Wondering about it

There is a stage that I (personally) applaud. I love sarcasm, because when it boomerangs (bites back) it becomes irony and the world at times needs a little sarcasm with loads of irony. And the world helped my out yesterday in the for of an article (at https://www.cnbc.com/2025/07/18/microsoft-china-digital-escorts-pentagon.html). I had heard some of this before, but I didn’t know the source. As such I kept it at an arms length, because I don’t want my disdain for Microsoft colours my blogs into something else, something optionally ‘mismatching colored as hatred’ blogs. The world has enough of those. The news given here is ‘Microsoft stops relying on Chinese engineers for Pentagon cloud support’, so this is how I like my irony, a government with heavy anti-China tainting, sets its cloud support to the people of that very nation. And as I see it, this must have been happening for close to a year, if not longer. So when we think about it, the people who enacted the federal Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 are the ones requiring the Chinese to do the cloud support of their pentagon (that 5 sided building in Washington DC, erected 1941). A setting where we see the irony dripping of the icing. So what was that anti Huawei feeling that has been going on since 2018?

Oh, the delicious taste of sarcasm in that is almost better than a delicious Tiramisu. Ask such the two key points that are given to us are “Microsoft has changed its practices to keep engineers in China from getting involved in support for U.S. defense clients using the company’s Azure cloud services” and “The announcement came days after ProPublica published an extensive report describing the Defense Department’s dependence on Microsoft software engineers in China” the one settings I find hilarious are ‘Microsoft has changed its practices to keep engineers’ and ‘after ProPublica published an extensive report’. As I see it, if ProPublica had not informed the people, this might still be going on. I wonder if Microsoft informed the Pentagon and the fact that China was actively involved with the cloud support of the Pentagon. And as I see it, buckets of sarcasm and irony are available right here.

So when we get to “The company implemented the changes in an effort to reduce national security and cybersecurity risks stemming from its cloud work with a major customer. The announcement came days after ProPublica published an extensive report describing the Defense Department’s dependence on Microsoft software engineers in China” where we need to recognise the setting that someone wanted to set ‘The company’ instead of ‘Microsoft’, I reckon just in case that quotes were being used. The setting of ‘a major customer’ against ‘Pentagon’ or ‘Department of Defence’ I reckon a setting none of the players are happy about. So whilst the Pentagon was please to get a cheaper deal, I reckon that handing their settings to China was not in the books. I find this hilarious as Oracle was always going to be the better choice (best choice as I personally see it).

So we are also given “In 2019, Microsoft won a $10 billion cloud-related defense contract, but the Pentagon wound up canceling it in 2021 after a legal battle. In 2022, the department gave cloud contracts worth up to $9 billion in total to Amazon, Google, Oracle and Microsoft.” So we are given this, but as I see it, the ‘better’ phrase would be “In 2022, the department gave cloud contracts worth up to $9 billion in total to Amazon, Google, Oracle, Chinese Ministry of State Security and Microsoft” (Is that a little over the top?)

I was never in favor of the entire hatred of Huawei setting, especially as correct evidence was never supplied. So when we see this, I just have to wonder about the entire ‘shortage of resources in. Case setting’ for the corporations Micro and Soft. So is one going soft or is the other becoming tiny? In case you were wondering yes, I am writing this with a bucket of sarcasm on the right and a bucket of irony on the left.

And how did I get there? Well the next quote gives me that handle “ProPublica reported that the work of Microsoft’s Chinese Azure engineers is overseen by “digital escorts” in the U.S., who typically have less technical prowess than the employees they manage overseas. The report detailed how the “digital escort” arrangement might leave the U.S. vulnerable to a cyberattack from China.” This reminded me of an old joke (80’s) where the long serving man was promoted as head of IT because his son had a Commodore 64. I never get tired of reading that joke.

It is the last quote that gave me the giggle. It was ““We remain committed to providing the most secure services possible to the US government, including working with our national security partners to evaluate and adjust our security protocols as needed,” Shaw wrote.” It is worth giggling to as we might accept the quote by Frank Shaw, the Microsoft’s chief communications officer. Yet the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, was before 1900. Cloud computing as we know it now came into ‘fashion’ in the early 2000s. As stated “The concept of the Pentagon’s major cloud computing initiatives began with the Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure (JEDI) cloud contract, with the final request for proposals issued in July 2018 and a subsequent award to Microsoft in October 2019. However, the Pentagon later scrapped the JEDI contract in July 2021 and initiated a new multi-vendor approach, the Joint Warfighter Cloud Capability (JWCC), in December 2022, dividing cloud work among Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle.” As I see it, Microsoft has been supplying information to China as early as 2018. So why is Shaw throwing around terms like ‘Remain Committed’ are thrown around, all whilst this might be seen as a clear case for the Pentagon (and the White House) to throw Microsoft out of both buildings. Unless the anti-China sentiment of the United States is just a farce.

Have a great day and try to see the fun in matters.

Speculating on language

That was the setting I found myself in. There is the specific on an actual AI language, not the ones we have, but the one we need to create. You see, we might be getting close to trinary chips. You see, as I personally see it, there is no AI as the settings aren’t ready for it (I’ve told that before), but we might be getting close to it as the Dutch physicist has had a decade to set the premise of the proven Epsilon particle to a more robust setting and it has been a decade (or close to it) and that sets the larger premise that an actual AI might become a reality (were still at least a decade away), but in that setting we need to reconsider the programming language.

BinaryTrinary
NULLNULL
TRUETRUE
FALSEFALSE

BOTH

We are in a binary digital world at present and it has served our purpose, but for an actual AI it does not suffice. You can believe the wannabe’s going on about we can do this, we can do that and it will come up short. Wannabe’s who will hide behind data tables in data tables solutions and for the most (as far as I saw it) only Oracle ever got that setting to work correctly. The rest merely grazes on that premise. You see, to explain this in the simplest of ways. Any intelligence doesn’t hide behind black or white. It is a malleable setting of grey, as such both colors are required and that is where Trinary systems with both true and false activated will create the setting an AI needs. When you realise this, you see the bungles the business world needs to hide behind. They will sell these programmers (or engineers) down the drain at a moments notice (they will refer to it as corporate restructuring) and that will put thousands out of a job and the largest data providers in class action suits from start to up the wazoo.

When you see what I figured out a decade ago, the entire “AI” field is driven to nothing short of collapse.

My mind kept it in the back of my mind and it worked on the solutions it had figured out. So as I see it something like C#+ is required. An extended version of C# with LISP libraries (the IBM version) as the only one I also had was a Borland program and I don’t think it will make the grade. As I personally see it (with my lack of knowledge) is that LISP might be a better fit to connect to C#. You see, this is the next step. As I see it ‘upgrading’ C# is one setting, but LISP has the connectors required to make it work and why reinvent the wheel? And when the greedy salespeople figure out what they missed over the last decade (the larger part of it) they will come with statements that it was a work in progress and that they are still addressing certain items. Weird, I got there a decade ago and they didn’t think I was the right material. As such you can file their versions in a folder called ‘What makes the grass grow in Texas?’ (Me having a silly grin now). I still haven’t figured it all out, but with the trinary chip we will be on the verge of getting an actual AI working. Alas, the chip comes long after we bid farewell to Alan Turing as he would have been delighted to see that moment happen. The setting of gradual verification, a setting of data getting verified on the fly will be the next best thing and when the processor gives us grey scales that matter, we will see that contemplated ideas that will drive any actual AI system forward. It will not be pretty at the start. I reckon that IBM, Google and Amazon will drive this And there is a chance that they all will unite with Adobe to make new strides. You think I am kidding, but I am not. You see, I refer to greyscales on purpose. The setting of true and false is only partially true. The combination of the approach of BOTH will drive solutions and the idea of both bing replaced through channels of grey (both true and false) will be in first a hindrance and when you translate this to greyscales, the Adobe approach will start making sense. Adobe excels in this field and when we set the ‘colorful’ approach of both True and False, we get a new dimension and Adobe has worked in that setting for decades, long before the Trinary idea became a reality.

So is this a figment of my imagination?
It is a fair question. As I said there is a lot of speculation through the date here and as I see it, there is a decent reason to doubt me. I will not deny this, but those deep into DML and LLM’s will see that I am speaking true, not false and that is the start of the next cycle. A setting where LISP is adjusted for trinary chips will be the larger concern. And I got to that point at least half a decade ago. So when Google and Amazon figure out what to do we get a new dance floor, a boxing square where the lights influences the shadows and that will lead to the next iteration of this solution. Consider one of two flawed visions. One is that a fourth dimension cases a 3D shadow, by illuminating the concept of these multiple 3D shadows the computer can work out 4D data constraints. The image of a dot was the shade of a line, the image of a 2D shape was the shadow of a 3D image and so on. When the AI gets that consideration (this is a flaky example, but it is the one that is in my mind) and it can see the multitude of 3D images, it can figure out the truth of the 4D datasets and it can actually fill in the blanks. Not the setting that NIP gives us now, like a chess computer that has all the games of history in its mind, so it can figure out with some precision what comes next. That concept can be defeated by making what some chess players call ‘A silly move’, now we are in the setting of more as BOTH allows for more and the stage can be illustrated by an actual AI to figure out what should be really likely to be there. Not guess work, but the different images make a setting of nonrepudiation to a larger degree, the image could only have been gotten by what should have been there in the first place. And that is a massive calculation, don’t think it won’t be deniable, the data that Nth 3D images gives us set the larger solution to a given fact. It is the result of 3 seconds of calculations, the result to a setting the brain could not work out in months.

It is the next step. At that point the computer will not take an educated guess, it will figure out what the singular solution would be. The setting that the added BOTH allows for.

A proud setting as I might actually still be alive to see this reality come to pass. I doubt I will be alive to see the actual emergence of an Artificial Intelligence, but the start on that track was made in my lifetime. And with the other (unmentioned) fact, I am feeling pretty proud today. And it isn’t even lunchtime yet. Go figure.

Have a great day today.

All Is Not Over

Yup that is the setting and it is a conundrum to say the least. Before I go into the explaining setting. I might need to refresh a few minds. There is no AI, Artificial doesn’t exist (yet). As I see it three components are missing and that is fine. We are making headway in this and some have one element in place. The other two are missing. So I have been speaking out against those AI ‘losers’ and it seems that no one else is listening. That’s fair. Why would you believe me over dozens of greed driven sales people. Then this morning (way too early) I saw something pass by on LinkedIn. It was brilliant, I never thought of this (I do miss parts at times) and the image below

Gives you the goods. Consider the ‘constraints’ of and actual AI. Consider the constraints of 5 AI’s. Now I take the assumption that this was all on the up and up. It is a leap, I know this. For all concerned, the poster was yanking all our chains, so you can test this yourself. Take a room with 5 strangers, ask them the simple question to pick a random number between 1 and 50 and write this on a pice of paper. Then all show them at the same time. Now if they are different people (I am referring to the old joke that all teenage boys will come up with 69 dude (and this was averted with the range 1-50) but seriously. Take 5 random people and optionally 2 might have the same answer, but for all 5 ‘proclaimed’ AI systems to give the same number is utterly impossible.

Is it?
Well, that is the question. If they are founded on the same algorithm, there are optional gaps, then there is the setting that the data is founded on exactly the same amounts, as such I say impossible. A computer (any computer) has logics, hardware, algorithms and data. If they are all identical (which does not seem the case) the answers should be the same. But to get 5 identical answers is a drastic setting after all big tech is shedding jobs due to AI. If the image was true, the larger truth that companies need to shed jobs as they foresee a much larger economic clash. I was already on that page, but now more can do this to. Consider that this so called AI is being pushed onto support and customer care. Now consider that they all have the same flakes and errors. How many support and customer care jobs will set companies to collapse? It is an honest question. Where do you go when the company you are giving your money to is merely walking the beat towards average? A place where populism (aka the statistically most viable answer) is given?

A setting where we are merely the crunched number and not given the excellent quality support we are entitled to? I am not kidding, but this is the setting all the big tech companies are going for. All to look good on paper and that is what I see evolving. You can bitch all you like on Microsoft and Builder.ai where seemingly the AI work was done by 700 engineers. Microsoft backed the solution all whilst there was nothing to be seen on how 700 engineers were supported by hardware and software. Then we get to all systems with verifications and these elements should reveal that if AI was the real deal these systems could never have given all the same random number.

So, all is not over. For the simple reason that if this happens, these companies need to find 61,000 people and this gives me the setting that dataconomy.com gives with “Microsoft’s Chief Commercial Officer, Judson Althoff, stated this week that the company saved over $500 million in its call center last year through the use of AI tools. This announcement follows a series of internal remarks concerning productivity gains across sales, customer service, and software engineering, as reported by Bloomberg during a recent presentation.” When these tools start bungling their job as the data becomes an issue (I see the 5 random numbers as ‘evidence’). You see, you cannot have on and not the other. I am mentioning Microsoft in this case as the quote was there, but as I see it, IBM, Amazon and Google will all have the same issue soon enough. And the first one that realizes this will get the first grasp in the 61,000 people and the last one gets the least impressive people of the bunch. And at what point will someone figure out what the price tag is on the $500 million in savings?

It is a setting without any good end. And in the end, if the setting was faked, my conclusions are equally debatable. I will disagree as I came to this point through different means and this example was merely the icing on the cake. And I love it, because I never thought of this setting. We all miss things and I am no different. So I laugh as I saw the article as the example given was nothing short of ‘quite excellent’. As such I start the day with a smile as I enjoy being pointed at overlooking an element. That’s the person I am.

So, you all have a great day as I am starting fish day today (from young I was told Friday is fish day). Did the AI you are all embracing give you that translation and the reason why? It is a mere jab at the setting as this reenforces the verification of data. A setting I saw to be the achilles heel of that StarGate project. It is a mere $500,000,000,000 project, but that will not stop me from illustrating the situation and whilst other say that I don’t have the power to do anything. I merely counter it that these centers are unlikely to have the power to keep it going, you see power is more than an element, it becomes the biggest evil of the lot.

As stated, have a great day.

Carmine, Crimson and Sanguine

It almost sounds like a joke doesn’t it. Three colours were walking down the road claiming that they were the most blood red there was. Almost like the massive amount of idiots that keep on claiming that you have to tax the rich, especially now around the wedding of the most illustrious creator of Amazon. Let me help you remember that he went on Jimmy Kimmel and others whilst correctly claiming that he made little to no money. He didn’t and we all laughed (including me). I knew that there was more to that story, but he played his role perfectly. He adhered to the law and through that he became untouchable. So keep on shouting tax the rich and wear yourself out.

So here we see the intense lie. You see, these are two different matters and not even remotely related. The wealth of Bezos (at present) is said to be 237,000 million. Do you think he will do anything illegal? This caper of 50 million is nothing compared to what he has. It is expected that he will make 23,500 million this year. He doesn’t need to do anything but keep it all legal. He is not attacking anything, or anyone. Trump is not cutting medicare for him in any way. It has always what I said, the issue were the lawmakers and they pathed a way for the Bezos minded people (like Sergei Brin, Andy Jesse and Satya Nadella) they are relying on the laws to be followed like nice black lettered people (their accountants and lawyers) should. The law enabled them and this has been going on since President Clinton. This is the first president to change the color of accounting ink to black. This had not happened since 1970 (President Richard Nixon) and even in this moment the tax laws had to be rewritten, but I would give him a pass as he got the books in the black. No president since has been ale to do this. And for over 15 years I gave the saying that an overhaul was needed, but the lawmakers never thought this through. Even more, those economic media people ignored it too. It is them the people should be targeting. But no one seemingly is listening, because the ‘tax the rich’ claims go on and on and on. The lawmakers have been the issue all along (OK, the financial stakeholders have likely more guilt) and nearly all fell for for that trap, mainly because the media (read: News) isn’t educating people. They all hide watching the entertaining morning shows where the news can be filtered to what gives the most entertainment.

So as we now consider that there are bills that are hurting healthcare not because of Bezos and like minded people. It is because America is broke, some say bankrupt and that starts the entertaining setting that a country cannot be bankrupt, they have too many resources and Canada has even more and as such President Trump wants it as a 51st state. But the drop dead point has now been passed. The ink of the books have turned sanguine red, blood red and it is the blood of American taxpayers that are now bleeding. It is not because of Jeff Bezos, his ship is done (apparently he has one that is massive and called Koru), no the lawmakers are now trying to please the thousands of millionaires that have less than 100,000,000 and they need to fill their pockets as much as they can before the tap is turned off, because they fear that this will not keep them and their children safe. They are now the drivers to get as much wealth as they can, so that they can evade to a none tax haven like Monaco, the Bahamas or the UAE (there are a few more) and these people do not need to rely on non-extradition as they never broke any laws, because the lawmakers made it legal from the very start.

This is why the Democratic noise is laughable and going nowhere. So as we take notice of ‘Jennifer Get In Good Trouble’ and she is raising the right alarm, because there is a massive loss of these rural settings coming to their front door. But the truth of the matter is that this is (as I personally see it) one of the final hurdles that sets the collapse of America, it can no longer continue and only if the laws had been properly adjusted America could have continued for at least a decade longer. Now the cuts start and whilst many see Bezos, Brin and Nadella as the ‘evil’ people, they are not. They adhered to the tax laws in America and in all that time no one considered adjusting the tax laws to become more fair and this is on ALL politicians, not merely the republican because since president Clinton there were two democrats in office. You will need to ask them for an explanation.

The final straws of America are stretched beyond snapping point and that is where everything turns to a brown goo (yes, it is shit). And it could have been largely avoided by properly taxing corporations. Didn’t you consider that when Apple and Microsoft became multi trillion dollar entities? Even with all the failed setting Microsoft went through? It has a market capitalisation of 3.66 trillion, And they had a tax bill of $19.651 billion. So a company now worth 3660 billion merely pays less then 20 billion? That is 0.54% and that setting is not raising questions?

So, why not? And I merely use them as an example because as I see it, they entire FAANG group is equally ‘guilty’ and the lawmakers of America tax laws are blind to that? So be cool, leave Jeff Bezos alone and direct your anger at the IRS who is in charge of that near dead carcass. That is the setting of tax laws and tax loopholes and the law allowed people to use them and the American administrations have had decades to do something about it. It is the bed Americans made for themselves.

So you might want to blame Trump for it all, but the damage is a lot larger and it is seen on both sides of the political isle.

Have a great day, optionally with a Canadiano.

The bird is the word

Yup, at times we get to be not so nice. A mere 30 minutes ago the BBC ‘alerted’ me to the news that ‘Trump says he is cutting off trade talks with Canada’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckg629n7wzvo), now I do not know what actually started this wave of intense silliness, but there you have it. And the text behind this is “US President Donald Trump has said he is cutting off trade talks with Canada “immediately” as the country looks to start enforcing a tax policy targeting big tech companies.” I reckon that after his bash into Iran and the ‘big win’ (not sure if that is the right title for it, but the media runs with it) he thought that revisiting Canada was the way to go (that is his decision). Yet after the insults and the threats there is a real cause for Canada to enforce the setting of following through on ‘threats’ and Canada has had enough. There is the underlying thought of not waking up sleeping dogs, but there you have it. And for the record Prime Minister Mark Carney has a lot more economic insight than I do. Considering that my abacus actions saw the American economy collapse even before President Trump acted in the not so intelligent way he did, but as Tourism collapse in America will be down an estimated $12 – $21 billion this year and even as they are ‘focussing’ on America 250 (OK, that is a landslide number) the fact is that as tourism, which includes business travel, bed and breakfast, hotels, theme parks (even Disney states: ‘Epic Universe is Dead’) the impact of that much losses will drive small businesses out of commerce, as such America has nothing to be proud of. And as we see YouTubers giving a similar message there is a lot of concern. Even in America. As such I am predicting that the damage is larger than we see. So as the media is happy to split hairs (all for the benefit of digital dollars) we get to see ‘prompts’ that America cannot go bankrupt. In theory they are right, but when America has to forfeit on its loans, the effect nowhere near as dramatic as is given by the media. You see, This is where the vulture funds come in. Milking a nation for everything it has. American Wall Street did it to Argentina in 2005 (it might have been 2010), now Wall Street will do it to America because business is business and at that point Canada will get waves of Americans trying to get away from it all. I reckon that Canada can keep the shortages they have (doctors, nurses and such) but the rest is stuck in America. So how does that feel when immigration turns on the Americans?

Elon Musk was seemingly on that page months ago, but now as the gloves come off, America will feel the pinch of all that interest that comes with the USCCD (US Credit Card Debt) of it states $36,210,000,000,000, which should be over 4.06% an expected interest now. As the US bonds are said to be about 6% consider who will take the risk of investing any amount where the return on investment to be well over 16 years. As I personally see it, this becomes an increasingly risky investment as some see the end of America in less than 5 years. So as Saudi Arabia is celebrating its 2030 point, America is decently heading for doom in less than a week, because the people will talk on this America 250 party. A quarter of a millennia and it mined itself out of existence and into the abyss they dug for themselves. Is this doom speak?

It is fair to see it that way, but consider that America bombed Iran out of the nuclear age and USA Today gives us ‘Key parts of Iran’s nuclear program still intact, says Pentagon report disputed by Trump’ As such I do not know where I stand, but if the media has ‘valid’ views by the Pentagon (not some intern who works there) President Trump might be merely relying on the court win of ‘Trump handed ‘giant win’ as Supreme Court curbs judges’ power to block his orders’, as such it is my personal view that President Trump needs all the friends he can get, but as it stands, he is burning the bridges behind him and now as Canada is showing some teeth, the game gets nasty and PM Mark Carney also has European friends now (beside the Commonwealth, who he already had) and as this ‘fight’ intensifies, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom will side with their bigger brother as no one wants to side with a potential loser. That is what America has become ‘a loser’. Do you remember the old saying that America gave us all? It was “money talks, bullshit walks”. A setting that America will soon be embracing against their will as they will claim that they armor than ample to ‘turn it around’ and that is where it gets less outspoken for America as it stands as we are given that “The UAE maintains its position as the world’s biggest wealth magnet, with a record net influx of 9,800 millionaires predicted this year”, oh wait, didn’t I say that before? Yes, I did. I made mention of it with “You see if America cannot pay its debts, America becomes the third world country no one wants to visit and that makes it a nasty place within months. America has around 22 million millionaires. I recon that at least 15 million will get out in time, the rest is not ‘rich’ enough and those with a jet (around 15,000 of them) will go to any country that will take them and they will move fast.” I stated this in ‘All dressed up’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2025/05/31/all-dressed-up/). I did this on the last day in may 2025. So merely a month ago, I made mention earlier, but not is such a strong way because I thought that this day was way off, but the American administration has created a negative economic wave of such magnitude that it makes a tsunami a mere pebble splash.

That is, what you think is (utter) BS, but we now see “The UAE maintains its position as the world’s biggest wealth magnet, with a record net influx of 9,800 millionaires predicted this year.” As such this year 9,800 millionaires are vacating to the UAE. Wanna guess how many are Americans? So whilst America is still believing that America is doing great. As I see the old expression of rats leaving a sinking ship (no negativity towards these millionaires who sought better places to be). We need to see the reality of the setting and here they also pissed off Canada. As such President Trump might  seek to ‘a second chance’ the question becomes, why does Canada want to do that? In that same air, so will the other Commonwealth nations reconsider why America is a good deal.

And those who are insisting it is, it is fine, but some media spokespeople have a lot to lose and they need to cash in before it is too late for them. As such the media is really not the trustworthy player you want to bet on.

So as we take notice of “the US president said he was ending talks due to what he called an “egregious tax” on tech companies and added he would announce new tariffs on goods crossing the border within the next week.” Everyone needs to remember that this tax setting is the one president Trump orchestrated (together with the 51st stated mentions) as such he might be feeling a rather large pinch from Wall Street soon enough. So whilst some might focus on “Canada’s 3% digital services tax has been a sticking point in its relationship with the US since the law was enacted last year. The first payments are due on Monday.” A setting I understand is badly received a year ago and that is fine, but they had a year and now as payment is due, those who are unwilling to pay will lose ‘advertisement population’ and that is the crux in a lot of digital settings. As I see it, they all want to make advertisement money and it is why I created an alternative two years ago. Not absent of advertising, but the cut of advertising on every page. That kind of advertising was done as I saw it. It is like a union of a crack whore with Direct Marketing, which much to vile to my taste and the people around me are starting to see this setting and that is the second phase of my ultimate win (I am still a little delusional on this). As I see it Amazon could gain a new niche income there, although I feel better about it if they had made the jump earlier. Now it becomes a race (of sorts) between Amazon and Tencent. The hungry one wins was my initial setting, but it also requires insight and that tends to be lacking in Americans (a personal view).

You might think that I am anti-American, but I am not. Merely a person grabbing for the supposed facts and I am pro-Canadian, I am a Commonwealthian after all. So feel free to disagree, but get the facts out. As far as I know, I have been doing that.

Have a great day and for the Americans here, lets be fair. A small sign to show you what I think of the American administration at present.

A fool’s errant?

Yesterday I ‘threatened’ myself with wearing the thinking cap and in hours I kinda created two solutions. One to take care of the Iranian airfare and the second (very unfinished) to unravel the Iranian Army and as I had already dealt with the Iranian navy I was feeling a little complete. The air force was my first objective. You see, you can always isolate an army through its own domain. If an army is ‘hindered’ by their own locations, it stops being a threat. You see, the Iranian air force might have an estimated 37,000 personnel, but the only real threat they have are the 330–350 aircrafts and when they are limited to their own garage they tend to stop being a threat, out their threat comes a limited one. And I have to wonder how I got the idea and is my idea even realistic? The idea is developing in my mind (to some degree) but there is a lack of realism if I get the upper hand on DARPA, not once, or twice but 5-7 times? Only a deranged person thinks that he has the low down on over a dozen DARPA intellects. Once, I get, but that many times? Even I know that there is no way that this is feasible. As such I put my idea here, so that (as I suspect) actual clever people can do something with the idea.

I get that this has wider implications, but I believe that the enemies of Iran (they have plenty) might be able to do something about it.

You see, as I gathered that some people tend to look in one direction. I tend to go the other way. That is how I got several sides of IP as most merely look I one direction. As I see it, I got the upper hand on Google, Amazon and Microsoft. I am not blaming that I am ‘more’ intelligent. I am merely saying that I was looking the other way and I saw an option. So far Amazon didn’t accept my thoughts, Microsoft will never get the offer and Google already carved another direction and they are free to do that. As such as I was ‘entertaining’ my thinking cap, and entertaining isn’t the proper word, merely an adjective to use. You see, people see planes as an evil. They aren’t evil they are tools, but tools with a specific requirement. And even as drones and helicopters don’t have that need, putting 330 planes out of business is not a bad accomplishment.

You see, they need tarmac to get of the floor and tarmac, nowadays is made from aggregates and bitumen. The first one are the aggregates – usually crushed stone, sand and gravel. And they are  bound together with bitumen, which is a viscous and waterproof substance at a temperature to become asphalt. As such I gathered that these bitumen can be messed with. And that is basically a chemical solution. You see nowadays we have drones and I was thinking cargo drones specifically. These drones has a flight range of 1,500 kilometers and a maximum operational altitude of 8,000 meters. It can fly for up to 10 hours and carry a payload of 1,200 kilograms. Now take these numbers and take 3-4 drones. Consider 1,200 kilograms of pellets which can be spread over the airstrip. Don’t consider the impact of destroying the entire airstrip. Merely parts of this (although the more complete the damage the less use the airport has). Now consider the setting that the pellets damage or make inert the bitumen part of tarmac. So, what is an airport without an airstrip? Merely a place for lost luggage. You see, with the tarmac damaged to that degree, planes cannot lift off. They can merely wait until the tarmac is repaired. There are about 20 Iranian airports, which might require too many drones, but you could take out around half a dozen airports in this way. And I am not claiming I know more than DARPA, but couldn’t DARPA have figured this out themselves?

And lets not jump to conclusion. I haven’t solved the bitumen part (yet), however how many boffins have considered this track? Everyone is so strange in the void ahead of them, that they tend to forget what is behind them. A setting I tend to use as it is a lot more rewarding to see what I can reengineer behind myself then consider what I could get in front of me. This is how my mind could make harbours useless and that was merely for starters.

So, am I crazy or are there people around who are considering that I have an idea that too many overlooked? Just me having a creative moment and when completed I changed the setting of airports to the largest degree. It required planes to take off and when that stops, those without zeppelins are basically earth bound.

Just a creative snag I am handing the world. Have a fun day, I am going to take another attempt at sleeping, it is 03:45 now, 300 minutes to breakfast.

The changing of games

There is the thought that games are changing and the first question becomes ‘What games?’ And that would be a correct way of thinking. Whether you decide to kill the bullies and their connections, whether you stand up for yourself or if you become a lot less visible. The latter part is my preferred way, what doesn’t see you, will not hurt you. But in the 80’s I learned the hard way that always on the defense tends to be pointless, as such I would be inclined to scurry over to the kill side. It has the benefit that the the magicians of this world get plenty scared when the bunny bites them. They aren’t used to the sight of their own blood. They tend to cry and wonder why they can’t be bullies anymore. You see, at some point people have had enough. Some like me tend to weigh the consequences of being bullied or to eradicate them and live the fallout. At some point accepting the fact to be bullied no longer weighs high enough and when the Sydney Metropolitan police departments tend to do nothing, even as they have Brodies Law at hand, they prefer not to act. It only works so far.

This story is important to the real deal, it is a story that ZDNet gives us (at https://www.zdnet.com/article/why-denmark-is-dumping-microsoft-office-and-windows-for-libreoffice-and-linux/) where we see that Denmark is now apparently ‘Why Denmark is dumping Microsoft Office and Windows for LibreOffice and Linux’ and in that setting I wonder if Danish voices might also float towards WPS Office (by Kingsoft), you see, ZDNet gives us “Denmark wants to claim “digital sovereignty.” In the States, you probably haven’t heard that phrase, but in the European Union, digital sovereignty is a big deal and getting bigger.” I see that this is one avenue I never considered. Oh, I’ve heard the term. Yet the larger setting is not what I have heard, but what is behind it. Denmark is likely furious by some bully that wants of annex Greenland (an island West of Denmark a mere 2.166 million km²) and they are decently angry and this was the first setting. After being fed up with the Trump stage, they decided to take Microsoft out of the equation. At that point a lot of settings that ‘drip’ into American data settings and in this the first stone is cast. You see, President Trump might seem to think that business will adjust towards American standards, but that is a little delusional. You see, Microsoft is seen as a 3.56 trillion company, but behind that is a towering amount of debts as well. The totality of debts is according to some A$93.09 Billion. This might not seem as much, but what ‘victories’ have Microsoft made? What spin actually represents revenue? Microsoft is all about revenue and net profit, yet the larger setting becomes “In Q3 2025, Xbox gaming revenue decreased by 7% year-on-year, but content and service sales increased by 8%.” So Microsoft sets a plus to diminish the minus, yet the larger station is that they lose a lot more than they gain, for what is the depending value of the 8% rise? It is not the same as based amount of the 7% drop. Microsoft is losing against Sony 3:1 and now that the Nintendo Switch 2 is out, these losses will merely increase overall. Whatever Microsoft has as a tablet doesn’t even dent the setting Apple has and as some see, their Azure state seemingly doesn’t hold a candle to the system some book dealer has (yes, it is AWS). Then we get the setting that their ‘edge’ yes, their browser only has a 5% market share against Google having 67%, Apple follows with 17%. Now how many failures can such a company hold? And now consider Huawei entering the field with HarmonyOS. Taking market share from both Android and iOS. That was the setting before today and now Denmark is seemingly the first to drop Microsoft for other paths in IT. So how long until Denmark convinces one of the other EU nations to follow suit? What losses will Microsoft endure before they sink some of their badly conceived projects? I don’t know, I am merely asking.

As such Microsoft is speeding to get a lot of the HarmonyOS population, but as Kingsoft grows Microsoft diminishes and the that population never had much love for Microsoft and America to begin with. And we see part of this with “EU leaders are seeking to reduce Europe’s dependence on foreign technology providers, primarily those from the United States, and to assert greater control over its digital infrastructure, data, and technological future.” And another part is that they’re concerned about who controls European data, who sets the rules, and who can potentially cut off access to essential services in times of geopolitical tension. And the tariff war doesn’t help. That setting instigated by President Trump is likely to ht Microsoft faster than they realise and what happens when these debts will rise as revenue decreases.

The next part is alleged settings and I have seen no evidence of this from other sources “President Donald Trump issued ICC sanctions. This order allegedly prompted Microsoft to lock the ICC’s Chief Prosecutor, Karim Khan, out of his email accounts, according to reports. This came after Microsoft chairman and general counsel, Brad Smith, had promised that the company would stand behind its EU customers against political pressure. Recently, however, Smith stated that Microsoft had not been “in any way [involved in] the cessation of services to the ICC,” according to Politico. When pressed, Microsoft failed to further explain how the email disconnection occurred.” That might (or not) be a complete answer. I have to add that the entire builder.ai fiasco is on the hands of Microsoft. They backed this and they never saw the 700 engineers programming what on existent AI was supposed to do. So where are these 700 systems, their OS and their Azure licenses? Wouldn’t that be firmly on the eyes of Satya Nadella? And as such, how was this worth a billion dollars? If Microsoft was entirely unaware they could be seen as incompetent (or at lease some people on the VP and higher list). If they did know there is a larger failing at Microsoft going on and as Denmark is allegedly dropping Microsoft, it is the start of a lot more bad news. But they can rely on spin to keep the eyes of others somewhere else.

And we see that (allegedly) see that in part with “Whether or not Microsoft cut services to an organization in response to Trump’s order, the fear that it could do so in the future remains. Before the Danish government announced its move, Denmark’s largest cities, Copenhagen and Aarhus, had already announced plans to phase out Microsoft software and cloud services.” So why allegedly? The setting is fear, not data and whilst we see the results we might see the wrong facts leading to this. As I personally see it “plans to phase out Microsoft software and cloud services” might be du to the fact that AWS is as I see it vastly superior (vastly might be overstating it) and fear could weasel in at any point, almost anywhere. Yet the likely accusation that Microsoft is the ‘bitch’ of President Trump or any American administration will be much harder to counter. It could set the tides against Microsoft in Denmark (for starters), Canada and McDonald islands (both users). So there is space to maneuver, yet Microsoft doesn’t do that and we are left with the accusation. And the larger setting that “In particular, the Danes are worried about Trump’s policies and that US political decisions could put public IT services at risk.” Is a decent fear to have in these days, as such Microsoft will be left holding the political bag. And Denmark is not alone here “Bart Groothuis, a Dutch member of the European Parliament, recently said, the EU “should go for a European cloud” since “Europe has a ‘problem’ with American cloud.”” I am not sure how this ‘computes’ in a downside for Microsoft, but the spin masters will have their hands full because that increases the Danish setting by 100% and there is no way telling what else is at risk and who else is to follow suit.

I saw a different variation of the ‘downfall’ of Microsoft, for the most their lack of actual innovation, their dependency on marketing spin (or whatever Microsoft calls it) and their failure to deliver in several fields. And their enemies are at the gates. After Microsoft failed the mobile markets (it is near zero) and as Huawei is gaining massive levels and Microsoft is losing market share after market share and Denmark clearly showed that they see Microsoft not as a partner but as a threat. As such I have to wonder, in what field will Microsoft fail next?

Have a great day.

The snag we don’t see

That happens, we don’t always see the settings that open up to us. It is one of the stages of what some call the ‘Aha!’ erlebnis. It is actual intelligence and that is why artificial intelligence will fall short for a long time. Yesterday I had some time to relax and I used it to watch the final two episodes of the October Faction (Netflix). Apart from being totally awesome, I also found the dastardly news that it is a one season only setting. Too bad as it was really awesome. Yet, I digress. During one of these episodes I suddenly had a little brain strain and a few things came into full view. It brought me back to a story I wrote (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/01/15/it-was-this-simple/) called ‘It was this simple’ where I had the idea for a new game that was also (in part) educational. Yet last night I had an idea that I was going about it the wrong way. You see, the start isn’t one of the three gods (Hades, Poseidon or Zeus), it is a destination. The idea is to invert that stage and start with pone of the ‘smaller’ gods like Hecate. You see, as I see it Hecate gets its setting from the mortals and animals. So do the other ‘smaller’ gods. As do Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, Hestia, Dionysus. And as we unlock their abilities, we will then get access to one of the three. Or I might am considering that Zeus is only unlocked when all others are unlocked.

As I see it some gods connect to merely one of the three, some to two gods and some to all three. As I see it this game would need to be replayed three times to unlock it all, but in this game the second game already gives you the areas you unlocked in the first game and the second is not the same, merely a continuation of the first (makes for a challenging lore). And beyond that as I see it, the game will incorporate several gaming styles giving you a larger game and a more fulfilling gaming time. But I wanted more than a hack, slash and pretty picture.

You see, it is merely a setting to a game, but there we also see that we unlock educational parts. What is more enticing than gaining knowledge of classical works whilst gaming? Not the ‘essence’ of a classical work but the full text of people like Hesiod, Homer, Sappho, Alcaeus, Pindar and many many more. I still think that the Amazon Luna, with a link to the Kindle, or even now the Tencent console with a link to the the MatePad Pro or MatePad Air might be an alternative. A setting to see a more inclusive form of gaming and as such un-enabling those with the ‘turbo’ style of gaming trying to getting people in line to more advertising. Short term enabling and set gaming back on the track of a more enabling setting of gaming like Bethesda enabled for almost 2 decades.

We are all do taken back by the turbo setting of games (especially the young) whilst the more complete setting of gaming is largely ignored and as I see it, there is more to gaming. You see we cannot (in good mind) waste the entire day gaming. I get that, but we can rotate that interest to give people a larger backstory. You see, according to classicist William Hansen: “the Greeks and Romans had all the genres of oral narrative known to us, even ghost stories and urban legends, but they also told all kinds that in most of the Western world no longer circulate orally, such as myths and fairytales.” I want to resettle that lost art. Some gamers have tried to do so in the lore they give us, but they fell short as they didn’t consider the larger stage. It was not their fault, until recently and the promise of the IoT (Internet of things) and the larger stage of Bluetooth we never considered where we could go and that is merely another setting the Microsoft failed to see (they are racking up a setting of missed opportunity) and Google cannot be given this failure as they basically dropped the Google Stadia, which was their right to do so and as I see it, Amazon and Tencent now have a larger stage to become the new heralded kings in gaming. It is not a smooth or even an easy ride, but as I see it they both missed out on gaining at least 50 million gamers.

So could I be wrong?
Yes, of course that is possible, but what the ‘advertisement’ courtesans fail to see is that the people have had enough of advertisements and that is something they are in denial of as the money is too good. But as I see it, the one who does see it will get a larger setting of gaining the field advantage to this and that is basically Nintendo and Sony. It is the third place that becomes interesting when we see in January ‘Microsoft’s AI revenues up 175%, while Xbox’s results remain disappointing’ (before the builder.ai exposure) and ‘Microsoft’s Xbox Handheld Plans Reportedly Shelved; Company to Optimise Windows 11 Gaming Performance’ (last week) and I reckon that the spin will continue as Microsoft is scrambling to bury bad news as Nintendo is making larger strides into gaming. As such there is space for either Amazon or Tencent to gain the number three spot. This is not a given but massively likely, especially as other news sees my other solution grace the limelight in sight of some Hajj numbers I see roll be and an optional solution that roughly 900,000,000 million users are up for grabs (yet another space Microsoft missed). So as some will see “Asus’ Xbox branded handheld, codenamed Project Kennan, is reportedly on track to launch later this year”, I merely wonder when that changes from later this year to next year and after that it being silently cancelled (my personal speculation). You see Asus also sees the market and the knee-jerk actions from an tariff driven administration won’t last long, especially when Huawei is showing its MateBook Fold and that is making the filtered news. I personally don’t know how good it is, but the larger setting is that the world is watching and now that it is less than 1.2Kg and uses Harmony OS. The first and it is a banger. So when that system as well as Tencent takes the world by storm (which it is very likely to do) we see yet another loss for Microsoft and not merely that, Apple, Sony, Google, Samsung and even Nintendo will see its impact (Sony and Nintendo less so). This was the setting I expected to come about 6 years ago and it is here a little faster then expected.

This is all important because the advertisers will start losing out and that will stop gamers in their track as their games are less fulfilling. You see ad break gaming is nice in a turbo setting, but when the gamer considers where they ended up being they will want (read: demand) a more compelling form of gaming. This is good for people like Bethesda, Ubisoft, Guerrilla Games (and several others), but (for example in the UK) the 1,801 independent and publisher-owned studios. These studios employ around 75,000 people. The number of studios has grown significantly, with 251 new studios founded between December 2021 and April 2023 it is not good news, because what we don’t see is that these developers are relying on advertisement to make some of their money and when that falls away, these developers will fish behind the net of revenue.

And as I see it, Ubisoft has options in these glasses devices and they could also launch on Sony and Nintendo, but others will have to streamline whatever they thought was an option and others will merely collapse. As I see it, we haven’t see the power of Harmony OS yet but it will come and as America shuns away from that (for the most obvious stupid reasons) Europe and others are very willing to give their economy a boost from what HarmonyOS brings and now that the hardware is out some people will finally get the thought “How can this benefit us?” And that will be the start of a lot more and as I see it, Amazon has the inside track to grow more business (outside of the US) and there lies the setting for them. As some might ‘speculate’ that Amazon would not be profitable without its cloud business. We also see that the shape of the cloud is about to change and that is where the larger money is, because cloud gaming is only gaming in name. It can be a lot more and as I see it, the solutions I gave will become massively and not merely this game (I put it online for a reason) it could start a much larger wave and that is where I see my surf time (perhaps literally so). I reckon that the ‘older’ quote “HarmonyOS, Huawei’s operating system, is designed to work with a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and PCs. While it’s not directly tied to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the same way as Android or iOS, you can still use it to access AWS services and resources.” I reckon that Amazon sees that this lack is about to end, because they have a clear goal to increase their visibility and whilst others are taken back, Amazon is seemingly embracing the options it opens up to. As I see it, people will prefer that setting then feeling blue (read: Azure). Yet another field where Microsoft is falling short of soon enough. Their failures do seemingly seem to stack up, don’t they?

We can see the snags we think we fail to see, we can ignore them or we can find away to make it work for us. So have a great day and consider where you could be in 2026 or 2027, because thinking you get there in 2025 is nice, but largely set to economic turmoils of the days we expect them to be according to some media. Consider where some people will END the stage of their products and see where HarmonyOS is merely beginning at present. It makes for an interesting read. Consider that WPS Office (by Kingsoft) its here for HarmonyOS and also on Amazon Fire tablets. Merely two places and as I see it, as this is free software there is a larger stage where Microsoft will end up surrendering market share. So as I said, have a great day.

A swing and a miss

It is no secret that I hold the ‘possessors’ of AI at a distance. AI doesn’t exist (not yet at least) and now I got ‘informed’ through Twitter (still refusing to call it X) the following:

So after ‘Microsoft-backed Builder.ai collapsed after finding potentially bogus sales’ we get that the company is entering insolvency proceedings. Yet a mere three days ago TechCrunch gave us “Once worth over $1B, Microsoft-backed Builder.ai is running out of money”, so as such with a giggle on my mind I give you “Can’t have been a very good AI, can it?” So from +$1,000,000,000 to zilch (aka insolvency), how long did that take and where did the money go? So consider this, TechCrunch also gives us “The Microsoft-backed unicorn, which has raised more than $450 million in funding, rose to prominence for its AI-based platform that aimed to simplify the process of building apps and websites. According to the spokesperson, Builder.ai, also known as Engineer.ai Corporation, is appointing an administrator to “manage the company’s affairs.”” Now, I am going on a limb here. Consider that a billion will enable 1,000 programmers to work a year for a million dollars each. So where did the money go? I know that this doesn’t make sense (the 1000 programmers) but to consider that they might accept a deal for $200,000 each, there would be 5 years of designing and programming. Does that make sense? The website Builder.AI (my assumption that this is where they went gives us merely one line “For customer enquiries, please contact customers@builder.ai. For capacity partner enquiries, please contact capacitynetwork@builder.ai.” This is not good as I see it. The Register (at https://www.theregister.com/2025/05/21/builderai_insolvency/) gives us “The collapse of Builder.ai has cast fresh light on AI coding practices, despite the software company blaming its fall from grace on poor historical decision-making. Backed by Microsoft, Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, and a host of venture capitalists, Britain-based Builder.ai rose rapidly to near-unicorn status as the startup’s valuation approached $1 billion (£740 million). The London company’s business model was to leverage AI tools to allow customers to design and create applications, although the Builder.ai team actually built the apps.

As such the headline of the Register is pretty much spot on “Builder.ai coded itself into a corner – now it’s bankrupt” You see coding yourself into a corner is not AI, it is people. People code and when you code yourself into a corner the gig is quite literally up. And I can go on all day as there is not AI. There is deeper Machine Language and there are LLM (Large Language Model) and the combination can be awesome and it is part of an actual AI, but it is not AI. As such as Microsoft is believing its own spin (yet again) we can confuse that there is now a setting that Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, and a host of venture capitalists have pretty much lost their faith in Microsoft and that will have repercussions. It is basically that simple. The first part of resolving this is to acknowledge that there is no AI, there is a clear setting that the power of DML and LLM should not be dismissed as it is really powerful but it is not AI.

As I personally see it, the LLM is setting a stage that the chess computers had in the late 80’s and early 90’s. They basically had every chess game ever played in their memory and that is how the chess computer could foresee what was possible thrown against it. And until 2002 when Chessmaster 9000 was released by Ubisoft, that was what it was and for that time it was awesome. I would never have been able to get as far as I did in chess without that program and I am speculatively seeing that unfold. A setting holding a billion parameters? So I ,might be wrong on this part, but that is what I see and we need to realise that the entire AI setting is spin from greedy salespeople that cannot explain what they are selling (thank god I am not a salesperson). I am technical support and I am customer care and what we see as ‘the hand of a clever person’ is not that, not even close.

So as we are also given “Blue-chip investors poured in cash to the tune of more than $500 million. However, all was not well at the startup. The company was previously known as Engineer.ai, and attracted criticism after The Wall Street Journal revealed in 2019 that the startup used human engineers rather than AI for most of its coding work”, as such (again speculation) a simple trick to replay a mere 1800 days later. And this is what a lot are (plenty of them in a more clever way) but the show is now on Microsoft. They cracked this, so when they come with a “we were lured” or “it is more complex and the concept was looking really good” we should ask them a few hard questions. So whilst we are given “While the failure of startups, even one as high profile as Builder.ai, is not uncommon, the company’s reliance on AI tools to speed coding might give some users pause for thought.” And when we consider “might give some users pause for thought” is a rather nasty setting as I was there already years ago. So where the others? As such we should grill Satya Nadella on “Last month, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella boasted that 30 percent of the code in some of the tech giant’s repositories was written by AI. As such, an observer cannot help but suspect some passive aggression is occurring here, where a developer has been told that the agent must be used, and so they are going to jolly well do it. After all, Nadella is not one to shy from layoffs.” As such I wonder when the stake holders for Microsoft will consider that the ‘USE BY’ date of Satya Nadella was only good until December 2024. But that is me merely speculating. So I wonder when the media and actual clever people in media are considering that this is a game thatch only be postponed and not won. So will the others run when the going gets tough, or will they hide behind “but everyone agrees on this” as such the individual bond will triumph and there is a lot of work out there. The need to explain to people (read: customers) is that there is a lot of good to be found in the DML and LLM combination. It remains a niche market and it will fill the markets when people cannot afford AI, because that setting will be expensive (when it is ready). These computers will be the things that IBM can afford, as can the larger players like an airline, Ford, LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) and a few others. But the first 10 years it will remain out of the hands of some, unless they time share (pay per processor second) with anyone who has the option to afford one. That computer will need to work 80%+ of the time to be affordable.

As such we will see a total amount of spin in the coming months, because Microsoft backed the wrong end of that equation and now the fires are coming to their feet. Less then. Less than an hour ago we were given ‘Microsoft Unveils AI Features for Windows 11 Tools’. I have no idea how they can fit this in, but I reckon that the media will avoid asking the questions that matter. As such we will have to wait the unfolding of the people behind builder.ai. I wonder if anyone will ask the specification off what happened to said billion dollars? Can we get a clear list please and where did the hardware end? Or was a mere server rack leased from Microsoft? This is just me having fun at present.

So have a great day and I will sleep like a baby knowing that Microsoft swung and missed the ball by a fair bit. I reckon that this is…. Let’s see there was the Tablet, which they lost against Apple and now Huawei as well. There was the Gaming station, which was totally inferior against Sony. there was Azure (OK, it didn’t fail but a book vendor called Amazon has a much better product, there was the Browser, which is nowhere near as good as Google. And there are a few others, but they slipped my mind. So this is at least number 5, 6 if you count Huawei as a player as well. Not really that good for a company that is valued at 3.34 trillion. So how many failures will we witness until that is gone too?

Have fun out there today.
