for a year. Not the reason I buy a console. I have both the PS4 and PS5 and at least one of them is working on a daily basis. Even with the delays I see coming. As I personally see it Microsoft has had a bad decade and when you consider that the bad blood started with the Xbox One gathering momentum over the series S and series X there are a few things going wrong and Spencer would do well to nip this in its tracks (it is too late to nip it in the butt). I cannot see the setting of “whether Spencer is still the best choice to lead this ship”, I would need more reliable data to support that setting and lets face it, it is more than marketing. There is a failure on several levels and as Microsoft is seemingly losing more and more media friends their bad settings will merely continue at present.
So I see that the waves are against Microsoft, but the need to slap them shouldn’t overwhelm warning of ‘needless-slapping’ Microsoft. I don’t think I did that and in this day and age, your console is as much as you can get as the America administration are throwing entertainment in America in a messy situation, that being said, Microsoft is global so as I see it all countries (except Japan) can learn from this. As I see it, Microsoft needs to look at the bridge they burned and consider what can be fixed and what cannot. There is no guarantee that these bridges could be fixed, as their population are consumers, yet when they say “yeah sure okay”, your population is about to go somewhere else and that will be (as I personally see it) the end of Microsoft gaming.
I might not be a Microsoft fan, but Microsoft pushed Sony to create the PS3 and PS4, when Xbox falls away, I will fear for the setting that PS6 could bring and I like the path PS3, PS4, and PS5 gaming got me.
That’s me, I doubt things. That is just the way I am. The setting was thrown into my lap as Eurogamer gave me a view I had an issue with.
The image (and article) gave us that “EA expects Battlefield 6 to have 100 million players – 3x more than the series’ best seller”, this gives me (and others doubt), but the setting gave me pause to think after a while. You see, the biggest contenders for EA are Bethesda and Ubisoft. As such, what does a gamer do when things turn bad? He turns to another game. It is just the thing we do. When the going gets tough, the tough go gaming. So is EA really expecting that many gamers?
The first thought I had was ‘No Way’ now, that is nothing against EA. I am not a Battlefield gamer, I never was and that is OK, others are and they are welcome to it. One source gave me “So the earnings call confirms that BF6 is scheduled for a release before the end of March 2026” and then there was “On February 5, 2019, EA’s CEO Andrew Wilson announced that the game ultimately failed to meet sales expectations, blaming the game’s marketing as well as their focus on developing a single-player campaign instead of a battle royale mode, a genre which had gained recent widespread popularity” The funny part is that I know Andrew, and as such things don’t make sense. You see he is the person that doesn’t go half cocked on 300% of expectations, especially when I see the results of Battlefield V. As such my mind started rehashing all the info it has and two things come to the surface. The first one is that a deal has been struck with Microsoft. A decent idea to get Battlefield on game pass but that alone doesn’t give 300% of people, something else needs to happen. As such the only thing that comes is that either Ubisoft and/or Bethesda won’t deliver on its games. That would get these gamers towards another game immediately. Then there is the combination of both and perhaps Game pass will have a few issues too with other developers. These three would get a massive need for something else on the game pass. I think it is a combination, but I have no data, no evidence of this. The overbearing setting seems to be that Andrew Wilson knows something that is not meant for the media and I get to this stage. It is highly speculative and as far as I know Wilson, he doesn’t push for 3 times the bandwidth on a whimsy. The other thought is that EA is keeping an additional title under the radar and that 300% is meant for two titles. That makes sense too. The reality is that I just don’t know but the setting of 100 million players after the previous never met the initial numbers is just too wild. The chance of EA has a larger additional win is likely, but I cannot state that with any certainty. I just don’t keep EA titles in my front pocket and I still think that they messed Mass Effect 4 up and there is no ME5 until 2027. So what is kept under the radar? ME1-3 remastered? I doubt it, but not impossible.
The reason remains unclear, but there is no way that it is set to a game that missed the mark previously now getting 300% coverage is not the reason, that tidbit is out the door.
So what the reason is remains unknown for now, but setting up servers for 100 million gamers is an expensive exercise and that is waisting money in a dastardly way. So I reckon that Eurogamer will be taking a deeper look at this seems almost a given, and I reckon that this we will see the real reason during summer, perhaps the active gamers will find the reason spilled somewhere in a dedicated blog on that subject down the line.

Yes, we have all experienced it. New moments, they are often a little weird, almost never a bad sign and in my ‘current’ state a nice welcome. It was given to me by Arab News (at https://www.arabnews.com/node/2606650/saudi-arabia) and with the title ‘Mysterious pink glow lights up northwest Saudi skies’ we see a nice alteration after all these messages of collapsing economies with a touch of warfare on the left and right of the news columns. Still, a little doubt is also in my mind, for different reasons mind you.
I have been considering a few new loops in story telling and it had resulted in me seeing weirder dreams (seeing is a stretch as these dreams are followed up by almost immediately faded dreams and me yawning for an hour, like I went without sleep for a week). As such the pink glow was a nice liberation for my mind.
The article gives me “This phenomenon could result from vapors of barium, strontium, and ionized oxygen released at high altitudes to study the upper layers of the atmosphere (the ionosphere).” The puzzlement lies within the setting of Barium, a soft, silvery-white metal, but it’s highly reactive and doesn’t exist freely in nature. Barium is found combined with other elements in various compounds. It is also used in medical imaging, specifically in barium swallow and barium enema procedures. The not freely in nature has me puzzled. I have had medical imaging before as such I was aware of its existence, but the fact that it doesn’t exist freely in nature sets the sphere that it was released over the air of Saudi Arabia has me puzzled. Then there is Strontium, with is found in earth’s crust (not high in the air) and is also produced artificially, including the radioactive isotope Strontium-90. Strontium is used in various applications, including fireworks, specialized glasses, and some medical treatments. As such the second version which gives us “This phenomenon could result from vapors of barium, strontium, and ionized oxygen released at high altitudes to study the upper layers of the atmosphere (the ionosphere).” I get that this might be a possibility, but why do this over the air of Saudi Arabia? The final version gives us “Abu Zahrah said that the spot also may have resulted from debris in the upper atmosphere, such as remnants of a rocket burn or satellite fragments, along with clouds of gases such as helium or hydrogen.” In this Majed Abu Zahrah, head of the Jeddah Astronomical Society, told SPA that a similar occurrence was recorded on May 13. This could be a true setting and the idea forms that there might be a case that starlink satellites might be colliding at this point (my very own speculative version) and that has the benefit of true as at present there are 7,600 mass-produced small satellites in low Earth orbit, as such someones calculations were a little off and these things could be banging each other (not in an intimate way) and these collisions could be why pink sparks are flying. As such there is the thought that Starlink cut corners and these satellites are hitting each other as they might be lacking the maneuverability to ‘avoid’ one another. As such we see the realistic setting that this will happen more often and in that process as more satellites create additional debris, more will collisions would be the result of all that. It is the setting of 1,2,4,8,16 collisions over time. As they are in low orbit it might be a lot more like 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,3,4,4,4,4 collisions who start imitating the American Tali band, going boom, boom, boom, but with a declining starlink operating setting. Perhaps Starlink has that under control as these satellites are easily and not expensively replaced. I con’t know, but that is a version that could be entertained. It merely gives me (in light of the barium and strontium) revelation by Abu Zahrah, what more were these starlink satellites able to do? If there is an imaging prospect, what are these 7600 satellites able to see? And they are all over the planet, as such there is a lack of oversight, perhaps by America, but the others people might not have the right discretionary setting tone able to avoid the gaze, like the son of the neighbour who liked the idea of your oldest daughter or wife seeing the inside of your bathroom and he is getting a completely new education in biology. OK, I reckon that these satellites cannot do that, but the neighbors adolescent son and his creative use of a webcam should not be dismissed this easily. And I get that I have absolutely no idea what is involved with these satellites (I am no astrophysicist) and as such there could be an innocent reason for barium and strontium in any satellite. The idea that 2 events (optionally more) is throwing satellite ‘debris’ in the air (a very speculative thought) does imply that this could result in casualties. You see, at the altitude as little as 340 km, a simple pallet size thing like a screw will hit anyone like a high powered rifle. The human skull is not equipped to deal with such an impact and it merely takes one casualty to create a new fear in people. As such the idea was shaping in my mind. But then I could be wrong and there is an innocent reason for these two elements to be on such an altitude. An FBI agent named Fox Mulder stated that he believes there could be an innocent reason. Something about his sister being abducted by little green man. I remain skeptical on his version of the truth.
But the Arab News article got my creative vibes flowing and for that I gain a little giggle. Just like the idea was given to me on that additional floor in the King Fahad National Library that contains a few very books that will never touch the eyes of people, including the missing pages of the One Thousand and One Nights, which had a few pages removed as they were never supposed to be seen by anyone. I have no idea how many pages were removed and as such I don’t know what is missing, but creativity goes into the dark dimensions no one can ever foresee and as such we were speculatively withheld creativity. And the best stories and lore ate usually the work of a creative mind. And mine has its moments as well. So what is the real reason of the pink glow? I have no idea, but the mind tends to be forever wandering and mine is no different.

It almost sounds like a joke doesn’t it. Three colours were walking down the road claiming that they were the most blood red there was. Almost like the massive amount of idiots that keep on claiming that you have to tax the rich, especially now around the wedding of the most illustrious creator of Amazon. Let me help you remember that he went on Jimmy Kimmel and others whilst correctly claiming that he made little to no money. He didn’t and we all laughed (including me). I knew that there was more to that story, but he played his role perfectly. He adhered to the law and through that he became untouchable. So keep on shouting tax the rich and wear yourself out.
So here we see the intense lie. You see, these are two different matters and not even remotely related. The wealth of Bezos (at present) is said to be 237,000 million. Do you think he will do anything illegal? This caper of 50 million is nothing compared to what he has. It is expected that he will make 23,500 million this year. He doesn’t need to do anything but keep it all legal. He is not attacking anything, or anyone. Trump is not cutting medicare for him in any way. It has always what I said, the issue were the lawmakers and they pathed a way for the Bezos minded people (like Sergei Brin, Andy Jesse and Satya Nadella) they are relying on the laws to be followed like nice black lettered people (their accountants and lawyers) should. The law enabled them and this has been going on since President Clinton. This is the first president to change the color of accounting ink to black. This had not happened since 1970 (President Richard Nixon) and even in this moment the tax laws had to be rewritten, but I would give him a pass as he got the books in the black. No president since has been ale to do this. And for over 15 years I gave the saying that an overhaul was needed, but the lawmakers never thought this through. Even more, those economic media people ignored it too. It is them the people should be targeting. But no one seemingly is listening, because the ‘tax the rich’ claims go on and on and on. The lawmakers have been the issue all along (OK, the financial stakeholders have likely more guilt) and nearly all fell for for that trap, mainly because the media (read: News) isn’t educating people. They all hide watching the entertaining morning shows where the news can be filtered to what gives the most entertainment.
So as we now consider that there are bills that are hurting healthcare not because of Bezos and like minded people. It is because America is broke, some say bankrupt and that starts the entertaining setting that a country cannot be bankrupt, they have too many resources and Canada has even more and as such President Trump wants it as a 51st state. But the drop dead point has now been passed. The ink of the books have turned sanguine red, blood red and it is the blood of American taxpayers that are now bleeding. It is not because of Jeff Bezos, his ship is done (apparently he has one that is massive and called Koru), no the lawmakers are now trying to please the thousands of millionaires that have less than 100,000,000 and they need to fill their pockets as much as they can before the tap is turned off, because they fear that this will not keep them and their children safe. They are now the drivers to get as much wealth as they can, so that they can evade to a none tax haven like Monaco, the Bahamas or the UAE (there are a few more) and these people do not need to rely on non-extradition as they never broke any laws, because the lawmakers made it legal from the very start.
This is why the Democratic noise is laughable and going nowhere. So as we take notice of ‘Jennifer Get In Good Trouble’ and she is raising the right alarm, because there is a massive loss of these rural settings coming to their front door. But the truth of the matter is that this is (as I personally see it) one of the final hurdles that sets the collapse of America, it can no longer continue and only if the laws had been properly adjusted America could have continued for at least a decade longer. Now the cuts start and whilst many see Bezos, Brin and Nadella as the ‘evil’ people, they are not. They adhered to the tax laws in America and in all that time no one considered adjusting the tax laws to become more fair and this is on ALL politicians, not merely the republican because since president Clinton there were two democrats in office. You will need to ask them for an explanation.
The final straws of America are stretched beyond snapping point and that is where everything turns to a brown goo (yes, it is shit). And it could have been largely avoided by properly taxing corporations. Didn’t you consider that when Apple and Microsoft became multi trillion dollar entities? Even with all the failed setting Microsoft went through? It has a market capitalisation of 3.66 trillion, And they had a tax bill of $19.651 billion. So a company now worth 3660 billion merely pays less then 20 billion? That is 0.54% and that setting is not raising questions?
So, why not? And I merely use them as an example because as I see it, they entire FAANG group is equally ‘guilty’ and the lawmakers of America tax laws are blind to that? So be cool, leave Jeff Bezos alone and direct your anger at the IRS who is in charge of that near dead carcass. That is the setting of tax laws and tax loopholes and the law allowed people to use them and the American administrations have had decades to do something about it. It is the bed Americans made for themselves.
So you might want to blame Trump for it all, but the damage is a lot larger and it is seen on both sides of the political isle.
