Twinkletoes

Yup, this happens to us all. Even the non-dancers. Twinkletoes means “used to refer to someone who is a good dancer or who moves lightly on their feet”, I accept that, but as I personally see it, it Also stages the person who has the situation that the person “who is a thinker or who moves swiftly in their brain” the same situation applies. I have been iterating new IP through existing games for over two days now (and it is really exhausting). I have been making new iterations to my version of Elder Scrolls 6: Restoration, a new FarCry (based on the legendary FarCry 3), the new RPG I have set on paper here, new iterations of commerce (in the RPG’s) and added a setting to a new stealth RPG (not a new Assassins Creed) and a very new approach to Watchdogs 5: Observations (in its earliest infancy), I had already commenced Watchdogs 4 to paper (somewhere on this blog) and it plays in modern day Japan. I changed the setting to Sapporo, as this is relatively new in gaming and as such there is novelty in new locations and the story requires a harbor setting. And this has been merely the last two days, although the original setting were created up to 5 years ago, with the setting of Restoration (TES6) almost 10 years ago. So as I am driven to near exhaustion as my brain is in twinkletoe mode, I can assure you that it is merely my version of overly active brain syndrome (perhaps there is a medical term for it) and it is leaving me a little tired. As it the case, it did give me the setting of Watchdogs 5, the issue here that it is a networking setting as the game goes in pairs. 

It is also less action driven, but more activity driven, as such you can be the hacker or the Agent in this game, there is a larger setting that you as one or the other can give clues to a fellow on the other side of the isle and the goal is to create a more robust observation and detection system. The frail setting of certain systems allows for actions to be monitored on CCTV, the internet and personal observations. The thought came to me as I was remembering 1985 video game Hacker by Activision. It was designed by Steve Cartwright and he got it done on a system with a mere 64KB, too what happens when we throw some real power to it? What happens when we unite agents and hackers and run the system from both ends? Can this result in a much more robust system? What happened when the game adds zero day faults (Apple has a few, Microsoft has tons as I personally see it). So what happens when we set these stages in motion and it is not merely point and click, so why happens when a Palantir (Gotham) system is thrown into the mix? I am merely postulating now, the reasoning that games could also instruct or teach people on how vulnerable they are in real life. 

As we move from station to station, some might remember the game V (based on the 1983 TV series), you merely run to a point and activate that system to let the red fumes inhabit the space station (I think that was what I was supposed to do), but add a section based on Portal (by Rob Swigart, 1986) you can get a lot more. That is the setting that I see when we set a game like Hacker to a much larger stage and at that point it is new IP, not merely some variation of IP, but a much larger stage and totally new. A game that teaches, informs and trains the next stage. As we now see that programmers are programming bots to keep scammers uselessly busy, we can grow more mundane and more intense in almost any direction. And it is a new endeavor, not some wannabe drip drip copy, but something totally new. Just like the makers of Chipwits (by Epyx, 1984) made a new version a larger and more enticing version on these newer systems, we can grow many games in new jackets and larger premises to new heights. And these systems have the computation powers to net the stage much larger. We can use the setting of the Balance of Power and add a few cogs to make it a much larger machine. And as Chipwits has a new version 42 years later in a much larger setting, we can do this in many ways and I wrote about them around 4 years ago. The new IP set on original ideas and stupidly discarded by this who thought the new horizons require better games, all whilst these games are the timeless golden oldies. We saw and forgot what Millennium 2.2 brought on the Commodore Amiga with 1024 KB on 150ns. Now we have systems (and mobiles) with 32000 times more memory and more than 15000 times more storage whilst the processors are over 250,000 times faster. You can really go to town on those merits and create the larger setting on several stages. I said that this was part of the 50 million Amazon Luna sales that I foresaw and some are in such stages now, but as I saw it Amazon stayed asleep and like Alexandre Auguste Ledru-Rollin (1864) they went with that setting in the trend of “There go my people. I must find out where they are going so I can lead them” and the left billion on the floor all relying on the AI hype. I was thinking on that last week, there is no AI and I see it as NIP, Near Intelligent Parsing (making it NIP avoiding the confusion with IP). A setting that is overlooked, because as there is no AI, they all shout, so what is it then? Well, it is near intelligent, there is no real intelligence at present and it is set to the programmers who are parsing data and ideas into new (flawed) data. You see, a lot of this is intelligence and it almost get you there, but not entirely, the training models are set to more and more likely outcomes but there are percentages that are off and that is where the shoe becomes the wrong fit and I reckon that when these errors hit ADNOC and ARAMCO both will want some legal satisfaction and it might be a few years away, but it will happen, because the distance between real AI and NIP will be the size of the Grand Canyon (which these AI proclaimers will deny) and as they throw more complex legal documents at the customers they will get out to ‘their’ field retired and non-accountable to any legal discourse. It is almost like bad mortgages sold (or swapped) to new owners and they get out. Yet this field is the new wild west and I refuse to become part of it. And what happens, I saw the new stages of income based on old software. The Atari 600/800, Atari ST, CBM64 and CBM Amiga gave us over 10,000 games between 1983 and 1999. So if we only take the highest scoring 10% we get 1000 games. Now 30%-50% have IP protection, but I saw the override in new IP in a few ways and these are valid options as I see it and that implies that that ‘great’ (not really) game brand Microsoft, left thousands of options on the floor whilst they went to spend billions on something that I not panning out. You see, where it all becomes a new kind of hustle, all whilst for over two years I have written on other means to get revenue? And I am not done yet, because as I see it, the more I write here, the more revenue I show and the more IP I give here, the weaker the bog tech firms show themselves to be. A simple setting with simple outcomes and the best gig becomes that should someone copy the IP I set here, the bigger the losers biotech becomes. A simple equation to the question what makes for a good game?

That leaves me with the question, is there a mental setting to Twinkletoes? It is merely a mental thing in me, the question I cannot answer has a larger appeal than most other things in life. As such I was ahead from META by years. And as I see it, I have done so a few times with games and when we see Software companies make ‘innovative’ claims (hardware suppliers too) I get to be front and central in their claims showing them what I had created years ago. I reckon that I am mere steps to show what I had months if not years from what Bernard Arnault apparently had created whilst I had the setup in my bog (and more) close to a year before they made their AR (Augmented Reality) claims through LVMH. I was a few steps ahead of them and I made it common goods in my blog before March 21st 2023 in ‘The unplanned story’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2023/03/21/the-unplanned-story/) and all the wannabe innovators (no referral to Bernard Arnault) can go suck an egg. A new gaming IP

This is merely my idea. It is not an attack or anything like that on AC Shadows. I ignored the game for now until I get a proper review (a review not made by a wannabe influencer). Ad this setting is important, because an influencer goes where the money is and that is likely blowing the flute that Ubisoft supplies along with the music. It is their right and they are backed against a corner, so I don’t blame them. But like those traders dealing $2 stock, it is likely that you end up with a bag with nothing, or at least you lose your $109 investment. As such I stay waiting. Yet, my mind does not wait, regardlessly it ploughs on. And the setting of a Ninja is interesting to my mind. When I think ninja games I still think of Tench Z, it was da bomb in the Xbox360 and at times I miss it. So what to do?

Well I have my own settings to consider. So I went to design a new game. This game plays in Korea in the ‘old’ days. In a stretch from Hwacheon-gun to Yanggu to Chando-yi to Hahoe-ri. A block that slices through both North and South Korea, in this the idea has given me the idea to tell the story of two brothers, they become opponents through ideology and it is important to differentiate in what is good and what is evil. It is merely a point of view. Both get rescued and and as they end up in opposite sides of the river both think the other brother is dead. In game 1 (yes my mind created more than one IP point) they both end up in a battle school, they both support their side and as they become better and better, their abilities and responsibilities grow. 

One side relies on stealth and range weapons, the other on intrusion and close by sentry killing. And such their abilities evolve differently, they don’t come to blow, but the new game gives you the other brother and you have one game and two complete stories. And as they are separated by geology, they also evolve different skills. The north will be in a mountain area with a lake, the other one in forests. They both have their own weapons and in total you get a range of weapons to play with. At the high points of the games you both get involved and as such you are part of building two fortresses. They are both unique and hand you different settings. There are elements that I discussed earlier when I initially created Elder Scrolls 6, Restoration. Not leaving created IP for duds, especially as Bethesda now is part of Microsoft. They can invent their own IP (and they have). And as the next Elder scrolls is not out until 2026 or later. I can do with my own designs whatever I think I want to do with it. The backdrop is that the early ninja’s are allegedly (I’m not an expert on the subject) from Korea (it is said that: Those roots are found in the “art of warfare” that began around 4000 B.C. in Indian culture, was passed to the Chinese mainland, and around the 6th century, passed through the Korean peninsula and crossed over to Japan) and I accept that as a stated fact. It also pays to keep it all fresh and not be another Japan story. In this setting we can see it all as new and by focussing on other weapons it will feel new too. There is at present a lack of real stealth games, so there is that too, especially as you dive into the oriental world. 

It was my thought that the stealth part is more about actual mission. The Art of war is set on 13 Chapters. As such we can in the first game (whether it is one brother or the other) set these 13 chapters in the first game (also educating the player), and a we build the fortress, we create a larger premise, because we need to engage the villages, the people and get the artisans. The lord of the region is always loaded and can pay for ‘anything’ and set that story to the larger premise. It is also a set that we can incorporate the Prince by Machiavelli in this. The second game we need to do things different to make the game greater and larger. One such book could be The Silk Roads by Peter Frankopan. It could set the narration to the lord of the second place and in that that ninja will do a lot of travel and as we already know the first game that ninja will be able to give support in different ways.

I am still ironing out the parts, but the setting was done in a few hours, so Microsoft, eat your heart out. I wanted to set the north south border, but there were too many political players involved, as such I merely saw one Korea and in the time of Koguryo, Paekche, Silla we have three regions, as such two were used and one might be for a sequel. This gives us the political setting we could frame the game to. 

So ever before I see AC Shadow, I will have created the making of another stealth game. So why does it take some years to get to this point? Well that is obvious, the graphics would take time, but that is a challenge for other IP creators. 

As such I will relax a little and keep the mind ploughing through the sides that are still a mystery to me at present.

A letter from Hugh

Yup, it happened to me, Hugh Grant send me a letter (a modern message in Email).

You know, the man who was made famous through the movie “Four startups and a Bankruptcy”. And behold, this morning there was a letter in my mailbox, stating:

It will be a rough reminder for the Labour Party and his fellow minions to do something about the outstanding promise to set the Leveson papers in action. The media has become too much of a clear and present danger to the people, and many people in the UK have had enough. So this is a rather large remembrance page with the automation for the people to add their details and do something about it.

It gave me pause to think of hat the UK media is facing. It is already facing irrelevancy and a loss of readers on a global scale. No matter what our faith is, papers like New Arab, Arab News, Khaleej Times and several other newspapers are making string insides into the world population. And that is not all that is happening. In support we see that Dubai Media (the first recipient of my film script “How to assassinate a Politician”) is making rather larger visibility moves. Mostly in Bangladesh , Egypt and Indonesia, but it is a start). In this Al Saudiya (part of the SBA) is doing the same, but I am unaware how large their foot print is becoming. Mostly due to my lack of Arabic I cannot see the complete setting of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority. A Saudi TV group meant for 33 million is reaching out to a population of over half a billion (the Dubai Media group (UAE) as well). They are diminishing the channels that were until recently the targets of Reuters, AP News and the BBC. The people are through with these false prophets and are now giving these two a chance. After the track of the late eighties and 90’s that CNN had, they are given a green light by the people in many ways a similar setting.

Western people have had enough of the lies and innuendo that Western media gives us. As such the term sports-washing, meaning “Sportswashing is the use of sport to redirect public attention away from unethical conduct. The intended effect is to improve the reputation of the offending entity, by using the immense popularity of sport to ‘wash’ away poor publicity.” A term as I see it invented by the western media and nearly always used to describe Saudi involvement. But as I see it, the Western media should be using the same term (although not always involving sports) to strengthen their innuendo for digital dollars. They do, but to hide the actions of involved people like Sony (TPP policy 2016) and a few others. It was the first clear setting where I saw media ‘protecting’ big tech. I wrote (rather clumsily) about that in ‘Lessening the consumer?’ On April 27th 2016 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2016/04/27/lessening-the-consumer/) after that I saw the actions by Microsoft and others and the media was holding the hands over the heads of Big Tech (speculatively to score advertisement money) and that was how I started to keep my eyes of the media until now and see how the media today has less value than the average porn magazine, they might reflect on ‘Sex Sells’ but the value of their contribution has lost its value and then some. As media largely goes into the same direction, not giving us news, but referring to out as entertainment and as I see it, the ABC News Channel is the only news channel giving Australia actual news, the rest is flaccid entertainment. This is the same all over the western world hiding behind the term “A news and current affairs show”, where the emphasis is set to ‘current affairs show’ and the ‘insiders’ referring to that being the same. The world is waking up to the setting of being lulled asleep by the media and the Leveson papers was the first stage to getting the people awake. That was the first step for the media to wake up and that so far The Leveson Inquiry was a judicial public inquiry into the culture, practices, and ethics of the British press following the News International phone hacking scandal, chaired by Lord Justice Leveson, who was appointed in July 2011. A series of public hearings were held throughout 2011 and 2012. The result were 4 documents giving us over 2000 pages of wake up medicine for the media regulations. So far it hasn’t happened, for reference the Lord Of the Rings is a novel a mere 1077 pages, so there is that too, one is fiction , the other is a rude awakening of what the media is up to. The News of the world owned by Rupert Murdoch shut down in 2011 when the News of the World, owned by News Corporation, had been regularly hacking the phones of celebrities, royalty, and public citizens. Murdoch faced police and government investigations into bribery and corruption by the British government and FBI investigations in the US. He got out when he was no longer able to hide the actions of some. But not all is lost, the Arabian versions of the news are now shown all over the world mainly the three I mentioned in the beginning. And now we see the growth of Saudi and UAE media and they now have solid systems that can reach the whole western world too. Now we might not get all the shows the 1st gives us, but that is merely one step away from coming. The fires in California have settles the people in optionally leaving California and the UAE and Saudi stations could give them a new beginning, many to Canada, but with the promise of decent incomes Saudi Arabia and the UAE could collect on the cream of American Script writers. I saw this option opening up and (even though magnificently unsuccessful)  , I decided to attempt to sell my first script in the UAE (Dubai media). There is an inkling of faith that it was merely my lack of skills, and it was my first script, but I have three more on route. As such other (a lot more successful than me) could open the road to more scripts and that is what Hollywood fears, the drain of knowledge. They thought they were on top of the world with their setting, yet as Covid hit, followed by the strikes and the California fires, the Hollywood setting is to some degree now an empty shell and that leaves Canada, the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE open to wildly grown in all directions. The Guardian gives us “The entertainment industry is estimated to create $43bn in wages every year for the Californian economy and recent events have not only forced a pause in the short term but also raised concerns over long-term recovery.” These incomes have been impacted from 2020 onwards. We were given “Many blockbusters originally scheduled to be released by mid-March 2020 were postponed or canceled around the world, with film productions also being halted.” Then we got the strikes in 2023 which stopped it all again and the fires on January 7th 2025, the impact has roasted the core of Hollywood with burning down what was left. Consider the setting that the people in Hollywood were given $43 billion annually and that their incomes have been impeded with a near 80% lacking of a total of over $200 billion. The quality of life is setting the massive options for the other nations and as the Hollywood moguls are happy to pay the others as little as possible, they and up having no recourse for themselves. 

And now we get yet again the Leveson inquiry hitting the UK shores. The mess is now near complete and the media will have to surrender market shares to the Arabian nations and see where they end up being, because the events in Saudi Arabia (2030) and the UAE will likely have all the Arabian journalists and very little other ones, especially with vloggers all over the place and YouTube (and TikTok) having the new fields all to themselves and their creators. That is what I see happening al up to late 2027 and that is long before Hollywood becomes a shadow of itself.

That is the reality of exploitation at some point the people give up and seek richer grounds, Hollywood is now becoming largely without cohesion to itself, so where do you go then? You all have a productive day.

Ubisoft a shadow?

That is the setting. Of course the setting at this moment is that the NDA’s have expired and we get legions of ‘fans’ giving their view on the game. As I personally see it, I will wait until the real reviewers come out to play. As I see it there is a danger from Ubisoft. They lost 75% value and I stated this a few times, the last critical view was on July 7th, 2020 when I wrote ‘Death of the creed’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2020/07/07/death-of-the-creed/) There I stated “I see a game that is shoddy on several fronts, but I do realise that I was watching something that had not been released yet. However, the stage I saw is in line of what AC had become. Yes, it is a game, as was Odyssey, but when you realise that not one fort on the planet had thousands of arrows, their aim was not that great (especially as they cannot shoot things in the night that moves), we see a much larger lag in gaming and a lag in the AC series.” After that AC Mirage was released and that was a good game (I think it was) and I enjoyed every minute in that game. But the AC range has had its failures, or as I would prefer to call it, shoddy approaches towards the wrong setting. I know that is my view on the matter, and not everyone agrees and not all the ‘super glitches appear on every system (as far as I know), but there is a larger setting to wait until the real reviewers have had a go at that next game. I don’t mind buying a game, I mind spending my money the wrong way. And waiting for real reviewers is that first step.

I am not a negativity blaster, I merely want to see the real deal and wannabe influencers and Ubisoft approved reviewers will not get me there, not whilst Ubisoft is on the verge of bankruptcy (losing 75%-80% of stock value does that) and the news in other settings, like hearing news of buyout by Tencent and several other options. I mentioned this in ‘A repetitive bashing’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2021/03/28/a-repetitive-bashing/) where I stated “I also warned all last year that their next two products better be beyond good and Watchdogs: Legion was, the other (AC game) was not” we are now in a stage where apparently AC Shadow is likely to be the last straw they have. As I always stated “A game to appease everyone, is a game that pleases no one”, but that is merely my view. The fun part is that I created several gaming IP, so Ubisoft only had to take notice. That doesn’t mean that my views are better, but I created several original gaming IP’s and Ubisoft is merely flogging the same horse again and again. Perhaps they are out of ideas? 

So, what is the view on AC Shadow? I don’t have none at present. I will take a better stance when the real reviewers have had their look, as such I will know in a day or two if I will buy the next AC game. And there is no AC Harry within me. The games I loved were the First AC, AC2, AC Brotherhood, AC Black Flag (but I don’t consider that an AC game), AC Origin (my personal favorite) and AC Mirage. So will AC Shadow grace my gaming shelf? I will know no later than Sunday.

So you all have a nice rest and optionally run for the gaming shop in several hours (here it arrives in 11 hours). On the off chance that it will be a great game they will house the two game that were required, this will drive up the price of their Ubisoft IP and I saw articles (unproven) that implies that they are about to move certain IP into other ventures, it read like they are about to pull a Bad Bank setting, not unlike Credit Lyonnais (1994) if I remember correctly, there were more and what Ubisoft is doing is perfectly legal and accepted in the business world. As such there is nothing stopping them from doing so. 

How the rest of the month will go? Time will tell and most likely the real reviewers. Have a great day. And try to ignore the hard times we are introduced to news by digital dollar chasers.

And another stage erupts

That was always going to be the case. Hamas thinks it can play the blame game and Israel has had enough. So when you think of the Trump setting as well as the Egyptian setting for a ‘riviera’ stage, Consider that this was not due to Israel. It was Hamas that decided not to release the hostages. They are holding onto and straws they can and now the world see that any peace is possible, but not until Hamas is eradicated, even the people in Gaza are starting to realise this.

And in the setting we see Mark Rubio (at state.gov) give us “They feel like Hamas is not serious about negotiations.  They are still holding hostages and bodies in terrible conditions.  They are insisting on these dramatically lopsided trades of hundreds of people for one or two.  The President’s expressed his frustration about it as well.  So the Israelis are going to do what they believe is in their interests to sort of force Hamas to make decisions.  As I said, Mr. Witkoff is heading to Qatar, and hopefully that’ll bear fruit and all of these hostages will be released.  They should all be released.  They should all be released.” In addition there are settings where we get Al Jazeera also gives us “Rubio says Hamas ‘must be eradicated’, casting doubt on Gaza ceasefire deal”, as I see it, my response is: “Welcome to the party pal”, I have been telling you this for over a year. The setting is that the hostages have been there for over 528 days. Enough is enough. 

And this is not the only thing. The disgraceful setting of that UN loser (António Guterres) is also one that requires mention. We are given “UN Secretary-General António Guterres says he is “shocked” by the Israeli airstrikes in Gaza and has called for the ceasefire to be respected.

In a statement, Guterres urged for humanitarian aid to resume for people in Gaza and for the hostages held by Hamas to be released unconditionally.” He didn’t say “He is “shocked” by the Israeli airstrikes in Gaza. The hostages held by Hamas are to be released unconditionally and immediately and has urged for humanitarian aid to resume for people in Gaza and the ceasefire to be respected.” No, he is setting to onus on Israel, what a loser he is. I understand the setting that there is no talking to Hamas, and that is the only way he might make some inroads into Gaza. But I reckon that after 528 days it is over. We have no idea how many people are still alive and Hamas knows it will be the end of them. So as Gaza’s are dying today and tomorrow, let it be clear that this is due to Hamas, they started this and now it is coming to an rather rough end. 

So as these Palestinian losers in Universities go all anti-semitic, consider that we also get
(via Reuters) that ‘Rubio says US to revoke more student visas in coming days’, with the byline “In the days to come, you should expect more visas will be revoked as we identify people that we should have never allowed in”, as such the people who think they had a clue (and mindlessly repeated slogans from actual Israel haters) consider that mindlessly repeating slogans you never understood is removing you from academic consideration and throwing in the lap of the fast food industry (they are short staffed now), and it will come with a maximum annual income of $27557 or $13 per hour. Do you really think that you had a clue what was going on? I was in Rafah in 1982 and I did not completely get it, but in those days Yasser Arafat and the PLO were a much larger danger. So as you are reporting the words “From the river to the sea, we will be free” consider that you openly called for the eradication of 9,757,000 million Israeli’s and you are getting all that comes on top of you now. 

 And for your consideration, when you see the damage that is, how does Al Jazeera get the numbers “At least 326 Palestinians have been killed as Israel launched a massive assault on Gaza, shattering the fragile two-month-old ceasefire with Hamas.” How did they get the number 326? There is little communication, there is a lack of resources and a lack of adequate assistance in Gaza. They are summoning Humanitarian aid, but they know EXACTLY how many people were bombed? I doubt this sincerely. I will not argue that there are victims here (like the Israeli hostages) but the rest is all on the people in Gaza’s. Just remember the hundreds that came to ‘wave goodbye’ to the Israeli’s, to show ‘force’ to Hamas. Now it counts against you and Israel will not feel to burdened by the amounts of people killed in Gaza. You all support a terrorist organisation and the world has had enough. As such what is the UNRWA still doing active? Wasn’t there a call on October 29th 2024 ‘Coalition calls for UNRWA funding to be diverted to other aid groups after laws passed to ban group from Israel’? We were given “Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, passed laws overnight banning UNRWA from operating on Israeli soil — putting it at risk of collapsing when the laws take effect in 90 days.” So how are they still operating? Did Hamas ‘offer’ a helping hand? 

In this Simon Birmingham “The Coalition supports increased humanitarian aid into Gaza, but it should be delivered by groups other than UNRWA.” In this I wonder what is more important to these individuals. Actual aid, or their pay-slip. I reckon that there is some provision around that they still get paid as long as they are there. So in this, who is minding the UNRWA store as there is every indication that Hamas gets their piece of pie from that bag of money and eradicating Hamas is what is at stake at the moment (or should I refer to the steak).

Well that is the goods I have today, it was only time when Hamas goofed it all up, all whilst them releasing all the hostages stating “You see, we can be talked to, we can negotiate”, I knew that was never going to happen.

The what? Cry me a river.

Yup this happens. I am in the mindset to cry a river as Cookie Tim (apparently the CEO of Apple) screwed up the application design of Apple products to such a degree that several apps are now lagging and giving me less joy and appreciation of what Apple does at present. In Music, Keynote, And Photos and a few more items. These three hit me personally. So as such if I can give Cookie Tim a hard time I will. As such when the BBC gave us ‘Global smartwatch sales fall for first time’ I was interested in reading that ‘news’. News by Imran Rahman-Jones. So first we see “Global sales of smartwatches have fallen for the first time, new figures indicate, in large part due to a sharp decline in the popularity of market leader, Apple.” That is nothing short of weirdly imaginative and a lack of reasoning has applied. Then we get “Market research firm Counterpoint says 7% fewer of the devices were shipped in 2024 compared to the year before. Shipments of Apple Watches fell by 19% in that period, Counterpoint says.” And the first thing I wonder is where is the data? I am decently convinced (like 80%+ certain), I could drill holes in that, possibly the size of the grand canyon. So where is my view? Well, the general setting is that “Samsung introduced a rectangular smart watch, the Samsung Gear, in 2013, two years before the first rectangular Apple Watch.” And yes, Apple ruled that market in the beginning. As I personally see it I reckon that in a short time Apple had that market for about 70% and Samsung for 30% And when you consider that in 2025 Android has 71.75%, IOS has 27.78%, So there is a large abundance of non-Apple systems. So Apple did something extremely right in those days. The larger setting that the BBC seemingly overlooks is that the consumer gets a watch once and then some time later another one. You see, these bad boys cost a few shillings and as such plenty of people cannot afford one. So I bought my Smartwatch last year and I expect that this device will last until at least 2027 and it is not as expensive as the Apple variety (and I am an Android fan). As such, at present we have iTouch, Garmin, HardHat, GadPro, Nexus, Huawei, Withings, Amazfit, Xiaomi, Imoo, HiFuture (all iOS options) and some of these are being marketed as ‘the economical choice’ the iTouch is less than $50, whilst the Apple Watches come at well over 1000% ($500+). As people cannot afford a lot of stuff and some are still new in the Smartwatch category, Can you blame them for selecting the cheaper option at present? 

As the article is blatantly short on ‘data’ can you blame me for not believing a word that the BBC prints here? That is besides the lack of the words ‘pricing’, ‘price’ and ‘expensive’ in this article. Another reference is “Another large contributor to the global sales drop was India, which fell from 30% of the market to 23%.” It seems like an issue that is until you realise that in India “In 2023, Android held a share of 95.17 percent of the mobile operating system market in India. This was followed by Apple’s iOS, a distant second, with 3.98 percent market share.” (Source: Statista), so when you consider that a 7% drop over a market they only have for 4%, the drop is negligible. But the BBC wanted something to write about, how about we write about the lack of data in this setting? Oh, wait they are already screwing this up in regards to the Hamas setting. As such this lack is merely laughable. 

Another setting I dropped over (not in this article) was “So, it makes sense for users to buy an iPhone, especially if they already have a Mac, iPad or even the Apple Watch.” Now this isn’t a given, but I reckon that a smartwatch lacks vision if you do not have the proper smart phone. 

So is there a real setting?
Actually the article gives us that “the fact a rumoured high-end Ultra 3 model never materialised.” This could be a reason, but that implies that these customers from 2024 are merely waiting for a release in 2025, so they aren’t gone, there are merely set in a waiting pattern awaiting the go signal. I would be in the same setting with the MAC Studio (if I could afford one). Why select the M4Max over an M3Ultra, it would make more sense waiting until the M4Ultra comes (and perhaps at that time I could afford one). So we have two settings, the affordability (in this economy) and the technology when it comes available as well as the realistic option that there is a market saturation, or near that setting and with a dozen brands Apple will lose a few notches and that too is missing from the article. It gives us ‘how great’ Chinese brands are doing, but there is more than China. There is a flood of brands coming to the customers now and as Apple staff (in their shops) are ‘indoctrinated’ to do the Apple talk in a few ways, they are losing market share there too. I reckon that it is the price of depending on teenagers doing the job because they look fresh and appealing. I reckon that it is costing Apple more than they realise. It is a choice and I reckon it is no longer the better choice.

Still that doesn’t excuse the BBC article, it is as I personally see it shoddy all by itself.

On the left you’ll see

That is the setting, but is it the difference? You see Canada might have lost Justin Trudeau as the Canadian Prime Minister, but President Trump is about to face his most dangerous opponent ever. It is AP News (at https://apnews.com/article/carney-canada-uk-france-trump-arctic-60993a6e738f797977ef544dc5857ea3) that gives us ‘New Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney seeks alliances in Europe as he deals with Trump’ and before the ‘loyal’ Trumpetists shout “So what?” People need to realize that Mark Carney was the former Governor of the Bank of England. As such he has friends in very high places and has access to a lot of non official routes to information, A lot more than PM Trudeau ever had. I still think of him as Marky Mark of the British Bank (off the record). As such PM Carney can push new buttons Canada never really had access to. The second setting makes a lot more impact. He was the first noncitizen to be named to the role in the bank’s 300-plus-year history. That doesn’t merely imply that he was good, he was the best the Bank of England could get their fingers on and he was heading the race with more than 5% advantage over number two in that race. 

Another setting (given here) is “Robert Bothwell, a professor of Canadian history and international relations at the University of Toronto, said Carney is wise not to visit Trump. “There’s no point in going to Washington,” Bothwell said. “As (former Prime Minister Justin) Trudeau’s treatment shows, all that results in is a crude attempt by Trump to humiliate his guests. Nor can you have a rational conversation with someone who simply sits there and repeats disproven lies.”” I cannot vouch for that, but the logic of Professor Bothwell is sound. The setting that everyone seemingly overlooks is that the Five Eyes group could become the Four Eyes Commonwealth. That is the larger issue that Trump faces and PM Carney as former Governor of the British Bank will have the UK and its MI5 and MI6 on its side. I reckon these two rascals (aka Sir Ken McCallum and Richard Moore) on his side and with that Australia (Mike Burgess and Kerri Hartland) will accept the new setting. I do not now where the The New Zealand Security Intelligence Service sits, but I reckon that they will most probably unite behind their Australian and UK parts (Andrew Hampton), I have no idea if there is a separate MI5/ASIO version for New Zealand, but it might be a reason to have one. As soon as America is booted of the Five Eyes group President Trump might throw a gasket or two and from then on we face a less friendly CIA/NSA. They don’t like to be excluded from anything. As I see it, they allowed Donald Trump to be elected, so they are part of the mess they created. This is not a given, but it is a possibility that PM Carney can throw for. In the second setting he could start the talks for a replacement for the F35 and the Typhoon is certainly up to the task, as such he could start these talks right now with the BAE. I reckon that President Trump will appreciate the loss of billions (who he’ll likely blame on deepfake intel from China).

As such there is also a need to get trade routes and alternatives arranged for industry losses of Canada and see what Canada can deliver to the UK and EU, who in turn can also be less dependent on America. I think he should also do this with Australia and New Zealand, but that need to happen in a separate meeting (let’s face it, has he ever seen the Sydney Opera House), as such PM Carney might have a pretty filled ball book this march. So in 14 days he can say to Trump “Did you see the Five Eyes report? No? April Fools you are no longer a member.” I reckon that Canadians and Australians share a nice set of dark humor moments. 

So enjoy this winning goal shot America, I reckon you will get this sinking feeling a few times more before April 1st. You pissed off more than merely Canadians in your 51st state setting, the other three are angry as well (even though not as angry as Canada is). President Trump angered more than Canadians. He showed for the first time that the Commonwealth needs to unite. China or Russia never gave us that need before. 

So, you all have a great day and see the fields where the pucks grow, Now we merely need to get Australia to appreciate the game of the puck and the 4 eyes nations to get a new competition started. Who knows in a few years time Australia and New Zealand could also beat America in overtime. #JustSpeculating

Political Dundie Awards anyone?

There is a special award that people fear. It is a lot worse than the Razzies (Golden Raspberry Awards), it is the “Dundie Award for Worst Salesman of the Year” and this year it goes to President Trump. In one swift setting he made the Commonwealth drop America as an ally and in the second setting over two articles the first being (at https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/portugal-wary-trumps-nato-policy-pick-fighter-jets-2025-03-14/) ‘Portugal wary of Trump’s NATO policy in pick of fighter jets’ where we see “Portugal could replace its aging American-made F-16 fighter jets with European jets rather than F-35s following U.S. President Donald Trump’s policy shifts, the country’s defense ministry said on Friday.” And the second one is seen (at https://news.az/news/canada-explores-alternatives-to-us-made-f-35-fighter-jets) with ‘Canada explores alternatives to US-made F-35 fighter jets’, where we are given “Canada is considering alternatives to the U.S.-made F-35 stealth fighters and has begun discussions with competing aircraft manufacturers, Defense Minister Bill Blair announced late Friday, shortly after being reappointed to the role in Prime Minister Mark Carney’s newly established Cabinet.” The F35, which is currently going as hot cakes although each of these hot cakes go for the price of $109,000,000 each. So I reckon that Lockheed Martin is out a few pennies now and in light of the fact that sustainment costs are estimated to be around $1.58 trillion for the entire life cycle, these pennies tend to add up. And that is before you realize that several countries are still on the fence to change their order now. As such we might think that Saudi Arabia now certainly gets consideration as a customer (after a few years of denying them as a customer), yup President Trump really put his foot in that one. The nice part is that Portugal wasn’t a factor until yesterday and now it is costing Lockheed Martin billions. Considering that Norway recently got three of them nearly completing their order of 52 of them bad boys, consider what Portugal is now replacing and Canada is openly seeking another vendor. Of course, the Eurofighter (Eurofighter Typhoon) might have the inside track here. Yet wouldn’t it be the icing on the cake if China with its Chengdu J-20 wins that one? The irony to this  will be seen as howling with laughter.

OK, I admit that it is unlikely to happen, but the setting that President Trump started with the option of gaining a 51st state and now needs to build second wall to the north to keep the dozens of mighty dragons at a walls length. Canadians merely will have to fill the space between the two walls with water and we have a whole new setting movie like setting. I merely ask that they send 10 canoes to every Native American community there is (there are a few dozens), as such we get a new setting. It is as far as I can tell the first time a president became a clear and present danger to its own defense system selling on a near global scale. The distance between Canada and Portugal makes it near global as I see it. A parameter I actually didn’t see happen as a president is there for a mere 4 years and these babies get sold with decades in mind, but there you have it and there is more. YouTube is getting more and more video’s with American shops (Supermarkets and LCBO shops) where alcoholic drinks from the US and groceries from America are banned by the thousands of Canadian customers, this is all adding up. Perhaps the White House could consider pissing off the people with a nationalistic view? As I see it America first is now becoming America dropped first. In the last week we saw headlines like ‘Jack Daniel’s maker says Canada pulling stock worse than tariffs’ and in this case it grows with “Morgan Stanley analyst Eric Serotta said in a note to investors that tariffs would pose unique challenges for Brown-Forman, with the effects likely to linger. He added that 55% of the liquor manufacturer’s sales come from outside the U.S., and bourbon laws require domestic production so it cannot be produced internationally.” And this opens the doors of ‘connoisseur’ of that liquid as they might now explore the excellence of Japanese Whiskeys. A worry that the makers of Jack Daniels never had before. It makes it not a temporary, but a permanent loss. That threat is now at Lockheed Martins door if these nations pick the Eurofighter. It makes a tremendous win for Eurofighter GmbH, BAE Systems, Airbus, Alenia Aermacchi, and DASA. They are now offered billions of new business on a silver plate because of this and that could also mean that Saud Arabia might now set their sights to the Eurofighter as well. The one nation that was fixed on the F35 could now be shopping somewhere else. That implies a loss of planes, support systems and infrastructure spanning up to a new market of up to 283 combat aircrafts. How many trillions will that amount to? I reckon that it is up to five times the infrastructure of Norway, making the RSAF a $6,000,000,000,000 crown jewel for any company. All that lost by trying to force annexation down the throats of Canadian and pissing off NATO by catering to President Putin all whilst they are in a stage to denying assistance to NATO. So what is next? Consider that The Five Eyes is comprised of Commonwealth nations plus America, it is not without risk that the four will go it alone. You see intelligence merely matters as long as you have it and that is where the CIA might come up short soon enough. A larger setting that short sighted people in the White House administration overlooked. That can be considered as we saw the news by AP yesterday ‘Musk meets with head of National Security Agency to ensure it is aligned with Trump, spy agency says’, I reckon that there will be a certain level of panic whilst the CIA reports that their meeting could get seemingly cancelled. Now the NSA will have to focus on local issues and read in the FBI to at least a dozen projects. I know, it is merely speculative what I say, but that danger wasn’t even realistic last August, now in less than 9 months the pregnancy issues of intelligence might become a massive issues for America and it only recently got over the issues of that traitor Manning and COVID issues. So that is another mess America now has to deal with.

In the second stage, why was Elon Musk dealing with this? Shouldn’t the NSA address any issues directly with the President of the United States? And the questions rise. And the Political Dundie Awards (PDA) has a nice ring as Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) is a pattern of behavior in which kids go to extremes to ignore or avoid anything they perceive as a demand. That aligns here just so beautifully.

Next butcher in line

Yup, that happens. So what do you do when the customers is looking at the boss of the butcher and that customer is just sick of their treatment of the surrounding the they poison? What would you do? I have my ‘go to’ guy in my corner. The name is Jimmy and he is all about chickens and has been for years. His chickens (drumsticks) are the greatest and I have them nearly every day. So what would you do if you are saddened and sickened of his dealings, by hime or his staff with to his customers? Would you take that hit and keep on serving him business? So here is ABC with the news. At https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-03-14/3-billion-united-states-meat-trade-to-china-at-risk/105052220 we are given a mere 12 hours ago ‘US meat trade days away from getting ‘kicked out’ of China’, that is the situation and even if we consider the impact on America, consider that China now has three eager supply points. You see Canada sets the sitting with “$9.5 billion in red meat products, including pork, beef, lamb, and horse, with the United States being a major destination.” Then there is Australia with “the USA is Australia’s largest beef export destination accounting for 27.5% of total beef export flows this year, which is up from 22.7% in 2023.” This represents 27.5% of 17 billion dollars a year, as such America is now on a slanty side of bad news. Last there is New Zealand with “In 2024, the United States was the leading beef export market for New Zealand, with an export value of approximately 1.74 billion New Zealand dollars.” Now when we add the numbers we get the setting that America is about to lose close to 16 billion dollars in beef import. So what happens when America gets that much of a drain of revenue? Lets be clear, that is the obvious danger and China is about to get several happy moments by sticking it to America and add the UK, who is a ‘mere’ £1.77 billion last year (2024) with a small part going to North America and that puts us deep into the 16 billion dollars. The one small side step is that the population tends to go mad when the daily requirements fall away and that is what America enabled to itself; alongside with the notion that the people in the Commonwealth are done with President Trumps barbaric setting of attacking Canada, as such we are nearly all willing to become China’s new supply agent for meat. As ABC gives us “Hundreds of abattoirs in the United States are at risk of being banned from exporting meat to China, because their China export licenses are due to expire this weekend.” So, what happens when the American population, being a mere 340,123,988 people (roughly) will not get access to their hamburgers? Did the American Capitol and White House ever hear of a stampede? That is what taking away their daily needs away amounts to and as I see it, the people surrounding President Xi Jinping are ready for and that is what (I expect) the bad news that people in the White House are in a presented stage of telling the man who ‘elevated’ the term ‘you’re fired’ to, which is a new low for that person who has to bring the bad news. And it also shifts the larger premise. You can only hold something over anyone’s head when you are the billion dollar customer they tended to push around. The Commonwealth might be in line for a new delivery address. It opens up a few doors for the inhabitants of 174 Chang’an Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing. A stage that falls in our lap because beyond ABC news, there weren’t too many sources and this news is 12 hours old. So where was the media? The Google search term “meat import America” gives us a mere two pages and no items from the BBC, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, the NY Times, the Boston Globe, the LA Times or the SF Courier. The Australian had it behind a pay wall, so it is not interesting what they have to say. But as ABC gives us ““The expiry date for several hundred more US establishments is in March and April and [China Customs] has not responded to US government facility registration renewal requests,” it said in statement.” With the added “So what we’re looking at right now in America, is waking up Monday morning and having $US3 billion ($A4.77B) worth of beef, pork and poultry no longer eligible to export to China”, as that being said, I would like to add “Well, Brett Stuart, the news is a lot worse. There is now also the chance you will lose 17 billion in imports because they found a new butcher. As such they could mostly be out of a job and the supermarket isles of meat might be rather empty. So how is your day going now?”

Of course this is not a given, but that is the effects of a trade war, so how are these numbers spiking up? By the way, the liquor importer Dan Murphy (Australian) is still eagerly selling ‘American Whiskey’, as such the brotherly love for Canada is a little missing, but we will get there. As such there is space for improvement. America forgot that with export, there is also import of other goods and a 25% tariff will be having a deadly impact and now China has itself a new ball game. I reckon that it will (for them) be a decent level of revenge for the setting Huawei was put under. But not to fret, Americans could all become vegetarians and start working their obesity stages by getting used to coleslaw sandwiches. 

I wonder what happens when the America media sounds the alarm bells on this premise. How much is the value of meat advertising in America? You see, that is the third stage. When two sides impact, the third side is a given. What is that worth? Do they still think that their ‘51st state’ aspirations was a good idea? 

So at what point will America decide that these billboards will be about coleslaw grazing?

The one danger no one saw coming, what happens when the meat industry will have to vie for new import addresses. How much will the price of meat options increase? Simple questions really. I wonder what news we will see from Washington DC and other places. I reckon the rice wine will flow richly at a certain address in Beijing this weekend.

All wars are founded on deception

That is a truth that is over 2500 years old. The Chinese gave us the rule, but we were only made aware of this about 600 years ago (right around the time the game Marco Polo became common knowledge). Still the people are unaware of sides of this truth because it interferes with the media collecting on their digital dollars. So there are sides that are not illuminated. 

I have a inkling of standing there, because my premise is set on the sides I have been illuminated on for a few years and it is my understanding that it takes sides on what I believe to be true. You see, one element is that most polarized believes are set around the belief that “President Trump is a moronic idiot” and I do not believe that is true. He is perhaps a bully, he is a megalomaniac but he isn’t as I personally believe a stupid person. You see, as I see it, the exploitative people in New York would have eaten him alive. He was there long enough. And yesterday NPR gave us “The U.S. buys electricity from Canada. Now it’s a focus of the trade war”, this was to be expected. Our brother Canada (I am Australian) takes any opportunity it can get. And over the last few days we were given “Canadian brewery selling pack of 1,461 beers to cope with Trump’s presidency”, a funny sidestep. CBC informed us that they are selling crates of beer (with 1461 cans) so that one crate will last any Canadian with one beer a day until Trump is out of office in 3.84237 years time. The beer is Moosehead and the marketing director Karen Grigg told us that they sold 10 of such crates in 24 hours. The first one in 10 minutes of the announcement. A clever ploy to sell 14.6 thousands cans within a day. I have no idea if the beer is any good, like most American beer some Australian beers are like making love in a canoe (they are fucking close to water). Thank you for that Monty Python ;-).

So as we continue we get the BBC giving us “Trump halts plan for 50% steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada” with the supporting text “Canada has called Trump’s attacks unjustified and announced retaliation, including new tariffs on C$30bn ($22bn; £16bn) of US products.

Ford had announced he would tax electricity exports to the US in an effort to get those tariffs removed. He had also previously said he would “not hesitate to shut off electricity completely” if the US “escalates”.” And at this point President Trump has done a 180 degree turn on his decisions twice. And ABC (Australia) give us ‘Trump announces 50pc tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum in trade war escalation’ with the supporting text “Trump announces 50pc tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum in trade war escalation. He says this is in retaliation for a Canadian province placing a surcharge on its electricity exports into three US states. Tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports into the US are set to come into effect on Wednesday.” Some have the view that this is the economic downturn created to secure to annex Canada as the 51st state. That has the sound of likelihood, because the ‘easiest’ thing to do is to null the tariff the moment he gets Canada. The short sightedness of that is that Canada is part of a Commonwealth. What I don’t like is that (as far as I can tell) Australia and the United Kingdom haven’t outspokenly united behind Canada. Seemingly neither have New Zealand and India, so there is that. ABC reported ‘Anthony Albanese invokes ‘Team Australia’ in pitch to buy local after Trump tariffs’ with the supporting text “Anthony Albanese has suggested Australians should buy Australian goods instead of American ones, invoking “Team Australia” in the aftermath of Donald Trump’s steel and aluminum tariffs. The PM yesterday accused Peter Dutton of taking the Trump administration’s side over Australia’s, after Mr Dutton said he was “hopeless” and that he could secure an exemption himself if elected.” Not one word of unity behind Canada. The setting becomes that the Commonwealth needs to unite. If I am correct that is essential and the UK needs to bo the same. The BBC reports ‘Starmer says ‘all options on table’ on US tariffs’ and here the subtext is different. “Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said the UK will “keep all options on the table” as US President Donald Trump’s tariffs on imports of steel and aluminum take effect. The UK exports hundreds of millions of pounds worth of steel to the US every year, which will be subject to the 25% levy. The EU, facing the same tariffs, said on Wednesday it would impose counter-tariffs on €26bn (£22bn) of US goods, and Canada also responded with countermeasures, in an escalation of the wider trade war.” This makes me believe that there is more going on and the lack of Canadian support is disgusting. If there are so many billions on the table, the idea that the Commonwealth isn’t talking to China is frowning to say the least. There is almost 100 billion on the table from Canada, the UK and Australia. These three countries need to secure infrastructure and a lot more for a little over 136,000,000 people. So is this the way it will be? Insecurity and inaction whilst (until recent) an Ally is attacking the economy of these nations? 

As I personally see it America is beyond broke. They need Canada for resources, Electricity and water. They are running out of these matters and that is as I personally see the larger issue. And the media isn’t reporting on these parts for at least 5 years. You see one source gives us “The federal government currently has $36.22 trillion in federal debt” and another source gives us “As of February 2025, of the total public debt outstanding ($28.91 trillion)” these two messages are not three months apart, as such how can ANYONE make a somewhat clear oversight of more than 7 trillion ($7,000,000,000,000)? That is a lot more than several nations have as a national budget. But I digress. A debt of $36,220,000,000,000 has interest, Australia has currently a 4.1% interest setting. America will have less, but I reckon that 3% is an acceptable amount, this means that America needs to pay $1,448,800,000,000 in interest on an annual base that is crippling America. In 2023 they collected $2.18 trillion, that means that almost 50% of all collected tax goes to the payment of interest. That is almost 50% of all revenue collected. So for over 2 years the media was kept quiet by media stake holders, are you even troubled in the least over this?

When the media has to report all income from stakeholders the bough breaks (I assume), because the media doesn’t do this service for free and it is likely hidden in ad revenue piles. As such I believe my view to be a decent one and as I started this story, all wars are set to deception and America doesn’t like to be seen as weak, so they started a media tariff war. I am not dismissing the 51st state ploy and the silence from Australia and the United Kingdom give rise to that. But in all honesty, do you really want Australia and England to be your ally when that part is proven to be correct? As I see it the Commonwealth needs a stronger ally and that is where China comes in. As I see it America cannot be seen as an ally when it resorts to these tactics against an ally and in the second place there is a sneaky kind of joy when these tactics result in having their ‘arch-enemy’ China a few miles away for about 5,525 miles. The fun part is that America only needs to build a second Chinese wall a mere 42% of the first one. How much will that cost? And that also implies that three states will have to burn the woods they have left to keep warm, fortunately they are entering summer so they have a few months to build two nuclear reactors and that, oh wait a minute, that takes years. So no luck for America there either.

The tariff wars was as I personally see it the dumbest thing they could entertain, but according to the Beijing Daily, President Xi Jinping has been heard howling with laughter the last few days. Could there be correlation with the acts of President Trump?
