Our lull moments

That happens, we all crave it, the option of bliss, inactivity, moments of calmness and we find it in different ways. I for one have this with a video game. Not some edge of seat Epic setting, but the Horizon setting, Skyrim, Oblivion, fall out, the list goes on. And yesterday I saw a list of two dozen games coming to the PS5 and some woke me up. There was off course Wolverine by Insomniac. I will be waiting for that one, but at that point one game turned up that I never expected The game STYX has as far as I know been a Xbox game and it is a excellent game, Stealth of the better variety. And you better rely on stealth as you are a 4’ goblin with his trusty knife. What drove me to this game that any level had several solution to solving it and you got points for completing other ways. It was a lovely time. Now its coming to Sony Playstation and we can rejoice. More important there are a few other settings we could consider. One of them is RYSE, son of Rome. The good parts is that the graphics were really good and the storyline was amazing. The two downsides were in the first was that all combat is massively repetitive. And the second one was that you had too defeat several bosses twice, after the first time he completely reset his health bar. I don’t like this, but that might just be me. So as I see it, when you redo the battle setting of Marius Titus you might have an amazing Playstation winner. So when we consider the funny part, who thought that Frankfurt had more to offer than Frankfurters? Crytek GmbH might be the next great thing coming from Germany, go that is an exaggeration, but the truth is that RYSE might have dies too soon and too small a death, so whilst some might object as it was released 12 years ago, I say ‘be still’ good games overcome systems and generations (example Mass Effect and Oblivion) and those are merely two who made the system generation jump. I think that Ryse could do the same (if the two weaknesses are dealt with) As far as I see it, everyone is looking at what might be (I do that too at times) but at times I look behind me what we left and there is plenty to be had in that direction too. I gave some of this ‘life’ in an IP solution I offered to Saudi Arabia and I still believe it can work, not merely for the games, but for the two sides of that equation that could propels Saudi Arabia’s gaming and other settings a lot further. Don’t be miffed Amazon got the same option, but they decided to ignore this whilst they are banking on AI (good luck with that).

So whilst we were given ‘Amazon Pulls AI-Powered Fallout Recap After Getting Key Story Details Wrong’ which comes with “According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Amazon is betting AI can identify key plot points for a series to be synchronized with a voiceover narration and dialogue snippets.”” Apart from the settings that are incorrect and incomplete. Amazon needs to realise that this is all programmed and the programmer might not see what needs validating and verification. They might not know, but the fans will pick up on this instantly. And Engadget gives us ‘Amazon’s AI-generated recap tool didn’t watch Fallout very closely’ this relates to games, because when these people get the AI part ‘working’ they will go over games in that same way and that is where the blunders start adding up to the folly of people who blindly believe in AI. Because I mentioned once that 2026 will be the setting of AI court cases and I was proven (yet) again correct as we are given ‘CanLII and Caseway AI reportedly moving towards settlement in copyright dispute’ as well as TechCrunch given us 8 hours ago ‘Google and Character.AI negotiate first major settlements in teen chatbot death cases’ merely two cases in the second week on January. So, how many more will follow? Only seven hours ago we were given ‘Musk lawsuit over OpenAI for-profit conversion can head to trial, US judge says’ and all this relates to games, because last November we were given ‘Ubisoft Reveals Teammates – An AI Experiment to Change the Game’ and I reckon it will merely take one slip up to thwart the statistics of a player and he will be crying in the lap of some ambulance chaser. A setting I saw coming a mile away which a few people have experienced if they are stealth players.

As such my lull moment gets blown away with some AI character, team mate or not. But that might merely be me, but what Ido remember was call on this setting months ago and now we see two being settled, whilst OpenAI is now entering the dock for what might cost them a pretty penny. Did those shareholders consider that this might become the destination of their investment?

Have a great day.

The setting we hope for

That is a given, we all hope that certain settings come to play and I am no different. Part of it is banked on settings that are realistic and then there are those that are not that realistic. Before I start with this, one little update. I made mention of a new movie that would scare the nasty cloth out of the NSA (GCHQ too) and I just gotten the first few scenes out of the way. It makes me happy, but now I realise that it is not going to be a two hour event. At present I’m sitting on the first part, but the continuing story will not be a lot more than a short film some define this as under 40 minutes (including credits), That is what I am looking at. Perhaps a TV film? It wouldn’t be much longer and lets be clear. If you need two hours to scare the pants out of the NSA, your not doing a particular good job, but I might be wrong. So the script will be ready a lot sooner than I bargained for.

So back to the matter at hand. Realistically the employment game is definitely changing because (at https://www.theregister.com/2025/12/23/oracles_new_aienhanced_support_portal/) we get told that ‘Oracle’s new AI-enhanced support portal leaves users fuming’ which was released just before Christmas, so I missed out on this initially, but we are given “Oracle’s new AI-powered support portal is frustrating customers and support engineers who are struggling to find the basics, such as old tickets, links to database patch programs and release schedules for current databases.” It works for me as I have worked my whole life in customer service and technical support. As such it seems my streak of bad luck is ending and when a company like Oracle gets it wrong, there is not much hope that the others are fairing better, which would work out well for me.

I miss customer service and I remember when I was ‘made redundant’ all whilst others were saying that the new technologies were making my job obsolete. And I have reason to smile. When I am shown “Greg Parikh, Oracle veep for information development and operations, said in a blog post that the MOS portal offers new features, including AI-powered interactions, streamlined navigation, improved search capabilities, and enhanced knowledge access.” And as I see it, those who live according to the sweet spot of cheap revenue now see that others aren’t having much luck either and they need to consider their sales track and how they can salvage what can be salvaged and now it turns out that they will need manpower as the most defining resource and that is good news for me. And as I see it (in case of Oracle) that looking at “Users pointed out IDs had completely changed, such that searching for 888.1 — the Primary Note for Database Proactive Patch Program — or 555.1 — database 19c Recommended One-off patches returns error message KA912 as the top result. “Links to other documents, which still reference the old IDs, are currently failing for me,” one user said.” Gives the indication that their knowledge base isn’t doing any better and if the programmers cannot make it work, their manpower setting will drastically change and this is just Oracle. As I see it, there are hundreds more firms who have that very same escalating problem, as such I expect that places like ADNOC (Abu Dhabi) might soon require their own corporate service division and their own technical support making short work of the available resources. I reckon that this works out nicely for me.

So we have the realistic settings, and the dreamy station of a new movie, or at least whilst I am still applying for jobs, it will have to do and it keeps my but this creativity high, an undervalued ability in customer service. But this is merely one setting. Is it that bad? Well you judge, but a little over a year ago we were given ‘16 technical support tools to look out for in 2025’ (source:outsource accelerator) and some do work, but if didn’t grab the right one, the setting is a precautious one. Do you switch and take that chance or reinvest in your own knowledge base and that setting is dangerous, because you could lose a lot more than you bargained for. So whilst some went into combinations of SaaS, Paas or IaaS, your customers are in a tight setting where they demand service or they walk. Larger firms have even a more robust setting and in this age of fake AI, revenue lost is a large setting of shareholders giving up on you. That is the upside for me and as I see it, my time is not worth its weight in gold.

So whilst we are given ‘IBM Is Laying Off Thousands of Employees as Its AI Business Surges’ they are also cutting a single digit percentage which in case of their 270,000-person global workforce which implies that up to 25,000 people are being laid off. Now consider where they are and that is not a given, but technical support requires certain people to stay in place and when that is messed with nearly anything can go wrong. Now IBM and Oracle are two of the big boys and they wold have their ships in place. And in that setting we see the Register giving us the setting above.

So, who else and how much is being slid down the pipeline because some people think of their trolley and forget that other trolleys require assistance. It is in that setting that I think that the larger players need to hold one and rehire their old staff a lot faster before that knowledge goes somewhere else and in both these settings I get to win a better place in the work atmosphere.

That is usually the question, but I personally believe that I am right because I never expected a player like Oracle getting that part wrong, as such things are looking up to the people who worked their lifetime in Technical Support and Customer Care. Even if it goes more towards a player like Zendesk. The knowledge that they have requires expansion because that knowledge is about to go the way of the Dodo. In other views, they are not the only one and the one who has the most diverse software takes over the others who are lacking. And as I see it, these systems are not enabling systems. They take it all and that is fine, but when we see the kind of failures that Oracle is showing the world, we see a growing set of barriers that could (merely a could here) define the needs for the next decade because all these cost crunchers require AI (which does not yet exist) and now that they are getting nervous, they need to concentrate on what works and what is merely bling for show. As such I feel vindicated is probably the best word. My knowledge is about to get a value upgrade, so I start 2026 feeling rather happy. And of course I could be wrong and I need to consider other venues. Time will tell.

The other channel

That was in my mind when I was rewatching Teen Wolf today. What as a funny movie in 1985 became a stellar TV series with its much darker supernatural vibe was an amazing achievement and I was thinking that Europe has had its own successes in the timeframe of 70’s to 90’s. There was a lot of American series, but they have had some local successes and that is the price that Pinewood Toronto Studios or Canadian Broadcasting Centre (CBC Studios), there is the idea that Bardel Entertainment or Mercury Filmworks could translate some of this to Cartoons with a Canadian twist to it.

There are legions of options, but in the trend of Canada becoming more and more independent of America, I have been twisting my brain on how to do that. I was considering giving them my first TV serious, but it was written to an Islamic public, so it might not apply to any Canadian studio unless the stream to either Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Indonesia. The setting bares thought, but that might be for later. At this point I am looking to what we can do now.

The Netherlands had Q&Q (70’s) about a young photography enthusiast and as he falls the photo takes a picture and when the develops the film the snapped picture is a blurry picture of a man seemingly dead. Optionally that could take place in Biidaasige Park (a speculation I am making) and that is before you look at TV series in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, France and a few other places. I reckon that the French series might get rewritten for Grandé Studios. I merely wonder if this was done already, or was there never a need for this? But as the appeal for America is waning and whilst they are eager to export, Canada needs an alternative and whilst Canada makes great TV, the idea to cater to itself has of course a few benefits and the appeal that they unite a lot more closer to the EU will have a few benefits too. And as the options are given a lot more considerations. The idea of Canadian TV emerging with additional materials that is devoid of American interference, but that might merely be my idea of true independence.

A setting that bares thought, because there are plenty of Canadian that are clever (besides Ryan Reynolds who is utterly bonkers) but until they realise that we are on their side (mostly those in the Commonwealth) we need to give the idea and bring the ideas that could propel them further, especially without America, as it is more intent to thwart their bankruptcy be accusing Venezuela for Drugs offenses, whilst they merely want the oil Venezuela has. It might be my assumption, but no one in the American administration gives clear explanation and some of it comes across as utter BS (that what makes the grass grow in Texas). The setting requires the rest of the world to isolate America. It is not something I would suggest, but it comes down to that at present, especially when they are still going after Greenland and optionally Canada too.

As such the setting I am having is how could I help? And my creativity went haywire. I designed a game (which I published earlier in my blog) and I am considering a few more options, but I halted at TV, because I never considered it before. And I have three scripts that could help (when they are completed) and I have something new on the route as well, merely one was done, but it was for an Islamic audience. So as an idea I grabbed to the old IP that is decades old. It might revitalize TV and give a few other options for IP registration and optional rewrite. That could lead to Canada exporting TV series as well. But that would be for another day.

So whilst we turn to another channel, we need to see that Canada might become that channel and that needs to be invoked with creativity out of all other directions, not just mine, but from Europe and the rest of the Commonwealth as well. We need to support our Canadian brother, at least that is my personal believe and when we create that setting, we all avoid a larger pressure from America and Hollywood. A simple bonus setting we are all entitled to. But feel free to disagree with me on this, I reckon Canadians won’t.

The nightmare of some

I have been ‘playing’ the same routine, whenever I got an idea, I put it on my blog and I am fine with that, because I have four scripts and three need completion, but today I had a brainwave that made me change this. I had an idea and I will keep that under wraps. A thriller/horror story that is not set in myth or supernatural settings, but a horror of governmental making. The idea I had would give nightmares to those in charge of the NSA and GCHQ and it particular for these two people. I don’t think that anyone (outside of the porn realm) made a movie with one person in mind, but I am not one to follow normal patterns. As such when these two don’t sleep, I reckon that sleep can be a foregone imagination with the FBI, CIA, MI5, MI6 and a few other agencies. I reckon that both their counterpart in the FSB and China might get squeamish too, but that is not my concern.

A setting that is not set in anarchy, but in strict settings that enables splinter cells in any government and that is the idea of the script that went in front of my eyes. It started with an idea of renewing IP and then it hit me. Why do that when the reality might be much more frightening. And as such I made the idea a little more real. But before I start the Idea, I will have to brush up on Lowenthal’s from secrets to policy. It might give me a few more ideas on getting Lieutenant General William J. Hartman I little more sleep deprived as well as his counterpart Anne Keast-Butler. I think I need a hobby but that is for later. At this point I have a new doctrine. Setting the stage of reality to new heights and no BS AI in this, such a system can be programmed into irrelevancy. No, this is hardcore low tech by enabling of anarchy through order. That is the premise, because as I thought (some time ago) on downing Microsoft (by executing 280,000 employees), we can forgo the violence and let the chips fall where they may and it occurred to me that 32,000 employees cannot control 348,000,000 Americans and in case of the UK it is 7,200 employees and the population is 69,500,000. These are out of control settings that are merely imaginary, so when people start yanking that equation around, the storm drains get flooded really fast and from there infrastructure goes the way of the Dodo (massively fast), so I need to do some homework and set this to a new premise. I hope that it takes a little over 3 months, so these two individuals better catch up on sleep. The summer of 2026 might be a real sleep depriver for some.

Well, that is it for me and I had not expected to get such a brainwave, so silly me for not expecting the unexpected. As such, IP was over rated, although a film script is also IP, so I stayed true to my vocation. Have a great day, I might forego a little sleep today.

President Bully

Here I was, telling myself that the world is screwed up and behest and behold the world shows me I am right. So as a well known person (who I will not name) set the world on fire with his tweet (see below), I suddenly had a massive idea and as I am already working on three scripts I thought I put the idea here, for the entertaining person (likely an American democrat) to make this into a real script. Feel free to hack it in many ways you see fit and know that I would be happy to receive a donation for the idea, but that is largely in your hands. Know that I put this here for all to enjoy.

So as the world is on fire (seeing the massive response to this tweet on both the Republican and Democratic side of the isle) I thought that a script that pleases at least 40% of the American people might be the way to go. So here goes.

So this is what I have so far and I have had the tweet for less then 4 hours. So in view of the loss of Rob Reiner, who gave us  All in the Family (My introduction to Rob Reiner), the Princess bride, When Harry met Sally, Misery and a Few good men and several others. I think I countered the tweet by @realDonaldTrump, I think I got my creative revenge. I didn’t get to introduce on how Ivanka and Barron Trump had to flee to Russia as most Americans had their fill of the Trumps where they get to be toys of the Russian Mafia. Well the world turns in many unexpected ways.

How you like my sense of consideration Mister President?

Have a lovely day and take a moment to remember the works of Rob Reiner. I have many good and happy thoughts of his work, even if a never realised what an impact he had on me as a teenager watching Carroll O’Connor and Jean Stapleton giving us their version of America.

The lie without lying

That is the conundrum we face on a daily basis. And in the marketing realm I was pleasantly surprised yesterday. I saw an engagement advertisement apparently in the Boston Globe. It was an image of a man known in his role of Mickey17 (the first 16 were better) flogging himself to the girlfriend of Tom Holland, yes I am talking about Zendaya. With the engagement story to give a glimpse of a movie.

I actually didn’t have a clue or any interest in that movie, but now, I might actually got to the cinema to watch it (A cinema is a great room with loads of chairs facing a big screen), I thought I’d mention this to the Netflix population as they might not know what it is.

It hit me by surprise as marketing has gone globally bland, the only exception is that crazy marketeer named Ryan Reynolds (Blake Lively’s husband) his advertisements of Mint Mobile and American Gin are pretty out there, so to see a second marketeer stretching his (or her) legs into the creative pool of goofy alliances is pretty neat so say the least. And I reckon that Square Peg who is the distributor needs to give whomever got the idea of this marketing campaign a raise.

And in this world a marketing population of one is not a real deal, so I am happy to see that there is a contender for the role of the craziest marketeer on the planet. You see in marketing we have Awareness and Perception are like concentric circles, we first come aware of something and then we get to Perception of the matter, which at times is a reflection of the subject on self. In this Focus, Process and Objectivity are matters of something liked and sometimes not linked matters that inflict the awareness and perception of the matter. It sounds overly academic and it needs to be. We come aware of a movie and when we become more aware we start to get the perception of that movie. How do I relate to that movie and most often it is a mere setting of entertainment. Will I like this? Is it what I want to spend my time on? The second question is the banger for Netflix. If that movie is not your cup of tea, you switch it off or you select another movie to watch. Especially In America where your time is seemingly more precious (and travel comes with its own set of challenges) Netflix is largely the only one that gives the least impact on your timeline. So Cinema’s are down (a lot) and as such marketeers need to be more and more alert to what could drive a person from aware to a deeper a focussed set of perception. That is what drives people optionally to the cinema. Still cinema’s need to address their settings too (really $8 for a popcorn?) And it is a hard setting, space is expensive now and over the last 20 years that setting switched for doable to no longer affordable. Cinema started in 1895 and from 125 years of a good setting we see in the last 20 years that this stage has largely become unaffordable. So a good campaign is more and more important to a dying stage of entertainment. In this, whomever set that stage to The Drama (April 2026) with Robert Pattinson and Zendaya set terrific campaign and applause for whomever did.

As I see it, they perpetrated a lie without actually lying, a rare feat to say the least.

Have a great day and for those in Canada, still enjoying Sunday have a great day too.

The stage was set

That is the setting I now engage. Yesterday I got an idea for a movie, a massively violent movie and I had it before I had the idea for a new game (see previous blog) and even as I had a few ideas that coincide with this I decided to put it here. Feel free to use this, perhaps the new studio in Saudi Arabia (at https://www.arabnews.jp/en/features/article_160242/) can use it for a new protege to make it into something useful. I do have another movie (I actually have 4) but only one has a decently finished script. I am using the word ‘decently’ as I never made script before and I actually hope to sell that one. So the new idea, I put here on my blog and let you guys figure it out. Perhaps someone at the PlayMaker Studios in Qiddiya City can use it. You gotta seed the field somehow.

So here goes. The movie came from my mind after reading the ICE events in America and my mind had to make a few changes to that setting as there was a chance that it resembled Collateral Damage (2002) with Arnold Schwarzenegger and I don’t do remakes of someone else’s ideas (or at least not to my knowledge). So here goes

And that is how far I got. So should someone at PlayMaker Studios see something in this, have a go at it an spruce it up a little. This took a mere 1 hour of my thoughts and an hour typing all this. After all the BS on AI and all that other jazz, it was nice to actually be creative again and perhaps tomorrow there is some creativity left. But that is tomorrows problem, who knows the AI bubble might burst overnight, weirder things have happened while I was sleeping.

Have a great day, It is almost Monday (in 2 minutes time)

It’s starting to happen.

This is a decently great day for me. The BBC, gave me ‘news’ that shows that I was right all along (one of many times), of course that is a debatable setting, but it comes with benefits for me. You see, on November 9th 2024 I wrote ‘The easy lesson’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/11/09/the-easy-lesson/) and some disagreed, some always do. But I saw the potential of that device and I wrote about it, I also gave the direct setting that Ubisoft could benefit greatly from this. Now the BBC (at https://www.bbc.com/reel/video/p0mjvr33/experience-life-aboard-the-titanic-like-never-before) shows us all a different approach to that same solution. It allows the people to see life abroad the Titanic (that one that sank in 1912) and it looks nice and spiffy, I think it could be better, but this might have been a beta. I reckon that under Unreal Engine 5 it becomes truly magic, but that takes serious cash to develop and that might have been out of reach (for now), but the important part is that this is being implemented now. After Apple lost his marbles and thoughts for innovation, Meta with the Meta Quest 3 is all that remains and they have the setting to sweep the board. I reckon that they will optionally make a few side ventures or buy the Stadia, but then the entire solution will be under the hands of Meta (say: Facebook) a setting I saw a year ago and now as things are starting to move, those claiming to be innovators are left in the rubble of their own spin. As I see it, it is about to become a clear win for Meta and others could benefit too.

They merely need to talk to Ubisoft and see what is possible, and that comes with a massive influx of revenue, so whilst all the winner (soon to be losers) are aiming for AI, other settings are developing and they are left in the field looking for their golf balls in the mud. So whilst others are trying to reinvent the wheel, there are a small numbers of people who are starting actual innovative waves.

People like Karl Blake-Garcia are setting new boundaries. Personally I never thought of the Titanic in that way and that makes it wondrous. Others are on the same shoes as I am, but see different applications and that is fantastic. In that meantime He saw the idea of a ship and he might have been influenced by James Cameron and that is OK. I saw the implementation of languages and the teaching vibes the world needs and that is OK too, I also saw an implementation (in the pre dump Apple Vision Pro days) where Apple had options and saw a game as well, but it seems that Meta has all the marbles in its corner now. I wonder if Ubisoft is making the jump from games to education, but that might be asking for too much, someone needs to talk to Yves Guillemot and Mark Zuckerberg is the most likely person he wants to talk to.

The important part is that the world is looking into the AI corner (the one that doesn’t exist yet) and they are wondering when it is coming, all whist the realist are stating that there is no real revenue coming before 2028, which is nice but the interest on 4 trillion dollars will be due at some point before that. Still as we are shown “Over the next decade, Auto-ML will become even more user-friendly and accessible, allowing people to create high-performing AI models quickly without specialized expertise. Cloud-based AI services will also provide businesses with prebuilt AI models that can be customized, integrated and scaled as needed.” Over the next decade? That will bring it to 2035 and I’ll most likely be dead at that point. Thank the lord that people like Karl Blake-Garcia (and myself too) exist who are looking to alternative money makers, preferably venues not dependent on AI. Its too bad that Apple wasted all that time and effort without looking forward. But still Meta saw this venue and now while some wait for the Meta Quest 4, the previous generation is ready now and the systems are being adjusted to future that solution. To the best of my knowledge there are close to a billion people ready to globally start learning languages and that solution could soon be shown to classrooms and homeschoolers. Innovation is all in the mind and where it takes you. No AI was required. The real AI is between your own two ears, time to use it to show others what is possible.

So when others are seeing that there is a marker in Data validation and Data verification the BI industry might open up to a much larger field, we can only hope so because if I have to read another produced article on shipping where we see “standard deviation is a statistical measure of how spread out a set of data is from its mean (average)”, whilst the actual setting is “the difference between true North and magnetic North” I am gonna bloody lose it. And it could have been avoided if Data verification was actually working, but shipping is so out of touch with reality, isn’t it?

So whilst some might see this as a excellent setting to see what the Titanic actually looked like, there is a tidal wave of applications coming into that realm, I wonder who is seeing the options to innovate.

Have a great day, and as I see it, taking the plane (especially an airbus) might have its own lack of innovative applications according to some. So have a safe flight.

Now what?

Well that is one way to say it. I am tired of all these AI bubble stories, I stand by my point of view and there is a slim chance that I am wrong, but to be honest. I very much fear that I will become like Jamie Shipley getting hauled over at the end by Standards and Poor (see the Big Short) and I am tired. This blog will bear out the correctness of my view over time, too many are in denial and I don’t care about the losses that they incur, they are not my losses and I told my piece on this. Time to move on and I still feel strongly about a possible solution for the Apple vision pro (or the Meta Quest Pro) and I created two solutions that could bring either a rather hefty revenue cycle. One in linguistic and one in entertainment (Based on Horizons Zero Dawn/Forbidden West), the fact is that the Vision Pro was discontinued production in late 2024, but the story behind its failure tells us more about the future of mixed reality than any marketing presentation ever could. And that is one reality that some can sprout, but I saw the idea for a global linguistic solution (via Ubisoft and Guerrilla Software) two solutions that could have worked out if people at Apple had any brain and I put it here as early as November 9th 2024, in ‘the easy lesson’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2024/11/09/the-easy-lesson/) but seemingly Apple took a runner, as such the idea would now fall to the Meta Quest teams (3 or Pro) and I reckon that Meta would love a linguistic solution they could vendor to the world (together with Ubisoft), I reckon that catering to billions would please both those teams. As such I was overthinking the two solutions I concocted. More in the trend of what books could be used to cater to the lessons and my first thought was to use ‘Famiglia Romana’ to introduce into the Latin setting, but also into the Italian side and even into the other languages. As such each language also include another language which they get for free. There is nothing like a free sample to get the juices going. And from there every language that has one book that is transferred to all other languages. As my setting catered to French, Italian, English, Portuguese, Japanese, Latin and Spanish (AC Hexe) and there is the crux, why wouldn’t they use the idea? How many people are trying to learn one of these languages? The idea that DML is being used for teaching languages is novel (to say the least and 80% of the solution already exist (for all languages mentioned) and that is where these players (as I personally see it) lack vision. So at what point do they look at any idea and think “That would never work” or perhaps it is connected to the idea that a little more work could unfold a lot more revenue and as Far as I now it, the people with pupils like dollar signs (salespeople) are never shy for inviting revenue to their front door, especially as 80% is already done. And they merely need to include parts of the game and it is all covered with NPC’s. So I don’t see the point of walking away from this. And it is not that I am a coward, but Ubisoft already OWNS the IP, so there is little I can do. The other IP (Guerrilla) might open another door (beyond the gaming side). They could set the people of these places (Carja, Banuk, Oseram) to Native Indian languages and there they could invite a whole new linguistic side and even propagate these languages to the world. I might have initially designed the game specifically to the Meta Quest based loosely on Pokemon Photo, but there was a lot more to be had there and the fact that I can see these IP’s evolve and the owners did not is pretty laughable.

And lets be clear, there is life and software solutions beyond AI and the sooner these people realise this, the better they are off (as Google and Amazon decided to leave on excess of 6 billion annually on the floor). It is a setting where we see that the French language has Sans Famille (Hector Malot), I read it in the 70’s on Dutch, as such I knew of the book and I loved it, but there also is Les Trois Mousquetaires (Three musketeers) by Alexandre Dumas and Les Misérables (Victor Hugo) that makes merely three books and there are so many more and as such the French version takes shape. And when you get through the languages released as I saw them and we have 5-6 books per language and bind them in mini games in these games, you get a true linguistic solution. And the DML solutions we have in customer support could measure the correctness of the participant. One s of several solution I thought through in this approach of software induced linguistic training skills. The fact that I saw through the solution that Ubisoft has and they remain at least partially blind to this is even more humorous, and that is beside Meta being seemingly asleep at the wheel.

So if there is nothing else, it is time to do some snoring as it is almost 03:00 in the morning. Have a great day today as for most of you it is Thursday and I am already on Friday.

Lost thoughts

The is where I am, lost in thoughts. Drawn between my personal conviction that the AI bubble is real and the set fake thoughts on LinkedIn and Youtube making ‘their’ case on the AI bubble. One is set on thoughts of doubts considering the technology we are currently at, the other thoughts are all fake perceptions by influencers trying to gain a following. So how can any one get any thought straight? Yet in all these there are several people in doubt on their own set (justified) fringes. One of them is ABC who gives us ‘US risks AI debt bubble as China faces its ‘arithmetic problem’, leading analysts warn’ (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-11-11/marc-sumerlin-federal-reserve-michael-pettis-china/105992570) So in the first setting, what is the US doing with the AI debt? Didn’t they learn their lesson in 2008? In the first setting we get “Mr Sumerlin says he is increasingly worried about a slowing economy and a debt bubble in the artificial intelligence sector.” That is fair (to a certain degree) a US Federal Reserve chair contender has the economic settings, but as I look back to 2008, that game put hundreds of thousands on the brink of desperation and now it isn’t a boom of CDO’s and stocks. Now it is a dozen firms who will demand an umbrella from that same Federal Reserve to stay in business. And Mr. Sumerlin gives us “He is increasingly concerned about a slowdown in the US economy, which is why he thinks the Fed needs to cut interest rates again in December and perhaps a couple more times next year.” I cannot comment on that, but it sounds fair (I lack economic degrees) and outside of this AI bubble setting we are given “US President Donald Trump has recently posted on his social media account about giving all Americans not on high incomes, a $US2,000 tariff “dividend” — an idea which Mr Sumerlin, a one-time economic adviser to former US president George W Bush, said could stoke inflation.” I get it, but it sounds unfair, the idea that an AI bubble is forming is real, the setting that people get a dividend that could stoke inflation might be real (they didn’t get the money yet) but they are unrelated inflation settings and they could give a much larger rise to the dangers of the AI bubble but that doesn’t make it so. The bubble is already real because technology is warped and the class cases we will see coming in 2026 is base on ‘allegedly fraudulent’ sales towards the AI setting and if you wonder what happens, is that these firms buying into that AI solution will cry havoc (no return on AI investment) when that happens and it will happen, of that I have very little doubt.

So then we get to the second setting and that is the clam that ‘China has an arithmetic problem’, I am at a loss as to what they mean and the ABC explanation is “But if you have a GDP growth target, and you can’t get consumption to grow more quickly, you can’t allow investment to grow more slowly because together they add up to growth. They’re over-invested almost across the board, so policy consists of trying to find out which sectors are least likely to be harmed by additional over-investment.”

Professor Pettis said that, to curry favour with the central government, local governments had skewed over-investment into areas such as solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles and other industries deemed a priority by Beijing.” This kinda makes sense to me, but as I see it, that is an economic setting, not an AI setting. What I think is happening that both USA and China have their own bubble settings and these bubbles will collide in the most unfortunate ways possible.

But there is also a hindsight. As I see it Huawei is chasing their own AI dream in a novel way that relies on a mere fraction of what the west needs and as I see it, they will be coming up short soon, a setting that Huawei is not facing at present and as I see it, they will be rolling out their centers in multiple ways when the western settings will be running out of juice (as the expression goes).

Is this going to happen? I think so, but it depends on a number of settings that have not played out yet, so the fear is partially too soon and based on too little information. But on the side I have been powering my brain to another setting. As time goes I have ben thinking through the third Dr. Strange movie and here I had the novel idea which could give us a nice setting where the strain is between too rigid and too flexible and it is a (sort of) stage between Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Baron Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) the idea was to set the given stage of being too rigid (Mordo) against overly flexible (Strange) and in-between are the settings of Mordo’s African village and as Mordo is protecting them we see the optional settings that Kraven (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) get involved and that gets Dr. Strange in the mix. The nice setting is that neither is evil, they tend to fight evil and it is the label that gets seen. Anyway that was a setting I went through this morning.

You might wonder why I mentioned this. You see, Bubbles are just as much labels as anything and it becomes a bubble when asset prices surge rapidly, far exceeding their intrinsic value, often fueled by speculation and investor orgasms. This is followed by a sharp and sudden market crash, or “burst,” when prices collapse, leading to significant rather weighty losses for investors. And they will then cry like little girls over the losses in their wallets. But that too is a label. Just like an IT bubble, the players tend to be rigid and whole focussed on their profits and they tend to go with the ‘roll with it’ philosophy and that is where the AI is at present, they don’t care that the technology isn’t ready yet and they do not care about DML and LLM and they want to program around the AI negativity, but that negativity could be averted in larger streams when proper DML information if given to the customers and they dug their own graves here as the customer demands AI, they might not know what it is (but they want it) and they learned in Comic Books what AI was, and they embrace that. Not the reality given by Alan Turing, but what Marvel fed them through Brainiac. And there is a overlap of what is perceived and what is real and that is what will fuel the AI bubble towards implosion (a massive one) and I personally reckon that 2026 will fuel it through the class actions and the beginning is already here. As the Conversation hands us “Anthropic, an AI startup founded in 2021, has reached a groundbreaking US$1.5 billion settlement (AU$2.28 billion) in a class-action copyright lawsuit. The case was initiated in 2024 by novelist Andrea Bartz and non-fiction writers Charles Graeber and Kirk Wallace Johnson.” Which we get from ‘An AI startup has agreed to a $2.2 billion copyright settlement. But will Australian writers benefit?’ (At https://theconversation.com/an-ai-startup-has-agreed-to-a-2-2-billion-copyright-settlement-but-will-australian-writers-benefit-264771) less then 6 weeks ago. And the entire AI setting has a few more class actions coming their way. So before you judge me on being crazy (which might be fair too) the news is already out there, the question is what lobbyists are quieting down the noise because that is noise according to their elected voters. You might wonder how one affect the other. Well, that is a fair question, but it hold water, as these so called AI (I call them Near Intelligent Parses, or NIP) require training materials and when the materials are thrown out of the stage, there is no learning and no half baked AI will holds its own water and that is what is coming.

A simple setting that could be seen by anyone who saw the technology to the degree it had to. Have a great day this mid week day.
