Losers will be losers

That is the start of a weird trip. When you see winners, you will think of names like IBM and Microsoft. IBM I will leave alone, they have their own setting, one that does not sit well with me. That is their right and that does not make them a loser. They gave the world the Quantum computer, in 2019 IBM unveiled IBM Quantum System One, the world’s first integrated quantum computing system. That is the mark of a winner, something never seen before. IBM did it before, IBM will do it again. For me IBM does not seem the place to me and to them I am not the kind of person they desire. A mutual disinterest. This is fine, at some point one gives, the other one takes and vice versa. Microsoft became a loser, trying to protect themselves with spin after spin, yet the evidence is out there. Their ‘Tablet’ even with a keyboard never got close to what Apple had. Their  gaming solutions remained lagging behind Sony and Nintendo, what was the number 2 system became the number three system and will move to positions 4 and 5 soon enough. And then there was the web, Microsoft strong part, the web, their feigned strength. Surpassed by Amazon and his AWS until Microsoft became a no one. In my old mind Amazon should never have gotten that far, Microsoft dropped ball after ball and now Amazon leads that way, the way of the cloud and they are not done yet. But there is more. And this is why the path you were on was taken.

Elon Musk
Some call him (bad things), some see him as the second coming, some see him as a Midas in disguise, some see him as the next Steve Jobs. I see him as a Steve Midas. Like Steve Jobs he sees potential, he sees where the good stuff is and like Midas he turns that to gold. He will have successes and he will see failures. But overall there will be a lot more good then the other stuff. The mark of a winner.

So when we see the news (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-06-17/elon-musk-sued-for-367-billion-over-dogecoin-support/101162898) with the headline ‘Elon Musk sued by investor for $367 billion over ‘Dogecoin Crypto Pyramid Scheme’’ there are more papers all saying the same thing. The setting is “Keith Johnson, who says he lost money after investing in dogecoin, described himself as an “American citizen who was defrauded” by what he called a “Dogecoin Crypto Pyramid Scheme.”” You know what is weird? The way the media is milking it and protecting Keith Johnson. I have not seen ONE article telling us clearly who this Keith Johnson is. We merely get “Keith Johnson had claimed after losing all his money that “he was an American citizen defrauded by a Dogecoin Crypto Pyramid Scheme”” The media never got to the juice and they aren’t willing. It is so much more sexy to see Elon Musk bleed.

1. How much did Keith Johnson lose?
2. What evidence of a Ponzi scheme is there?
3. Who selected him as the spokesperson who lost money?

Not one media (I looked at dozens) give us these questions, the media is playing dumb, deaf and stupid all at the same time. It is the most vulgar of discriminations, they merely dislike Elon Musk.

Could this Johnson be correct? Well that is not impossible, but the FTC and all other kinds of institutions never raised that issue. And in all this, how much money did Elon Musk lose? The media did not mention that either did they? Perhaps he lost nothing, perhaps he made money by getting out in time and that is the stage of an investor. Invest, make money and cut your losses when it goes the wrong way. Crypto currency is one of the most volatile and most dangerous settings. People have asked me should they invest. I have always been clear. If you cannot afford to lose 100%, do not put it there. And this Johnson, or was it Keith Dick? Where did he invest in and how much did he exactly invest? What is his portfolio? The media is not giving us anything, are they?

The Dogecoin was at the maximum over the last 5 years $0.36, it fell to $0.078 today. The Bitcoin went from $82,556 to $27,684. Did anyone consider that the collapse of the Bitcoin would have fuelled fear in the Dogecoin too? Interesting that the media avoided that little hike. Then there is the stage that a loss of $55000 per coin beats the loss of $0.29 cents. But that might merely be me and all these parts have absolutely no setting towards the accusation of a Ponzi scheme. The setting of Keith Johnson seeking a limelight whore (as I personally see it) is staggering. He might be seeking the optimistic vagina (the vagina is always half full) with some participants. And the media is letting this happen. It is their digital currency, their clicks and they found the tool, the fact that  lot of them do not like Elon Musk is merely the icing on the cake. Yet when the scrolls unfold, when the truth and the facts come out, what excuse will the media give us? I see it as just another case of the media becoming obsolete. And as we see Elon Musk yet again being used, consider that he is the one creating a solution to houses having power, houses having electricity. In what universe did Keith Johnson amount to anything? He might have, but then the media did not inform us, did they?

So whilst we see the winners being under attack by losers who had no consideration of markets, of dangers and of dimensionality and there we see Keith Johnson and Microsoft align, one spins for as long as they can, hoping to find innovation, one spins a court case so that he can spin the fact that he never was anyone into a ‘fake champion of the people’. I see it as fake as he was self appointed, we see no evidence that he was ever anyone, the media seemingly has nothing. Do they?

The needy, the greedy and Dopey

Yes, a reference if ever there was one. Yet in the stage of an article that was the thought that hit me a second later. The article came from the Guardian titled ‘Fossil fuel firms ‘have humanity by the throat’, says UN head in blistering attack’. The article (at https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2022/jun/17/fossil-fuel-firms-un-head-antonio-guterres-blistering-attack) gives us all kinds of ‘information’ And we pause when we see “Fossil fuel companies and the banks that finance them “have humanity by the throat”, the UN secretary general has said, in a “blistering” attack on the industry and its backers, who are pulling in record profits amid energy prices sent soaring by the Ukraine war.” Yet the truth is not really that profound, is it? We can blame the oil dealers, but the truth of the matter is that for well over 20 years governments were dragging its heels in the investment that was essential for their nation, The US, the UK, Commonwealth nations, EU nations. None of them are without blame. And as such United Tony goes on a ramble of blaming. And with “They exploited precisely the same scandalous tactics as big tobacco decades before. Like tobacco interests, fossil fuel interests and their financial accomplices must not escape responsibility.” And where were the governments? Filling their pockets on that taxation. But that is something we do not get to see either is it? For centuries the world created a commodities environment and that should have stopped 30 years ago, or should have been deflated 30 years ago and now that the hole is deeper than one thought the blame game starts and the pointing fingers commences in earnest, but if you want to see the guilty party you only need to look into a mirror.

And in the USA, where we see average diesel prices at $5.798. In November 2020 is was $2.462, in May 2008 it was $4.723, In June 1996 is was $1.179. This was a volatile market to begin with, there were clear warnings in 2008, which was 14 years ago and the 12 years before that there were more indicators. So where was the United Nations then? Where were the politicians then? So the tantrum the Guardian is giving us sounds nice, but the lack of actions is overwhelming as such we could go with the blame on ‘fossil fuel producers and financiers’ yet in all this where were the politicians, where was the media? The same media that shorted an EEA report that CLEARLY showed that 50% of ALL pollution was created by 147 facilities and I illuminated that in earlier articles, where was the Guardian at that point where its reporter was eager to blame all those jet owners?

As such United Tony should get contemplate a decent grip on reality.

So whilst we now see “The Guardian understands Guterres has been incensed by the recent behaviour of fossil fuel companies, which have been reaping a bonanza from energy prices sent soaring by the Ukraine war. Much of these bumper profits are likely to be invested in fresh exploration and expansion of fossil fuel resources.” All this with an earlier jab towards Saudi Arabia and the ‘need’ for President Biden to go there. Yes, there is a splinter of truth there, but the larger issues is that oil is a commodity, one many do not have and lets face it. The top three are United States, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. So if the US is one of the three top producers, why does it need Saudi oil? Did anyone consider THAT part of the equation? The US should have limited fossil requirements decades ago, but did they? So why is United Tony ignoring that part of the equation? And then we see the political ‘outrage’ with headlines like ‘Biden Was Always Going to Need Saudi Arabia’ and “Why Biden Needs Saudi Arabia: to produce oil and deter Iran” yet the simple truth is that Saudi Arabia needs to do what is best for Saudi Arabia and the US needs to produce more oil, or set the stage that less oil is required a simple setting that was out in the open for decades. Yet we also see a lack of actions from the United Nations and United Tony to set a clear agenda to LIMIT the need for oil. We see a lot of noise and we saw that for the longest of times, but how much ACTUAL actions were taken? Consider that one of the top three nations is appealing to Saudi Arabia to produce more. We get that he is not going to Moscow, we get that his actions are limited but this is a train-wreck from beginning to end. And the United Nations are a mere sample of Mukimono on the diner table and we need to realise this.

So when we see “Fossil fuel firms ‘have humanity by the throat’” we want to blame, but who can we blame but our own reflection? So when people ask me ‘What did you do?’ I can say “I never bothered with a drivers license, I never owned a car. I walked nearly every day to and from public transportation” and in over half a century I only desperately needed a car LESS than a dozen times and they nearly all were part of moving day actions. Who else can make that claim? Yes, some call me Dopey for not having a car. Yet I saw people requiring $80 a week just to park the bloody thing, so who is the Dopey? Them or me?

Dependence on oil is a bad thing, but not addressing that need is worse. The politicians and people are mere junkies for the black goo. They can alter the language and give excuses but that is what a junkie does and those who wanted a solution found another way, so which nations have another solution? Yes, I reckon you will not be able to find one, even as New Zealand might be the closest to being one, it is in the same goo, just not as deep as all the other nations.

It would have been nice for António Guterres (United Tony) to address the needy (US) the greedy (the political players) and tell the Dopey’s (the people) that the first step in addressing this problem is admitting to yourself in the mirror that you have one. Because the people are just as much to blame as anyone else. If you want to make claim that you are not the problem then leave your car at home for a week, for one week do without it. You will be surprised how many excuses you can come up with to grab the car, just like a junkie does. I feel fine, I have been without a car for half a century. So from the time we saw the Morris Marina until the Maruti Swift, I never had any of them. I get that there are times that a car is essential, we all get that, but I throw back at you that this year alone there are 1.446 billion cars, in 1970 the world had 200,000,000 cars. Over 50 years we saw a 723% growth of cars and some are essential, I get that, but 723%? We are all part of that problem, we drove the commodity of oil into the stratosphere and we are too scared (or cowardly) to admit that and the oil producing nations are having a great day, the Ukrainian war is merely an excuse. You see, 50% of that war (Russia) has its own supply and they have plenty. But that part is equally not illuminated. Why is that?

Holes in the equation

That is what I have been confronted with. Looking or trying to see a solution, an IP, yet in the end I am merely looking towards a partial equation and I am trying to look towards the equation and the holes around it by covering it by part of another equation. So as I was looking at yesterday, at the setting of the SD cards (like the one below)

I was wondering how this could be utilised. Then my mind considered the GoogleChrome 2, but that is Google stuff. I was wondering if the ‘cast-bubble’ could support an SD card. Then my mind went on a sidetrack. You see, the makers of computers are less and less about optical drives. That gave me the idea, what if the Google Chrome 2 could be a transmitter connected to your 4K (or Bluray) player? What if that device could hand the images to the laptops in the house and considering I saw (a little while ago) a naked lady do Yoga in 4K (she looked really good doing that) I now know that a Mac laptop is able to show a lot more than an image of a Pokemon. But the setting holds, if the player (connected to a TV) can show the other devices too, the family will get a much larger audience from the one player in the house. We can watch the movie on our laptop, our console connected TV, our additional systems. As far as I can tell, the current Chrome-cast does not allow for that. So this setting is a freebee for Google, on the other hand if Amazon sees this and creates its own innovative patent, well that is up to the person who gets there the quickest.

So as I went back to the beginning of what happened, the setting of M.A.A.S. Movie As A Service, a station that was once Netflix, the old Netflix and with the lines becoming ever more blurry. The idea that Marvel moves come with a voucher that allows you to see Disney+ for a few days could set the trend in other ways for Netflix, Paramount, Sony, Apple and Hulu too. I was so focussed on the application of SD/CF Cards in movies that I forgot that there are other applications too, not necessarily directly linked to these memory cards. You see, no matter how we are presented the stages, congestion is coming our way, those with a lot of money can avoid it, the rest need to find another way and that is where innovation comes in. How? Your guess is as good as mine at this time, but the larger setting is to surpass the points of congestion, so how to get around that? Gamers are (for now) too small a group. The movie, YouTube and TikTok group is the larger (if not largest) group. So if we can get them in other ways we could optionally delay or to a larger degree diminish the congestion that comes. And this is not a local problem, this is about to become a GLOBAL issue. And for now, I am in the dark on how this can be circumvented. Yet how to go about it? I learned at an early age that you start with the edges and as such set the dimensionality of the Jigsaw. From there you continue. Yet what if the Jigsaw is a kinetic one? A kinetic puzzle is a puzzle that does not show an mage, but a movie reel. When that is known the dimensions are still the first, but after that, how do you continue? That is the puzzle I am confronted with. We aren’t looking at a static event, but a dynamic one and there the brain (the useless one I have) shuts down for now.

I see part of the equation, but I see the holes too, so as I try to surround the holes I also learn that it is not the solution, because the holes are in motion. That is where I end, holes in the equation, yet the stage is one that I need to master, it will be a nice addition to the three IP bundles I have and at some stage either Amazon or Google will take a bite, because both want the billions and Microsoft is not invited. And as I consider the third player, I will set more time apart to take a look at him in my next article.

In continuation

You thought the previous article was the end of it? Nope, it was merely the beginning. You see, we see the iterations of DVD, BluRay, 4K and we do not stand still on the larger issue. The idea of a disc is nice, it is accepted and it continues. Yet the larger station is that a DVD is a mere 5GB, a BlueRay is 50GB (double sided) and a 4K is 66GB in dual layer and 100GB on triple layer.

The Player is in every case about the size of a CD player. A SD card is about $35 (128GB) and the CF version is (alas) a lot more expensive. Yet the setting of the SD card is still shrinking in price and the price of the MicroSD is about the same. So consider the idea that you can have the entire Marvel collection in a holder the size of a pocketbook and that need is growing. People who want to watch a movie on route, people who want the kids to watch a movie in the back, people who are left with less and less space, you can look in every direction and the need for discs is falling away, CD’s are already falling away. How long until DVD’s are a think of the past? And even now we see the stage that one (micro) SD card (or CF Card) can hold an entire season of episodes.

Here Sony is in part to blame. I remember the issue of all region DVD’s, but Sony would not hear of it. And that was a discussion I was part of 6 months BEFORE the PlayStation 2 was released in March 2000. Over that time others also has issues, but I still see it as fear, they had their little island and it had to remain safe even though the issues of safety were blown away in 1992 and was never restored, there was a feigned time of safety with the BluRay and now with the 4K, people will find a way. There is no stopping them and as the law is merely running after the events and not solving anything, stopping evolution tends to detrimental to ones sanity (health too).

So whilst we ignore what COULD be out there and what MIGHT be possible, we merely are part of some insanity roundabout and it goes nowhere. And interestingly enough, the streamers are making this evolution clear and more profound. So whilst you ponder the latest movies on SD or CF card, consider what you have and what you might lose. Especially in light that the quality of DVD’s has faltered in the last 5 years. It might be that the players are less reliable, but they still need discs and over the last 5 years I have seen more movie discs fail than in the 20 yeas before that. Something is failing the people, failing the systems and devices and it is time we ask the questions that matter, because only in the coming year is the price of an SD card a valid excuse, but when we see that this is already no longer the case with Bluray and DVD, consider what the larger station is to stop evolution. I gave the setting for players to allow other formats to play close to half a decade ago, we merely see discs continue. Why? When was the last time you tried to get a CD of a band you liked? I honestly never saw that coming. My introduction to CD’s was somewhere in 1977, 45 years ago. I thought they were forever, but that was of course delusional. Now consider that one SD Card can hold the entire collection of David Bowie or the Beatles. At what point will we concede that technology surpassed our labels of music and soon movies too? And it is not even close to the end. New technologies will come, they will revolt and we will contemplate how to react to it. I am not telling you how to react, how ever you will react it will be highly personal. I myself still enjoy looking at the covers of an album, that will never stop, but to hold a box with an entire season of Xfile episodes, or one SD card that holds EXACTLY the same is another matter. It will open new doors, new venues and new opportunities. And there is a hidden benefit. You see the next few years will be about congestion of the network. So will you be waiting for Disney to download part of the episode so that you can watch, or will you insert an SD card and just watch, without congestion, without delay and without hassle?

And those who claim that there is no congestion? Well Computer weekly gave us last October “Enea claims first 4G, 5G user-based congestion management solution. Telecoms software provider launches solution based on proprietary algorithms to take pre-emptive action to boost QoE for individual sessions before subscribers experience congestion” Really? If there is no congestion, this solution seems like the most useless solution in existence. The truth is not that simple. The next 5-7 years will be about managing expectations, Service Level Agreements. And these will all have the small print regarding congestion. When we realise that, why do we see elements stopping the evolution of disc entertainment? I believe that this evolution will be a lot more essential in the next 2 years than anyone realises. And that is before you realise that there are even more options available, but I will leave that to you to figure out.

Slapping the Google shop

Yup, when I wrote ‘Has Google lost the plot?’ Two days ago (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/06/14/has-google-lost-the-plot/) I honestly thought that was it. Yes, there is a lot to mention on Google, but there is also a lot of good and I tend to focus on that (when you are not Microsoft). So when I saw the advertisement below (as I was looking for something specific), I kinda lost it.

So can ANYONE at Google explain to me the setting of a 2TB SD card for $8? You know what. As I am due retirement (soon), I will order 500,000 cards at $8, with the numbers I should be able to get a 15% discount. As such Google becomes responsible for the delivery of 500,000 properly working Micro SD Cards, the fact that Amazon is offering a 1TB Sandisk card for $200, I should be able to secure 500,000 times $220 getting me $110,000,000 enough to retire. The fact that the shipment would cost me $3,400,000 implies that my break even point is 15,000 cards. The rest is retirement heaven.

I mean can I hold Google responsible? If a company can spin AI into sentience all whilst they are being scammed though their Google Ads gives me the conviction that my path has merit. The fact that AliExpress is offering something that is not allegedly in existence gives me pause to try this. The fact that my IP would have been cheaper is also reason to set this path in motion. Google has a clear responsibility of deceptive actions to be stopped, the fact that they are unable to, all whilst we see the spin of sentient AI, whilst AI, true AI cannot exist at present gives me the idea to take this to a new level and with me hundreds of thousands of others. Where else can you turn 3 million overnight into 110 million, you are making the money before the invoice is due. Google is failing this setting a little too often and a little too clearly. As I see it, ignorance is no defence. As such AliExpress would have to deliver, Google would have to deliver as their shop was the mechanic and I would be selling it through their shop too, so I get the money, the clients get cards and the refunds, AliExpress gets paid and Google gets settled with all the bills in sight.

Is it fair? That is not the question that matters. The question becomes “Where lies the border towards the cost of doing business?” I reckon that Google is about to meet its borders. The fair part is that AliExpress will deliver or they get to be removed from Google Ads. You see, this level of deceptive conduct also reflects on Amazon and Siemens. Who would buy their valid products when AliExpress is having a quick go at marketing through Google Ads (as I personally see it). And the ‘confusing’ text of “Micro card 2TB SD CARD 2TB memory card 2TB MEMORI CARD 2TB TF CARD 2TB tf card 2tb sd card 2tb for mobile phone memory card” and they will respond with “Ohhh, it is the memori card” (not the memory card), The ‘2TB TF CARD’ is something different. If that is so their sentient Abigail Immaculatus can shed light on it, right?

The fact that this article according to the webpage has 9 orders implies that there is more going on and the Google system is being used as such.

In this is has become essential that slapping Google is essential. As I personally see it, if AliExpresss cannot properly explain it, their accounts are to be pulled for no less than 180 days and until their products are properly assessed the counter will not change.

In the meantime, as I am now losing out on a profit of $106,000,000 could either Sergey Brin, Sundar Pichai, Ruth Porat, or Jon Marc Anthony help me out here? I lost my retirement future, it is unfair that you allow deceptive conduct whilst my retirement is now no longer an option.

Yours sincerely,

This poor poor financial inept vagrant (formerly known as the Lawlordtobe)

Enjoy the day, I might actually have a great weekend coming my way (including long term leave until retirement).

Is it IP? Is it not?

Introduction
This is a story in parts, so lets begin with the introduction. In the old days (90’s) a company named SPSS (now part of IBM) came with a product called Answertree. It set the premise that Direct Marketing companies could either mail more or mail more clever. Th program allowed for the second part. So normally to get 15% more, you would have to mail 25% more, yet what happens when you get that result mailing 10% less? The system allowed for looking at the population you had, the population that responded and the two allowed you to see a tree, a tree with branches and connections. Soon you would see where to prune the tree, the parts that were not worth the squeeze wee pruned away and as you continue to prune this tree, you got a decent set of elements that were profitable. You learned that some elements are essential and others were not, you had a set of parameters to work with and in the old days you had 3.2% response, you got a new set where you only set out a mailing that was 80% of the first size and now you had a 6.8% response, it as clever mailing.

This reflects on Netflix and their ‘Netflix To Spend $17B On Content In 2021’, so what will they do in 2022, in 2023? That is the setting and there we get a new stage. What can be reused and what needs a rewrite, two settings that are still a lot cheaper than creating from scratch.

Prologue
Today I was thinking of an old hero. A Dutch actor named Joop Doderer. Those from my generation and the previous generation will all know him if they spend months in the Netherlands between 1955 and 1975. Joop gave view to the vagrant ‘Swiebertje’ and in those years there was not a Dutch person who did not know that name, a branding that could now not be matched by the Game of Thrones. As such I kept eyes on his work and knowing he was in something always brought a smile to my face. That is until today when I learned that there was one movie I actually never saw. In it were also Derek Jacobi, John Gielgud, and Richard Attenborough so several reasons to know this movie, and I missed it. It was The Human Factor (1979), the story was by Graham Greene all good reasons, and that is one side.

The next part is the view on intelligence. You see in this day and age there is practically no difference between state players and corporate players. Do you think that a fictive player like Zoogle will rely on the FBI to keep their AI safe?

Business Intelligence is no longer simple data analyses, it has not been that for years. Now we get

1. planning,
2. identifying decision makers’s intelligence needs,
3. collecting and analysing information,
4. disseminating intelligence products and services,
5. evaluating intelligence activities,
6. promoting intelligence services among a client base,
7. additional industry-specific issues.

Competitive Intelligence Division members concentrate on developing their competitive intelligence skills to assist them in functioning more effectively as intelligence professionals within their respective organisations. Combine these two elements and you could have the making of one hell of a killer thriller. You see we know that places have traitors, and nationally seen it is to black and white. I know as an Australian I am still bound to an oath to the Dutch Royal family, this oath stays in place until the day I die. As such I have no issues (and never had any) regarding the execution of a traitor. And there is a part I left out, you see, the Traitor Manning did something far worse, I saw it and some others saw it, but the bulk missed it, and that is good, because it links to all this.

Yet in the corporate stage this is a lot more grey, there is no white which is merely less dark grey and black which is merely less light grey and at that point the story could go in all kinds of directions. The good part is that the foundation written by Graham Greene is top notch and that quality of material should not be left to waste.

Part 2
This is not directly related. I was watching  remake of the Creedence Clearwater Revival hit ‘Have You Ever Seen the Rain’. In it I saw Jack Quaid (the dude from the Boys) and his love interest Erin Moriarty, so I looked up what I could in case the hit was connected to season 3 somehow (it is not). I also learned that his dad was the Astronaut wannabe Dennis Quaid from the movie InnerSpace. You know the movie where he tries to get to the girlfriend of Martin Short (Meg Ryan). OK, I took some creative liberties here, but lets be honest, Jack could have been the son from that pilot from Independence day named Randy Quaid. But he is not and these elements all play because I suddenly remembered another gem by daddy Quaid. It was D.O.A. I never saw the original so this was what I had and consider that story, same premise but the poisoning is clear and in the beginning, and Jack needs to find out who robbed the IP of a place like Zoogle before the toxins overwhelm him (they all think he did it). As such we see a steeple chase of events where we see more grades of grey and in the end as he dies, we see that it was his lady who switches the ring with a duplicate and walks off towards the competition. Under the ember was a reflective side making a minuscule chip invisible and the chip fits into a holder showing billions in IP, and the two movies are connected by a hand with one small element (like a pearl bracelet) which we do not see until the final moment in movie two. Two good movies that become great as each population will entice each other to see the other movie. So each movie is no longer seen a X and Y but as 2*(X+Y), a nice little bonus is it not?

And it seems like the players in stream land are not seeing that, they are not seeing the benefit of remaking a good movie (regardless of revenue) and remastering it to the setting we see today, the corporations are all in their own right governments and we all seem to dance around that. Oh and there is a reason for the prune story, but that is something you will have to work out, life is just not rewarding without a decent challenge.

It bears thinking, does it not?

Has Google lost the plot?

That is the question I am asking myself. This all started last night, well yesterday late as a man on the table next to me was complaining on the phone. He is a business man from South Canada (which in 2022 was still known as the United States of America). He was complaining as he wanted to buy something nice for his little girl (she just graduated, so she couldn’t be that little). He wanted to buy something local, but he could not do so as he was here (aka Sydney, Australia). The idea was laughable, but there you have it.

So I needed to take a look at that, I understand what is going on, but have you caught on? So I wanted to be naughty (as I tend to be), so I looked for “Toronto Canada Engagement rings platinum” just in case I get the ‘drop’ on a certain person I know (it is not Laura Vandervoort). And guess what, all the top spots were taken by Garan Jewellers, in Victoria. Yup none of them were in Canada (or Toronto for that matter). And it got to be worse. There was one from a place called Etsy. So when I went there, I had the ability to Switch to Canada and Canadian dollars, or so I thought, but when I pressed ‘save’ the option remained in the true blue Australian numbers, the adjustment was not possible. Yet when I went to etsy.ca I was able to change it.

This is not a nice story, this accusation has more than merit. You see for all the things we try to explain away the one part that is overlooked is “The wish of the Customer”, the customer wanted a Canadian shop, with an optional engagement ring. But that is not where the advertisement money was, was it and more important neither show what the customer wanted. “Toronto Canada Engagement rings platinum” Others decided what the person wanted, other people set the stage of what he sought, but he never wanted that did he? He wanted something simple and it showed the one flaw Google has had for too long, the lack of enforced localisation. It does not sell advertisement, and in this case it actually does not help the seeker one bit. So you tell me, did Google lose the plot?

I am now and have for the longest time been pro-Google, yet I believe that this one, they got wrong and if I hear that this applies to one traveller stuck in a non South Canadian place, how many others face this setting? You think this is funny and yes to some degree it is, but when the fullness of 5G hits us, when Meta is everywhere. What happens to the localised voices? Will they ever be heard again? We think they will, but will they? When the advertisement bid and the localisation get in each other’s way? Bid will outreach localisation and that is something I warned some people about for several years. I merely did not expect to end up being that correct. So in this the question remains, has Google lost the plot? You tell me, I am not certain at this point.

What? Already?

It actually started with a demo, one by Arkane (the makers of Dishonoured). They are giving the Xbox population RedFall. A game to be released somewhere in 2023. The demo was pretty awesome. No doubt about it. Yet certain things started to nag me from the beginning and this is PURE SPECULATION. I saw the setting of 4 players and the demo clearly states that this can be played alone. Yet the setting reminded me too much of a game named Evolve. A bland setting to say the least. Yet the people of Arkane have proven themselves, no doubt about it, but they are now part of Microsoft and Microsoft is all about team play, all about more people in a game. So I reckon that at some point it might be possible on what would have been a 94%+ game, Microsoft needs will diminish it to a mere 80% game. This is speculation, and you need to accept it. The game is a year away and so much could change. But it got the gears rolling and it was only an hour later that I came up with what I would call a shadow player. If I am correct It could change the game for either Amazon or Google (whomever buys my first IP bundle), I will add it to there. Microsoft is not invited to that party, they can falter and fail all by themselves.

If I am correct (and I might be) this will change the game in a few ways and it allows pure solo play over a lot of games. You are still allowed to invite friends, that I fine, but it will be YOUR decision that count Microsoft has taken enough from you, as I see it. Time to give games back to the gamers, not the data collectors.

It is an optional fictive setting, but if I am correct the streamers are about to offer a much larger stage of play and that is the first stage where streamers will set themselves apart. It is time for the next generation to become self-aware (as the phrase goes) and I think I have what it takes.

So get ready to see your streamer to give you an edge you never had before in gaming. That is not on either Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo. It is merely the shape of things to come and in this Google and Amazon could get the advantage they need to push Microsoft to the background (as we tend to do that). A new age is coming and I am overdue for some serious snoring. See you all tomorrow.

What next?

That is the question that is within me. I designed the IP for games, for TV series, for movies, new marketing concepts and execution of new marketing methods in 5G, I created ulterior ways to engage with audiences and all this in ways that others ignored because it did not relate to their setting of ““The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost” “If you know the final cost and profit, you need not fear the result of 100 investments” If you know the profit but do not know the cost, for every profitable endeavour achieved one will fail.”” I wrote this in ‘Economic arrogance of Achieving’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2022/04/16/economic-arrogance-of-achieving/) on April 16th 2022. That setting is the foundation of too many places and as such I ended up with well over a dozen pieces of IP, almost 2 dozen when I consider the 8 pieces I created in the last week. These places are ‘lauded’ by business sense, yet the truth of the matter is that new innovation does not adhere to business sense, yes the execution of the IP requires business sense, but the creation does not and tends to be expensive, as such my IP was a bargain, because I merely needed to look where no one else was looking. It was how ‘my’ version of something like Facebook was created 4 years before there was a Facebook, but I was stupid, I listened to bosses who stated that there was no business sense in that. They all driven by some mission statement. The largest folly of all time.

So now I listen to none of them and here I am (not in a better place) but with dozens of IP that become public domain on September 30th on 4Chan. And the nice part is that the months it was already there, the winging of wannabe entrepreneurs are silenced. They can no longer make claims, the evidence was out there for months, they were merely not clever enough.

So, whats next for me? Well, I have set the larger stage of both ‘Kenos Diastima’, which I have decided ends with an open ending at the end of Season 3. That might change, but I lack the inspiration at present and the story is decently contained, there is the closing of a story, one with an open ending. When it comes to ‘Residuam Vitam’ there are still a few items, but the twist, the end and the scheme is as I see it in place. A story for the greatness of Lord Hades, a story no Greek ever told and that is the foundation of success? I am not sure but not all tragedies are Greek, that has always been the case, as such it is mere tweaking and adjusting. The third IP bundle was the hardest, the reason being that there are risks, risks I cannot dimensionalise and that bothered me for a while, but was it is part of the first bundle, I largely do not care. No one else is going this way and whilst those wanting millions by “The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost” are missing out as I am making a small slice of billions by ignoring that stage and it is on them for their shortsightedness. You see my grannie told me ‘You cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs’, a rule that makes much more sense than the altered Sun Tzu one. And now as the setting of shortages continue all over the world, and as they are setting the stage of shortages because they never considered hedging ones bets in a tranquil stage of balance. So as I see shortages all over the place, all whilst I see that the larger setting of decent pay is ignored, I wonder how many more are driven by the folly of “The supreme art of profit is to gain profit without cost”. Is that why I have the IP and others do not? I wonder if that is the only cause. You see, there are all kinds of people out there who see what I see, so why are they not out there, they might be. I just do not know, what I do know is that the IP I have is not out there, but soon it will be and at that point I wonder how BigTech and wannabe’s will be screaming ‘foul’. They will demand some form of compensation on the loses they have, but they cannot prove that the registrations were done at some point, this is why it is out there on 4Chan, so that there is a timeline and those who want to demand their slice will come up short. I rather have nothing than allow those wankers to get a slice because they were too stupid to wake up. He who can destroy a thing controls a thing. Herbert stated that in Dune (1965), it is not new, it is a proven concept and it has been out there for over 55 years. Yet I feel I am not done yet. I set some games, but I want to set a new dimension in gaming in the streaming game industry. I have some parts worked out, yet not all parts and this is not about a franchise, it is about a few games (I wrote about them before) to set the stage for people to consider streaming games and for the streamers to take development of their games seriously (especially Google). However there is nothing wrong with Amazon being the number one here. All stations that are on my mind, yet the bran still screams ‘What’s next?’ And the reason alludes me for now. All that IP (as well as two optional weapon systems) is making me wonder how delusional am I? It is an important question, the person not asking himself that question is the person who fails first, it is essential in critical thinking, one must be the devils advocate (he is allegedly represented by Wolfram & Hart, a law firm in Los Angeles). It is important to see failure around every corner. It helps to focus ones self and see if there are weaknesses in ones IP.

The benefit is that you test your IP again and again, the negative there seems to be an unbalanced amount of doubt on yourself in this way. Everything has checks and balances. That is how the world turns and as the greying of a population happens in the work environment, that shortness of vision is only getting stronger.

The ideas that create

That is a question and partially its own answer. A few different settings overflowed into me and it gave me the idea for a new series. I am not going to write it, but if someone can do something with this idea, go for it. It all started as I was watching the new Jurassic movie. It was fun, not great, but fun. It was not the story, not the acting. It is perhaps the setting of a 6th movie in the series. I reckon Isabella Sermon had the most fun being the opposing teenager. For some reason the answer to a riddle (a juvenile one) hindered my thoughts. The dinosaur ‘Lickalottapuss’. Not sure it is connected, but it was in my mind, so I mention it. As all this was happening. I considered what if in 1197 a knight of the Teutonic order saved the wrong person, not merely q person he could not save, but as such an Afreet became part of him. He leaves the order after his service and whilst he realises that he is not ageing as he should. He travels the middle east, trying to make sense of it all, all whilst a captured afreet is within him trying to make sense of the world he is in now. An afreet and his 850 year journey from the knight that basically saved him and then from first born son to first born son, century after century. And after 1965 he feels that he has gathered so much knowledge that he can make a difference.

Yet, what if this afreet is not pure malevolence? What if he merely is trying to make sense of it all and the 850 years allowed him to do just that. What if any person has 23 generations of knowledge, not merely know where the skeletons are, but where some buried the bodies, precisely where they are. And that could make for an interesting view on what was and what could be.

A simple Teutonic order knight that evolves into a much larger setting. One where we can see the larger wheels in place. So what happens when the push of rage is taken from a demon? What happens when knowledge becomes its oyster? We are all about what is good and what is bad, but we forget what we can change and that good and evil are not polarised, merely harsh to change and knowledge is the first beacon of change.

In that stage we have stages all over the world where this could apply. It is merely an idea, but I offer it freely to the one who can make something from this.Well that is my good deed for this century, next good deed June 14th 2122. Enjoy!
