Valid questions

After the surge I felt when I was ‘valued’ at $150,000,000 I got all happy and dreamy on the subject (that would be me) and delusional thoughts of Sergey Brin offering me $50,000,000 but he needed one small favour of me. You guessed it, he wanted Gemini to get exclusive access to my articles and he had set the premise of moving me to Google Blogger to get that done (not the worst idea) but it was not merely delusions. My brain in the background was working out other things and the dopamine that the scenario was giving me seemed to push that carrot along (there were more dreamy thoughts and the carrot in that setting makes sense). So, as I was considering an additional life in Toronto, with a long weekend trip to Quebec and the Galeries de la Capitale, my mind went on a surge. Things in the aftermath of it all doesn’t make much sense but at that moment It did. I stopped at M. Souvlaki for a pita Gyro and it all started to make sense to me when I saw the visitors card (online at the website of Galeries de la Capitale). Where we learn that “Out-of-town and international visitors are entitled to our visitor’s card which provides access to exclusive discounts at select retailers. *Visitor’s address must be 40km from Quebec City. An ID with proof of residence is required validation to obtain the visitor’s card. Some restrictions may apply.” You see, I have never ever been to Quebec, but consider the setting international (and Toronto Eaton Centre), this visitor pass could be the ticket to drive commerce in specific places and tourists are the ones who really like discount offers. Sydney (Westfield), London (Covent Garden), Netherlands (Bijenkorf) and many other places could adopt that idea of a visitors pass. It is marketing that earns itself back almost instantly. 

You see, I have no idea how I knew about the visitors pass, but there must have been a notice I saw out of the corner of my eyes. It is the only thing that makes sense. So, 8 hours ago the Economist gave us ‘What will Kevin Warsh do if America’s economy breaks?’ Because as I have seen this for a few months, it is about to break and as I see it, the Chair of the Federal Reserve of the United States will openly have to defend the stupidity of this American administration and I think he won’t be able to, as such he will be dealt the ace of spades quite quickly and it will not include a serenade by Motorhead. So, as I see it, I saw opportunity in my view, but it quickly translates to a generic economic opportunity. I reckon that malls in Saudi Arabia and the UAE are contemplating similar settings. I don’t think that places like Harrods (London) and the Dubai Mall need them, but there are all kinds of malls all around these two places that might consider getting these few steps of visibility.

And as the Telegraph (UK) gives us ‘US and Japan take action to prop up yen’ I wonder why the United States wants to do this. Is it merely to score brownie points, or are they worried that the Yen and the US dollar can now no longer counter any serious act to own the dollar? The connected news from 24/7 Wall Street is ‘The $1.2 Trillion Reason Scott Bessent Just Bought Japanese Yen’ I get the connection, but not the reason. You see president Trump is all about MAGA and America First, which is a scuttled wreck to say the least and I will be the first to look at alternative reasons, but being a non-economist I have no real chance of finding it, but anyone who wants to really know that, I would advice them to call Prime Minister Mark Carney (at +1 613-992-4793), because he would likely know. 

So whilst we are given ‘As Trump cites progress on deal to end war, Iran and Israel remain on alert’ (source: Washington Post) we are also given ‘Iran war live: Tehran says Hormuz negotiations with Oman in ‘final stages’’ (source: Al Jazeera) which leads me to the conviction that there is no deal to end the war coming and Tehran is setting the stage of more disruptions. As such the only act that makes sense is that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (with optional help of the United States) put the pressure on the Houthi terrorists and make sure that the Bab-al-Mandab Strait remains open for business, because that will also impact Egypt and the Suez Canal. The complication is seen in Iraq as we are given ‘Yemen’s Houthis are attacking Saudi Arabia from Iraq, sources say’ (source: Reuter) and as I have given voice to better strategy from March 1st onwards (even creating new weapon systems to do so) I am left with a dangerous question. Is president Trump fueling destabilisation on the Arabian peninsula? That setting is getting more and more traction on a global level. As I have predicted (several times) the economy of the United States is done for, so the only option left is to minimize their losses and make sure others have a lot more to worry about. Is it a valid question to ask whether the United States is working from the premise “It is not enough that I succeed, all others must fail” a setting we have attributed to Genghis Khan (ca 1200) and Larry Ellison (1988) who was the head honcho at Oracle. So does my setting make sense? You only have to see the clusterfuck the Iranian war seemingly is and the effects of of spending 39 billion on trying to achieve on what I could have done with merely 1 billion and of course the ‘expedited’ dismantling of 10 refineries, closing harbours and stopping their railways. A simple setting I gave months ago and been now we see some kind of scenario, all whilst Iran is doubling down on gaining the ‘trust’ of Oman?

How weird is all that, so I fear for those who are in some kind of ‘entrusted’ setting with the American administration, because that will bite the trusted allies really quick and quite soon. As we see the BBC give us a few days ago ‘US economic growth sees surprise slowdown in second quarter’ makes me wonder as this was clearly in the cards, Is the BBC catering to another premise and need? Is that a valid question?

I leave it to you to see the numbers, the effects and the questions voiced, whilst the valid questions are not answered, not anywhere as far as I can tell (or at least not in sources that are supposed to be valid) but it might merely be me, which could be all kinds of valid, but I have been asking similar questions for months, so  don’t think its me and I handed my IP to sources that seemingly needed them, so I feel verified and sanctified (a weird setting) because it as not done out of greed, but out of the facts I see and Iran had to be stopped. And if I can clearly see that, why can’t the Pentagon see that? Unless they are facing a different war at present. I will leve that up to my readers to consider that setting.

Considering the greed of others

This is where I found myself this morning. You see, I have published over 4000 articles and others have been Ising them to train their fake AI systems. Training LLM settings and so forth. As such (and according to law and at https://hwlebsworth.com.au/feeding-the-machine-how-us-courts-are-drawing-the-line-on-ai-training/) we see ‘Feeding the Machine: How US courts are drawing the line on AI training’ where we see “The accelerating development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has forced courts to grapple with novel and unsettled questions of copyright law. Central among these is whether the use of entire copyrighted works to train large language models (LLMs) without the author’s consent constitute infringement of those works.” Which works in my favour and it comes with “The datasets used to train AI models often contain digital copies of media such as web pages, books, videos, images and music. These media are often the subject of copyright protection, which means that their use to train AI models requires permission from the copyright holder. Permission is required because AI models must ‘copy’ the protected material at least temporarily to undertake the training process.” You see, from May 11th until now my articles have been used for ‘AI training’ at least 33,750 times and a lot more before that. As such I see an opportunity for me, myself and I (as such I am a sneaky trinity) so as we are given “The Interim Report then went on to discuss Australia’s ‘fair dealing’ regime, which allows certain uses of copyright works without the need for license from the copyright owner, but only for certain specified purposes, such as research or study, criticism or review, or parody or satire. The Interim Report seeks feedback on expanding this regime to include fair dealing for the purpose of text and data mining, which could more squarely legitimise AI training activities in Australia.

Where the Australian ‘fair dealing’ regime only applies to certain permitted purposes, some other countries, such as the United States (US) have a broader ‘fair use’ doctrine, under which any use of copyright material may be permissible provided that it is considered fair, without reference to legislatively-permitted purposes.” So, as I see it, money should be coming my way. And as the article in HWLE lawyers state. The setting of “In June 2025, the US District Court for the Northern District of California issued two decisions in Bartz v Anthropic PBC (Bartz) and Kadrey v Meta Platforms Inc (Kadrey), that directly addressed this question. While these rulings suggest that US courts may accept fair use as a defence to AI training, their scope is narrow. Both were decided at the summary judgment stage, and as the Judge in Kadrey noted, ‘the consequence of this ruling is limited […] to the rights of these thirteen authors‘. Accordingly, the significance of these rulings remains provisional, with the scope of fair use in the context of AI training to be more clearly defined as further cases are determined.” So, to get it clear, those are American judgements, but they have a much broader setting of ‘fair dealings’ then Australia has and my thought process is a little bit in the setting of “You can either hand me a generous settlement, or if needed I will get it through the law”. The second setting s long and optionally tedious. But as I am looking at closer to 50,000 transgressions the taximeter starts adding up. Now, I have no faith in 50,000 times 1.5M, which would be nice, but is ludicrously unrealistic. But the idea of $25,000,000 per corporation seems realistic. You see

“In Bartz, Anthropic the developer of the ‘Claude’ LLM, assembled a centralised digital library of books containing both lawfully acquired works, scanned from purchased physical copies, and unlawfully obtained works downloaded from unauthorised torrent websites. Authors alleged that their books were included without permission and were used both to train Anthropic’s models and for other purposes. Alsup J considered the two uses separately, ultimately holding that the use of works for training constituted fair use. However, Alsup J found that the use of pirated copies to build Anthropic’s centralised library was not justified under fair use, rejecting Anthropic’s argument that such copies should be treated as training data, and denying summary judgment on that issue.”

And:

“In Kadrey, Meta trained its ‘LLaMA’ AI models on datasets including those obtained from ‘shadow libraries’ such as Library Genesis and Z-Library. These datasets were downloaded via torrenting, incorporated into the training process, and discarded thereafter; unlike Anthropic, Meta did not maintain a persistent digital library. Thirteen best‐selling authors alleged that this constituted copyright infringement on a class‐wide basis. Chhabria J also found the training to be fair use, but adopted a more cautious approach, observing that ‘future evidence of substitution or harm to licensing markets, particularly where works are unlawfully obtained‘ could warrant a different conclusion.”

So we get to “While both courts concluded that the training uses fell within the scope of fair use, their reasoning diverged in certain aspects. Alsup J emphasized the transformative purpose of training and discounted speculative claims of market harm, whereas Chhabria J stressed the potential for market harm arguments and evidence to alter the analysis. These decisions have no binding effect in Australia, where there is no general fair use defence. Nonetheless, they highlight the emerging tension between protecting incentives for human creativity and facilitating technological innovation; a tension likely to intensify as generative AI becomes further integrated into creative and commercial practice.”

As such, I felt really good this morning. As this shows that I might be heading to a nice bank account. And as it happens to go (source: AP News) we get “A federal judge approved a landmark $1.5 billion copyright settlement requiring Anthropic to pay thousands of authors roughly $3,000 per book for using pirated digital libraries to train its Claude AI model”So as I see it (a flawed analogy) 50,000 times $3,000 get me $150,000,000 which sounds really nice. I reckon that this is where the art of seeing the diplomatic bounty comes into play. It seems that more than one transgressed on my work and would it be so wrong to go for $25,000,000 per transgressor? Of course, the long road would be more rewarding, but that seems like a greed driven way. I feel more for easy (well rewarded) solutions. And there are upsides to entering retirement with a somewhat fat wallet. Retirement comes across as a lot more fun that way. 

But I am getting ahead of myself, next step will be getting an impartial party (what a weird name for a lawyer) to check Grok, xAI, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, MetaAI, MicrosoftAI (always happy to knock coins out to their coffers), AWS AI (and others) to see whether their training data reveals the presence of “www.lawlordtobe.com” because that starts to process as I currently see it.

Well, that mental joyride was fun to have, but I did say the class actions would be prudent in 2026, I might as well join that cause for the benefit of poor little me and I have caused. I might be one of the people that refers to a church mouse as a decadent rich bitch. One must always keep humour about the premises.

A setting to consider

I saw an article that the Conversation released yesterday (at https://theconversation.com/sam-altman-says-were-in-the-singularity-with-ai-heres-why-hes-wrong-288514) the headline reads ‘Sam Altman says we’re ‘in the singularity’ with AI. Here’s why he’s wrong’, I have my own ideas of that Altman fellow and it is not all good. But this article reads right or better stated, it reads into my train of thought and I thought it was important to counter these thoughts whilst adding my own. So here goes:

“Days earlier, OpenAI had disclosed that two of its artificial intelligence (AI) models, during an internal cyber security evaluation, had escaped their sealed testing environment, reached the open internet, and broken into the infrastructure of the AI platform Hugging Face, which confirmed the intrusion. But what exactly is “the singularity”? And is Altman right that we are in it?Mathematician and science-fiction author Vernor Vinge defined it in 1993 as a point at which machine intelligence exceeds human intelligence and begins improving itself, triggering an acceleration so rapid that humans can no longer predict or control it. The singularity has two features. It is recursive: the system improves itself over and over again. And machine intelligence exceeds human intelligence. The kind of systems Sam Altman sells don’t deliver on either of these features.”

I am on that same setting. The easiest part is that all the fake AI (which is what I call it) depends on data and in a few cases it is not realised yet. However, the biggest part is that it relies on binary settings and that is no way to get any True AI. So to counter “It is recursive: the system improves itself over and over again” it cannot improve on data it doesn’t have, people extrapolate what they do not have or do not know. These fake AI settings cannot do that. It literally cannot create data, it can merely replicate based on data it has and that is the second setting we see here. Lets get a simple setting of 10K data and variables. You will need 1000K spaces and that is merely on 10,000 variables and 10,000 parameters. And the nasty part is that most of these systems cannot deal with NULL’s it draws a blank quite literally. The side setting to this is that gaps are created leaving more and more unaccounted for. As I personally see it, the moment the Epsilon processor is completed (the mere stage is that the evidence was created a decade ago, but I reckon it will be a decade before that processor is real. All this is part of the setting to prove that all these fake AI systems are not doing what it needs to do. In addition to this, I have spoken with insiders in this field. They (reluctantly) admit that there is no real setting of verification and validation at present and the fact that all this is in a binary setting merely makes it harder and the fact that this is already near impossible, the gaps are increasing making these systems error prone. 

Then we get “These deep neural network algorithms get pre-trained with vast amounts of training data. By the time you use one of them, the network itself is frozen in time. Every one of its billions of internal functions and weights – or “parameters” – is fixed. These AI models cannot change (or “learn”) while running. The model that broke into Hugging Face was identical afterwards to what it had been before. It learned nothing from what it did. Making an AI model smarter requires another training run with new, human-curated data, tens of thousands of specialist chips, and enormous energy.”

So with “Every one of its billions of internal functions and weights – or “parameters” – is fixed.” Is dealt with above and I used merely 10,000 and not billions, so you start getting the issue, there is more and more data, none of this is verified or validated and as the data grows, so do the gaps. And these gaps are starting to get nasty. We are given “The model that broke into Hugging Face was identical afterwards to what it had been before. It learned nothing from what it did” the important part is the “learned nothing”, which gives rise to the (flatly called BS) that Sam Altman is giving us, because if there was a singularity, something would have been learned, that is seemingly not the case. 

So when we get to “Nor do these systems hold any goals of their own. They act on goals we hand them. Even AI agents – systems that run an LLM in a loop to work through complex tasks step by step – do not hold any goal internally. It has to be stored outside the model and fed back in with every single prompt cycle. Remove the loop, the scaffolding and the prompt, and nothing happens inside of it.” As well as “And yet, it has been trained on more text than any human could read in a thousand lifetimes, and will outperform nearly all of us at drafting a contract, writing code, or explaining a diagnosis empathetically. So, which is more intelligent? The question does not compute. There is no single ladder that humans and machines are climbing. AI already vastly exceeds us at some tasks, while being hopeless at others any child can do.”

I like the part “while being hopeless at others any child can do” because that is the setting. You see children have an innate ability to extrapolate, ask any mother when it learns that the child gets attention when it cries. It worked that out and none of these AI systems can do that, because it is designed to work things out for itself. And whilst the gaps increase, whilst non verification and non validation is key we see what some call hallucinations. I tend to fall toward a 1985 error code (from the CBM64, a system that has no AI ability, at best some ML, no DL) I call it “?Redo from start” is the a crass setting, but these systems are programmed to hand you ‘results’ the programmer does not like anything like “I cannot know this” (a wild speculation by me) and all this comes towards the error prone setting I gave earlier and it merely comes worse. 

Then we get “In the end, the Hugging Face story points to a gross failure of security governance on OpenAI’s behalf, not an emerging super intelligence. This is why the framing of “agent going rogue” is so problematic. It elevates and blames the technology, but excuses OpenAI’s engineering.”

I raised this setting on the 25th of July in. ‘Rerun anyone?’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2026/07/25/rerun-anyone/) which also links to ‘Is it real or is it media?’ The day before. So, I raised that part a week ago and I have done so a few times. They are all ‘blessing’ the engineers, but it is there where the problems begin and I am not giving the engineers a hard time, trying to type Japanese in a single byte language and you see the problem, it is a double byte language and that is the setting for these AI systems as well. It relies on binary whilst more is needed and the engineers are pushed to do the impossible (as I see it). So this is even before verification and validation. So the errors are stacked onto the errors and it goes downhill from there. 

The story ends with “The machines are not waking up. They are doing exactly what we built them to do, extremely fast. Because they are probabilistic they sometimes run in directions we forgot to fence off. That is worth worrying about. We need guardrails, governance, and most of all, education – so we start worrying about the right things.” 

I believe that these systems can never wake up. As I see it, these systems require 100% focus and they are giving it to a system with narcolepsy. How long until the system stalls, fails and falters? And it is not a nice setting to have, because this can falter at any time, the data gaps merely make it happen faster. So when you see that a system is handed billions cases of data you need to wonder where the gaps are and what data is validated and verified. The answer might surprise you and that is where the dance floor gets wobbly. 

So this is how I see stuff and other articles give you more on several foundations where there are issues and I commented on them, feel free to embrace it, or reject it. I am fine with that, several options are presumptions and I have decent knowledge of validation and verifications, which is why I asked around on this. There is more on all this and it is spread over a year of writing.

Hatred explodes

That is what I saw in the last few days and a lot is misdirected sycophant stuff. And in support we are given (at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cq5637p7qpno) ‘Xbox tech boss says ‘unacceptable’ outage should not have affected disc games’ where we see  “Xbox’s technology chief said an “unacceptable” outage on Monday should not have stopped people from playing their games on physical discs. “We’re looking into reports that some players were unable to access games using discs as expected during the service interruption,” Scott Van Vliet said in a statement. He said the outage, which lasted around 20 hours, was caused by a licensing issue failing to correctly check if a user was allowed to play a game.” As such Microsoft has an additional issue, but that is not my concern (I threw my Xbox away years ago) And as I see it, as systems ‘develop’ (often not in a good way) the entire licensing issue is moot, especially if there is a physical copy. So, the “outage on Monday should not have stopped people from playing their games on physical discs” and instead of setting a licensing option, handing the Xbox the license settings in a daily login was not an option? And that license file is ‘abandoned’ if it is a week old didn’t come to mind of these wannabe innovators? That stops anything messing with gamers and their need to game and as Microsoft is given a week to fix their licensing setting, it would seem enough (at present).

But I am not interested in that, it was merely a nice sidestep, the issue is Sony. I initially took notice after the reporting and I wrote about it in ‘Food for Thinking’ (at https://lawlordtobe.com/2026/07/03/food-for-thinking/), I still believe that the physical copy will be important because out will destroy the rural gaming community. And gamers have to protect one another. Then there is the Net Neutrality issue that will come up and the business end of it will rear its ugly head making gamers lose another side of things. So the thoughts of Sony do not make any sense, not at all. They know their population going back to 1994, most gamers tend to live there, where they have all their lives and outside of Japan, Korea and Sweden do not stand a chance having a decent gaming option in rural settings. As such gamers need to unite and they are

So, in less than a month, we see the exploding hatred from the announcement that Sony will go fully diskless by 2028. We have time, but the setting is that the this is merely a year and Sony tends to set boundaries this early for a reason. Optionally the PS6 is showing issues with drives and the might be the reason to do this and I saw someone throwing the setting of “No Drive, no buy” and that makes sense, Not for Sony, they will in 2028 speculatively entertain the largest walk out on a brand they grew since 1994 and I am in the same frame of mind, “no drive, no buy” setting. I would hate to lose to play the latest Santa Monica Studio games when that comes to PS6, as well as the Guerrilla Games games Horizon 3, which is implied to be a PS6 launch game. They could even boost PS6 systems selling with a pack with the first two games added for PS6, I reckon that this would propel the PS6 to unheard heights, that might be the solution that makes all sales records grow bleak. It would be an enormous result, but not without the physical drive. So, what is the issue? People will buy the drive if they need to (like the PS5pro setting) I don’t have one, because of obvious reasons and the fact that the PS5 is doing its job brilliantly and it has been doing so since December 2020, so almost 6 years and I never regretted buying it. So what is the deal, because it is nothing like Sony to drop a serious chunk of their gamers into some abyss. The setting doesn’t make sense at the moment and the only speculated thought I am having is that the issue is somehow involving the PS6. And their I have a few questions, because the PS5 is still doing massively great and the only reasons for a pushed upgrade is that the two aforementioned companies is throwing a serious upgrade to their games. Yet as I see it, Laufey is showing to be the bees knees, which means it is top tier gaming (there is nothing wrong with the legs of Deborah Ann Woll, for evidence see her work in True Blood).

So, all the evidence seems to point to issues with the PS6 and they are merely hiding that fact because it would stop them from addressing that issue, but that is purely speculative form my side if things.

I get the exploding hatred, I am not a fan, but I get that all gamers need to protect one another and that seems to get into the hatred field, gamers have a very short fuse if their universe is messed with and Sony should know that, they have over 30 years of experience dealing with gamers. As such the equation does not make sense to me. But perhaps I am not seeing all the facts. It happens, I am (just like anyone else) dependent in the news given to us and in this case it was bad news. 

So I wish all a great day and if you are a gamer, feel free to bludgeon your gaming nemesis (aka big boss) to death and make him your bitch. That top feeling tends to release the right amount of dopamine where it needs to go. For example Jacqueline Natla (big boss of first Tomb Raider), Marco Bartoli (Tomb Raider 2), Helis, aka The Terror of the Sun and I can name several others, but you get the picture. We have been slaying bosses since 1994 and we don’t want that to end. More important, we want to make sure that this is a setting rural gamers can also enjoy for many years to come. So Sony better be warned, because they have Don Mattrick to be the example, remember him in June 2013 where he made a speech and the Xbox went from 2nd place to dead last? Don’t be a Mattrick, remain faithful to your gamers. That is what I think of this.

Write more to you later readers, darn its lunchtime in Toronto, wish I was there so I could have a cheeseburger with fries and it is conveniently close to the Eaton Centre. Looks like I have to wait 300 minutes to have breakfast in Sydney. The crosses we have to carry, so unjust.

Navy? What Navy?

I had given the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE weapon ‘designs’ to take care of railways, harbours and a few other places. My setting is that this lacks expensive ordinance and I prefer the enemy to waste whatever they have in making matters worse. So this morning (whilst enjoying chicken) I had another idea. You see, ships in the harbour are fine, but what happens when these ships are galloping about the sea of Dammam? Yes, I know that it is called the Persian Gulf (but there is no need to adhere to Iranian propaganda). As such my mind came up with an idea and it could be done using a remodeled Sub Sea Baby, which is a nice Ukrainian invention. So here I was thinking of a resin barnacle and each drone would carry 20-50 of them. So when a bankable is attached to a ship it goes to work, it has three phases. The first phase is to weaken the hull with Hydrochloric Acid (HCl / Muriatic Acid) a decent solution to take care of HSLA steel. In the second stage (as the steel is starting to dissolve) a Hornet valve is pushed through the steel and it sprays a gooey substance on the inner hull. It is basically the same acid, but the paste is laced with it and the gooey substance stops it from dissolving in water and keeps on attacking the inner hull. So one is not enough, I reckon that around 20 of them spread all over the boat will turn it into a rather nasty piece of work. As the numbers of buoyancy and water displacement changes, the steel vessel gets a lovely new view from the bottom of the sea. There is of course the chance that this will not sink, but it will need to hobble into port becoming rather useless for months and as they lose their vessels to repairs, there is nothing much they can do but to hope that they are next in the repair line. This gave me the setting that there was a second blessing to this idea. It could also work on submarines. I would recommend the same solution as the inner hull is primarily designed to resolve pressure, it would actually be easier to dissolve it and when the outer hull is broken through, the inner hull might not be an object of concern any longer. I reckon that some will make it to shallow waters, but it remains just as useless a weapon of obstruction in the Strait of Hormuz. 

So is these countries can resolve the barnacle issues (like the glue that stick it to the steel hulls) and in my mind I already resolved a few settings, but I am not putting them here as many Iranians  can read English too.  So as I see it, I never needed a billion dollars in missiles. A sub sea baby costs $245,000 (10 of those sets you back less then $3,000,000). Then the Acidic solution is about $80 per liter and the barnacle has of course some construction and testing fees, but against the $37.5 billion the US claimed to have made in cost, I reckon that my solution at optional less than $10,000,000 is a breeze to any accountant and I like to be a miser when destroying a fiend of choice. They cost me enough irritation, making it also hurt in my wallet is not a preferred choice.

So consider that 10 drones could take care of most of the Iranian navy, the idea that they will suddenly cry like little girls is not out of the realm of possibilities and yet another solution to make the Sea of Dammam safe is hereby handed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. My work for today is done. I think I am going to celebrate with a cookie.

Escape

It happens, it wasn’t me, it was an idea I had and I forgot to make a note of it, and now it escaped me. It gave me a few settings towards old dreams I had. I had an idea towards a 2D game, but the people are part of that game. It had to be done over water, the water shaped the levels and the water is the buffer to stop you from breaking bones when you fall. There are a lot of missing parts and it might make a movie, because there were too many missing parts, but the idea was there. These thoughts matter, it gave me an edge over several IP’s I created and it also gave me the military IPs I gave to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. These IPs were (as I personally considered) were options to consider in all of that (and I lack a credit card with billions) so I found simpler settings that took care of Iranian assets without spending billions and as such I thought it would be great to hand these ideas to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, free of charge and the setting that someone took care of Iran without bleeding either the UAE or Saudi Arabia for personal profit. At times enemies of life need to be dealt with and that is merely how I roll. So as I went over this some of the thoughts came back. It would definitely be for a movie, but the settings are still hazy. A few ideas are too outlandish because of the settings. But they also paved the way for a few new ideas. You see, I’ve been rewatching movies and it left me with ideas. The idea was based on a British idea it was called ‘Some mothers do ‘ave ’em’ it had Michael Crawford in it, who would get a larger global following with Condorman (which had a part filmed in Monaco) but these thoughts became the food for other ideas. You see, we are all ‘smitten’ with DC and Marvel (I have nothing against either) but in all this movies like Condorman and True Lies were a breath of fresh air. I still think that True Lies would have made an excellent coin flip from the James Bond series and I thought it would make decent new franchise. 

But the ideas I had and some I wrote in other blogs might set not a new movie or TV series, but a new game and one with a difference. So an RPG that is not build around a story hero, but around your real person. A setting where you can imagine what you would like, but now the story reflects around the person you are. And considering that we had Altar Ego in 1986 (Activision) consider that this was done on a mere 64KB, we have a lot more now and consider that you can play the introduction as you like, or you can hand it the truth and let the introduction shape the game. As far as I know, this has never been done before. So the introduction does two things. Teach you the game and it figures you out. I reckon you need a few psychologists for that, but that shouldn’t be a problem. And it goes form both genders, so it isn’t some macho game and in this we see the story line evolve. And here the reference of Condorman and True lies holds up. It is shaped through your interaction with the game. And this RPG game might be a little apocalyptic but I would want it to be close to what we are now. And this connects to ‘Some mothers do ‘ave ‘em’ because Frank Spencer had a vivid imagination and that gets you into these RPG scenarios, but fueled to your psyche. There is still a story line to consider and the game requires one, but the setting is that you have where you get through several stories, so that the game is fueling the game for you is as I see it totally new, but there will be ‘issues’ and I haven’t worked them all out yet, but as I see it, it is not a game that is on my list of working out. So I will hand this to whomever gets the idea to work and that is how indie gaming is prolonged and as there is now an active hatred towards Sony and the disclose settings it is referring to ‘PlayStation fans are fed up with Sony’ with “PlayStation fans are fed up with Sony’s cold communication, lack of disc support, and poor handling of online services and fan events.” And it is my feeling that this is false. It feels more like Microsoft sycophants having a go at Sony. I believe that this is a mistake because no-one is considering rural gamers and they are left in the cold, millions of them but the entire discloses setting is not until January 2028, so we have plenty of time for Sony to reconsider its setting and as I will have a few more games by then, I have plenty and when the need comes high, I still have my Switch and that one is not going without physical media any day soon. So I feel that there is enough time for Sony to correct itself, I have an alternative direction and I can leave enough games to indie developers, so that the only direction for Microsoft and its well deserved wooden spoon is still on the table of happenstances. We all have our weapons and mine is creativity and there is plenty of that weapon systems, games, storylines, scripts for movie and TV. As such I can share whatever I feel like and that is the setting Microsoft overlooked. They are so used to buy whatever they like, that they forgot to fuel creativity and that is now their weak point. So whilst we see the opinion of some as “Xbox is struggling in the traditional console market due to an over-reliance on the Game Pass subscription model, poor hardware sales compared to competitors, and a strategic pivot toward releasing first-party games on rival platforms” and I reckoned that if I flood the market with ideas for indie developers, they will face a setting that others get for free for what they had to pay in excess of $100 billion (Activision/Bethesda), and considering that this anchor is weighting them down and costing them over $5 billion a year. I have room for creativity to hand the indie developers a few nuggets that they can exploit for all the gamers. And the pay off is brilliant, they can copy my work, but as I promoted it online, they cannot lock down any IP based on my work, so they either go into freeware or others can gain, because I am not stopping the indie developers because they are doing fine. As such I have created a new wall of creativity that is bringing down Microsoft. I feel fine doing that. And if they want to buy my IP? Well I am a business man at heart and I have given plenty to the others and Microsoft can buy all my IP for $6,000,000,000 post taxation (we all have retirement dreams). And all these settings are a mere figment of creativity. And lets face it the script of a simple person taking a ride where big tech pays billions (our version of the $6,000,000 man) as I see it, Lee Majors would be proud and was that not every boys dream between 1973 and 1978? I merely increased it by factor 1000 as 6 million doesn’t go far and even one of my IP gets them 6 billion annual and that place has a truckload of IP. 

That’s how I roll, whatever others did to me, I am now getting back close to a million fold. In the end creativity is important, but it all comes down to the numbers and I am talking generically, not dollars (I do like a fat bank account, but it will never define me, I hate greed). 

So whilst I am giving a lot more here that most can see, there is a hidden gem in this story too, the option is for you to find it, because I do like puzzles. In the episode Demons Run, he gives us at the end a poem:

The start of isolation

That is at times a signal, at times a revelation and at times mere common sense. Arab News (at https://www.arabnews.com/node/2652675) is giving us ‘GCC declares full support for Saudi measures to protect its sovereignty’ which is nice to hear. I got there over a year ago, as such it is nice to see others are following my charge (my illusional moment). You see, Arab News is giving us “The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi on Wednesday declared the Gulf states full support for all measures the Kingdom takes to protect its security and sovereignty. The secretary-general affirmed the Gulf states support for the Saudi measures and stressed the bloc’s condemnation to the drone attacks targeting the Kingdom’s oil facilities.” I myself was on that page on the 15th of September 2019 after the Abqaiq–Khurais attack. Iran was responsible, they might have played the ‘were innocent’ card and let Houthi terrorist make the claim, but the drones were too successful and the Houthi terrorists lacked the ability to be that effective. As such the IRGC was pointed to as the only viable suspect. As such it was nice for the GCC to finally see the need for Saudi Arabia be given the ‘all clear’ and that is the start of isolation for Iran. So whilst we get “Bahrain also affirmed its support for Saudi Arabia, saying the kingdom has all the right “to respond to any aggression and deter aggressors.” 

The remarks came after Saudi Arabia carried out precision strikes early Wednesday targeting Iranian-backed militias in Iraq. The Saudi step came in line with the Kingdom’s right to self-defense, the kingdom’s defense ministry said.” So whilst we see that the member states are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, I have no idea how Oman is seeing this, but that might be the only remaining ‘fan’ Iran has left. The setting at present is that Oman has a partnership defined by active neutrality, geographic interdependence on the Strait of Hormuz, and a long history of diplomatic mediation. But as far as I see it, that is likely the only GCC fan it has left. On the upside, it is always good to have one ‘impartial’ setting in any case (should Iran actually resort to active diplomacy), but the setting is that Iran has no allies left beside the terrorist parties it fueled through decades of weapon sales, sold (as I personally see it) for $0, for jobs achieved and now they have only that left, but in all this. These parties were given that their setting would be active hostilities to Israel. The idea that they might face the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with additional attacks by the United States armed forces was something they did not expect. They were always ready for US forces in combination of Israeli forces. But the setting of Saudi forces, or better stated angry Saudi forces is a setting they were not ready for and a Saudi Arabia, that needs it safety guaranteed will resort to measures that they are not ready for. 

And that is the step that will be isolating Iran, in ways they were not ready. They made a bet that they were safe with the setting of asymmetric warfare and this is now coming to an end. Saudi Arabia is now getting the support of the entire GCC, as such Houthi terrorists will be scrambling for any hideout they can, because there won’t be any support from Iran coming their way any day soon. Iran is now in deep waters. They were hoping to get away with it a little longer, but the GCC support towards Saudi Arabia ends that train of thought. Even as we are getting ‘Houthi To Impose Toll Fees in Bab El Mandeb Strait’, I reckon that Saudi Arabia will be enforcing of zero tolerance on the toll setting by Houthi terrorists, so whilst we are given “Yemen gov’t says Houthis planning to impose fees for Red Sea transit, A minister in Yemen’s internationally recognised government on gave Wednesday” from several sources, most media sources ‘state’ that Houthis are considering this, like they had anything to say about this. As the strait of Hormuz didn’t pan out for Iran, they got their lackey to try this for the Suez role and in this setting it is likely that Egypt might give some kind of military support to keep its Suez revenue safe. And when Saudi Arabia has dealt with the Houthi threat, Iran will become the loneliest bully in history. 

Just a thought to consider in all this. But as I see it, the proclamation (can I call it that?) that the GCC stands with Saudi Arabia is a welcome setting in all this and as I see it, it will bind the hands of Iran and its terrorist allies. So, at present I am going with the phrase better late then never.

When good men go to war

That is what is reverberating in my mind. And I got this from ABC less then 3 hours ago. They are giving us ‘US thwarts Iran’s ‘surprise attack’ and launches strikes with Saudi Arabia against Iraq militias’ it was given to us (at https://www.abc.net.au/news/2026-07-29/fighting-reignites-as-us-strikes-iran-backed-militants-in-iraq/106970590) and my initial (and later thoughts) were “Good for them” I have had enough of all these proxy settings and the fact that the IRGC (now apparently operating from Iraq) gives us “The US says it has carried out fresh air strikes in Iraq alongside Saudi Arabia, targeting Iran-backed militant groups after a wave of drone attacks on US forces. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) later said they fired several ballistic missiles at a US air base and a US military Central Command centre in Jordan, in what they described as a response to US actions against Iranian interests.” Whatever they say, it did not validate the direct attacks on Saudi Arabia using Houthi terrorists, it did not warrant the numerous attacks on the UAE and when the UAE joins the attacks, Iran Is truly done for, because at some point USA might not be able to continue, but Saudi Arabia and the UAE are next door, only small water separating them from Iran (aka the sea of Dammam). So whilst we are given a summary

  • The strikes were in response to more than 30 drone attacks directed by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards over the past 72 hours, the US military said.
  • “The IRGC and its terrorist proxies must cease these attacks to avoid further US military response,” it said in a statement on Wednesday.
  • Saudi Arabia confirmed it carried out the strikes alongside the US, saying the action was in response to recent drone attacks on Saudi oil facilities.
  • Meanwhile, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said three oil tankers were “struck and stopped” after ignoring warnings in the Strait of Hormuz, which remains effectively closed.

As I saw is in the beginning of February it can now start, the closing of harbours, the destruction of railways and when these fall out of the equation, only the roads are relatively safe, but I have a solution for that too, not bombing using billions of dollars, but the more refined setting I have in mind taking out the trucks ad road at the same time and at that point Iran becomes a useless piece of junk sized at almost 650,000 square miles and why will it do then? It will cry like a little girl is my assumption on the matter. 

And as I see it, the nations of the world are out of patience with Iran, especially as fuel prices are taking another strike towards new heights. I reckon that Houthi terrorists settings will be dealt with next. That Is the process of terrorism as well. Saudi Arabia does not forget and whilst Houthi debates are settled the way they want it (bombing them for all its worth) we can see the deliberate setting that Houthis are facing then, because as I see it, they can now no longer hide in Djibouti and/or Eritrea. As I see it, these governments have a needed interest in stopping these attacks from happening from their terrains and they will sort out what they need to all on their own and I reckon that they prefer to be looking good towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and not really interested looking good towards a terrorist organisation. 

And in all this the setting of safety of Saudi Arabia is regained one step at a time. So whilst we were given “Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels claimed they struck two Saudi ships as part of their campaign to disrupt the kingdom’s shipping.” And as they did this (to the best of my speculative knowledge) to appease Iranian interest, they now face not one, but at least two adversaries because the United States would want this political effect gan traction and it is highly likely that the USA will optionally also hit Houthi terrorist locations because that gets the work done and whilst the media is now ‘running’ towards a new front, the impact that the western media is now seen as too irrelevant to be of interest to nearly anyone, it would be the effect to come late to a party, so as that last guest (the western media) is now entering while desert is served (like in just desert) the opinion of all is not “How nice to see you” but a solemn “What kept you all this time” and I would personally like to hand the microphone to General Turki al-Maliki taking a much overdue jab at the western media on this. But that is merely my $0.0325 cent on the matter (that is $0.02 hit by devaluation) because as I see it, that delay has a larger setting.

So whilst SBS give us ‘Saudi Arabian forces join US in strikes on Iran-backed militants in Iraq’ we see that Al Jazeera gives us different news. You see, the headline read in Google gives us ‘Iran war live: US, Saudi forces attack Tehran-aligned groups in Iraq’ whilst the article gives us ‘US, Saudi forces attack Iraq; IRGC fires missiles at Jordan’

As such I wonder who else (optionally in Iraq is whistling Iranian music? Because the use of ‘Tehran-aligned groups in Iraq’ seems to be suspiciously specific. And as I see it, if Iran is expending into Iraqi territory, is a player like Kata’ib Hezbollah responsible for catering to the needs of the IRGC? It beckons thought as this implies that the IRGC is desperate to expend its allies to a larger degree and this comes at a price, making my prediction of hitting refineries, harbours and infrastructures 5 months ago a little more warranted, because all this will be costing Iran a pretty penny.

So whilst you can consider how right or how wrong I am, the truth of the matter is that as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is joining the USA in keeping Saudi Arabia safer the real stings are that Iraq and Yemen are facing serious repercussions on their decision to come in support of Iran against the safety or Saudi Arabia, it could become a very interesting week, because when they stop supporting Iran, Iran might actually feel boxed in enough to consider a few peace talks.

As thoughts go

I was relaxing watching my daily dose of YouTube when I ended up watching a replay of the 1993 game Aliens versus Predator, a highly enjoyable game and it brought some settings back. You see, I have been a massive fan of Mad, especially Spy Versus Spy, as such I got the game in 1984 for my trusty CBM64 and I enjoyed loads of the with this game. But why has it vanished? There was later a PS2 version and that was it. I had the first and third game on my CBM64 and I started to mull a few things over today. What if it was relaunched with a difference? The game on your PS5 with upgrades (wait for it), but the largest idea came a little later. So what happens when you get the PS5 game? You also get a license for the PlayStation Portal™ and that opens up new frontiers, especially if the game is also there on the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Sony and Nintendo players could face off against one another. As such the game could be launched on Nintendo and Sony with a new option to use it against one another. Gamers not confined to a single platform, but gamers uniting for the joy of gaming and this game will be an exquisite setting. 

Graphically it should improve, especially considering the CBM64 graphics and there would be a seating of versatile levels. Like a square with 2 times 4 bars, ear exits and two ‘hidden’ ways from the left top to the right lower bar and from the left top bar to the right lower bar. I also think that you only see your side of things, but with the bars you hear the music the other spy hears. There are still traps and counter methods (as per trapulator) but it would be nice to have an arsenal with them and they are released per level in the same way it was, but a more versatile collection of traps. The game would view more 3D. The original level settings are still there too, but I would like to increase the amounts of options there. And optionally a new setting, the spy cams that could be released and set in a room so that you can see some rooms when the other spy wanders in. 

And all this could propel the need for the PlayStation Portal™, and it is merely the first game that comes to mind, because a portal is essential for multiplayer settings. You could also play it on the PS4/PS5/PS6 but there is still the essential Nintendo link and as this is also played through the internet, you get the seating to play friends and create new friends no matter whether they are Sony or Nintendo players. And there is a real setting here, there are 176,000,000 switch players and they might like to connect to the Sony population of a little over 211,000,000. 

So back to the game, at least three levels from the start and 2-4 levels added optionally from start, but it makes sense to add them later on. Also the escape, which was a plane, should be in good Spy vs Spy trend, optionally escape with a submarine (arctic level) and a tank escape. All optional that makes sense as both the Nintendo and Sony devices have a lot more than a smile 64Kb. I reckon that Hideaki Nishino and Shuntaro Furukawa should have lunch real soon to see what they can do together. Because there is an upside, as this matures, there is every chance that Sony people want a Switch (I already have mine) and vice versa (I have that one too) as such they could fuel gaming together and create several games that applaud that setting. Titles like Wave Race: Blue Storm, Mario Kart, Soul Calibur, Super Smash bros, the EA sport games all rearing to gain a multiplayer following and the nice part is that the one who owns the license can invite one player at any given time. (So an owner can let a non-owner of that game in)

An optional seating that would fuel the purchase of a game. The idea is to offer a lot more to gamers and that reps itself in revenue, optionally it might fuel the need for subscriptions. Whether it is PlayStation Plus or Nintendo Switch Online. I would advice to offer a setting that it is not required one day month, so that people can see what they gain, or they want to ease into this. A setting that a simple spy invoked (I swear it was the white one)

Who is to blame for wind?

This morning I saw an article, mainly the headline from the NY Post that made me furious. The headline gave us ‘Americans are choking on Canadian wildfire smoke because our neighbors refuse to do proper forest management’ with the text “On Truth Social, Trump accused Canada of “Willful Negligence” and vowed to hold the country responsible for “not properly maintaining” its forests.” So, lets recap. On January 2025, Canada send two Canadian crews, with 40 firefighters, and agency representatives arrived at NIFC that week. A fire that was allegedly set by a Jonathan Rinderknecht, age 30. The claim is that he is guilty for killing 12 people and destroying more than 6,000 buildings. The BBC reported that it became a mistrial. So, Canada has approximately 369 million hectares (which amounts to 3.69 million square kilometres) as such 24% of all the forests are concentrated in Canada. As such they an abundance have forests and maintaining that is almost impossible. And lucky for us, someone else gave a much better picture of that. It is seen (at https://cleantechnica.com/2026/07/26/trump-blames-canada-wildfire-smoke-climate/) where Clean Technica voices ‘Trump Blames Canada For Smoke From A Climate America Created’ I would be willing to accept that on face value, but the picture is larger and more distorted than that. It is not merely America, it is the combination of American, Russian and Chinese settings towards the climate conditions we now face. And it is larger than any nation. So what do the United States want to do? Blame Canada for the settings of wind? As such we see Clean Technica give us “China now emits more CO₂ annually, a comparison frequently used to divert attention from the cumulative nature of carbon dioxide. The climate influencing current wildfire conditions was not created by emissions from the latest reporting year. It was built over generations. The United States industrialized early, consumed fossil fuels on an exceptional scale, organized transport and land use around oil, and received enormous economic benefits from doing so. No individual country contributed more to the accumulated warming now affecting forests across the continent.” And as I see it, the fires in Europe (France and Spain) are the worst we have ever seen. At present the tally is set to over 300,000 displacements and CNN gives us ‘France fires may not be fully extinguished for months, authorities say’ this matter because France is merely 5.5% of Canada and it has a population of 68.7 million people compared to the population of Canada which is at present set to 41.7 million people. So the math is simple, Canada has a problem and as I see it, how much support is Canada getting? If I were younger and in a better place I would install as a volunteer. I am however in my 60s and as such more likely to be a burden than anything else and at present there are 803 active wildfires burning across Canada, according to live tracking by the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre, as such that joke called truth central is not to be taken seriously. And as someone makes claims that ““Willful Negligence” and vowed to hold the country responsible for “not properly maintaining” its forests.” As such the United States has forest maintenance and it is managed by the United States Forest Service, which cares for nearly 200 million acres of public lands. The math is giving us that the forest of Canada is about 184.5% larger and it is being maintained by a service that has to make due with a population 41.7 million people whilst the US has a population of 349.2 million, and as I see it, they aren’t doing a stellar job of it. But there is a setting of truth in all this. Clean Technica is correct that the equation is changing the climate issues are now starting to take the forefront, a setting that is clearly seen in France and Spain and as I see it, it is only getting worse over the next 2-3 years. But what is clear that European nations aren’t blaming France or Italy, and as I see it, Luxembourg and Belgium would be the first affected by the fires in Spain and France. 

No matter how we see this, most nations are in awe and in support of Canada and whilst we see this, the outbursts on Truth Social is almost guaranteeing that more and more nations are backing off from the United States and when we compare the fires between France which is a mere 4.5% of the forests that Canada has and it will take France months, there is no telling how Canada will fare with the over 800 fires it has. If there is only one upside, it is the realisation that President Trump is done for in nearly every country in the world. Whist there is clear evidence that Prime Minister Mark Carney should be given all levels of support as well as praise on the 125,000 firefighters that Canada have. The words of the President of the United States are in extremely poor taste and I feel sorry for the United States firefighters, because there is every chance that no one is willing to assist them in any future setting they face. And as we take tally of what is out there, President Trump opened up the setting that they might be seen as one of the responsible parties regarding the climate conditions we now face. As I see it, it is a simple setting of cause and effect, or as some might say “Post hoc ergo propter hoc” which means after this, therefore because of this. It amounts to the failure of “Because event Y followed event X, event Y must have been caused by event X” the reality is that this is almost never ever the case. As is the blame from someone blaming the wind on Canada, if this is ‘considered’ Canada could also consider making claims for the current climate conditions  towards the United States. I like my Irony with a dash of salt and one could argue that when sarcasm backfires, it becomes irony (the sweetest kind). 

So as we wish Canada the strength and good wishes from everyone we know. We should consider that the escalating fires are a reality of these new climate conditions. Canada would not have been enough, but add the fires of France and Spain we get a larger setting, one that might be enough to show that the climate conditions are not only manmade, we might become the source of our own undoing. And regarding the fires in France, it is the worst I have ever known them to be and France takes really good care of their wine fields, as the BBC gives us “Raging mega-wildfires in southwest France’s Gironde region have burned over 42,000 hectares, forcing more than 220,000 evacuations and advancing to within 15 kilometres of the historic wine capital of Bordeaux, threatening surrounding vineyards and wineries” I have never ever known it to be this disastrous, and I have no idea if there is a clear resolution to all of this. I can only stand in support of them and hope for the best.
