Repetition of a speculated lie

That is the setting that the Guardian is giving us (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/mar/07/saudi-arabia-ukraine-us-talks-analysis) with the underlying text “a country with ambitions to be a major diplomatic player despite its horrific human rights record, including the kidnap and murder of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018”, so how often does a lie need to be repeated before people might accept it as a truth? 

You see on February 27, 2021 I wrote ‘That was easy!’ (At https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/02/27/that-was-easy/) where I blew the massive disregard for evidence to smithereens, an essay presumably written by UN essay writer Eggy Calamari. The report of a lot of pages and several times I blew their ‘assessment’ apart on simple logic. So, does that make me correct? No, but I firmly believe that a person is innocent until PROVEN guilty and that was not to be seen. Just as an apology is not a valid defense, a ‘highly likely’ from the CIA does not constitute evidence. ‘Highly likely’ is a speculation at best, as such it is not evidence. Moreover no one actually did a forensic analyses on these so called tapes. As such it is a mere document of collected speculations. One source gave me that JK escaped to Tora Tora with a young mistress. I do not believe that, but there are speculations all over the field and now with the Guardian 4 years later I basically had enough. 

The terms “kidnap and murder”and “murder of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi” connects to other articles, so there is that too. The first one connects to a 5 year old article named ‘‘Mockery of justice’ after Saudis convict eight over Khashoggi killing’ and the other is ‘‘He couldn’t see light at the end of the tunnel’: Jamal Khashoggi’s widow on their life and his death’. All speculative views. So in 5 years no one was able to prove anything, as such his Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are innocent. You think I am kidding? No, I am not. Evidence is central here and the media have been using the JK case as a cash cow for digital dollars. 

I think it is high time that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes new steps to silence these innuendo’s. If I had anything to say about this, I would give the media a taste of its own medicine. The Guardian (at al) would be banned from covering sport (and other) news in Saudi Arabia. I reckon that The Times, The Express, The Observer and others (the UK has dozens of newspapers) can cover Sport in Saudi Arabia, the Guardian gets banned until 2035 for all these events. When they are on the outside looking in, they will soon start screaming like little tea grannies on how unfair life is for them. 

I personally also think out is time for Saudi Arabia to take a harder stance on who their allies really are. It is nice that President Trump is coming for a investment donation of 1 trillion, however the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been barred from the F35 for a long time now. So if China could arrange for the J20 to be released to Saudi Arabia, they would be a much more worthy ally. So why doesn’t Saudi Arabia invest that money in China? Their might be larger considerations and I would not be privy to them, but an ally that merely claims to be an ally and whilst Saudi Arabia was under attack from Houthi terrorists, The US channels or assistance remains closed, even though several parties (including Colonel Turki bin Saleh Al-Maliki) who had shown several times that the Houthi terrorists were using Iranian drones to attack civilian Saudi targets (King Abdullah Airport in the southwestern Jizan province). The western media overlooked (I my view intentionally) that side of the story. And there is a lot more. As I personally see it intentionally silencing these matters should be seen as worse, but that is merely my point of view.

Oh, and the fact that I saw in hours these facts over 4 years ago and the ‘media’ never corrected their point of view is another matter entirely. They had no problems with replicating that work of fiction ‘Blood and Oil’ who used art of effective or persuasive writing, especially the exploitation of figures of speech to make a case that never was. That is how I see it (to be certain I bought the book and I shot it to hell within the hour (I only looked at the Khashoggi mentions)

So how is the Guardian sizing up right now?

I reckon that there is a price to pay for these settings and it is time that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is making these people pay for the intentional distortion of truth, but I am not in command of anything in Saudi Arabia, so my view could be ignored. If it wan’t for that pesky setting that China has another option to put America (and the UK) out of business in certain parts of the world. I wonder if Iran could hand America a trillion dollars (and a lot more for several other parts).

A change to pacing

That is what I learned about an hour ago. We all have pacing and we tend to adhere to the pacing within us. In the last few days we see that most are setting the pacing to whatever President Trump says it is. Ukraine is suddenly the dictator and the war is wrong. President Putin is the poor poor puppy who is caught in the middle. This is not a truth. Russia attacked, Russia advertised that it was a small war of mere hours, days at the most. This is not a truth. The Russian-Ukrainian war is well over 1080 days old and it will continue at present. Even as America is too broke to intervene, they set the tempo and now Europe takes over, seeing how broke America actually is they have committed over a billion pounds to reinvigorate the Ukrainian missile defenses. I am assuming here that it is for defense purposes. It seems that UK PM Keir Starmer and President Emmanuel Macron of France are setting the tempo of averting Russian invasion tactics. In this the settings of stages are altering. Soon (I hope) the media will see the upcoming bankruptcy of America in the limelight. The simplest setting we see it that the world will realize that no matter how much spin America shows, how much they are bullying other to think that the rose garden of America is no longer in existence. You see, I saw at least 5 years ago that the current $36,220,000,000,000 in federal debt requires at least $724,400,000,000 in interest payments (based on the 2% rule) and the IRS reported that in the fiscal year 2024, the US federal government collected $4.9 trillion in revenue. That leaves America with only 85%, 15% goes to paying the interest of the debt they have now. And all this whilst the 2025 budget proposes $11.4 billion in discretionary funding and $4 billion in mandatory funding. Can you see the setting? They merely have 85% of 4.9 trillion available whilst they set out a budget that is 271% of what they have. Whenever did that go smoothly? There is no “We have big options coming” or “AI will save America” it is too late for that (apart from AI being an actual reality for well over a decade). The non America nations are catching on and as such I was not surprised that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia took steps like the Saudi Gazette showed me an hour ago. The story (at https://www.saudigazette.com.sa/article/649806) is showing me through ‘Saudi Arabia invites misguided individuals abroad to return home under amnesty offer: State Security chief’.

Here we see “Saudi Arabia has invited misguided individuals abroad, who were exploited by external entities to attack the Kingdom, to return home without facing consequences, as long as they were not involved in grave crimes, according to President of State Security Abdulaziz Al-Howairini.” It makes sense. America has shown itself to be a lot less that an actual ally and when things get hard, nearly everyone will use these dissidents to harm the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and I personally don’t see America pulling punches. If they can get the President of America (President Trump) to do an Oliver Twist asking for up to a trillion, I reckon that many others will try to do the same and Saudi Arabia is still to some degree vulnerable to these dissidents trying attacks to the image of Saudi Arabia. Especially when the media is unwilling to report the actual news, merely partially limelight whatever gives them digital dollars. 

We have seen American options towards Saad bin Khalid Al Jabri (through the CIA) and there are additional setting towards this man, al whilst Al Jabri isn’t even in America, but in Canada. So I believe that this setting is close to essential and whilst we see “President of State Security Abdulaziz Al-Howairini emphasized that the state focuses on rehabilitation rather than punishment and assured that their return would not be publicized” we can see the damage reduction Saudi Arabia will have by these returning dissidents all whilst evading damage through involved extremist parties. So whilst we accept that we are given “The program’s latest episode focused on Saudi Arabia’s counterterrorism efforts, featuring top security officials who shared insights into the country’s progress in combating extremism in recent years.” I personally would like to add that it might not be enough. America has shown its tactics in the Ukrainian folly in the White House last week and I think at will be essential for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to seek actual allies, not wannabe when the going is good allies. I would personally like that the Commonwealth would be the ally of choice (I am a Commonwealthian) but I think that an alliance between China and Saudi Arabia is much more likely. When America goes under, it will be essential to have a strong deviance and Russia is not to be trusted, as such Europe and China are much safer choices. As America could drag Europe under to a much larger setting I believe the choice that remains is China and I don’t like a choice of one, As such I am voicing the need for the Commonwealth to step up. In light of the tariffs it seems that it would hand Canada an option of a new delivery address for the aluminum and steel they have. The UK could use that same setting and Saudi Arabia gets choice to get their goods from both the Commonwealth and China. This is merely a speculation on my side, but the merit for Saudi Arabia is decently clear.

So what will happen?
That remains to be seen, but the damage to Saudi Arabia will be reduced if this dissident plan goes into action. They might not get all the dissidents, but as the numbers of returning Saudi’s increase, the risk of damage its reduced and with that President of State Security Abdulaziz Al-Howairini made a stellar move. To that part of the equation I have little doubt. And I applaud creative thinking towards any solution, so this approach makes me happy. Families are reunited, risks are negated and impacts are lessened.

What does it take?

That is the question, what does it take to get a conviction. In this case I am not even fussed about the guilty or innocent part. Any conviction is a deal closer, that is the setting of the law. What does it take? A case is started when there are settings that give rise to the guilt of a criminal. At that point, the police and investigators go to work to collect evidence to prove their point. The people get called into court and the trial starts. This is pretty much the law in action on a global status. So at what point does ANY prosecutor get years to make its case? 

So here we have the setting for Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate. They were accused of Human trafficking in 2022. That was almost three years ago. And they had been unable to leave Romania where they were arrested on suspicion of human trafficking in 2022. So in the logical mind, there was an accusation. And evidence was collected. Well, human trafficking takes evidence at that point the prosecutor produces the people who were trafficked and that set of a court case. So what took three years? 

On January 10th 2023 I wrote ‘Andrew Tate, the man, the exploited’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/01/10/andrew-tate-the-man-the-exploited/) at that point after reviewing some parts I wrote “The man was already a multi millionaire and he did this in numerous ways. So why would he exploit 6 women? What would be in it for him? I am not saying that this did not happen, I am asking if this might not have happened.” I raised the question as the prosecutors had been unable for months to get any traction on their prosecution. In addition we got (on YouTube of all places) some mogul giving us the ‘light’ that his daughter was a target.

At this point which I got in under a day that this was a witch hunt from some wannabe captains of industry who were after the jackpot that the Tate’s created and they wanted it. And at this point the setting becomes “Was the Romanian prosecution corrupt?” And then there was the misogynistic state. By the way ‘misogenistic’ means “strongly prejudiced against women”, and to be honest. The video’s I saw did not give the stage that he is AGAINST women. Well, they have strong convictions, but about all manner of things, not against women in particular. Look at the evidence, the Tate’s are kickboxers and their nature is to be in your face, up close and personal. Not my preferred way of dealing with people, but that is THEIR nature, basically the nature of all kickboxers. And many (basically all non-kickboxers) are not on that setting. In Andrew Tate and Piers Morgan we see all video’s that are in the open. The interview (at https://youtu.be/VGWGcESPltM?si=2XrGCQ9oBtE8MP5Q) should be watched to get a better view on him. And there I saw confirmations. So what gives? That is at the centre of all the issues. In the prosecution the Tate’s are under the magnifying glass and in 2 years Romanian law could not make a case. And when you look at the interview where Andrew is up to Piers and basically in his face. He was the straight talker, strong in convictions and the Romanians could not make a case? Was there ever a case? 

As set, almost three years ago, when I see the ‘other’ YouTube interview. I am still wholeheartedly convinced that the Tate’s were innocent. And now? I think that that the setting is that other Romanians take over a multi million dollar enterprise. So when will the BBC (et al) investigate that part of the setting? So when did anyone investigate Cosmin Gusa and Daria Gusa? What came of that part?

Still, now they are in America and the first setting we see is that Governor DeSantis gives us (yesterday) that they are not welcome. So why did he do that? We are given that “Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has warned controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan they are “not welcome” in the Sunshine State after they arrived there when Romania lifted travel restrictions for the pending criminal case against them.” So what illegalities did either Tate brother do? Perhaps the governor is shining the limelight on himself to appease women? 

I tend to seat myself on the side of Piers Morgan. I think that the in your face setting that Andrew Tate has is not my way and it is not the way pretty much any non-kickboxer has, but that does not make Andrew Tate guilty. Guilt is established by evidence and the Romanian law had nothing, not after two years and change. Perhaps it is time to set the stage to “The wrongly accused Andrew and Tristan Tate” and as I see it, the stage was created by the Tate’s and it seemingly went the wrong way. A setting of their own partial making. Leave it to the rest to take statements out of context. The media has buckets of examples that the media creates to set the flames to the creation of digital dollars.

That’s merely my point of view and I am happy to see that apparently I was right all along (going back to January 10th 2022. Not a bad result.

The war in Saudi Arabia

Yes, that sounds a little confusing, but that is the work of America. The BBC reported (at https://www.bbc.com/news/live/crr0gngkjrvt) ‘Ukraine not attending US-Russia talks in Saudi Arabia, government source tells BBC’ and that is not all. You see, as reported “Trump’s closest foreign policy advisers, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, are traveling to Saudi Arabia to begin negotiations with their Russian counterparts – without Ukrainian involvement” and that is not all. You see at this point can anyone tell me how any negotiation without the aggrieved party went well? In further news “As our international correspondent Lyse Doucet writes, there’s a realisation in Europe that the old transatlantic partnership between the US and Europe is “broken”.” And to add to that smoldering fire which is picking up: “JD Vance uses his Munich Security Conference speech to scald European democracies, almost entirely ignoring Ukraine – the conference’s key focus” it is a larger setting that might befuddle you, but the larger extent is in the first America is broke. Their infrastructure is at the point of collapse. To make matters worse the 25% tariff on Aluminum and steel will hurt America more then Europe as reported, but is that true? You see as things fall to a zero point of budgets America has no ability to pay for any of that. I admit this is a personal view and all media will tell you that I am wrong, but when these issues hit they will proclaim that it was a much larger problem and they have (from ‘reliable’ anonymous sources) that other factors were much larger. I reckon that the media will translate ‘reliable’ to ‘sources close to to the matter at hand’ we will never get any names, but that is how they will play it.

The other setting that was given was “At the Munich security conference this weekend, where much of the diplomatic action around Ukraine has unfolded, Zelensky called for an “army of Europe”” That might be an issue. As America will shun its duties a lot more and delay matters with questionnaires Europe must act. Europe is the next stop for Russia and America sees that it will take Russia decades to set the tone there, in which the American rich boys (girls too) will have vacated to a nice retirement in a zero tax place. In the meantime the decades of mess that Europe now faces needs to be with a ready army and as America is unlikely to foot that entry, Europe seemingly has very few options. The first option is that they align with China and that is an option as JD Vance stated through the media as “He accused European governments of retreating from their values, and ignoring voter concerns on migration and free speech.” Well if that is the case, a case can be drawn up to create a fraternity with China in the house and America exiting the house. Perhaps America can make a deal with Russia, you see, when Europe and its 743 million consumers fall away, what is America left with? Canada is already shunning American goods whenever possible and when Europe does the same thing? The massive loss of €503 billion worth of goods, €319 billion worth of services as well as 2.3 million jobs in the US. Do you think China will shy away from that much? That will boost their economy in a massive way and that is before you realize that the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group is making leaps into the Middle East and Africa. So what do you think will happen when the first EU nation signs an agreement with the Chengdu military hardware groups?

As I personally see it, America merely needs to lost 20% of all that to collapse. The race instigated by Wall Street is now having dire consequences. And they did not ‘fall victim’, they threw it away in stupidity. Just like the setting the BBC gave us 8 hours ago with ‘US government tries to rehire nuclear staff it fired days ago’ with the notable quote “The US government is trying to rehire nuclear safety employees it had fired on Thursday, after concerns grew that their dismissal could jeopardise national security, US media reported”, which made me giggle as we saw that danger pop up in hundreds of episodes of the Simpsons. So as we see these events unfold, we have one more BBC story to give you. At https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvgl27x74wpo we are given ‘‘Army of Europe’ needed to challenge Russia, says Zelensky’ there is a larger setting to this. You see, we might focus on “He also said Ukraine would “never accept deals made behind our backs without our involvement” after Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin agreed to start peace talks.” But you would be wrong, the issue we see is found at “Trump’s special envoy to Ukraine also said Europe would be consulted but not take part in talks between the US and Russia, if and when they happen.” You see, the talks are to be had between the two bullies of the world and do you actually trust the outcome of that? Zelensky is right, Europe must get ready to counter Russia and that time is not far off as I speculatively see this. In this I have seen reports from Generals all over Europe and France is worried, the UK is worried and others are too, but Western Europe is about to become ground zero to the Russian expansion effort. So when I said that there was war in Saudi Arabia, it is the simple fact that two bullies, one mental and the other broke. That they are there to slice the world with America hoping for a 51st state. Living Europe to Russia. This is my speculation, but it fits with all the data we are exposed to. Europe only option is to either side with BRICS or align with China. I reckon the second is better and that comes with new agreed settings by the EU and as America needs to talkback the stupidity they invoked over the last week there aren’t too many takers for that conversation. 

How wrong am I?
I agree, I could be massively wrong, but that is what the data makes me think and in this case I solely used the BBC data available. But in light of the too speedy announcements out of America, can you show any other path? I reckon that as this unfolds America has a few more problems. I reckon that the UK, Germany and France will not openly welcome China in their Intelligence settings and that makes sense, but the Chinese side will be that America is cut off completely, so now the CIA, NSA and other alphabet groups (not Google) will be cut off as well. That will be likely their first demand in that and Europe will comply, UK likely as well and that sets a new premise. American intelligence will falter in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. That is the second step in the American economy buckling. America has a larger dependency to lose and soon no way to influence the flow of data. 

So feel free to debate and ignore what I say here (which is fair), but ask yourself a simple question. How can anyone deny participation of an aggrieved party? It is a simple enough question. Have a fun day.

You should have read the warning

That is what we are prone to do. Not to read the warnings. It helps if you are the expert on the game, but when you are not. You get to say “You should have listened” or “You should have read the warning”, which in both cases beat the saying “Told you so”, you can grasp that option when you are a recognised authority on the subject, but I am not one of those. I am not an economist or econometric guru and I have no degrees in economy. I have three university degrees, which basically makes me a dirty old man (you get bonus points if you get the reference). Yet I know numbers. I have worked with numbers for basically all my life. And the numbers never added up. Not for over at least a decade. So, what do I do? Let the media give you the numbers when they have filled their measure on hypes, stakeholders who filled their pockets? Or do you start a blog (with multiple options to put to writing thoughts) and create a timeline showing the media has become too corrupt to consider a viable source? I chose the second and in that meantime have published 3350 articles on all kinds of matter, starting in September 2011. 

As such today CBC (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/trudeau-trump-economy-summit-1.7452748) gives us ‘Trump’s threat to annex Canada ‘real’ and motivated by access to critical minerals, Trudeau tells crowd’ this is an interesting side to it all, I made mention of this in a kinda sloppy way in ‘A call to arms’ on January 27th 2025 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2025/01/27/a-call-to-arms/) there I wrote “America has to find ways to raise its economic awareness of go under. And the oil and forests of Canada are not the way.” I merely mentioned oil and forests. I had no real idea Canada had other critical minerals. Yet this sets another dangerous precedence. I have been warning that America is going bankrupt. I was not the only one and some of the other people giving these warnings have much better economic qualifications. Yet I know numbers. And when you consider the US debt being at $145,800,000,000,000 that was January 2025 and in February 2022 they passed the $30,000,000,000,000 for the first time, that means it took three years to grow the debt by $115,000,000,000,000. As the debt is now ‘set’ to 852% of the country’s GDP, which is close to impossible to solve. I saw this setting (not to that degree) come to our front doors almost a decade ago. As such I saw the abyss America was heading to and the media was silent on most of this and the economists who predicted a similar event were trivialized by the media. 

And in this matter there is circumstantial evidence. You see if America needs resources, they have construction firms in the world and they start digging. And here we see the setting. If America is not able to pay for it, what they have left is merely annexation. 

So compare my words and the presented evidence (which is all over the place) to the words of Kevin O’Leary who was seen by others as a traitor to Canada whist we were given “Kevin O’Leary’s support in spurring on Donald Trump’s quest to merge Canada and the U.S. is nothing short of traitorous to his country and indicative of a complete disregard for his homeland’s desires.” It has the added “Canadian multimillionaire and Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary has taken it upon himself to negotiate on his country’s behalf in support of Trump’s twisted vision. O’Leary’s support of a U.S.-annexed Canada seems to be motivated by a strengthened economic union between the two countries — in other words, it will likely mean more money in his pocket, even if it comes at the expense of what everyday Canadians want for themselves including access to universal healthcare.” We get this from the Brock Press (at https://brockpress.com/kevin-oleary-is-a-traitor-to-canada/) on January 9th 2025. I wrote on January 27th “There is no opportunity as that weasel Kevin O’Leary states. America has to find ways to raise its economic awareness of go under.” I admit that comparing these two settings, I was not as eloquent, but I am not a journalist, so I have an excuse here.

There was no opportunity for Canada, there was one for America and Canada would suffer under the debts of America and go under as a result. This is one of the reasons why I wrote ‘A call to arms’ and now that I see the CBC article, I was more correct n a few ways then I expected. You see, I thought America would be clever in this and perhaps with President Trump calling (to some) weird decisions make sense in this setting, but the media never gave us this setting did they? 

So the Woke people are going under at present, for the simple reason that you cannot eat Woke, you can eat Wok but that puts you in Chinese waters. 

As such the tariffs were a prelude to something more and we see the optional reason with CBC. I made mention of the fact there was more, but I had no idea what as I do not have access to that stuff and to be honest I am most of the time more interested in the gaming universe than in real life. I real life I work make money pay the bills and play games (in a delusional world where I am a god, Laura Vandervoort is my goddess and yes I know she is engaged). 

As such we can conclude I am slightly delusional with a healthy amount of admiration for the ‘fairer’ sex (I just hope that didn’t sound too creepy). 

We are all driven and I am not different. I look at the new ideas for gaming, I redesign games as they are (mostly in my mind and a few are in my blog).

So why this?
Well that is partially simple. If I was correct about all this, then it stands to reason that I am mostly correct about some of my other IP (which was revealed in part in my blog too) and the setting of my evolution for the Amazon Luna would also be on target with an additional 50 million consoles on the pre-sale pipeline. The idea of a new setting to advertising which is partially coming to view by Meta, but the part they haven’t considered is what more it could do (in the near future) and that sets a new ramp to over 150,000 malls. And that comes with untapped advertisement money and awareness creation all over the place. As such I feel pretty happy. It is more than “I was right” or “The others were too stupid to see this”. It is a sense of the feeling being the right person and the actual innovator of retail goods in the long run. It is a very satisfying feeling, let me tell you that. So when I saw the CBC article all the bells and whistlers started to make sound. As it is a sort of validation of what I have done for over 14 years.

As such what every Commonwealth person needs to do is to buffer strength to Canada as they will need it. You see, when this all comes to pass and we are nearing that moment It doesn’t matter how many Mexicans try to be smuggled into America, we need to worry about the tens of thousands Americas trying to enter Canada, because if this 51st state garbage continues America is running out of options. And I tried to warn people for that as well. You see, $145,800,000,000,000 implies an interest of at least $4,374,000,000,000 and as they are getting through taxation (as speculated by certain sources) $4,920,000,000,000, which leaves America $600,000,000 for everything else. Infrastructure, pensions, assets purchase (military) and that is the larger setting. Funny thing, I wrote the article ‘The accountability act – 2015’ where I set the notion that tax laws had to be rewritten and I did so on June 19th 2012, almost thirteen years ago. I did so (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2012/06/19/the-accountability-act-2015/) they had that much time to revise what would have delayed the moment that is seemingly about to happen. So I’m feeling just fine. It was not the only warning I had, my blog has plenty of of those too. So wonder what the media kept from you for at least a decade and consider who the stakeholders of the media are. Now consider whether you can trust any media source at present. Don’t worry I haven’t trusted them for years. The ugly truth is that they do not lie to you, they merely present another side of any story that allows digital dollar exploitation and it is a global problem. So when you figure out just how far America is leaning over the abyss of bankruptcy, then consider where you are and how safe your future is, because as I see it, the Commonwealth needs to come united or becomes part of something else. Who that is, is another question, one I feel less certain to voice opinions over.

It’s al about timing

Timing is an odd thing, the ridiculous idea that could be laughed out of the house is ‘suddenly’ accepted when the timing is tweaked. That happens in all walks of life and usually thing comes with a hindrance or an opportunity. It is a balancing of events that enable timing to get away with all things normal or not. In todays world (especially politics) it is a blending of events almost like a chemist mixing volatile matters. It is no longer the 1200’s when a person mixed charcoal, sulfurous ash and gull droppings and with a hail Mary produced gunpowder. So when President Trump announced ‘his’ idea for turning Gaza into a Riviera and set boots on the ground event to move the Palestinians to other places (temporary or not) there was a hushed silence (my giggling was seen as offensive). Yet now mere hours ago Al Jazeera gives us ‘Palestinians reject Trump’s Gaza plan’ with the byline “Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have said they would “never leave, no matter what”, after US President Donald Trump proposed the US would “take over” Gaza and relocate Palestinians from there “permanently”.” And that is not all. The same Al Jazeera also gave us (at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2025/2/5/non-negotiable-saudi-arabia-flatly-rejects-trumps-gaza-takeover-plan) ‘‘Non-negotiable’: Saudi Arabia flatly rejects Trump’s Gaza takeover plan’ with the setting that we are given with “Establishing a Palestinian state ‘is a firm, unwavering position’, Saudi’s Foreign Ministry says, rejecting Trump’s ethnic-cleansing of Palestinians from Gaza.” As well as “Saudi Arabia reacted swiftly and sternly to US President Donald Trump’s pledge to “take over” the Gaza Strip, reiterating no normalisation deal with Israel will occur until Palestinians receive their own independent state.” So all this sweetness, which requires a cherry on top and the Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2025/feb/05/trump-gaza-take-over-reaction-israel-netanyahu-middle-east-latest-live) ‘Trump officials try to walk back president’s Gaza comments – as it happened’ which gives us “Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, said the US president does not want to put any American troops into Gaza. Witkoff was on Capitol Hill on Wednesday to clarify Trump’s comments the day before, during which he did not rule out deploying US troops to the Palestinian territory.

“Witkoff said that the president doesn’t want to put any troops into Gaza, and that he doesn’t want to spend any US money on Gaza,” the Republican senator for Missouri, Josh Hawley, said, according to the Washington Post. But Witkoff did not suggest that Trump had abandoned his proposal that Gaza’s population of 2.2 million Palestinians be displaced from their land, the paper writes. It cited one senator as saying: [Witkoff] painted a scenario of a Gazan family moving back into tents, thinking ‘I’m going to get back into a dwelling in five years,’ and that is just not going to happen. It is a wasteland of rubble.”

Yet the cherry is not found I n what was said, it is seen in what was not said. There is an overbearing amount of “does not want to”, yet what he wants to do isn’t said either. I reckon that Steve Witkoff was handed a piece of garbage with the message to sort it out (what a life he must have) and that is what he was trying to do. In all this what I seem to miss is that President Trump went in to speak his mind (sort of) and didn’t bother to rely on the people around him to test the speech he had in mind. This gives him bad reviews from the people he desperately wants money from (mainly Saudi Arabia) whilst one person stated that it would be “a breach of international law” all whilst others try to hide behind “it was prudent to sometimes “sit back” and not comment on all of Trump’s claims” which is an almost weasel setting as we have been made to believe during decades of presidency that the word of the president goes, which makes timing an interesting factor. This isn’t President Kennedy stating that we will put a man on the moon in a decade, this is someone stating to get rid of the Palestinians in no uncertain way. I would add to that that if it gets rid of Hamas he gets my blessing. But the reality is that When Egypt gets Hamas in their area they get a new dimension of troubles. As long as Hamas is focused on Israel Egypt is fine with them, in Egypt not so much. The same could be said for Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. Perhaps Iran would take them, but I am not holding my breath on that and for Iran it comes with other issues. As I see it no-one wants the Palestinians as they come with added baggage of terror and violence. Did no one figure this out as the Palestinians had nowhere to run to?

As for the setting of “he doesn’t want to spend any US money on Gaza” I come to the question “Why are you getting involved?” He didn’t want to boots on the ground, he doesn’t want to spend money, so what is there? Why get involved in the first place? As I see it the democratic party of President Bartlett would have done a much better job and they are merely actors. So what gives? As for Amnesty International (that now regarded useless bunch) gives us “Donald Trump’s description of Gaza as “demolition site” completely fails to include the Israeli government’s responsibility for causing the devastation to the Palestinian territory, Amnesty International said.” Gives rise to their uselessness as this started with Hamas starting an attack on the NOVA music festival on October 7th 2023, that was the exploding powder keg and Amnesty International better start doing a much better job at giving us facts that giving us “Israeli government’s responsibility for causing the devastation” which is as I see it a new level of political uselessness. 

That is the missing setting. The responsibility of Hamas. As I see it, the only Political player who had anything to say on this was Melanie Joly (Canada) as she gave us “Canada’s longstanding position on Gaza has not changed. We are committed to achieving a two-state solution, where Israelis and Palestinians can live securely within internationally recognised borders. There is no role for Hamas in the governance of Gaza. We support Palestinians’ right to self-determination, including from being forcibly displaced from Gaza” this is the missing piece. No matter what is done about the Palestinians it needs to clearly state that Hamas is no longer welcome in Palestine or the rest of the world. This will start again and again as they either by themself or through ‘requests’ from Iran will hit Israel again and this will start all over again and at present the Israeli’s are united and the next time could end the existence of Palestine or its people and the Palestines better be clearly aware of this. They better realize that they have lot grip on their media friends and political friends, even support will wane after the next Hamas attack. The film shots of the entire Palestinian population ‘walking out’ the hostages whilst showing them all the hate they could. 

With these images (CNN Drone) they are shown the people they are and people are realising that the world without Palestine could be a better place altogether. That is what Hamas ensured and enabled. That part is hugely missing in what I see it the Palestinian setting. The cause was Hamas, not Israel. Israel is merely fed up with the setting and we cannot blame them for that. 

But that isn’t stated in any of this, so whatever people try to walk back is depending on the realization that the plan was flawed from the beginning, not merely the talk from President Trump, but the actively guilty parties in play.

Who to blame?

That is the setting when we get the setting that three girls in Southport are killed. Sir Keir Starmer has vowed to end “shockingly easy” access to knives online. And that  is it? Well we do know that the 18 year old Axel Rudakubana is jailed for 52 years, so ho might smell the fresh air of freedom on his 71st birthday. We are given “Axel Rudakubana, who has admitted murdering three young girls last July, bought a knife from Amazon when he was just 17, despite existing laws which prohibit the sale of most knives to under-18s.” As such some would blame Amazon, but that would be wrong. There is merely one person to blame Axel Rudakubana he and him alone is to blame. The BBC article (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c5y6x45w6ejo) gives us a little more, but nothing substantial. Just another politician looking in the wrong direction.

So as we realize that Amazon was not the problem, we should be weary for something more. You see, below we see a simple online setting

And we see a simple online shop selling knives (among other stuff). So this place Kitchen Warehouse, sells the knives that allows the slicing of a throat, piecing the heart and more rudimentary actions. The setting it that this is a simple $9 utensil knife (in lovely colors). So how useless are the thoughts of Keir Starmer Prime Minister? And the principality of the matter in this case is that he forgot about simple supermarkets. Aldi, Asda, Co-op Food, Lidl, Marks and Spencers, Morrisons, Oseyo, Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose and Partners and a few others. As far as I can tell, they all sell utensil knives. So what will he do then? A useless gesture from the moment he opened his mouth. And as we are given “Amazon has said it takes its “responsibility around the sale of all age-restricted items – including bladed products – extremely seriously” and has launched an investigation.”  I get that this is the response of Amazon, but what evidence is there that Amazon sold him the knife? Because he said so? Optionally his mummy bought it and he ‘lend’ the hardware. And the Telegraph pretty much confirmed my thoughts on this 12 hours ago. And at that point when the parent saw the knife delivered in his/her hands there were no questions? I think that there were a few screw ups and none of them are in the hands of Amazon. 

So let’s just consider option 2

A cool knife, The Matato, a cool looking knife that will immediately make a killer look much cooler. Most likely a lot more expensive, but watch it is 70% off now. So this knife is likely found in kitchen supply stores. So what if the 18 year old bought it under the story that it was a present for his mummy, would he have gotten away with it? Oh, and for the mention. I have seen knives being sold in supermarket and no identity papers were due, or were they? In that case the supermarkets have lists, right?

Is the puzzle coming in view? Keir had a lousy moment and he vented through ‘ending things’, but the only thing he vents is the end of his career. Do you think that the hundreds of online store like this path? A path that is a bad ending to an even worse beginning. 

So good luck Keir, and just to be clear, the setting of this was clear in minutes, I never had to come up with a party to blame. The one to blame is now serving 52 years. And then the setting of Amazon, so what evidence has been upturned? Well, I reckon enough as the court case is done, yet as Keir was giving us the line, there are a few issues and I haven’t seen any documentations. I am not saying they aren’t there. I merely wonder what is. Even with the setting that we can get knives from supermarkets, the line “vowed to end “shockingly easy” access to knives online” comes a little short, especially in sight of what needs to be done.

The dark sparkle

Well, I do not call it that, but some will. As I have stated several times before I am republican minded. Yet in this I am not a Trump fan and he has seemingly never heard of me (and why should he). I would gather that I would proudly hang the sign below on my house (if I were an American)

So, lets talk clear numbers. You see, the media is no help (most of them are chasing digital dollars) and most Americans give us a covered setting that talks into their street (you can’t blame them for that). So here is the ‘unbiased’ view of a foreigner.

The premise
The premise gives us that Donald Trump should not have been elected either time. Hold on, let me give you the details.

It started in 2016 with the term “Grab them by the pussy”, I think it was a rude and crude expression and as such he would fail. You see, 50.3% of the American population is female and that gave him 100% of their setting against him. Add to that at least 25% males being headset against republicans (aka Democrats) and we get a rough 76% voting against him. Did that happen? No, in 2016 he got 46% of the votes represented by 304 electoral votes (270 to win). In 2024 he got 49% represented by 312 electoral votes. So what is the case? Do woman like to get grabbed by the pussy? I don’t think all of them do, but I feel kinda certain some do (no wonder my social life sucks). Numbers do not lie, the insights tend to lie, the setting of information you take from the numbers are flawed. As a republican minded person I felt that Trump was the wrong setting. I also believe that republicans lost John McCain too early. I think he would have been twice the president Donald Trump ever could have been. I would never have chosen Hilary Clinton because of the Benghazi mess she left. It cost the life of the diplomat John Christopher Stevens. We later hear that there were issues with private and public servers (blaming it on IT is not the way to go) and that did it for me, she was not fit for the oval office in my personal view. 

So president Trump was elected. The news is all kinds of flawed and biased and as such I believe none of that. Consider the premise I gave above then add the ‘insurrection’ on January 6, 2021. We see the accusations and in 4 years there has not ever been a clear prosecution of then no longer in office Donald Trump. It was a democratic administration and nothing was successfully done. The proud boys and others are now released (say pardoned). So what gives? As such I don’t think the democratic ticket was the way to go, I still am not fan of President Trump, so if I were an American I might have voted for Cornel West, although I am not sure he would have been on the ballot in Orlando, Florida (I would probably live there if I was in the USA).

In this we get a rather large margin of error (mine). I am still no fan of Trump but there is a press hiatus the size of the Grand Canyon. The press is talking their street and not reporting the news. When the people desperately want to know what is what, the press buckles out and give us the voice of their stake holders, share holders and advertisers. That is the way the chase for the digital dollar goes.

So whilst the anti trump rage goes on social media we need to consider how wrong he is. He might not be my choice, but that doesn’t make him wrong and now as we see the first year in action, we will get to paint the press to a much larger degree, because they can only fool their audience so many times. After that they become redundant. My other issue with President Trump is that the tariff war he is supposedly starting on Canada and I am a Commonwealthian, as such I will side with Canada (and against Pierre Polivicious). Such is the setting that I would side with Mark Carney (as I have no clue on the other players on that side of the isle), I think Justin Trudeau did a fine job and should be regarded as one of the most famous Canadians ever. 

So as you are trying to find what ‘politically’ drives me, it is simple. Do the job good and you’ll have my vote and what you did before counts in my books as such I would vote Marky Mark of the British bank (not sure how he likes his title).

Still the focus is USA and there are issues. The woke agenda is a mess, the political setting against Saudi Arabia is atrocious and it sets their wallets towards spending in China and that is merely the beginning.

And there was more

You see three days ago (merely two days and change) I wrote ‘A story in two parts’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2025/01/17/a-story-in-two-parts/) where I laird bare a few of the ‘shortcomings’ of Microsoft. However there was more. I had initially chosen the title ‘The color is blue’ yet I decided that the premise is not about Azure, there is more to it all. You see Fierce Network gives us ‘Google Cloud could overtake Microsoft’s No. 2 cloud position this year’, which sounds nice. However there are a few issues with that. We will all love ““Google Cloud is already nearly equal to Microsoft Azure in revenues, and has a higher revenue growth rate than Microsoft Azure,” Gold wrote in a research note. “By the end of the next four years of revenue growth, we project Google Cloud’s revenues will be 55% greater than Azure at current growth rates.”” The research note gives the proper “Based on the Average of Past Two Years Revenue Growth Rate

Assuming Same Growth Rate Going Forward” so that is good, but it does not despair from “By the end of the next 4 years of revenue growth, we project Google Cloud’s revenues will be 55% greater than Azure at current growth rates.” Yet this setting does not account that someone at Microsoft ‘suddenly’ takes an innovative step towards (who knows), the second setting is that the technology premise stays where it is. Huawei with their HarmonyOS is another factor, the Chinese factor. In this I predict that they might use Microsoft down the line and might step away from Google (speculative). We have little insight in what places like the UAE does and they have a large investment in their approach to AI and in this Microsoft has the inner track there. So I love the premise, but I have thoughts of consideration on how the future unfolds. There is a chance that AWS will clear house, but there are reservations on that front too. 

Still, Azure has issues. You see the Register (at https://www.theregister.com/2025/01/13/azure_m365_outage/) gives us ‘Azure, Microsoft 365 MFA outage locks out users across regions’ with the added “Microsoft’s multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) was offline for four hours during Monday’s busy start for European subscribers.” I understand that it comes with “It’s fixed, mostly, after Europeans had a manic Monday” now I wonder why we see the use of ‘mostly’ there are perhaps a few gaps in the solution and that happens, but how many of these events will Microsoft cater to until a user like Coca Cola gets a tap on the shoulder to start looking for alternatives? Do you think that a man like James Quincey keeps his sense of humor when his bottom line is under fire? And that is only the beginning.

Still Microsoft has its own ‘defense’ knee jerk operation, we are informed of that by Techi where we see (at https://www.techi.com/microsoft-files-suit-against-hundreds-abuse-azure-openai-services/) with the headline ‘Microsoft Files Suit Against Hundreds for Abuse of Azure OpenAI Services’, so not only is their OpenAI ‘flawed’, it is open to abuse (apparently). We are given “API Key Theft and Hacking-as-a-Service”where we see “As per Microsoft, the defendants systematically and through their deceitful acts stole API keys, the fundamental means of authentication to its AI services. The hacked accounts were allegedly pivotal in creating an act of “hacking-as-a-service” One main ingredient for that operation would be De3u, a software that enabled one to convert images synthesized by OpenAI’s DALL-E without the necessity of writing an actual code.” I kinda covered that on September 8th 2024 in ‘Poised to give critique’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/09/08/poised-to-deliver-critique/). Michael Bargury gave us a small example of how bad things can get.  Here the operational setting is given through “A former security architect demonstrates 15 different ways to break Copilot: “Microsoft is trying, but if we are honest here, we don’t know how to build secure AI applications”” and here is the premise now consider what (under Torts) customers will do, for example Coca Cola. Do you think they go after the so called hacker with not enough money to afford his/her own place or Microsoft with access to several bank vaults? Take the fortune 500 clients with claims of transgressions, do you really think there will be even a penny left in those Microsoft vaults when their legal teams are done with them? It might not be fair on Microsoft, but the setting of the use of the term AI opens up a whole new can of worms.

Then the Business Times (at https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/companies-markets/microsoft-openai-partnership-raises-antitrust-concerns-ftc-says) gives us ‘Microsoft-OpenAI partnership raises antitrust concerns, FTC says’ in this I might actually be a bit on the side of Microsoft. They give us “MICROSOFT’S US$13 billion investment in OpenAI raises concerns that the tech giant could extend its dominance in cloud computing into the nascent artificial intelligence (AI) market, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said in a report released on Friday (Jan 17).” My issue here is that there is a setting we had in the past and in countries they created their version of the FTC. It was a power for good then, but there is now the setting that LLM’s and Deeper Machine Learning has grown to a scope that the FTC cannot really fathom. This IT solution goes beyond what they know or understand and all the tech companies face this. So either they grow their ‘programming with barricades’ side of it all, giving tech companies the flaws that the law imbued in whatever country it is based. And that for global companies will set a larger flawed premise. It is like parties are limited to what others have. As such all criminals will come to us with BB-guns, because that is what the police have. Does that sound realistic? I don’t think so. But this also falls straight into the premise that Fierce Networks gave us. It works out fine for Google, until Google gets barricaded I reckon. So this is a setting that the tech firms are set to whatever the wannabe’s can do, that is a direct strangling of commerce and innovation and it sets whomever develop the trigital computer system and if you think that these systems are fast now? The next level system develops with a trinary operating system running on that hardware will astound the world. As I see it should diminish the IBM Deep Blue to a simple calculator. The difference will be THAT much, so who will innovate that when the FTC strangles innovation?

And finally we get the CIO (at https://www.cio.com/article/3802745/microsoft-commits-to-ai-integration-but-delivers-no-particulars-to-differentiate-from-rivals.html) who gives us ‘Microsoft commits to AI integration, but delivers no particulars to differentiate from rivals’ and as I see it, it was already lagging too much against AWS, and now apparently Google is coming up fast and under these settings we get this headline? And the part that matters is given with “Analysts, however, agreed that the statement reflected no meaningful changes to Microsoft’s AI strategy. The bluntest assessment came from Ryan Brunet, a principal research director at the Info-Tech Research Group: “This is classic Microsoft. It’s very much the same old garbage.”” It reminded my towards an old premise from the late 80’s when the PC was exciting and new ‘Garbage in, Garbage out’ in the age when everyone considered themselves a Market Research executive and these wannabe’s had not even mastered the basic needs of data quality. It was a Gender versus Shoe size and they thought that the solution was add the Lambda test (I think it was Lambda). And I get it, Satya Nadella talks his own street side, the problem is that there are too many unknowns at present and he hopes to get all the others onboard before they have thoroughly selected their options and in light of the selected abuses, that setting is not a given, especially as Google seemingly doesn’t have these flaws (as far as I know neither does IBM or whatever AWS wields). 

A setting that was more and could set a lot of people in the liable column of choices. And some of this has been known for at least a quarter. When you add this with part one, you see why I predicted the downfall of Microsoft three years ago. And as I see it Microsoft walked to dotted line in a near perfect manner, too bad they never read the byline ‘this way to the crevice you will not avoid when getting too close’.

The new optional premise

We have all heard the Anti-Chimetic (might not be a real word) from America. This is the setting we all face, once a Chinese innovative company becomes too big, it gets b banned from America. Yet, now there might be a new premise set. You see the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c3e18qylq5do) gives us ‘US Supreme Court upholds TikTok ban law’ with the added “The US Supreme Court has upheld a law that bans TikTok in the US unless its China-based parent company ByteDance sells the platform by this Sunday” They might hand it to Kevin O’Leary (with a co conspirator), and as Kevin O’Leary is all about making Canada the 51st state he is becoming the enemy of every Commonwealthian. We don’t like that option, yet as I see it there is a second options. 

You see, the idea is that ByteDance creates a new hub in the UAE (optionally in Saudi Arabia) and now America has a problem. What will they do? Stop either of these two players? Good luck with the fallout that this brings. 

If ByteDance creates (for example) a second hub in the UAE, for example Abu Dhabi, and set the pre mine that everyone can post there, the UAE becomes the TikTok hub. The second nice part is that all the advertisement revenue goes there too and now we get a new setting, the international viewers get an international audience and in that the UAE will see a nice windfall too. Optionally we will now see Emaar Properties, Nakheel, Meraas, DAMAC and a few others float to the advertisement top. Optionally it opens the doors for Google to ‘promote’ solutions, but that is how commerce goes. It wasn’t enough for America to fill their pockets, now it turns out they are left with an empty shell. And from there new opportunities will grow and the first nail of the America isolation coffin is set. So whilst American ‘Justice’ is now set against the 170 million users it has in the US. These users might find a new breeding ground for growth. And with the 175 million users it has in Europe, the premise will now be set that America can no longer advertise to over 350 million TikTok users and lose the view of millions of users. I reckon (a speculation) that this loss will be seen all over Google (YouTube) as well. An Anti-Chimetic setting that comes with several hooks and a non-American angle in addition. So how good was this? I set this premise to the content that America had never proven that Huawei was an actual danger and should TikTok seek this solution, it also opens the stage for Huawei to get more and more visibility. There is no fairness in this, America should have given evidence (there was none), merely the fear that is was going to be (and successfully proven at present) that America lost to China in innovation. The setting that was simply set as early as 2010 when SIPO granted 814,825 patents, a year-on-year increase of 40.0%. So this is not new, this has been going on for 15 years. All whist certain ‘captains of industry’ relied on the size of whatever viagra increases instead of revenue. Innovation was a mere spin and now that the die is cast and results are to be shown these people cry like little bitches that the market isn’t going their way. Well the market relies on innovation, something the UAE has proven several quarters over the last 5 years with (allegedly) tremendous growth every quarter. We have seen the numbers and we are shown this with Emirates (with a reported growth of 71%), Emaar Properties Dubai (with a 66% growth) and a few others, but the story should be clear. I actually came up with an idea that could have added even more to that revenue and I grant you that Dubai was a good place to test my IP, before it gets grown into London and Toronto. My IP is never actually localised. It is merely a stepping stone to a more global impact. So as I see it the TikTok ban might open a few more doors for me (pure wishful speculation on my side) and in this where is America?
