The second confirmation

Today I saw the second confirmation. China is now ahead and I am unlikely to ever see a dime of this IP. This is OK, but in that same setting neither will Microsoft and that makes me happy somehow, it shows that I was ahead of them by well over 3 years. It also shows that statement I made (several times) that Amazon and Google were dropping the ball, now the field gets to be a little clearer.

I gave some of the load in ‘Girdle your loins’ on November 30th 2022 (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/11/30/girdle-your-loins/) even as I mentioned there and in pieces over the two years before that that I was onto something, but Amazon rejected my offer and now as I see it Tencent Technologies is close to complete to get at least 50 million subscriptions, surpassing Microsoft almost overnight and trivialising (to some degree) the Amazon Luna. Google had already vacated the area, but now the game changes. If Tencent is able to keep the consumer trust, they will become the new top three players in Gaming and GaaS. You see, I made mention that the ‘G’ was gaming, and I saw today that several indie developers are on the mark with what I predicted. Microsoft spinning their Xbox360 arsenal, all whilst they left billions on the floor and it is starting to show, the moment the numbers on the Tencent Handheld start to flood the market, now with the Middle East squarely behind this, their 50 million will grow to over 150 million and that was the simple setting no one saw, or too many were willing to ignore in favour of their own ego’s. I don’t have an ego (well, I might be in denial there). I saw the solutions and I saw a few more, so I can lose some IP, I have more, but the larger benefit is that once the others see what they are losing out on, they will want some of the other IP and that is my meal ticket. They can of course wait until it is too late and hand even MORE to China, but that would be on them. The fun part was that Google had a larger option to win this all, they left it on the floor. I know why, and that does not matter. It was THEIR call and they were allowed to do what they did, but now we see another field that will soon be in the hands of China and all the US crybabies will not matter. The thoughts were clearly online, clearly in Public Domain and everyone can see how they fell short. I feel good. Really really poor, but good.

And for those in doubt, when was the last time you left 25% of the population of this world on the floor as an optional consumer base? It is a simple enough question, it was not really that hard.

Enjoy Sunday, a full working week ahead for you.

Delivery for Granny Smith

Yup, I went there. A delivery for granny (Tim Cook). Yet, what set this off? I was watching some YouTube and there I saw the repair of a MacBook Pro. It was all because of the battery. I wasn’t looking for this, I am massively happy with what I have. Yet, what I saw was unexpected. It was unexpected because I never gave it much thought. This happens. We care about stuff, we do not care about stuff and the latter part often tends to be because we simply do not know.

So there I was watching the repair of a MaBook Pro and a thought came to me. Now, lets be clear. This is nothing against Apple and perhaps they went this way a long time ago and rejected the idea (for whatever reason), but I believe that true innovation comes through sharing thoughts. It is a lesson that a greed driven like Microsoft seemingly never learned. So when an Apple engineer sees this and laughs his (or her) ass off. no hard feelings. Perhaps that same person will think ‘This won’t ever work’, however, if I change this and that and perhaps…… This is how true innovation becomes a reality and I am placing it here as a delivery for granny (Tim Cook) with zero expectations. It isn’t always about the money. The idea that I set in motion a new innovation in battery technology is a reward all onto itself. Yes, If it comes with a few million (50 would be nice) I will take it, but it is not about that. My mind went into creative mode seconds into that video and it came up with an idea in a field I never ever dabbled in. It was never my field, but creativity will not be set in borders (is Microsoft or Ubisoft reading this?). You see creativity opens up new frontiers and perhaps the next idea does touch on one of my existing IP and it will push it forward even more. Creativity also (for the most) cannot exist in a vacuum. It requires the bounce of other ideas and perhaps Apple (the non sour edition) will place ideas somewhere and it will drive other fields (like its own Apple Arcade). These fields require interaction and often the interacting party is an indie developer that got to its very own stage by juggling ideas that Apple never considered. We all have blinkers that stop us (even me). We use these blinkers to focus the thoughts and ideas we have, but we need to be aware that we now have a limited field of vision.

It reminds me of a small conversation I had earlier today. You see the FN FAL is a 7.62 rifle. It as invented in 1953 and I trained on that little bugger in 1981. The rifle was that good and that dependent. The thought that came to me was that the PSA AK-V MOE Rifle is a relatable 9mm version (it has a 9mm version too). The reason to consider this puppy is because it is a lot more accurate than the Israeli Uzi, yet the downside is that the Uzi will work under the most disastrous of conditions, when sand clogs up 98% of all firearms, You remove the magazine from the Uzi, hit it against the side of a jeep until the sand is gone and the Uzi is ready for combat. The PSA will be useless at that point. However a PSA with cop-killers and a silencer will shred armour like butter. Downside/Upside. This relates to the battery that it is an idea I had.

The pad is like a bandaid to be inserted (at fabrication) in the inside of the battery. The purple pad is like a pampers pad, stops liquid and let gasses slowly get through. The blue pad is a gauss that hold any liquid that made it under the pressures, an extra safety. The images showed me that these batteries keep tremendous pressure and the ‘bandaid’ allows for the escape of that pressure, leaving the MacBook Pro relatively unscathed. Now, I get it, some Apple engineers will laugh at this idea, but someone will iterate this into a real working solution. Innovation also comes from sharing, not by harnessing the idea hoping to make a quick buck.

Is my idea any good? I have no idea, but it was a creative approach, as such it was worthy of a page. Tune in next week when I show you how I got the idea to make the entire a satellite network by the private spaceflight company SpaceX useless using a naval invention from 1908. It might not make for a useful invention, but it could make the setting of great suspenseful TV. Consider that the sky has 4,852 working satellites in orbit and SpaceX is adding over time 1000% to that (yes that was not a typo), so I reckon that having a new imaginary danger on TV makes for good ratings. And lets be clear, when the world suddenly losses their Facebook panic is almost a certainty.

Have a nice creative day.

Just now

I was just about to snore (loudly) when I remembered a message pass by on LinkedIn. It was the fact that someone I am most loosely connected to one attending the Monaco Yacht Show last week.

So, I went to YouTube to see some of the video’s there and there was plenty to see, but it occurred to me that one of my IP, the one for real estate could easily also apply to these places. The exhibitors and sellers having one channel that does not rely on paper and it will be there offering its services to all who pass 24:7. That setting is one we tend to forget. The people passing by in the evening, they pass by on day 1 and they pass by when it is super busy and this service will provide all who pass their vessel. So when you are trying to sell the vessel of choice and you want in excess of €8,000,000. The idea of having a $149 solution that works those three days 24:7 is not a real investment. It was meant for the $1,800,000,000 Dubai real estate market as well as the Toronto market (which made me design the solution). As this IP becomes more and more valued due to a larger deployment, as well as my first IP reinforced by the Mississauga Center Mall. I feel that 2024 my actually be my year and that could guarantee a 3 years early retirement (wishful thinking by the workaholic I am).

Still, the larger station gives me pause to consider where else this IP could work and I see that there are more places to go. You see if it works for Monaco, it would most certainly work for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The IP would not be ready for their 2023 boat show, but the 2024 boat show is an optional setting and when the Monaco results would come in, their hunger for this new sales channel is almost a definite given. Then there is the Dubai International Boat Show, which in light of the real estate angle could be a double whammy for little old me.

No matter how much this is wishful thinking, the application of an IP to a larger area is always a reason to feast (I had Spaghetti Bolognese) and as the idea is set to my blog (and is still mulling over a few more items in my mind) I see that what started as a simple retail tool could optionally become a lot more. The fun part (which I mentioned in the past) is that Amazon, Apple and Google do not have this and they should have been way ahead of me. Sucks to be them I say.

Monday is here for me, let’s make it a lovely day.

Google’s birthday present

It isn’t really their birthday and I haven’t looked up the date when it is their birthday. I just had an idea and I am signing the IP over to Google right here. The fun part is that Apple doesn’t have this either. The fun part is that I am really surprised that neither of them had done this (as far as I am aware of). As such, the mindset came to me less than an hour ago and I decided to write it down now (never get in the way of creativity).

So, the setting is that you are in a conversation, you need a second pair of ears (for whatever reason) and now you could share it with a paired phone, or share on the spot (for one connection with the phone nearby). The set pairing can be done anytime (partner, family member) when that pair is there, the person IN the conversation seen below in green, can connect to the second phone, the receiving phone MUST approve (the green circle) and then the second pair of ears are there. The second phone has the standard option to go straight to earbuds or headset.

The idea that you are in a public place stops most from going to speaker, but this connection allows for a connected private conversation. The optional second part is that the second phone could have their microphone connected at the same time, allowing for a conference call on the spot.

The fun part is that I did not see this as an option anywhere. I am too busy with my 5G IP (as well as the other IP), so I am handing it over to Google. I have nothing against Apple, but I am happy with my Android phone, so they win.

As such, I am a little giddy. All those boffins in the Google workplace and this idea never made it through? Perhaps it as rejected out of hand. I do not know, but I thought it could have a future, as such I am setting it up as a birthday present for Google. I saw (in some YouTube video) that Sundar Pichai has 20 mobile phones at home. He’ll just have to pick a favourite, we can’t make things too easy for him now, can we?

My Sunday has started (it’s 05:06 here), the rest of the world can follow in a few hours, except New Zealand, they are ahead by 3 hours. Enjoy!

The notion

This all started a long time ago and my mind revisited this point mere hours ago. I was watching a YouTube on Dubai by Travelalgorithm. I saw a banner stating “The dream starts here” and my mind went somewhere else. You see, what it is not the dream or the nightmare, but the notion? The spark that sets things in motion.

Past tense
In the past (around 35 years ago) I was send a game to test. It was called Virus. It had a bio hazard sticker, it was wrapped like it was dangerous, but it was a game. A game with a difference. You see, someone thought things through. They had the building blocks, but your hard-drive was the template. It would scan your drive and from there it would create levels and a game. And that file could be send to others who would send their file to you and you would have hundreds of hours to play. The setting was pretty ingenious.

Present time
Now we go to today, it could still work, but it could also set a massive larger stage with cloud stages. Now we are going to a much higher challenge (if you have a cloud directory). Then my mind took a twist on the matter and I cannot tell if it is just the story, a related story to other film IP I have, or merely new IP.

What happens when that solution creates a scan handle for every file? What if it looks for something specific? Now these levels become an entirely new stage in data collecting. And the idea is not new. Phishing operations are set to this level of access. Yet did anyone consider that gaming is also a data collective? I accuses Microsoft of that years ago, but that was a simple operation. What if the operation is not that simple. What if the combination of games create the handles they need to collect stuff? People thinking that they are gamers are so collectively driven to whatever is proclaimed to be cool. Look at some game advertising that claim “only 1% can do this”. How many people will let their ego speak and fall for that trap and that is merely the simplest of traps. What if the upload that some games do is holding a little more? It is not out of the realm of possibilities and I a not that certain how alert Google and Apple are on the subject. This gets to be a lot more dangerous if you consider the old stages that Facebook game creators employed. If you had one game, getting to a certain level would unlock something in another game and soon enough people started to play that game too and more games afterwards. So what happens that two or more games will unlock interactions as well as other interactions?

You might think this is nuts and it possibly is, but isn’t that how some ideas make for great story IP (read movie IP). At present there is more and more need for new stories and as America hasn’t been getting anything done. Other creators have had the stage all to themselves. There are all kinds of twists in stories. I personally will always love the Usual Suspects (1995) and that is for me. Yet today thee is an abundance of twists and cockles in storytelling that could and should be upgraded. Yet too many use the game as the story (which makes sense), yet too many are avoiding the technology that enabled the game in the first place and Virus was not a usual game. We focus on intelligent auto design of levels making them never the same (Diablo 3) and that is fine. Yet what happens when that engine is corrupted? It is starting to happen and it is happening more and more. What if the design is set to make you ALMOST succeed? Did you figure on that? Did you realise that most match three games seem to be easy the first 15 levels and after that it gets harder soon enough? But they have you, just buy a few ‘special items’ and you are back on track and it works, for the next 10-15 levels at least and suddenly you have spend $5. It isn’t much because that is not the goal. It is the goal of 200,000 people spending that and suddenly the game makers has a cool million. But what if that isn’t all? What if the IP on your laptop is the end goal? Did you consider that danger? That is the notion this story is thinking of. Consider the twist in Ocean’s 8 (2018). I thought it was brilliant and until the end I never saw it coming. As we went in blinker mode for one target, we overlooked the larger picture and combine these two and you have the setting. If you are still in the dark. Consider the military locations and what hardware too many kids get access to on that base (some adults too). There is a larger setting where they are all gullible and the Pentagon has overlooked that setting. Now consider what access the criminal mind gets when they combine two notions to create a third. So is that three notions, or does it suddenly become a total of 6 options? ( I will let you figure that one out).

Still, the idea has merit if you know the direction some are not considering for too long a time.

Enjoy Monday.

Folly and opportunity

Yup, a setting that has both. You see yesterday I offered the quote “I made mention of Deeper Machine Learning. This is awesome, it is not AI (AI does not yet exist) but it got me thinking. You see, we now see mention of AI in construction. This is about to go bad, really bad and Trusting these buildings will become folly soon enough. I will try to explain that soon enough” and that soon is now. To see this we need to make a few sidesteps, but it will be clear soon enough. For this I selected ‘Building a smarter future: The impact of big data and AI in construction’ (at https://www.pbctoday.co.uk/news/digital-construction-news/big-data-and-ai-in-construction-trimble/132005/) there are several sources, but this one got a few things really right and that matters to me. They give you “Because computers can be programmed to analyse questions and situations using thousands of parameters in the time it takes most of us to type them in, they’re an incredible tool that we can use to do complex calculations in a fraction of the time it takes any human, and because they approach every situation with logic, they can make the most rational decisions even when we can’t. Artificial intelligence in construction simply takes that to the next level, applying machine learning, which allows those same computers to learn from situations they’ve encountered before and to adjust their results accordingly.” I do not fully agree, but they give a better explanation then most others and they made the big good one by giving us ‘applying machine learning’ this is correct.

Why is this what?
That is the setting, you see to see this I will need to take you on a little time travel. That is after you realise that machine learning depends on data, loads of it. But in all this the right category is also important. We are about to overlap best practice and best results onto the cheaper way, the cutting corners way. We might rely on movies like the towering inferno (1974) where the movie based on two books namely the Glass inferno and the tower. In the movie we see the bastardly electrical engineer who cut corners (played by Richard Chamberlain) and the architect played by Paul Newman. There we see the little conversation that the electrical engineer Roger Simmons kept to building codes and that the demands by the architect Doug Roberts were outlandish and to cost driving and fair enough, the building burns down on opening night.

Children of Mediocrates
The previous one was a story, fiction. But reality is not. In the 90’s captains of industry shook hands with politicians and a lacking drive was introduced. Almost like the philosopher Mediocrates who introduced a new life lesson ‘Meh, good enough’. I was actually in some of those meetings where we were told. “What if the strive of excellence is not 100%, but 80%. What had is it to be still really good. How much easier is it to build your bonus when we expect a 80% line?” I was there, I heard it all and I was told to adhere to it all. And yes the bonus for me was easier and I was merely in customer service, but it felt wrong.

Nowadays
So back to today when we look at the application of what some call AI (a wrong term). The data it relies on cannot tell the difference because best practice and cutting corners are all the same thing and it will set a flawed recommendation and the larger folly is that the people in control of that data will not distinguish between the two fronts either. They are to young to tell, or they cannot tell the difference, because those filling their pockets are no longer around. It is a recipe for disaster and when was the last time when construction disasters went without casualties?

This is the setting I see coming and there is also an opportunity. You see, those cutting corners did not protect the original path. As such these patents and IP points are now open and unprotected. As such these options are there for the clever people to create new innovation patents based on the open original patents, the ones the cutting corners people let be and there should be a fair amount of them all over the field. This is merely because best practice was too expensive for them and now those options are open. An example here might be the Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC). We are now seeing all the issues and the hundreds of buildings that have them. It was an invention in the 1990’s, making the timeline fit. And now we see “Concerns were amplified in 2023 following reports of an earlier roofing collapse at a British primary school, which fell without warning in 2018” Now, one does not mean the other, but there is a premise that fits and as such we see the larger danger. Consider that this all gained popularity in the 50’s. So how many new patents were created based on this idea, and what was left behind and unprotected? I will let you do the math, but whomever has those innovation patents will have the option to fill there pockets with the best practice approach whilst too many are merely in it to make a buck. As such the folly of hiding behind AI is about to hit a lot of people squarely in the face, all whilst the clever people will be able to turn a coin as they have the patents and they will be the only player to be considered soon enough.

Hiding behind hyper words suddenly gives others a chance to become serious players where the big boys never wanted them. How is that for poetic justice?

Enjoy the day, most of the week is still in front of you.

Path of a slippery slope

We all have that at times and this time it is me on that slippery slope. You see I made reference to the loss that Facebook would be facing, and yesterday I decided to dig deeper into that. You see, I have nothing against Facebook (or Meta), I am not after their channels. Yet my new design will give a larger stage and it will cost Facebook 10%-15% (a rough estimate), I doubt it will go beyond that, and if it does, it will not be for many years. Still according to the numbers I am finding (2022), that would mean a loss of $11-$17 billion to Facebook and there is no other side to that. It will not become my revenue (the revenue of my IP). It will trickle down to me to a small degree at some point and I was contemplating how I could enlarge that trickle effect. But I am deciding against it, because it will impact the bottom line which implies that the negative effect is a lot larger than the positive effect. And as I was looking deeper, I saw that the other branch has additional positive effects. Not more money (perhaps over time), but it sets the stage that the revenue of stage one will be met quicker, which is absolutely good. It is the third branch that has a few items, no negative sides, but I have been looking into getting a more positive impact, positive revenue stream sided. Still there is time for that and perhaps as the third branch is executed, more options become available. In the first I am looking into the option of the Tomes that are connected. There is a stream coming there and it is positive, but there are no numbers, no numbers from any reliable source that would give me this stage to be considered quicker.

As such there are more sides to consider, especially as Facebook is coming with its own Twitter, there is nothing realistic yet, but I have been considering on how this could be accessed. As Twitter is playing games, I see no real benefit at present, but Facebook has other goals and there more options could evolve.

Still I am on a slippery slope. I was feeling content and safe when it was all about the IP, as such I am not focussing on the revenue streams (other then a return on investment). You see, here we get Microsoft (who is not allowed near my IP). They are a 5 time loser. The first was their Tablet approach (that Surface thingamajig), which is nowhere near Apple, not even a dent in their revenue stream. This was their first loss. Then they lost their cloud solution to Amazon (that bookshop) which is loss number two, then they lost the console war to both Sony and Nintendo. This beckons the laughter that the strongest console in the world lost to the weakest of them all. That gives us loss number three. They are losing market share to both Apple and Adobe in their core office setting which is loss number four and the streaming war they will definitely lose it to whomever ends up with my IP. And in addition to that, they will lose to Amazon for sure and they will lose to whatever Tencent Technology will bring and they are likely to lose to Apple Arcade (I do not know enough of that solution) as well. This makes Microsoft a loser five times over and as such the implosion of Microsoft is still on for 2026. Which after all those billions invested in keeping Sony smaller is just hilarious on many sides. These elements matter because it places my IP in a premium spot. The idea that I have the ammunition that boots Microsoft in the ass makes me happy, no matter how little I get for it. Still, I need to focus. You see, getting overly happy on one side is not good. I require a critical mind to consider what could be done in three stages.

The first is what I must have (Unreal Engine 5)
The second is what I should have (a clear population with a mission statement)
The third is nice to have (A Foxtrot Uniform to Microsoft and optional additional revenue streams to moi)

These three streams are always considered in the short term, medium term and long term. Americans hate long term, the often lack focus and vision. Yet the long term is always important. It matters towards whatever mission statement you cloak yourself in and how you present the solution. It matters a great deal. Only spreadsheet users focus on the next quarter, but it is not about the next year, it is about the next three years (at least) and that is how I saw that Amazon and Google were leaving billions on the floor (Google more than Amazon). It is a realisation on where one could be heading where the real profit is, because the bulk of all revenue seekers are focussed on the next quarter (where their bonus is). And because of that they leave larger revenue options untouched. Feel free to oppose me on that, but when you do, look at your boss and their bosses on where they are focussed on. It is always a next quarter stage and you tend to lose a lot of revenue that way. Even now we see all the tech companies and places like LinkedIn shedding hundreds of jobs, all whilst a place like LinkedIn had options, they had in their niche options to diversify and keep to their niche. Others are in a similar stage, and when we realise that, other can have a go at finding their option. You see when you the delimitation of a corporation (that next quarter thing) your options open up, not merely mine. All those willing to dream and design past a next quarter will have options they never considered before and that is when you see the meadow with lost revenues. A meadow that Microsoft, Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Meta, Salesforce, and several others. They are all shedding jobs and perhaps for them it is a valid setting, but that also means that they aren’t able to make critical adjustments when people are needed and that is where the visionary comes in. I was lucky that my IP started well before they shedded jobs. I was in a pristine place where no one was looking and I have that advantage now, an advantage that will not last. I get that. But for now they aren’t seeing what I am and with the tens of thousands of jobs gone, the manpower to seek around is also faltering for them (which is good for me). Still I know I am on a slippery slope. There are elements that I am most likely to overlook and I do not know which ones (because if I knew, I wouldn’t be overlooking them).

Still it is a nice weekend for now, I will see what tomorrow brings. Time is not one element one tries to anticipate, it is too tiring an exercise and you tend to overlook more and more elements, they say a stitch in time saves nine, but for the most you tend to live on borrowed time instead of enjoying life and that is a big no no in my book.

Crude awakening

This happens, we all have that. There is no negativity, there is no blame. This sometimes happens, yet when it happens it tends to be with a negative siding. Yet the opposite can also happen and I just learned it is even worse. You see this all started some time ago when I created one of my IP’s. In the running were Google and Amazon. In the first phase it as around 5 billion annual with a lot more after. Google dumped the option with the solution attached and Amazon remained, they weren’t biting either. Yet then Tencent technologies entered that field and things were looking up again. As such I have time. Yet a few hours ago I learned that the lower setting was fine and I expected that at full release the upper limit was somewhere between 12 and 20 billion. There was no way to be more precise, because this has ever been done before and I cannot say too much, because Microsoft is ALWAYS watching and I do not want them anywhere near my IP.

So the crude awakening happened a few hours ago when I learned that the inclusion factor is close to 0.0144% (annual shift) this improves the value of my IP by a lot and I have no idea just how much, but it implies that is will be a lot higher than 20 billion under cautious estimation. It is a lot more than I ever envisioned and personally I do not care if it ends up with Amazon or Tencent technologies. This was why I tried to sell it to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the Kingdom Holding Company. I reckoned that 5% of 12 billion is well worth it and now it seems that I could (could being the operative word) end up with a hell of a lot more. Not that I need that, but the setting is one I never saw coming to THAT degree and that is before some realise the impact on Facebook, because they will lose a slice of their cake, but it will be over time and the size of their loss is not one I can predict, too many factors involved. Another side was that it would positively impact Amazon, which is why I tried to get there first, but they are seemingly not interested. That’s fine, when a company decides to leave billions on the floor, I say ‘Whatever’ and there as a small scent at that time that google might work, but they took another direction and weeks later I see that Tencent Technologies is entering that field. Matter little to none to me, but that is life.

So as my mind is reeling from the inclusion number (you need to see the 1/x side) when that happens the world starts spinning. It is the most brutal of crude awakenings I ever faced. So for this moment (optionally until tomorrow morning) I will have a hard time focussing because the numbers do no lie and I reran these numbers a few times, even if the numbers presented to me are off by factor 10 (I redid them offsetting by 100) the results are mind boggling and I do not get shaken this easily.

As such I will try to focus on other matters tomorrow, but that is as good as I can promise myself. Thank goodness the weekend is now a day away. I will need this upcoming weekend for all the 48 hours it holds.

The two coloured fence

It is always nice to see fences in books, images and within the mind. They usually have one colour and more often then not it is a white fence. This is what our mind perceives, yet what happens when the fence has two colours, each side it’s own colour and the neighbour has the other colour. Both unaware as they both see one colour. This was my mindset when I saw ‘Assad in Saudi Arabia reflects the Middle East’s new normal’ (at https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/05/22/assad-saudi-arabia-reflects-middle-easts-new-normal/) the issue here is that it is a decent version to hold, and it isn’t set to both neighbours, it is optionally seeing one side, not wrong, not at fault, it merely is. The thought sparked through when I saw “Assad, who experienced a rehabilitation arguably years in the making, but which was no less jarring for his critics and opponents. A decade ago, officials in the Gulf monarchies were conspiring on ways to oust Assad. They poured resources and arms into the civil war raging in Syria, backing a motley grouping of anti-Assad rebels. As Assad turned his guns on his own people, bombing Syrian cities and unleashing chemical weapons on civilians, they placed the regime in a deep freeze, casting it out of the Arab League” this happened, there is no denying it, so when we are given “British Syrian activist Razan Saffour told my colleagues, reflecting on the Syrian regime’s return to the Arab League. “Instead of holding Assad accountable for his heinous crimes … he is welcomed and even rewarded, as if the past 12 years of suffering and bloodshed never occurred,”” There is no denying this, but we all changed the circus of events. For the largest extent the west scuffled its feet, it jigged in place to avoid any actions in Yemen and Syria, even the chemical attack in Ghouta had no activity from anyone in the west. The Middle East is still reeling all over the place and Saudi Arabia with its own Ally USA who deserted them when they needed them the most had to change tactics. It cannot have a war on both fronts and the war in Ukraine opened up a new dialogue, uniting the Arab League nations, with Saudi Arabia strongly at the helm. With Syria it stands to get the side of Oman, Jordan and I believe Palestine, Egypt is already on the Saudi side and they pretty much deliver the dialogues with Algeria and Libya, Yemen is an unknown at present and the UAE should be a strong ally if Saudi Arabia brings a strong united front, but that is how I optionally (wrongly) see it. The more nations Saudi Arabia unites, the easier the other come along to the Saudi side. This now gives the west a much larger problem, because the trump cards Saudi Arabia holds is China and that is a massive part of the Middle East where China now gets a larger influence. There is then the larger benefit, it takes Russia out of the equation for all of them and that is what the league requires. Russia meddling is for them a problem and the Sudan has enough problems. The Middle East doesn’t need to be the clambake buffet that Russia serves. Saudi Arabia has larger plans and 2030 is merely kicking it off, it is not the destination for Saudi Arabia, it is only 6 years away and all this is coming to some kind of pinnacle (not sure what shape it ill take) but whenever it kicks off, the puzzle pieces will start to shape the image we will get. Egypt and it 5G alliance, the economic beachheads in Palestine and Syria pushing towards Jordan with the water investments, Saudi Arabia is shoring up all the borders of the Arab Leagues. You will see them as separate issues, but I am not certain. It is like watching a symphony unfold whilst the west watches the string section listening to its music, yet when you try to align the brass, woodwork and percussion, it doesn’t work yet. Why? I believe that they aren’t called to attention yet, when they do the entirety of the music will alter and to a decent degree, at that point the sections are all aligning to something more, something we haven’t heard anywhere before. The west was always about the diva’s, and they called their own form of attention drowning out the music. Here we see a different score, all about a symphony we weren’t ready for and that will alter the sound, because the stage is not merely assisted, it is a much larger front and the US blew its options. I reckon that Saudi Arabia is testing whether China could hold that place and that is the sum of the symphony we will get to see and I reckon that this starts in 2029 with the opening acts in 2030.

Consider that I could be completely wrong, and my paraphrasing sounds nice, but it holds no water. Yet consider that Saudi Arabia has several trillions all over the league invested, we merely thought they had no connections, but I am not certain of that. You see, I always believed that Saudi Arabia will do what is best for ITS own nation and ITS own citizens, when that is accepted as true, then the investments change shape and we see that Iran and Yemen are merely disruptive sides, sides it cannot use and there Syria plays a second role. If Yemen and Iran are cast out when Russia does become desperate (it close to being that now) those nations feel the dangers of total chaos, Wagner made sure of that part of the brief. In this the war in the Ukraine opened doors for Saudi Arabia, it didn’t close them. This is how I see it, this is how I interpret the data, but then again I could be wrong, at present with all the IP and other settings I might say ‘There is a first time for anything’ I have ben right so far, even with my IP sides made public, in at least two cases the world is moving there and I can now sit and watch the unfolding of a few items. We all have to sit, watch and adjust our course. Every business does that, even when they leave billions on the floor. It is common sense to make sure that the mission and course are on track. A lesson I learned in the 90’s. I considered what was and I saw that it was short sighted, but I did not take into consideration the personal course of some, were merely on self focus, not on the company. As such I need to consider that as part of the course, not what is best for the company but what is best for the shareholders and the executives. I reckon the course of Governor Ron DeSantis is a perfect example. Whatever HE needs at the expense of nearly everyone in Florida. So whatever colour the fence has is whatever they think it needs to be, but there is the other side of the fence and when you see both colours you have a much better chance of seeing the whole playing field. It was never on the Washington Post, I merely noticed other elements and I personally believe that they were part of a bigger picture and it fits the timeline of 2030, but again, I could be wrong.

Enjoy the day.

Spend, spend, spend

Yes, that can be seen as spending three times over. We are of course referring to the debilitating debt the US has and now it is about to cost them a lot, in the larger stage this has had my attention for some time, but today three articles brought it to the top (yet again). The first one comes from the CBC (at https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/debt-ceiling-us-scrap-1.6836090) where we see ‘The U.S. debt limit is again stoking fears across the globe. Why not just scrap the thing?’ There are of course several answers to that part, but it is ““I don’t think there’s any reason to have it exist anymore,” said Douglas Holtz-Eakin, former director of the Congressional Budget Office, who is the current president of the right-wing think-tank American Action Forum.” I think that Douglas has been sniffing the alternative Gatorade. You see, if there was no reason to have credit limits, I would take out a $50M loan with my IP as collateral and move to Dubai. Have a nice one floor apartment and live of the rest with $300K a month at my disposal until the day I die. The reality is that we all have credit limits and most of us have a credit limit that is in the basement. As such nations and governments have limits as well. It is the idea that Americans think they do not have one, but that is a false assumption. It might have had a delusional ring of truth when they were a super power and when they had all the innovations, but they first off shored the knowledge they had because the board of directors had more bonus options, but they are now either retired or mostly dead. Now India has that power, now Saudi Arabia is the innovative player and now China is about to become the one true superpower. All negative things for the US, but this is what they wanted and they shunned Saudi Arabia too often and now they lose them as an ally as well. The one player that really has all the cash is shunned. Well done America! In the mean time spending went on and it was catered to by people who have close to no ash in the first place. Now the Fortune 100 have less American companies and several of them have a spin on what they really own. The largest players who really have things are Google, IBM, Amazon and Adobe. The rest are wannabe collapsing entities. There is Netflix, but they will be in turmoil for at least a year and there is no way to tell how they are pulling through. Facebook is under the gun and they are about to lose another segment, in the meantime Meta is nowhere near ready.

So off to article two, this is Reuters (at https://www.reuters.com/markets/us-debt-standoff-overshadows-g7-finance-leaders-meeting-2023-05-11/) giving us ‘US debt standoff overshadows G7 finance leaders’ meeting’, which could be true. You see, Japan is in deep waters, optionally too deep, but that requires financial knowledge I do not have, what I think is the case, is that they are too deep in debt and when the US goes, so does Japan. The 7 nations are Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Italy and France are already in deep waters, in part of the overspending my Mario Draghi, in part of a slowing economy. The UK has its own set of troubles which basically leaves Canada and they cannot hold the fort by themselves but that is the group that is in some kind of meeting and the conversation to raise the debt ceiling is a farce, they all know that the US is fighting of shadows of their former selves all alone, all because no one was willing to do something about overspending and they are decades too late in overhauling their tax systems. All these small issues line up to a setting where there is soon an America defaulting on ALL their loans, bonds collapse and that also pushes Japan over the edge. The Reuters article also gives us “U.S.-China tensions also cloud the outlook for the global economy that is already under pressure from signs of weakness in the world’s second-largest economy China.” This is a stage that I find debatable, from my point of view (optionally not a correct one), the Chinese economy is already surpassing America and now that they have the stage for the Middle East with larger venues into Saudi Arabia, they surpass America. The fact that Saudi Oil can now be bought with Yuan is the one push America never needed and never really could handle. With Saudi Arabia about to launch their own version (in English) of Al Jazeera will mean that advertisers have an alternative to Fox and CNN and when that channel branches out to Indonesia, Egypt, Bangladesh and India, the numbers will vastly surpass 500,000,000 viewers. In this I didn’t even consider Pakistan at present. As such where do you think Advertiser will go? America pushed the wrong buttons for years and now their birds are roosting in other nests. The third is also Reuters (at https://www.reuters.com/markets/us/yellen-warns-us-default-would-threaten-global-economy-undermine-us-leadership-2023-05-11/) giving us ‘Yellen warns US default would threaten global economy, undermine its leadership’ where we see “U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Thursday urged Congress to raise the $31.4 trillion federal debt limit and avert an unprecedented default that would trigger a global economic downturn and risk undermining U.S. global economic leadership” in this I personally believe that the US hasn’t been a real economic leader for some time. It started just before the age of Trump as the US learned that they could no longer afford the things they were doing and now these accounts are all coming up empty all at the same time. So at the end we are given “Yellen said Republican brinkmanship on the issue amounted to a “crisis of our own making” and that just the threat of a default could lead to a downgrade of the U.S. government’s credit rating, as occurred during a debt ceiling fight in 2011.” I personally feel that this is totally bogus, the issue was overspending and both sides of the isle were doing that and both sides were doing that. In addition they alienated the one player who was loaded, the rich relative was made a pariah and that didn’t sit well with that relative. This is why I approached them with my IP. I feel better when someone with the cash pays for my IP than the fakers who have a maximised credit card, implying I would be without cash for too long whilst they walk away with my multi billion dollar IP. I will not allow Microsoft anywhere near it, as such I would have no issues selling it to Tencent Technologies (with a few attached clauses mind you). And I have reason. A clear solution that could have given Google and/or Amazon billions was shunned by them giving me the excuse to go wherever I needed to go to get my golden retirement. And they connect. You see, they are all about contracting economies, all whilst innovation will go where there was no one and in my case in several cases there was no one, only in one case there was someone (Gucci), but they are only on one side of one IP I had and I had several other venues connected to it, optionally to android phones as well. And you see that same issue here. We see ‘raise the debt ceiling’ whilst 4 presidents did not stop overspending, it was not an issue and now as they lose tens of billions in industries that are all headed for China, they are all up in arms with “Yellen wants G7 debate on restricting investment to China”, just like the Huawei issue and we never were EVER given any evidence regarding Huawei. That is the effect of a bully who lost whatever innovation they had to players who were truly innovative and now they are running out of time, they are running out of fairway and they have nothing left. Two elemental parts were ignored for too long the first was overhauling their tax system, the second was overspending and in 2011 the point of no return was reached, both Democrats and Republicans worked together in making that happen and China merely waited for it to collapse and that is now about to happen. Will there be another raise? I cannot tell, but this is not enough, after this one another one will come and that is how this game is being played, almost like bluffing in Omaha poker, the issue is that bluffing is too dangerous and can often fall flat, for someone to think that they can bluff for this long is a new level of delusion.

No matter what, we are about to find out how much longer the US can play that game and they returns to the stage of tax the rich, another delusional setting, which by the way works out well for Monaco, the Bahamas and Dubai to name but three where the retiring rich could go to actually enjoy their cash.

Enjoy your day unless you have a PacWest Bank account, at that point you are decently screwed at present.
