My presumption is real

This article goes over several parts, parts you might agree with and parts you will not agree with. That is fair! You see several parts are set to presumption, which is still better than speculation. The difference is seen in the meaning. Presumption is an idea that is taken to be true on the basis of probability. There is more than probability in my case. I have worked in IT since 1983, as such I have been around (at least twice). Speculation is the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence. And both are important because I am talking from the past, which is not always seen or accepted as evidence. This is fair, and this is why people might disagree and I get it, never take anything for granted, not Ven when I say it. I love the expression from NCIS in this case ‘Trust but verify’ Gibbs was right, always verify what you learn. It is the only real way to move forward.

So this all started yesterday with an article. The article (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-66118831) gives us ‘Gallium and germanium: What China’s new move in microchip war means for world’, they say it is 8 hours old, but I saw the article a little over 25 hours ago, so not sure what changed. The setting is “Under the new controls, special licences are needed to export gallium and germanium from the world’s second largest economy. The materials are used to produce chips and have military applications. The curbs come after Washington made efforts to limit Beijing’s access to advanced microprocessor technology.” You can turn and twist this to your heart content, but the setting is inaccurate and largely incorrect. Not what you read, that is fine. But there is a whole mess that precedes this and to see this we need to go back to the 90’s. You see, the IT world saw hoe the arms race was going and how military contractors were filling their pockets and the IT world took a page from that stage and started its IT Armistice race. I was caught up in it as well. A 386, a 486, a 486DX2, the Pentium, the Pentium 2, the Pentium-450, the Pentium2, as such between 1993 and 2002 I had wasted thousands on 7 systems, 7 systems in 10 years and I had enough. You see for the most the Pentium2 was enough to do 90% of everything I did, except gaming. Then I switched to consoles and saved myself thousands more. As such I avoided to the largest extend the graphic card war which might seem small but high end gaming needs a $1200 card, my PS5 was less then a thousand dollars on day one. In this Microsoft also pushed the borders, making us upgrade again and again. Oh, they played their cards cautiously and they played it well. Yet consider “Vista alone had 50 million lines of code, 10 million lines more than its successor, Windows 7. Because of the excessive amount of bloat and code, it was very slow on devices at the time, even on the latest and greatest hardware of 2007. This meant that it was more expensive to buy a machine that ran Vista properly.” Between Windows XP and Windows 7 we had the Vista nightmare and it cost too many too much. Yet weirdly enough with a little effort (Suse Linux at $99) you had an equal if not much better option, it would work on most Pentium2 systems like lightning. You could download it for free but for that money you got the discs and a DVD, the DVD had all the discs which included Linux and a truckload of programs, even open office I believe. If not it was easily downloaded. A linux lookalike version of Microsoft office that was free. It had an SQL database and so much more, even a nice collection of games, but they were not high resolution games. Fo that you needed a console and you saved thousands. It is this armistice race. We went though thousands of processors and that is what counts, because that drained the Gallium and Germanium we had and now China is one of the few that has it now. You see, we might act against China, but Gallium is found in Japan, South Korea, and Russia as well. China has however 90% at present. That does not mean there isn’t more, but finding it is not easy. Germanium is also found in Canada, Finland, Russia and the United States. China has about 60% and that is where we see the odd duck out (on your left). And is it not interesting that the second material is not mentioned that it is also found in Canada and the US? In this greed was again a much larger stage to this. The IT Armistice race dwindled whatever the west had and now China and Russia seem to have the upper hand. Still the larger stage is not merely who has it, but it becomes who can find it better, because that is where this is heading. I get it, we all need the latest PC (or MAC) but ask yourself, what allows you to do what you need to do? That is the question that IT providers like Dell and HP were eager to avoid at all cost as it impacted their bottom dollar. They will make the ‘party line’ To enjoy the best of Windows (whatever version) you are best off having a (the latest chip). That is what caused a large part of the drain and I was every bit as guilty. By the time I figured out what was going on I my bank account had about $22,000 less (11 systems with 2 still in use). You can scream whatever you want on how I could ‘save’ some dollars, but the truth is that we all enjoyed that feeling of the latest system, but it came at a price. So when we now see “a Pentagon spokesperson said the US had reserves of germanium but no stockpile of gallium” and why is that? It it is such a crucial element, why is there no stockpile? That is an easy answer, but no answer will be forthcoming. A race for supremacy, all whilst at least two racers are no longer able to keep up and that race is about to turn nasty for at least one of them. The Commonwealth might rely on Australia, but until the deposits are found the UK is in a tight spot. As I personally see it we might have to take a step back and see how else we can get the job done. As such I am phrasing an extremely speculative question. French chemist Paul-Émile Lecoq de Boisbaudran found in 1875 the substance we now know to be gallium, it is in group 13 of the periodic table and is similar to the other metals of the group (aluminium, indium, and thallium. My question becomes Is there another solution that employs indium or thallium? I honestly have no idea, I do not even know where these two are found and whether they can do what Gallium does. Also there is Rhodium, can it (or a combination) get the job done? I have no idea, but it seems to me that the head-banging against a wall we raised ourselves is massively stupid to say the least and there is every chance that there is a chemist and an electronic engineer who will laugh at my suggestion, which is fair enough. To see this we need to look at 1965 when Friedrich Schächter created a ballpoint that works in space as it is a pressurised ink solution. In in 1967 it was reported that NASA purchased approximately 400 pens for $2.95 a piece, all whilst Bic pens were $0.29 in those days. Russia decided to solve it by using a pencil, which costed $0.39 at the time. So we can caress our ego’s or find another solution.  And this is merely one of many issues. So will you embrace someone who adds 10 million lines of code, or seek whatever else is out there? I get it, the other solution will not work for everyone, but over 2 billion people use a PC out there. I am willing to bet the bank that at least 25% could do with a cheaper solution. There are (according to some) an estimated 300 million computers in production annually. I feel certain that at least a third doesn’t need to be bought and if Microsoft woke up and recreated Windows XP for households and adds a decent office version to it several other gallium issues could suddenly be less stringent. In 2018 970 units of Gallium were used. In 2022 it was almost 3500 units (the chart did not clearly give me what the units were). Why is that? I know that PC output is not over 300% in 2022. There might be other uses as well, but I would not know that, but the more I see the more questions I end up with and the BBC (or its article) isn’t giving me the goods. There was no mention of Canada or the US in it, was there?

It is time for plenty of people to wake up, I for one would send a wake up call (plus coffee) to Dr. Stefanie Tompkins of DARPA, perhaps they can find alternative options for these two metals? Not the weirdest idea and as the Pentagon needs these materials it seems to me that between lunch and diner DARPA might find an answer, these boffins are kinda clever so it is one way to go. What do you think?

Enjoy the middle of the week, its all uphill in anticipation to the weekend until Friday.

Deployment Evolution

We all evolve what we make, what we consider and what we design, it is a natural act. There are no hidden flaws or weaknesses. We evolve what we see, what we can. It is in our nature. So, two years go I came up with two ideas, the first was to meltdown an Iranian nuclear reactor in a new novel way, and the second one was to take care of the Iranian navy (America was doing efff all). And would you believe it, these two ideas should work on Russian hardware too. Yet today a thought occurred to me. I am not aware if it is true, but the Russian deploy water microphones to make sure no one gets the drop on their strategic locations. As I was thinking that, I remembered something from my youth. In 1775 David Bushnell designed a one man submarine. I saw the blueprints, they were awesome. He came up with the idea, the concept and the design almost a century before Jules Verne came up with 20,000 leagues under the sea. He was that much of an innovator. So now we have better equipment and we could make a carbon fibre solution. Yet what about those microphones? It seems to me that these microphones cannot detect chemical propulsion. People are so about machines, fossil fuels and nuclear rods that they forget that chemical propulsion comes from the 19th century. I would call that vessel the USS Antoine Lavoisier, credit where credit is due and the French had their great moments.

In addition, when we deploy a silicone hose that at deployment is coated with the same chemicals a clamp has to attach itself to anything and the hose is filled with two elements. The first is thermite. The second is a wire with attached balls and we deploy it over the length (or a large  enough length) of any boat or submarine and we end the connection with a chemical fuse no one would be the wiser. And the nice thing is that if that activation is nicely timed, we do not merely take out the vessel, we take out the port as it is blocked for a considerable length of time. The second one was already designed, the first part was new. I hd initially a drone in mind, but in this way there is no signal, no nothing. Merely silence and a suddenly sinking craft. The balls are no more than in inch. You see, the explosion need not be big, merely enough to create small gaps in the inner hull, the outer hull has a strip missing bigger than the titanic, as such the outer hull is now filling with water changing the rules of Archimedes on that vessel,  the blasts will create enough small holes so that the inner hull starts filling too and even if the alarms sound, the two dozen small gaps is flooding in water and by the time the crew is alert the damage is too far gone and Archimedes waves at the vessel no longer able to remain afloat, and out next generation turtle (optionally looking very different) moves way like Don Juan silently into the night avoiding a livid husband.

Whatever will I come up next. Perhaps a new way to deploy EMP drones. This should keep the MIG’s in their stables. So in three small mental exercises (two at present) I took care of Russian reactors, The Navy and soon the airforce. No need to do anything about the Russian army. The Ukrainians are slapping that near to death horse. So what has DARPA been up to lately?

I earned my cookie today! And all of you? Enjoy the final day of your weekend.

It started with a prank

This is the story of a story if you want. To get the fill idea I have to take you back to 1974. We got a visit from an airforce officer, he showed us quartz. Not a small piece either, we needed both hands to hold it, it was like a small pyramid almost 10 inches each side and it was raw, not shaped, not prepared, raw quartz. It was almost like magic. Now we go back to almost the present. The movie Cloverfield is out and it is quite the trip and whilst I was watching the DVD it suddenly hit me. What if I could send pats of the edited movie on an SD card and hand it to the officer with the message to get it to DARPA. Apart from the simple fact that there were no SD card in 1974, the idea that a 10 year old knew about DARPA would be remote and the contraption would be unknown to the officer who would be able to see that it was advanced tech. Once they figured out it was 128GB the panic starts, because in 1974 a 200MB Winchester drive would be the size of an office desk. Then they need to decode what was there and when they saw the MP4 files panic would truly start. Lady Liberty, the Brooklyn bridge and more. The panic would be near complete and the prank would be utterly complete. So this was when the daydream stopped and the mind started to wind the cogs. What if it was not a prank, what if it was not then but now. What if hackers, not some government create a different kind of file. A file that gives a stage that could create panic. Like the light bar in newscasts, what if at 02:30 the transmission was interrupted WITHOUT the studios noticing that a special newscast that the bitcoin collapsed it was at this point 700 points down and expected to drop another 800 points. Not one, but orchestrated over half a dozen stations setting the stage in 2 timezones (in the US, China, Japan, or perhaps gullible North Korea). The panic wave would create a dip, large enough to make a decent killing, especially if the buys were not in the country where it was hit, and 30 minutes later all traces were gone. The media would have a field day trying to find out who did it and how it was done, but the stage is now complete. You see, What if Solarwinds did not just update supermarkets, what if that was the start of a specific backdoor that could not be found as it was too small and it was inactive (like the Optus hack).
The idea that people will drop their bitcoins at $14000 ($6K down) implies that there would be a lot of money be made in 30 minutes. And after the hour the bitcoin is sold again and the scoundrels walked out with millions, paying off their ‘loan’ with a healthy profit. It would need massive orchestration. The stations, the internet, several other elements and those who think it is impossible better realise that Solarwinds, Optus and a few more hacks overlap in places and a small cohesive group could be waiting below the line merely waiting for the right time and with the average detection time is set to 200 days there is plenty of manoeuvring space.

The setting for a Hollywood script in a few hours. I need a hobby!

Well that was my scoundrel side thinking new ideas to be made into a script. Have a fun time and please invite me to the red carpet if the scripts becomes reality.

DARPA eat your heart out

Yup, I admit that this is slightly arrogant, but I am allowed to be just that at times. You see, in the previous article I had an idea to take out the protection detail of a corrupt politician and the idea was an exploding bullet. Then my mind went on a chase and the result was a new kind of bullet, one with three layer and an adjusted powder mix (like the .600 nitro express has). The idea was not to merely blow up, but to make the gun totally worthless and the Russians like multi use ammunition, as such if we can introduce 50 of these bullets in an order of 1000-3000 the demoralisation of Russian troops becomes a lot more interesting and the Russian army becomes even less useful as it already is. Now to get these bullets there takes another skill (one that I do not have), but rumour has it that there is a whole range of people with skills and they can be found at 2430 E St NW, Washington, DC 20037, United States. As such, the people at DARPA, which is supposed to be somewhere in Arlington Virginia. someone in building two, talk to those in building one and get the idea for exploding ammunition created and placed in the Russian supplies please?

OK, I am oversimplifying the situation, yet the message is clear. We are all supporting the Ukraine one way or another and my way is to spread chaos all over the forces of the Russian bear, who is already getting slapped by Paddington bear, one of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s previous pre-presidential jobs.

Anyway, it took me three hours to work out this idea, so this is the third time I got the goods ahead of DARPA. So, I reckon it is time to snore like a sawmill and move towards Wednesday.

And if you think this is all arrogance, you are not wrong, but it is the second time that I created something to stop Russians in their tracks, the third one was meant for the Iranian navy, but that does not mean that it could not be used against the Russians.

Ah well, another day spend in creativity.

Another fine mess I got myself into

Yup, a paraphrased line from Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. It is still in part true. I got yesterday’s IP and created a second iteration making it more and more innovative. It was already innovative, but I want to stretch the IP to its maximum. Yet there was also the printable display. Even as a concept it is worthy of pursuing and improving upon. The initial part is not merely the materials used, but how they are applied. You see, if I can make this solution a little more flexible, than they could fit a column. I checked dozen of mall video’s (not just the one in Toronto) and I saw that there are options for hundreds of columns. So there could be a market for thousands even tens of thousands displays. The printable display was a solution with 1-2 markets in sight, but now I see that there is a much larger application if only part of the solution could be set to a more flexible mould. It is not out of the question, but I tend to focus on longevity. The solution needs to work 5 years from now and that is a rather tall order when the foundation of the display is too flexible. So I got myself into a little bit of a mess. I can see the solution, but not what materials are best to be used for the flexible display. I still have v1.3 (non flexible printable display) yet my soul is greedy for the cerebral victory, I have to solve this. And solve it I will, but that is the mess I got myself into.

A such my mind wanted to travel all over the place and see what else is possible, but to be honest. I do not really have to the first version of the printable display is optionally fine and is close to becoming public domain. It is a setting where I feed the hungry small fish public domain, a setting that the larger fish cannot have and they become jealous and wonder what else I have and now we have ourselves a clambake. You see I feel certain that when the larger firms see all this IP pass them by, they will suddenly decide to wake up (a speculation from my side) and suddenly they are all interested in all the other stuff (except for the military applications, they are DARPA and DARPA alone), OK, that was not quite true, one solution was handed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because if Europe and the US will not deal with the Iranian navy, I reckon that the KSA was entitled to this freebee. In addition with the Russian threats, when they act on them the snow-globe solution (see previous blogs 2021 and 2020) becomes public domain too. I have to let then know that there are people who do not now and not ever trust Iran and those willing to act will get the ammunition they need. Which off course implies that I got myself in additional settings that relates to ‘That’s another fine mess I got myself into’. As such I tend to get myself in plenty of messes, but for now I am focussed on getting my printable display to V2.0, which should be enough, but the mind yearns for challenges and it seeks new frontiers to investigate. I will let it do its stuff, it is how I got the latest IP in the first place. I have no idea what the value is, but I actually do not care. The larger station is now my streaming solution that could entice well over 50 million new subscriptions. It is enough for now.

Two issues on an increasing scale

That is what I see, a scale that increases in size, all whilst the credibility of the media decreases. This is best seen with the issues regarding Musk v Twitter. It was early as July 25th when I wrote ‘Let’s dance’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/07/25/lets-dance/) where I gave the reader “That is important information, especially if well over 60,000,000 accounts were deleted in 2022. I believe that this shift is large enough for Elon Musk to start the case, when he gets the data from places like Trollrensics he might have enough to bust the Twitter deal. The setting is and always was that Twitter claims that at most 5% of the accounts are fake, I believe it too be a lot higher. I never speculated the numbers that Trollrensics have, but it is my speculation versus THEIR data, as such they win.” Later I gave the readers more and the media was all up in arms on poor poor Twitter against the fiend Musk. Now that we start seeing articles like ‘Twitter whistleblower raises security concerns’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-62633191) we start seeing certain people parade in place, all whilst we are still given quotes like “Peiter Zatko also claimed that Twitter underestimated how many fake and spam accounts are on its platform. The accusations could affect a legal battle between Twitter and billionaire Elon Musk, who is trying to cancel his $44bn (£37bn) deal to buy the company. Twitter says Mr Zatko’s allegations are inaccurate and inconsistent.” And this is not merely him, I myself as well as players like Trollrensics have made similar conclusions. Yes, mine were more speculative in nature, but the media had a clear path FOR MONTHS to contest it with their own research and guess what, no one wants to touch it. Why not? Now that we are given “In Mr Zatko’s damning revelations, first revealed by CNN and The Washington Post, he accused Twitter of failing to maintain stringent security practices and “lying about bots to Elon Musk”.” As well as “He filed his complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission in July. The BBC has seen a redacted copy of the complaint shared via CBS news. In it, Mr Zatko also criticised the way in which Twitter handled sensitive information and claimed that it has failed to accurately report some of these matters to US regulators.” That was in July, no wonder we are given “It says he was sacked in January for ineffective leadership and poor performance.” And consider that if he was sacked in January and his numbers hold up, his claims hold up. We end up with a situation where Twitter has been aware of its mismanagement of fake accounts for a very long time. As I see it, it nullifies the buy claim that Twitter has towards Elon Musk, should they proceed, they need to lower their price by well over 60%-78%. Not a stage Twitter wants to push for, no matter how that plays out, I reckon the value of Twitter will be found in Basement 5 soon enough and with that the fortune of people like Jack Dorsey. So as the Washington Post rears its head with “However in the view of The Washington Post, he “provides little hard evidence” to back up these assertions. Nevertheless, Elon Musk’s lawyers have jumped on the comments. His legal team are currently trying to get the Tesla boss out of the deal, by arguing that Twitter has no way of verifying how many of its 229 million daily active users were actually human.” It is funny, because with that columnist no one gives a fuck about they went all in with speculations. More important, the fact that I had come up with a number around 20% of fake accounts (which could be calculated with an abacus) and Trollrensics stating that the number of fake accounts is much closer to 50% (they have data), which gives a rather large rise to the Washington Post not doing its job and that is saying something.

The BBC does give a more complete picture with Peiter Zatko who also held senior positions with Google and the US government’s research and development agency, DARPA. As such we need to see the failing of media all over the place as a larger failing and in this the BBC gives us a first stage where Elon Musk needs to be given s little more leeway when it comes to his point of view, something the media to the largest extent has been willing to avoid to every degree.

And in the next article we get issue two (about to publish that one)

What next?

That is the question that is within me. I designed the IP for games, for TV series, for movies, new marketing concepts and execution of new marketing methods in 5G, I created ulterior ways to engage with audiences and all this in ways that others ignored because it did not relate to their setting of ““The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost” “If you know the final cost and profit, you need not fear the result of 100 investments” If you know the profit but do not know the cost, for every profitable endeavour achieved one will fail.”” I wrote this in ‘Economic arrogance of Achieving’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/04/16/economic-arrogance-of-achieving/) on April 16th 2022. That setting is the foundation of too many places and as such I ended up with well over a dozen pieces of IP, almost 2 dozen when I consider the 8 pieces I created in the last week. These places are ‘lauded’ by business sense, yet the truth of the matter is that new innovation does not adhere to business sense, yes the execution of the IP requires business sense, but the creation does not and tends to be expensive, as such my IP was a bargain, because I merely needed to look where no one else was looking. It was how ‘my’ version of something like Facebook was created 4 years before there was a Facebook, but I was stupid, I listened to bosses who stated that there was no business sense in that. They all driven by some mission statement. The largest folly of all time.

So now I listen to none of them and here I am (not in a better place) but with dozens of IP that become public domain on September 30th on 4Chan. And the nice part is that the months it was already there, the winging of wannabe entrepreneurs are silenced. They can no longer make claims, the evidence was out there for months, they were merely not clever enough.

So, whats next for me? Well, I have set the larger stage of both ‘Kenos Diastima’, which I have decided ends with an open ending at the end of Season 3. That might change, but I lack the inspiration at present and the story is decently contained, there is the closing of a story, one with an open ending. When it comes to ‘Residuam Vitam’ there are still a few items, but the twist, the end and the scheme is as I see it in place. A story for the greatness of Lord Hades, a story no Greek ever told and that is the foundation of success? I am not sure but not all tragedies are Greek, that has always been the case, as such it is mere tweaking and adjusting. The third IP bundle was the hardest, the reason being that there are risks, risks I cannot dimensionalise and that bothered me for a while, but was it is part of the first bundle, I largely do not care. No one else is going this way and whilst those wanting millions by “The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost” are missing out as I am making a small slice of billions by ignoring that stage and it is on them for their shortsightedness. You see my grannie told me ‘You cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs’, a rule that makes much more sense than the altered Sun Tzu one. And now as the setting of shortages continue all over the world, and as they are setting the stage of shortages because they never considered hedging ones bets in a tranquil stage of balance. So as I see shortages all over the place, all whilst I see that the larger setting of decent pay is ignored, I wonder how many more are driven by the folly of “The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost”. Is that why I have the IP and others do not? I wonder if that is the only cause. You see, there are all kinds of people out there who see what I see, so why are they not out there, they might be. I just do not know, what I do know is that the IP I have is not out there, but soon it will be and at that point I wonder how BigTech and wannabe’s will be screaming ‘foul’. They will demand some form of compensation on the loses they have, but they cannot prove that the registrations were done at some point, this is why it is out there on 4Chan, so that there is a timeline and those who want to demand their slice will come up short. I rather have nothing than allow those wankers to get a slice because they were too stupid to wake up. He who can destroy a thing controls a thing. Herbert stated that in Dune (1965), it is not new, it is a proven concept and it has been out there for over 55 years. Yet I feel I am not done yet. I set some games, but I want to set a new dimension in gaming in the streaming game industry. I have some parts worked out, yet not all parts and this is not about a franchise, it is about a few games (I wrote about them before) to set the stage for people to consider streaming games and for the streamers to take development of their games seriously (especially Google). However there is nothing wrong with Amazon being the number one here. All stations that are on my mind, yet the bran still screams ‘What’s next?’ And the reason alludes me for now. All that IP (as well as two optional weapon systems) is making me wonder how delusional am I? It is an important question, the person not asking himself that question is the person who fails first, it is essential in critical thinking, one must be the devils advocate (he is allegedly represented by Wolfram & Hart, a law firm in Los Angeles). It is important to see failure around every corner. It helps to focus ones self and see if there are weaknesses in ones IP.

The benefit is that you test your IP again and again, the negative there seems to be an unbalanced amount of doubt on yourself in this way. Everything has checks and balances. That is how the world turns and as the greying of a population happens in the work environment, that shortness of vision is only getting stronger.

A royal nuisance

The day started so nice. I was about to give more IP to the world and then Vladimir Putin decided to play to play the Russian megalomaniac on the dramatic chords of Ivan the terrible. So I decided to have a little fun of my own. The Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/jun/10/putin-compares-himself-to-peter-the-great-in-quest-to-take-back-russian-lands) where we are given “Vladimir Putin has compared himself to the 18th-century Russian tsar Peter the Great, drawing a parallel between what he portrayed as their twin historic quests to win back Russian lands.” Really? Perhaps he does not remember Peter (or Pjotr as we called him) in a town called Schiedam (Netherlands) he learned shipping there and lets be honest, he learned well. That needs to be said upfront. But he learned from the likes of me and now it is my turn. It started this on February 27th 2022 where I introduced the Kraken Torpedo. In the mean time I have come up with a launching system that can drop it with canister and all from a plane, we merely need to know where it is and that technology already exists. 64 Kraken torpedo’s to counter the 64 submarines the Russian navy has and that is all they have. You see the Kraken is guided but does not explode. It dives to the depth and approaches the submarine, two rings with a glue that is a mix of the adhesiveness of a gecko and a Barnacle. The ring attaches to the submarine and then something happens. The front ring grows making the torpedo stand out. At that point the cables (3-4) having a hook releases and as the submarine moves at some point the hook gets to the propeller and thats when chaos kicks in. In seconds the propeller take in the cables like an Italian devours spaghetti. And when the cable ends the propeller rips up the torpedo and the inner core comes out. Racing to the propeller the sticky end of this torpedo hits the end full on and the sticky part will be all over the rudders locking them in place. The sticky part will get on the shaft making propulsion harder and harder and there is no getting out of that mess without months in dry-dock. There are still a few dings, dangs and Knicks to work out. But a simple method to incapacitate a submarine (64 times), so where is Pjotr now? Dead like all the others and after the Ukraine failures, this simple solution ends the madness of Putin the not so great. I wanted peace and quiet.

So now the score is

Lawlordtobe – D.A.R.P.A. 2-0 (aka nil, zip, nada)

So here is the idea, D.A.R.P.A gets Amazon to buy my IP (so they can get the Amazon Military bonus and I can retire) and they get this idea for free (and I’ll throw in my stealth system to sink the Iranian navy in there). Basically it would be a freebee for DARPA, but I did give my idea of sinking Iranians to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You see, inaction and Iran does not sit well with me and you guys have been too inactive when it came to Iran. Oh and there is a crazy thought. That idea might work on the Russians too. Consider a place like Arkhangelsk harbour being inaccessible for up to a year or two, where would their navy refuel?

As such one crazy person with imagination (me) got a little more done than one organisation (at 675 North Randolph St.) with the 241 employees all over the place. Two navies? I should be getting medals (as well as coffee with a toasted blueberry muffin) Let it never be known that I work for free and charity, we work for the cherished bliss of coffee!

It makes me a royal nuisance, but you know, I have to keep busy one way or another.

Have a fun day!

When a story makes for fictive IP

Yup, I have my IP, yet this time around it is not real, it is a fictive concept. It is my my way of giving the people at DARPA the bird (not in an insulting way) and explaining them procedure NA5 (na, na, na, na, na). So my playful mood was taking up the baton (aka the demon on my right shoulder) was calling me a pussy. It usually works and today was no exception. So as I was reading ‘Havana Syndrome may be caused by ‘directed energy’’ (at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-60237839) the brain went into overdrive and I started considering a few elements from the story. You see, I have had an experience in that direction, but I did not get sick. I learned a few years ago that when I am exposed to certain light levels AND white noise (like a projector or the sound of certain displays) I fall asleep. I cannot stop myself and drinking coffee after coffee does not help. When I sit down, coffee or not, I am out like a light. Works like a charm and annoys me to no end. So when I saw “in the last year, they have been taken more seriously with US officials encouraged to report similar symptoms. That has led to a flood of cases, numbering at least a thousand from around the world.” I put 3 and 3 together and got 27. You see it takes a specific brain with specific light, you see Paris in January has the winter sun and the winter sun in the early day is intense, but not too bright. Havana has bright most of the day and I reckon that when they start considering light intensity (not strength, or time of exposure) they will find a level of common ground. The white noise will hit everyone in different ways, but specific stressed people (generals, spy masters, command staff) will get a certain exposure. It will not hit all exactly the same, but it will hit them in similar ways. I reckon (and speculate) that those people who got sick will see over time that their ability to focus and concentrate will have been diminished. Consider that, a small white noise transmission, could be specific and might be just at the edge of hearing will do the trick. The issue is that not everyone is hit in the same way in the same time frame, but a specifically engineered projector lamp might do the trick, then that stops there will be a dozen other ways to expose people to white noise. What a way to disable military power. Not incapacitate them, but reduce their effectiveness. So when I saw “The panel found that psychological or social factors could not alone explain the symptoms although they could have compounded some of the problems for those affected. It also found that they could not be explained by environmental or medical conditions.” So when we get “non-standard antennas could create the effects on the human body. Such a source could be concealed and require only moderate power. It could also travel through the air and through walls of buildings” my mind had completed the hypothesis. A combination of light AND white noise. I wonder if they ever considered measuring and collecting the setting of white noise. The best solutions are the simplest ones. Consider Tinnitus a decade ago, it was casually dismissed and the people who had it had to grow a pair. Now consider the application of White noise and light, the light source cannot be managed, but there is this large disc in the sky that does it for us and the less elements that can be considered, the harder the cure will be. Those exposed to above certain stress levels and white noise could burn through synapses. Now, this is not fatal, it does not kill you but it will make you sick. You can heal from this, but the synapse is burned, it has an effect and I am speculating that it leads to reduced abilities in focus and concentration. Consider intelligence personnel and staff officers hit with that, it could impair armies.

So this is not IP, it is merely a fictive setting (for a story for example) to keep my mind busy. So thank you Gordon Corera for giving me this idea. Have a great day and consider that writers like John Le Carre started with the simplest of concepts to make the greatest of stories. Or in my disturbed language Hasta Lasagna! And do not skip the cheesy part.

The more it stays the same

On one side it is nice to the the US of A being s stupid as they were in the age of Joseph McCarthy. In the time he was in office (January 3, 1953 – January 3, 1955) he was able to become one of the strongest black pages in American history. To be honest, I cannot say whether the fear was real or not, this was all before my time. Yet the largest station of fear created was also the setting of the cold war, the anti Communism events and a whole lot of other settings, like McCarthyism and the second red scare. The problem is that there was a massive absence of evidence. We see the practice of making accusations of subversion and treason, whilst there was an absence of evidence. Flaming was as good as it got and the media was part of this. The USA is now in a similar stance like ‘Tax the rich’, and the setting of ‘US sanctions drone maker DJI’ (at https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-59703521) is now out in the open. We get to see “It has been alleged that DJI’s drone technology has been used for the surveillance of Uyghur Muslims in China.” If there was concrete evidence it is one thing, but to see ‘alleged’ so conviction without evidence is more than harsh. It shows how deep the US has sunk, a setting of BS and accusations that are followed up by convictions on alleged events. And all this is ‘simmered down’ by “the ban is largely symbolic as DJI is not a publicly-traded company”, my personal guess is that you miss the facts that follow, like “The company had close to an 80% market share in consumer drones last year in the US, according to Drone Industry Insights”, you see, it is a personal observation. Yet I believe that Huawei and DJI are showing the US how insignificant they have become. If I can come up with a dozen pieces of New IP, all whilst showing the US has nothing to oppose it, as I saw a solution where DARPA and the NSA struck out. When I created new 5G IP that NO ONE has, when I create movie ideas and new classes of hardware when the US and its companies have nothing to oppose me with I have shown to be the stronger party and that is why it is in hidden places in 4Chan. That is why, because the USA cannot steal it, they can replicate it and when I give the world the clear locations an how they can be read, all whilst at present one IP shows well over 10,000 hits, they will have no option but to admit that I got there first and before the market realised that China was there first. That is the benefit that they have in 5G, that is why the US keeps on lagging, and that is before you realise that the 6G advertisements might be preemptive as Huawei was already making headway there.

So as we realise that we re being told story after story, the realisation needs to be on what evidence there is. So when you read “Reuters has reported that the Biden administration is considering imposing more sanctions on China’s biggest chip-maker Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation” why this is done, to herald in a new era of McCarthyism now aimed at China, or is there evidence? You see if there was clear evidence and it was presented it would have been a different thing, but they haven’t done that and the BBC hiding behind ‘alleged’ is a problem, it is a huge problem because it implies that the rest of the world has no freedom of choice, if can only choose stuff that is approved by the Uncommonly Skint of America. When did you sign up for that?

This is not some anti-America rant. I am not anti-American. I am anti-stupid and for the most the media can no longer be trusted. They did this to themselves. In all this I would be happy to be wrong, it merely requires the US to present evidence, a stage that is very unlikely to ever happen, they have done this before, and they will likely do this again. And whilst we see news on how much taxes Elon Musk will pay this year, no one is looking at the other 613 billionaires and the 5000 people who own well over $100,000,000, why is that you think? Why do we get flamed article by the ICIJ when evidence shows that a tax overhaul is essential and no one is moving into that direction, no the people will get a new version of McCarthyism, all flames and no adherence to evidence. You look for yourself and you judge, do not take my word for it, learn what is being done and then decide for yourself.
