In the land of Saud

That is where is am ‘obliged’ to look. Not because of them, but because of touristy reasons. You see, I got some compelling news a few hours ago. A nice chance of the news that is hitting the United States. Some might have seen some YouTube video on a flight from London to JFK with merely one passenger. I don’t think it is real, but there you have it. The idea that someone makes a flight with only one person is utterly ridiculous. Although I have seen several video’s of airports devoid of life and passengers, so it is not out of the realm of possibilities.

No this is a different story and it gets two sources. The first one is Cairo Scene that gives us (at https://cairoscene.com/buzz/saudi-tourism-created-over-one-million-jobs-by-august-2025) the over populous idea that ‘Saudi Tourism Created Over One Million Jobs by August 2025’ which is part of the story, but the larger bang is seen with “Saudi Arabia welcomed about 116 million visitors in 2024, surpassing its 2030 target of 100 million seven years early.” I saw the push, I anticipated that it would be made, but to make this marker seven years ahead of schedule is a rather large achievement. Where we see “Tourism contributed around 5% of gross domestic product in 2024, with plans to increase this to 10% by 2030. Saudi Arabia recorded about 116 million domestic and international visitors in 2024, exceeding its Vision 2030 target of 100 million tourists seven years ahead of schedule. Tourism’s share of national exports rose from 6% in 2019 to 11% in 2024, alongside an increased contribution to the trade surplus over the same period.” I reckon that they will go above and beyond a little more this year as many millions are no longer considering going to the United States of America and whilst we see ‘news’ of a different nature in the upcoming two years, the reality will hit the people soon enough. In this setting it might mean for the current Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that “Saudi Arabia’s unemployment rate is undergoing a transformative, yet challenging period, with overall unemployment rising to 3.4% in the third quarter of 2025 from 3.2% in the second quarter, marking two consecutive quarterly increases.”There is every thoughts to consider that it will get a fair bit lower in 2026. With all the mining Saudi Arabia has planned and now the stretch towards Tourism and that is before all the people they will need in Trojena, and Sindalah. As such there are good times ahead of Saudi Arabia. Then we get more news that is seen in https://propnewstime.com/getdetailsStories/MjUxNDM=/marriott-and-al-qimmah-plan-over-2-700-new-hotel-rooms-in-saudi-arabia, although I don’t know what exactly they are (from people making claim on the digital express), they do give us ‘Marriott and Al Qimmah plan over 2,700 new hotel rooms in Saudi Arabia’, the site doesn’t really feel comfortable, and I don’t like some of the output it creates, but with the Trojena, Sindalah and Oxagon settings, the news makes sense. Even though these three are never mentioned. As such I get from Yahoo Finance (the news in Prop News Time was too dodgy) “The agreement includes JW Marriott Jeddah, The Apartments, which will be located on Jeddah Corniche Road. The property is expected to offer 356 studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with separate living areas and kitchens. Facilities will include an executive boardroom, dining venues, a children’s club, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. It will sit adjacent to the previously announced JW Marriott Hotel Jeddah. Four Points by Sheraton Shesha, Makkah will provide 1,030 rooms near Masjid Al Haram. Four Points by Sheraton Madinah King Fahd Road will offer 800 rooms close to Masjid Al Nabawi.” As such all eyes should be looking towards Saudi Arabia for the 2026 summer season, there won’t be too much reporting in the United States unless you want to read bad news.

As such I want to congratulate Saudi Arabia, its kingdom and its citizens on making the 2030 markers seven years early, a feat seldom seen before and I reckon that 2026 cortina and 2030 Nice will mark the way of more increased tourism in Saudi Arabia (especially Trojena) as there might not be too many people willing to visit Utah 2034 at this time. I get that the players and their family will attend, but at present the American Administration will have to show about their rudders 180 degrees with show results before many people will be daft enough to see this happen. If it were up to me, Trojena might make the cut for the 2034 olympics, at present Utah does not (no blame on the people in Utah for this). And that will up the visit ramp for Saudi Arabia even more.

Will it hold? I doubt it, but I reckon when 2028 hits and people are confronted with the ‘real’ numbers, important people might start asking questions and whilst the media and fake news will get blamed, the setting will show that the United States of America will have become the global pariah to a much larger degree and that is a heavy look to throw and many will at that time no longer care about what is real and what is not, because there will have been increasing voices that America is no longer hospitable, safe and a few more negative items.

This is what I expect to see and with that Saudi Arabia and UAE’s Abu Dhabi too will have gobbled up many of the visitors that might have considered United States as a destination, just in time to see the Disney Park in Abu Dhabi open its gates. And with that I have to leave you. I get that a lot is speculative, but feel free to ignore my views. Saudi Arabia made its markers and is welcome to them. For now everyone wants to see Riyadh and other places in Saudi Arabia and none of those are interested in the United States as a destination. So there is that.

Have a great day and I now have to consider that my working week starts again in 7 hours. It sucks to be caught on a Sunday (with Chocolate and Strawberries).

And now for something new

I tire of the news of the world, I have been looking at it for too long and suddenly I had a spark. I was looking at some library apparently in Greece and it had a globe, not the one I show you now.

A globe by by any other name remains a sphere and that was when a few ideas hit me at the same time. You see, some ‘undermine’ or ‘undervalue’ geospatial intelligence, but that is exactly where the new news needs to go. Consider a sphere and that sphere is like the top of a tablet. We can interact with this and it is already possible to do that. We can look at a globe and see what is happening out there and we can interact with these events and show them on our tablet, our mobile or our computer. And we can select what news we get, in most cases we are subscribed to it and out paper gets us the information with icons on our globe, which is also linked to our devices and we see the events we are connected to. So in the home and in the office we do not have a sizable globe, but we have a smaller one.

And it has the same function, but it goes further. Geospatial news can be shown on a TV, or one of those new paper thin displays, we used to call them maps and they are still that, but there is a difference. Local government has their own maps, shown on a display, optionally also shown in a home with a set focal point of a local map. For example someone in Riyadh might merely see the initial news of Saudi Arabia or Riyadh Province, or even merely Riyadh. Events that will pop up on this maps, other settings like the Netherlands, South Holland, or perhaps Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague. And this already exists. The news is given with connected metadata and we merely don’t think of that, but apart from the new TV (which is already out there (old ones work too) and the globes, which is al based on existing technology is out there, mere merely never refocused to this optional standard, because the newspapers like selling news papers. But digital data transformed that and it is time that the news is altered accordingly. I reckon that the first ones being Al Arabiya, Al Jazeera, BBC, and a few more will start offering this and soon enough others will follow. And I get that most of them will offer this in a subscription, optionally linked to their newspaper like Aftonbladet, Die Welt, or Le Monde. There are many providers and so many options to see rising to the occasion and the news needs to evolve if they want to exist tomorrow (its not that immediate a risk).

And with the new displays, the settings for local governments become more and more pressing and they will want to see these geospatial presentations in their government buildings, because we all think global, but it is all a collection of local news. And that is where the next technology comes from and that is where we need to look.

I think that this new setting of news will catch on, because in the end we are all local lifers in a global community and the term ‘Think local act global’ has been taken out of proportions by some to make their global footprint more distinct, but in all this we forgot the local person and he cares about what happens around him/her, so why not cater to that because news that is read by the 1.17 people in Amsterdam is still news worthy of being read and there is every indication that this will transfer to a much larger audience, because these people have friends and family optionally not in the Netherlands. Same could be said of all the 8 billion out there.

Well that is all I have to say on the subject. It was nice getting my noggin in a more creative setting, I missed that. So who will start this setting? I wonder how much longer other news agencies will try too hold onto the old phase and how they will be replaced by the news givers with a much larger scope. And the fun part? Advertisers will likely fail here, no one is interested in that and they will be barred to a much larger degree and this who try will drag the media not wanting to ‘separate’ news from advertisement with them, as such I will get two bangs for one shot. Lucky me. Have a great day.

Price of oil now $15

Yup, saw it myself, a gallon of sunflower oil now $15, as such I wonder why President Trump is panicking? Any grocer has it, so why settle for Venezuelan oil? OK, he has the bankrupt stigma over his head, but that is on the administration. And in that regard the BBC piece (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c205dx61x76o) giving us the headline ‘Trump seeks $100bn for Venezuela oil, but Exxon boss says country ‘uninvestable’’ might not help him much. You know, I would have thought he would have investigated that BEFORE he put the lives of American soldiers in jeopardy. So when we are told “US President Donald Trump has asked for at least $100bn (£75bn) in oil industry spending for Venezuela, but received a lukewarm response at the White House as one executive warned the South American country was currently “uninvestable”.

Bosses of the biggest US oil firms who attended the meeting acknowledged that Venezuela, sitting on vast energy reserves, represented an enticing opportunity.” As such what did Chevron had to say? They were the one that were their in the first place. As such I reckon that the peaceful webcam of Nuuk might not be so peaceful for much longer. In that regard, was there really just one executive stating the uninvestable ploy? And one response was “Exxon’s chief executive Darren Woods said: “We have had our assets seized there twice and so you can imagine to re-enter a third time would require some pretty significant changes from what we’ve historically seen and what is currently the state.”” In all this I am a little surprised. I would have had that meeting beforehand. It kinda makes me wonder of the belle at the ball meeting a well hung man stating ‘What am I supposed to do with that?’ That is one of those moments when ‘hoping for the best’ will come across as having a cold shower as the first dish of the ‘entertainment of the evening’ it might come across as a little cold, but that is what it looks like. Everything over the last 2 weeks looks like an exercise of how not to do things in any corporate setting. Especially when you start eyeing 300 billion barrels. In my mind the first question I had was why didn’t Venezuela set that in motion? And for that matter where were these tankers going to? What solutions do they have to process that much oil? Those are the first questions I had two weeks ago, as such that oil meeting was like a marketing cold call. And there is a setting for off shore processing in this case even if America will buy the oil, it is a simple setting to adding a taximeter to that processing plant. As such this entire setting is one of bad preparation. It’s like the man expecting a smooth ride at a brothel asking the question ‘What exactly is herpes?’ Which gets us the comical setting that the lady of the house asks ‘You don’t have herpes, do you? I don’t want to get that again’ You might smile but the reactions that President Trump is invoking with reaction views that the Venezuelan oil industry is looking like a dud more and more at present.

Then there is the setting that ABC is leaving us with ‘Donald Trump says oil executives will have ‘total safety’ if they invest in Venezuela’ Can they really? As far as I can tell, these places tend to react flammable to any RPG thrown their way and President Maduro has a large following that are still roaming the streets of Caracas. As such ill-prepared and reacting in the stage of ‘total safety’ whilst that would require over 100,000 boots on the ground in Caracas and that is likely to set a different tone to that equation. So as America is heading towards at least two fronts (Greenland and Venezuela), I wonder if he read the papers on Napoleon making the very same mistake in 1814. He should look at the works of Ridley Scott, especially his movie Napoleon (2023), he might learn something. I know it is much better to read ‘1812: Napoleon’s Fatal March on Moscow’ by Adam Zamoyski, but that might be seemingly too dry for him.

These are a few insights one might need to reassess the insights that President Trump had last week as he was going to ‘fix oil infrastructure’, it seems that this meeting with the oil executives was one he needed to have before he made the claim to ‘fix oil infrastructure’. You know little things like that might fix his viewpoint in a more correct way beforehand. And I feel stupid for having to say this, but, no wait, I don’t have to the American Administration had to do this BEFORE they went in and stated that they were going against drugmakers. So how many drug houses were captured (call it freed) from Venezuela? And the ‘word’ is “Venezuela remains a major transit country for cocaine shipments via aerial, terrestrial, and maritime routes.” You see, in 1974 I learned (at the merchant navy academy) that transit means “conveyance of persons or things from one place to another. usually local transportation especially of people by public conveyance. a system engaged in such transportation.” So for the kiddies in the American administration, it means that merchant A ships goods B through Location C to Customers in location D. As such Venezuela is Location C, so the drugs are optimally only found in some ware house. So how many warehouses were captured with drugs? I failed to see that news. And when we get to the nasty setting that it was always about the oil. And as such that meeting the BBC raves on about should have been had at least 4 weeks ago and in all this the one who was there before (Chevron) is seemingly overlooked by all. What were their observation of Venezuelan oil processing? Little things like that. So are we getting the same failed narrative for Greenland and if it was about national security, what discussion were held over placing a base and a port in Greenland (or enlarge the port of Nuuk for Navy ships and perhaps a airfield for refueling options. So what ‘enlargements’ were planned for Pituffik Space Base? All questions that national security would have in the initial first instance and I see no reporting on that. But I reckon the news would have linked these settings like media coverage (e.g., Defense News), and internal DoD reports, all detailing military posture, strategy, budget, and operations, with the Secretary of Defense reporting to the President and Congress, and various agencies like the DIA and services providing intelligence and status updates. Perhaps the DoD was not entirely forthcoming on that, but they needed to have all the paperwork ready for this and I never saw anything on that. As such I get the feeling that Greenland is a simple resource grab to enlarge their credit portfolio. Nothing more and I reckon the this will anger Denmark, the EU, NATO and optionally Canada too. Most likely not in the order, but these elements are involved. All settings that the media would have been able to ask instead of getting the usual quotes (like) “Canada should become our Cherished 51st State” or my favourite, President Trump apparently said these words a week ago: “One Day, I Realized Nobody Was Coming to Save Me—So I Saved Myself” and it will become my favourite as he utters those words in the International Criminal Court in The Hague when he faces them, because there is 0% chance he will avoid that setting after the coming 1105 days. Whomever takes over the office will have such a mess to clean that they will hand him over in an instant act to relieve some of the pressures that successor faces on the global markets. In 1105 days he either find the correct amount to increase the Credit Card of the United States or Wall Street hands him over to anyone asking for him. This is of course massively speculative, but do you think I am wrong? The numbers don’t lie (they actually do, it is the interpretation that tends to be finicky) “Trump’s term low is 41% approval, which he first reached on Nov. 12. His disapproval also notched up to 56% on Nov. 19, a high for this term per the aggregator. As of Jan. 9, 2026, 43% approve and 55% disapprove, per the Times.” (Source: USA Today) As I see it, Wall Street will giftware him and Warren Buffet is likely to make the bow for the wrapping himself. And in all this he has ignored international law, just like Napoleon did and they gave him a hotel on Elba to relax. I don’t think President Trump is going to get that lucky. Too many are after him now and that list is getting more impressive by the day Venezuela, Greenland, Canada, Netherlands, Belgium (EU HQ, NATO HQ), Germany and a few more. To my knowledge Adolf Hitler was the last person to get this much personal attention of governments, not even Stalin pulled the one off. It might not be academic but it feels correct.

Does it feel over emotional? No, I have merely attaching optionally non-related issues, because the Trump administration is making knee jerk corrections on something that should have been thought through BEFORE we had to watch the arrant pr President Maduro. Don’t get me wrong, as the details go he was seemingly a bad man, I have no doubt. But at what stage did that warrant America to go in and arrest him on the spot with a fleet of ships? When did America send the army into Iran and arrest Ali Khamenei, Supreme leader of Iran. Or perhaps Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego, President of Columbia where the drugs seemingly come from. Where is that media snippet of reality? No, Venezuela was about oil and now it seems that it is seemingly as useful as horsepiss. (Quote from King Kong 1976, where the Petrox Corporation went in for oil too). As such it didn’t turn out that way and this example makes me wonder why the Trump Administration wasn’t ready for this. As such my idea for off shore processing and getting all oil tankers to go to an (optional) American location to process that oil might have been a better solution. I have no expertise in the Petrochemical industry, so I am going on a limb here, but to not explore that option on day one seems folly to me. So what shortcomings will we see when Greenland is up for ‘auction’?

Just my 2 cents of the matter and now it is time for brekkie, Have a great day all.

The accused speaks

Well, I have had an interesting day (so far), I have been accused of being anti-American and a whole range of other things (some of it on lacking evidence), so here goes.

First of all, I am not anti-American, I am heavily pro-Canadian, so there. Then there is the ‘alarmist’ accusation. That is fair, but it comes with certain evidence. In the first I gave you the source the Texas Standard where Matt Smith, lead energy analyst at Kpler gives us “So if we just consider U.S. production and Latin American production in Venezuela specifically, U.S. shale is light sweet crude. It is very high quality. Venezuelan crude is low quality, heavy sour crude. And U.S. gulf coast refineries have been geared towards running this Venezuelan heavy sour crude, Mexican heavy sour crude as well.” As such the few who can process this crude is Chevron for one (they were originally in Venezuela) and then we get Fortune telling us ‘President Trump stands ready to send U.S. Big Oil into Venezuela en masse, but the messy reality of rebuilding a ruined industry takes many years’ with the added “President Donald Trump says American Big Oil “want to go in so badly” into Venezuela and spend billions of dollars, but the reality is U.S. oil producers are hesitant, and it will take many years and many tens of billions of dollars to rebuild Venezuela’s decimated oil sector after the U.S forcibly removed and arrested leader Nicolás Maduro during a string of attacks on Jan. 3.” But as I see it, President Trump only has 1108 days left, so there will not be enough time, apart from Chevron optionally making a massive windfall (they were there first and they would know how to process the crude oil Venezuela has), so how is this an American setting? Because President Trump told us so.

Then we get about America being broke. There is way too much evidence all around us. The issue is that you have to connect the dots yourself because the media does nothing that hurts their golden eggs. Now some claim I am making the wrong assumptions. That is fair, because I too can fail. And if you are relying on your whatever AI you use, you will fail, because I tend to work in multidimensional viewpoints and there is (as far as I know no AI that can do that), the programmer didn’t program it and as such it fails. One person even accused me of being a “a passionate, alarmist synthesis of 2026 events. It resonates in fringe discussions but lacks rigorous sourcing or nuance.” Really? That might be the case, but the media is actually no help at all and the setting of debt is clearly shown in numerous sources and so is the $1.2 trillion dollar interest bill. So what happens when 24% of the annual budget is taken all whilst America was unable to keep a budget for over 10 years? And now you have two make due with 24% less? That was before President Trump made trade-wars with Canada (aka Tariffs) and the rest of the world. As such Tourism was highly impacted and we are not getting the real numbers, especially when we see the claims of up around $6-$12 billion, all whilst some give us estimates of the total potential shortfall as high as $29 billion. And that was before some other elements are considered I came to up to $80 billion in the widest setting (like air B&B, temporary jobs for students and several other factors) where I saw as California and Florida being the hardest hit and in addition the Canadian winter geese who are at present shunning Florida. All elements that will be added burdens to the lack of revenue for America. And with these facts I came to the speculative conclusion that the Democrats are in on this. Because as I see it, the political field is all about blaming the other side, but now, the democrats remain silent, especially where Greenland is concerned. Why is that?

As it stands Marjorie Taylor Green has been more outspoken against President Trump than Hakeem Jeffries has been, How does that make sense? And I am willing to put that not on them but on the media and what they are not telling us. So what else is going on? Oh yes, I was ‘accused’ to “openness to partnering with China against U.S. “greed,” framing it as a “warlike Commonwealth” response.” What I actually said was “America needs to learn what a warlike Commonwealth can bring to the table. I still think that a partnership with China is preferred, but I get that this is politically a hammer to heavy to wield.” I countered the language of a bully with the response to a bully. Something that an AI is unlikely to decipher. And as Canada is optionally attacked as the 51st State, I find it acceptable to color the Commonwealth in an aggressive response. As I see it, the last time Australians were blood red eyed aggressive was in Gallipoli in 1915, so we (Australians) are due for another exercise, and an exercise to protect Canada is definitely a worthy one.

So it is fair to see me emotional, but the emotions that president Trump gave is all are massively aggravating. So I feel justified in my emotions.

So in other news there are the Horizon games (yes I am changing subject). The third Horizon game is seemingly planned for 2027-2028. And might be a launch title for the PS6. Which is claimed, I have no idea when that thing comes to market. But I was thinking as it would be fair to see the PS6 with a 4KHD drive, there might be a case to launch the game with all three games upgraded for PS6. Disc one would be Zero Dawn/Frozen Wilds  and Forbidden West/Burning Shores and disc 2 would hold the third game. As Zero Dawn was released in 2017 it would be a 10th anniversary release. A game that almost every Sony gamer would want and to play them all (likely after the third game) would be one hell of a journey. I reckon that many non Sony gamers will buy the PS6 merely for that option. Just an idea I was having. I am currently replaying Forbidden West and I am still in awe of the entire journey this game offers. As I see it, it might be the best game in the history of gaming and that is saying something.

And come to think of it, the world of Zero Dawn and Forbidden West might be preferable to the one we face her at present. Just some food for thought.

Have a great day everyone.

Edge of the coin

That is as I realise the setting we are in. And I get it, I sound silly, but I was unaware of the scope of the setting (I will easily blame my lack of an economic education) but three parts came to my mind opening my eyes. The first part is seen on the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cwyg1jg8xkmo) two hours ago ‘US discussing options to acquire Greenland, including use of military, says White House’ all whilst my previous article is 14 hours old. As such America is ready to go to war with NATO itself. And here we are given “US President Donald Trump has been discussing “a range of options” to acquire Greenland, including use of the military, the White House said. The White House told the BBC that acquiring Greenland – a semi-autonomous region of fellow Nato member Denmark – was a “national security priority”.” Which is as I see it a blatant lie, but I wrote about that 14 hours ago. The second part came from Houston (Texas) where (at https://www.texasstandard.org/stories/venezuela-oil-future-texas-development-trump-maduro/) we are given ‘From Caracas to Houston: How Venezuela’s oil future could affect Texas’ the direct takeaway is “President Trump is talking about rebuilding the oil infrastructure there. If you’re in the oil biz in Houston or Irving right now, what do you think this means for the Texas oil industry? Are we looking at the possibility that U.S. companies could rush down into Venezuela as a result of what happened this weekend?

Well, no, so it’s a crude quality thing, right? So if we just consider U.S. production and Latin American production in Venezuela specifically, U.S. shale is light sweet crude. It is very high quality. Venezuelan crude is low quality, heavy sour crude. And U.S. gulf coast refineries have been geared towards running this Venezuelan heavy sour crude, Mexican heavy sour crude as well.

And so it’s not going to impact U.S. production per se because it’s not going to be displacing that crude. The way, if you’re cynical, you can look at this is that the U. S. needs this Venezuelan crude and so that’s what’s driving President Trump’s efforts here.

You might think that this is ludicrous and to some extent it is, but there is another side. Actually two sides, but I will talk about this in a moment. The thirst side is given to us by the Guardian (at https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2026/jan/06/the-guardian-view-on-trumps-capture-in-caracas-oil-matters-but-its-not-the-whole-story) where we see ‘The Guardian view on Trump’s raid in Caracas: oil matters, but it’s not the whole story’ where we see “US sanctions worsened Venezuela’s slump, but lifting them alone will not restore growth: the industrial base has been hollowed out and skilled labour gone. If US oil majors take a larger share of revenues, Caracas will be more cash-strapped than before. It is hard not to recall Iraq – not because Venezuela is Iraq, but because of how the decision was made. No single rationale was decisive about Caracas. Oil, drugs, ideological fixation and presidential ego all featured. Each was not enough on its own; together they saw Mr Trump make a high‑risk move with no clear endgame.” It didn’t hit me at first, but this kept nagging into the back off my brain. There were two parts that were missing (one actually). You see, we were given “Trump told NBC on Jan. 5 that it could take less than 18 months to revive Venezuelan oil production, with the U.S. potentially reimbursing American oil companies for their investment. “A tremendous amount of money will have to be spent, and the oil companies will spend it, and then they’ll get reimbursed by us, or through revenue,” Trump said. In his Jan. 6 announcement Trump said Venezuelan oil “will be taken by storage ships, and brought directly to unloading docks in the United States.” Energy Secretary Chris Wright is coordinating the effort, Trump added. Wright is meeting with oil executives in Miami this week.” You would like to see that this is more Trump BS but you would be wrong, the timeline does’t match. You see President Trump has almost exactly 1109 days left. Now consider that Chevron or anyone else picks up the baton, there is not enough time to make a decent profit and on the other had, the rather nasty side effect of oil is that a spark sets it off and President Maduro has plenty of allies in Venezuela. So either a massive army comes to Venezuela or there is another setting in place. That’s when it hit me, actually the Greenland setting left me with this. America is ready to go to war with NATO? At present NO DEMOCRAT is speaking up and Hakeem Jeffries leader of the Democrat party has been uncannily silent on these matters. I dawned on me that America elected an idiotic baboon as president because THEY ALL KNOW the party is about to end. They all know the debt they are in is about to spiral out of control and they need Venezuelan oil, Greenland natural wealth and Canadian resources to keep afloat (Canada might almost be out of danger) but America needs Venezuela and Greenland and that is thinly part to keep them afloat. Did Democrats actually think they could go in denial after the fact?

They all knew and no one reacted, that is your America of today, they are no longer an ally, they have become a clear and present danger of Europe, the EU and the Commonwealth. Because after Greenland how much trust does an American hold? None at all.

I have to be crazy not having seen this before, we got swept up in the media cycles (they are now also an active part towards the enemies destination) there is no way all these Economic boffins didn’t see this happen. I might have an excuse as I have no economic degree, but they do not. And that needs to come out into the light. The global news is so whoring for Digital Dollars, they will side with the wind in whatever direction it goes. That was part 3 and part 4 of this. As I see it a whole America is part of this and I mightn’t have seen it before, but I am on the page now. So as I see it Europe and the Commonwealth have only one course of action. Immediately ban all American goods, ban all American travel, and ban all American services. It is now that simple and when we suddenly now get Democratic voices complain, they are too late. They had the option to voice concerns over three weeks but we got nothing. So as I see it, the Commonwealth needs to stand side by side with Canada as it is the third target of America and we need to do this now. There is no tomorrow. America needs to learn what a warlike Commonwealth can bring to the table. I still think that a partnership with China is preferred, but I get that this is politically a hammer to heavy to wield. So this is the edge of the coin, not Ione side, not the other, but in balance with too many elements.

So even I get insights into missed corners of data and there will be plenty of people saying I am wrong (as I usually hear) but look at the evidence, the media gave you all the evidence you needed. Have a great day, unless you are American then you can have a terrible day as far as I care.

As you question your media

That is what I am left with. You see I have always believed this setting to be truthful. I saw this direction as clear as anything on October 4th 2021 (yes, world animal day, in the story at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/10/04/utter-insanity/) when I wrote ‘Utter Insanity’, so I have been on this track for some time and I made mention of this in 2013 when the pressure was not that high yet. So when I saw (at https://fortune.com/2025/10/14/america-going-broke-jpmorgan-david-kelly-debt-tariffs/) where we see ‘America is ‘going broke slowly’ says J.P. Morgan, as national debt balloons and tariff revenue looks shaky’ and this was given to us on October 14 2025 (a few years after I did the math) where we see “J.P. Morgan’s David Kelly warned this week that while America is “going broke” it’s doing so slowly enough that markets aren’t panicking yet. With U.S. national debt now topping $37.8 trillion and interest payments exceeding $1.2 trillion, Kelly said the debt-to-GDP ratio—already at 99.9%—will likely keep rising even under moderate growth. Despite tariff revenues and temporary deficit relief, he cautioned that political choices or a slowdown could quickly worsen the fiscal picture, urging investors to diversify away from U.S. assets before “going broke slowly” turns fast.” And the bigger story is “Why did the media never caught on?” There is the Wall Street Journal, several financial newspapers and several other media. They never woke up? How much are these people getting paid? And my story yesterday was that it is time for the USA to become an isolated state. So how long will this last when the screws are tightened by Europe and the Commonwealth? You see, in 2024, the U.S. federal government collected approximately $4.9 trillion in total revenue. Now consider that they have NEVER been able to keep their spending under control and at present almost a fourth of that will go towards interest payments. So how long until things start collapsing? When you cannot make budget now, you will make even less when you have to make due with only 75% of that money is available for all manners of costs. That is what is out there and the media is merely glancing over this. So who will ask them the hard questions? Because as it seems the media is shunning and failing their duty and leaving the people in unknown territory. But don’t believe me, I am merely a clever person, but as I see it David Kelly of J.P. Morgan might be a different story and whilst nearly all media is glancing over Venezuela and the oil needs that America has, will they also feign ignorance in case of Greenland? Or are they buying the National Security gist that is out there?

So whilst we are getting “Kelly outlined that while the economy is facing a barrage of issues (geopolitics, trade wars, changing immigration enforcement, and government shutdowns to name a few) one of the key longer-term issues is how the U.S. government is going to pay its bills.” And I like it, because I was right all along and I got to that point 4 years ago. So as it stands this moment is coming within the next three years and do you really think that America’s expansionism is about national security of are there people who are able to get on the train that it is merely about adjusting the maximum limit on the Credit Card of a nation named United States of America. And as we see it Greenland and Canada wants nothing of that. Greed it the smallest and weakest of sins and it never stops showing its hunger and people like PM Mark Carney knows this, which is why he is the perfect choice for Canada at this moment. I reckon that when the implosion of America becomes fact the Canadian people will get him his own statue and I already know the place, Berczy Park overlooking the Financial district of Toronto. Because if Canada gets out of this near unscathed a statue is the least Canada can do for him.

So feel free to question your media and for all those people stating that USA can never go broke, consider that no nation ever had over 37 trillion in debt and the interest is slowly giving the USA a starting find of zero. Then there are the bonds that are maturing in 2026. So when and where are they maturing? Because that comes separate from the $1.2 trillion interest bill (according to JP Morgan) I personally thought it was closer to $1.5 trillion, but I am not an expert, so I will gladly give the field to JP Morgan on this. And the media remains silent on the hardships that America called out on itself.

And there is a second setting (a speculative one) we are given “The economist wrote that in the near term casual speculators may have some reason for optimism. For example, he pointed to tariff revenues raking in significant sums ($31 billion in August, according to the White House) and recent estimates from the CBO and the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget that deficits for fiscal year 2025 will total 6% of GDP, down from 6.3% last year.” My speculation is that some people, especially on Wall Street figure on the setting that as long as the ship looks good, they look good. It is a speculation by me and of course I could be incorrect, but that is how I see it. But the markers we see (like Venezuela, Canada and Greenland) gives me the idea that I am right. You see, to let the US credit card get more, they need to show more and Venezuela does the to some degree and Greenland and Canada are the closers of America need for greed and greed is the centre piece in all this, which is why I oppose the actions of America. In the second degree I am a Commonwealthian, so I stand with Canada and my Australian side also stands with Queen Mary Of Denmark who originally comes from Tasmania. So I have two reasons to not give America any consideration here.

But in all this the overwhelming issue is the media who is shunning what should be reported and I reckon that several stakeholders are seemingly poisoning the well of information. I reckon that the need comes more and more in focus to list those people and shame them on the wall of visibility. Because there is only so much that these people are allowed to get away with, but that is merely me thinking this. Others might have a not so outspoken view on the matter.

Have a great day.

Does J stand for Jezebel?

That might be the question that I have, but I reckon it is not likely the question you have. You will think that J stands for John, like the book of John and many other references. But hear me out. I have always believed that doing the right thing for the wrong reason transform the setting to a corrupting one. And we should always avoid corrupting the ones we hail as important. I don’t have the lowdown on President Nicolás Maduro, some say he is vile, corrupt and many other things. I do not disagree. I merely do not know. I never stood still on Venezuela until President Trump attacked it, captured its tankers and a few other means of using planes to shoot down speed boats. The setting is an unnatural one. We cannot believe what the White House press corps tells us, it has gone that far at present and I reckon that at least two succeeding presidents will have to clean the mess this president is likely leaving behind. I believe that the setting of Horizon Forbidden West is a much more peaceful life, no matter how little time we have left.

So that actions of President Trump should be seen, no matter how nice he plays it, as actions of a corrupting nature. He is out to get the oil. As I see it America is that broke at present and he isn’t even hiding parts of this. As we get told “US oil giants have so far remained silent on Donald Trump’s claim that they are primed to spend “billions and billions of dollars” rebuilding the Venezuelan oil industry following the ouster of Nicolás Maduro.” (Source: the Guardian) We heard earlier “President Donald Trump says the US will ‘take back’ Venezuela’s oil, arguing it should be used to reimburse Washington for past spending. According to Trump, the US will ‘run’ Venezuela after having seized President Nicolas Maduro and taken him to New York.” So, where does ‘Take Back’ come into play? What evidence is there? We are given “According to a 2009 US report, 90% of US cocaine is sourced from Colombia, with Venezuela and the Caribbean accounting for around 10% of US-destined cocaine trans-shipments in 2010. Another significant route is directed to export cocaine, marijuana and other illegal drugs via direct sea shipments from Venezuela to Europe, with half of all direct shipments to Europe between 2006 and 2008 originating in Venezuela. For decades, Venezuela has been major transit hub for cocaine trafficking, but had not been a major producer of cocaine until the 2010s.” (Sources: United Nations, World Drug report 2010). All this whilst President Trump its pardoning drug dealers? No, this was about the oil they have and a secondary evidence I call into fact that there are no armies invading Colombia, it has no oil. When actions are this blatantly transparent, we need to fear the inactions of the United Nations who hammers Israel anytime chance it gets, no matter how unwarranted it is.

A mere 9 hours ago, ABC gave us ‘The Venezuela strike sets a new low for the world order — even by Donald Trump’s standards’ where awe are given ““This was one of the most stunning, effective, and powerful displays of American military might and competence in American history,” he told a press conference at Mar-a-Lago. But even in a world that has grown accustomed to a cavalier attitude toward international law from Mr Trump, the move’s blatant disregard for its strictures stunned political leaders and commentators around the world.” As well as “To be fair, none of the analysis in recent months of what the US might do as it ramped up its threats to Venezuela and Mr Maduro contemplated the possibility of the effective abduction of the authoritarian leader.” And it comes with “Mr Starmer was at pains to distance the UK from the operation and refused to say whether he believed it complied with international law.” We see another example where socialists are decidingly siding with the ‘pussy response’ as such as I see it, only liberal Prime Minister Mark Carney has any decent spinal cord in this.

In addition the Australian Financial Report (at https://www.afr.com/policy/foreign-affairs/trump-has-no-idea-what-he-s-getting-into-in-venezuela-20260104-p5nrgb) gives us ‘Trump has no idea what he’s getting into in Venezuela’ an opinion piece, because as I see it, the media at large is playing the pussy card as much as they can. It came with the additional “It was also the stuff of spectacle: “I watched it literally like I was watching a television show,” Trump told reporters. Cubans and Danes in Greenland will worry they might provide the next episode.” I get it, the world worries, because if that happens, it boils down to America proclaiming war on Europe, that is how I see it. Yet in light of their diminishing banking setting I reckon that America will drain Venezuelan oil for the next two years.

It is an unsettling setting. We cannot rely on the media to the larger extent and now America has become worse than Russia is, that is the reality that the Commonwealth has to look out for and in the backdrop China is smiling, because if they get the EU and the Commonwealth to sing the China sone, America ends up being isolated nearly completely. Commerce, Tourism and Technology is likely to end really quick. Is this what will happen? I cannot say, but the likelihood of the EU and the Commonwealth seeking shelter against this American setting is massively likely, but will they merely rely on each other, or will they seek a partnership with China? There is no data to provide an answer and this has never happened, so this version of AI is globally uncertain, it never have trained data of this extent before, so it will not know. It will merely guess at the behest of the programmer. Do you think that will be a wise decision?

Your guess is as good as mine. Have a great day today.

The other channel

That was in my mind when I was rewatching Teen Wolf today. What as a funny movie in 1985 became a stellar TV series with its much darker supernatural vibe was an amazing achievement and I was thinking that Europe has had its own successes in the timeframe of 70’s to 90’s. There was a lot of American series, but they have had some local successes and that is the price that Pinewood Toronto Studios or Canadian Broadcasting Centre (CBC Studios), there is the idea that Bardel Entertainment or Mercury Filmworks could translate some of this to Cartoons with a Canadian twist to it.

There are legions of options, but in the trend of Canada becoming more and more independent of America, I have been twisting my brain on how to do that. I was considering giving them my first TV serious, but it was written to an Islamic public, so it might not apply to any Canadian studio unless the stream to either Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Indonesia. The setting bares thought, but that might be for later. At this point I am looking to what we can do now.

The Netherlands had Q&Q (70’s) about a young photography enthusiast and as he falls the photo takes a picture and when the develops the film the snapped picture is a blurry picture of a man seemingly dead. Optionally that could take place in Biidaasige Park (a speculation I am making) and that is before you look at TV series in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, France and a few other places. I reckon that the French series might get rewritten for Grandé Studios. I merely wonder if this was done already, or was there never a need for this? But as the appeal for America is waning and whilst they are eager to export, Canada needs an alternative and whilst Canada makes great TV, the idea to cater to itself has of course a few benefits and the appeal that they unite a lot more closer to the EU will have a few benefits too. And as the options are given a lot more considerations. The idea of Canadian TV emerging with additional materials that is devoid of American interference, but that might merely be my idea of true independence.

A setting that bares thought, because there are plenty of Canadian that are clever (besides Ryan Reynolds who is utterly bonkers) but until they realise that we are on their side (mostly those in the Commonwealth) we need to give the idea and bring the ideas that could propel them further, especially without America, as it is more intent to thwart their bankruptcy be accusing Venezuela for Drugs offenses, whilst they merely want the oil Venezuela has. It might be my assumption, but no one in the American administration gives clear explanation and some of it comes across as utter BS (that what makes the grass grow in Texas). The setting requires the rest of the world to isolate America. It is not something I would suggest, but it comes down to that at present, especially when they are still going after Greenland and optionally Canada too.

As such the setting I am having is how could I help? And my creativity went haywire. I designed a game (which I published earlier in my blog) and I am considering a few more options, but I halted at TV, because I never considered it before. And I have three scripts that could help (when they are completed) and I have something new on the route as well, merely one was done, but it was for an Islamic audience. So as an idea I grabbed to the old IP that is decades old. It might revitalize TV and give a few other options for IP registration and optional rewrite. That could lead to Canada exporting TV series as well. But that would be for another day.

So whilst we turn to another channel, we need to see that Canada might become that channel and that needs to be invoked with creativity out of all other directions, not just mine, but from Europe and the rest of the Commonwealth as well. We need to support our Canadian brother, at least that is my personal believe and when we create that setting, we all avoid a larger pressure from America and Hollywood. A simple bonus setting we are all entitled to. But feel free to disagree with me on this, I reckon Canadians won’t.

I’m the Taxman

Today I got some news from initially the San Francisco Chronicle but I couldn’t get to that because of a paywall. So I found news (at https://abc7news.com/post/ca-billionaire-tax-proposal-peter-thiel-gavin-newsom-silicon-valley/18335032/) Where ABC 7 News gives us ‘Tech moguls threaten to leave CA as billionaire tax proposal gains support among unions’ and I agree as I have warned the people about this. This is not something new, it has been going on for well over a decade. I gave the setting in 2013 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2013/02/06/it-hurts-every-time-but-we-love-it/) where I wrote ‘It hurts every time, but we love it’ then again in 2020 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2020/05/06/new-world-order/) when I wrote ‘New World Order’ and last in 2021 when I wrote ‘Utter insanity’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/10/04/utter-insanity/) there is something wrong with political America. For over 25 years the tax laws needed to be overhauled, but they are unwilling to do that, so now they grasp at the bank settings of billionaires. Taxation is about justly taxing everyone and I agree, the Billionaires have been given a nice little ride, but overhaul of the Tax-laws is the only way it will ever work. Perhaps leaving the Apple tax rebates of the shelf. They don’t need 535 retail stores, especially when you go into a store and you have to specify on a website how you want that configuration. It gets made and after 2-3 weeks you get your new Laptop, Ive been through that setting twice in the last decade and I think that it is vulgar that they get all the tax rebates and also make it 100% tax deductible. Why does a presentation room get that (535 times). I get that it is smart, but should that be rewarded? Perhaps 50% of these stores could be made redundant, or perhaps better fully taxed. And that is merely one of dozens of cases where the American tax laws (European too) fall into a adjusted setting of ‘who cares’. So as we now see ABC 7 News, we are given “A proposal to tax billionaires in California could raise up to $100 billion to close the gap on federal health care cuts. U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders is now backing the campaign. Meanwhile, some big-name billionaires have reportedly threatened to leave the state.” And so they should. Perhaps there is something for them in Texas of Florida? And consider that these billionaires also take the bigger part of revenue out of California. So how long until that state is drying up? So whilst we get San Francisco State University Labor professor John Logan state “Most tech billionaires — who could easily afford to pay this 5-percent one-off tax– are not going to upend their lives, move to Austin, Texas, move to Florida, move to other parts of the country, given all the advantages they enjoy” is he certain that he wants to take that gamble? Texas and Florida are banking on that and when these people leave there will be a larger setting of a collapsing Californian economy. And for that mater, he might be setting the term of a ‘5-percent one-off tax’, but knowing America it is never a one off and when these people set sail to a ZERO TAX nation, the stage of fear will truly ignite, all whilst both Democrats and Republicans couldn’t be bothered with the tax overhaul, which would apply to ALL Americans. Personally I think that only former President Clinton gets a pass on this guilt trip, his books were in the green when he left. And as I see it, the ones that follow have had their hand in the debt we see now. More so as these administrations avoided dealing with a levy on roughly 9 trillion dollars (Apple, Meta, Google, Amazon, Netflix) and a few more players. All because the administrations were unable to overhaul the tax system. So there!

And better believe that I have data even preceding 2013, but that was before my blog, so that doesn’t really count, but it sets the station of avoidance to roughly a quarter of a century and that is out in the open. I don’t care what excuse they give, but at present America is broke and deliberately taxing billionaires is not the way to go. Proper taxation is and no one seems interested in doing that.

Have a great day. And enjoy the first day of the year as much as you can (nearly all timezones are on January first now).

When it goes beyond oil

That is the setting that Australian Mining dot com dot au gives us (at https://mining.com.au/saudi-arabias-trillion-dollar-push-future-minerals-forum/). We think that we are given ‘Saudi Arabia’s trillion-dollar push: Future Minerals Forum’, but we are given so much more. You think that the headline gives the goods, but the start gives us “Saudi Arabia’s mining sector is shifting from a long-term ambition to a near-term investment hot-spot, underpinned by mineral potential estimated at US$2.5 trillion ($3.75 trillion), as reported by the Future Minerals Forum (FMF).” A setting where some see the blatant debatable truths that America hands us all that they are doing so well in that place, whilst Saudi Arabia quietly sets the setting of over 2 trillion dollars. And the entrepreneurs are not to be trifled with as you can see that originally “According to FMF, the number of licensed mining companies operating in Saudi Arabia has grown from six in 2019 to more than 150, while exploration expenditure reached SAR$1.33 billion between 2019 and 2023.” A growth of 2,500% (in 5 years) with an exploration expenditure of well over a billion Saudi Riyals. So as we are given “EEP, run by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in partnership with the Ministry of Investment, allocated SAR$70.6 million in its first batch of funding to support lithium, copper, gold, and base metal projects. The funding enabled 440,000m of drilling, 57,000 geochemical samples being collected, and the creation of more than 50 technical roles.” This is the stuff that mining dreams are made of, well beyond the setting of the old American gold rush a setting that could make Saudi Arabia the most industrious nation this century, because the goods when found will need cleaning, melting and all sorts of actions and it will all be done in Saudi Arabia. So whilst we are given “Countries are collaborating on mineral development and recognise cross-border cooperation can meet global demand, whereas the other meaning represents minerals are positions as engines for jobs, industrialisation, and long-term economic transformation in supplier countries.” As I see it, they all want ‘cross border collaboration’ but this is a Saudi party, A Muslim setting and as I see it, Saudi Arabia sets the terms, not Wall Street and they are fighting over there on Greenland and Canadian goods, Venezuelan oil, all whilst Saudi Arabia has untapped settings. I think that Aaliyah Rogan said it best when she ended the article with “As global miners are looking to diversify geographically and secure future supply, Saudi Arabia is positioning itself as a credible third pillar of its economy, alongside energy and petrochemicals.” So as I see it, there is every chance that whatever America is vying for (Canada or Greenland) it comes with a lack of manpower, because as I see it, miners might not like the stage of political grievances whilst they can get a safe secure setting in Saudi Arabia for some time to come (at least 10 to 15 years). So whilst we are considering that the “Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in partnership with the Ministry of Investment, allocated SAR$70.6 million in its first batch of funding to support lithium, copper, gold, and base metal projects.” Consider the manpower they would need for this and I reckon any miner will be putting their name in the hat for such an amazing opportunity.

A setting that quietly walked passed a lot of people looked at the Greenland setting with “Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand affirmed support for Denmark, as Washington again says it wants to annex the country’s self-governing territory of Greenland. Anand spoke Tuesday with her Danish counterpart Lars Lokke Rasmussen, and she wrote on social media that she conveyed to him “Canada’s support for the fundamental importance of respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity.”” (Source: Cast Net) and whilst that (for lack of a better term) RomCom is going on, Saudi Arabia is making a move for its treasures and getting the resources to mine it properly.

Isn’t it a great moment when you learn that something happened in the background and you learn of this whilst most western papers will not report on it? So, have a great day all, My Monday is almost at an end whilst Toronto is merely starting today, Vancouver joins us in less than 2 hours.
